    No full text
This research aims to analyze the evaluation of the Tangerang Regency government's strategic plan for improving regional asset management through reliable and integrated applications, in this case, the ATISISBADA application in 2024, and what efforts are being made to improve performance. The research method used in this research is descriptive research using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques use primary data obtained through interviews and secondary data obtained through observation and documentation. Researchers used the Miles and Huberman model of qualitative data analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. This research shows that the ATISISBADA application has significantly increased the effectiveness, efficiency, and transparency of regional asset management while identifying areas that need to be improved regarding staff training and technological infrastructure. Implementing applications such as ATISISBADA (Inventory Management Application and Regional Property Information System) has helped increase the accuracy of asset recording, speeding up the financial administration process and reducing the potential for irregularities in regional property management. Even though it has provided significant benefits, several challenges are still found, such as limitations in integrity with other systems, as well as the need for improvements to a more capable technological infrastructure. This research aims to analyze the evaluation of the Tangerang Regency government's strategic plan for improving regional asset management through reliable and integrated applications, in this case, the ATISISBADA application in 2024-2026, and what efforts are being made to improve performance. Full text link
Traditional markets play an important role in the regional economy as a center of trade and social and cultural interaction. The Banyuwangi Regency Government relocated and revitalized Blambangan Market to improve the quality of infrastructure and the competitiveness of traditional markets. However, this policy poses challenges for traders, especially in terms of decreasing the number of visitors to the relocation location, which has an impact on decreasing their income. This study analyzes the Blambangan Market relocation policy through William N. Dunn's policy formulation approach, referring to the 2021-2026 Banyuwangi Regency RPJMD. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and literature studies. The results of the study indicate that the relocation policy has not optimally considered the economic and social aspects of traders. The main factors of the problem are the lack of two-way communication between the government and traders, low accessibility at the relocation location, and the lack of adaptation strategies for traders. The problem structuring and forecasting approaches in the analysis of policy formulation indicate that without proper intervention, traders tend to return to their old locations, which has the potential to cause disorder in urban spatial planning. As a solution, this study recommends strategies to improve two-way communication, intensive promotion to attract visitors to the relocation site, providing incentives to traders, and improving accessibility and infrastructure in the new location. With a more participatory and adaptive policy approach, market relocation can run more effectively and provide long-term benefits for the regional economy

Stunting is a public problem whose solutions use various approaches, policies, models, or specific analyses. This paper analyzes policy with a policy context approach such as Griendle's concept. The choice of this analysis is based on the consideration that the policy context aspect is always a determinant of policy performance. Power, interests, and strategies of the actors involved; institution and regime characteristics; compliance; and responsiveness. This research used qualitative methods, and the results were analyzed descriptively. The research location was in Kupang Regency, with overall observations including the center, the periphery, and the target groups. Data collection was organized using structured interviews, observation, and document study. The results show varied implementation performance between the observed areas due to the policy context, even though stunting prevention and reduction policies are based on and supported by the same policies and street-level implementation. It can be concluded that the policy context always determines implementation performance, and it is recommended that implementors always be more intensive and active in paying attention to variations in the policy environment

Public Information Transparency (KIP) is crucial in achieving Good Governance. This study focuses on implementing KIP through electronic government in Kraton Village, Yosowilangun District, Lumajang Regency, where most residents are employed in agriculture and trade, posing challenges to the implementation of electronic KIP. Employing qualitative descriptive research, this study analyzes data using the interactive data analysis model developed by Miles, Huberman, and Saldana. The findings reveal a beacon of success in Kraton Village, where KIP has been effectively implemented through electronic government. Mandatory information is disseminated seamlessly through websites, social media, and WhatsApp groups. The bureaucratic structure of the Public Information and Documentation Officer (PPID) in Kraton Village is well-defined, although there is a significant dependence on a few individuals. There is a need for clearer and more systematic Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs) in managing information. From the perspective of Collaborative Governance in KIP, Kraton Village showcases remarkable advancements in transitioning to electronic governance despite limited resources. The design of institutions and the collaborative processes between the village government and the community are focal points. Facilitative leadership from the village government is essential in fostering an environment that supports information transparency. This research underscores the paramount importance of collaborative governance in the implementation of public information transparency through electronic government. It highlights the pressing necessity for clear SOPs and systematic information management to significantly enhance governance quality and community engagement in Kraton Village. The study offers a new perspective on implementing e-government and KIP in rural settings, illustrating how technological adaptation and collaboration can effectively address geographical and resource limitations. These findings are not just relevant, but crucial for other village governments encountering similar circumstances, providing invaluable insights for the design and execution of effective e-Government strategies
