    This research was based on the UPPKS (Prosperous Family Income Improvement Business) program spearheaded by BKKBN in order to improve welfare and establish a kb program consisting of family stages, especially pre-KS families. The problem started from the number of members of the UPPKS group who joined only slightly compared to the number of people, especially pre-KS in Tambaksari Village, which then raised the question of how the evaluation conducted by the policy implementers. The purpose of this research is to review and analyze the evaluation in the implementation of uppks program tambaksari village district Tirtajaya Karawang regency. The research used qualitative method with case study approach, namely determination of research participants with purposive sampling technique, data collection using observation, interview, documentation, and audio-visual material, as well as data analysis with data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the research seen from inputs, processes, outputs and overall outcomes have not been able to be carried out optimally both in terms of implementing policies related to human resources and budgets, the way of implementation of activities from socialization, coordination and implementation of participation and support is lacking, and the impact felt in the UPPKS program is not significant

    The electronic ID card program has only been launched in the last few years. This aims at the effectiveness and efficiency of public services and minimizes illegal immigrants entering the country. In its implementation, the last few years have had many unexpected obstacles, such as cases of e-ID card corruption and lack of blanks. In this research, the aim is to know directly the function of e-KTP which in its implementation is given by one person and one database. The method used is qualitative to be able to know thoroughly. The results have been seen from this study are that the e-KTP function has actually been running but has not met the expectations of the community. Income is very much needed from improving individual personal data which is summarized in the e-KTP of each resident. Making e-KTP also plays a role in the follow-up process, namely data collection.     In the last two decades, micro enterprises have become the main pillars of the Indonesian economy which need to be supported and given wide opportunities as a form of protection and support in the development of the people's economy. In this regard, the Government of Kudus Regency has issued Regulation of the Regent of Kudus Number 2 of 2018 as a policy of empowering and developing micro enterprises in Kudus Regency. This study aims to analyze the implementation of policies and factors that support and inhibit the implementation of policies for empowerment and development of micro enterprises which is implemented. The method in this research uses a qualitative approach through the implementation theory of Edwards III. The research instrument used was the researcher himself using the data analysis technique model of Miles and Huberman. The Government of Kudus Regency, through Disnakerperinkopukm has organized empowerment and development of micro enterprises through data collection activities on micro enterprises, human resource development, facilitating financing sources, simplifying licensing services and facilitating marketing. Empowerment and development of micro enterprises that have been implemented by Disnakerperinkopukm still need improvement by taking into account the existing inhibiting factors, namely communication, resources and bureaucratic structures

    Research related to the implementation of the P2WKSS program in Sukadaya Village has not been researched, so it is hoped that by carrying out research related to P2WKSS in order to know the extent to which the P2WKSS Program in Sukadaya Village has been implemented and becomes material for evaluating the Bekasi Regency Government in implementing and implementing the P2WKSS program in Sukadaya Village and for in subsequent villages. This study was analyzed using an analysis knife of the implementation theory. Rondinelli. This research is located in Sukadaya Village. Researchers examined problems regarding the implementation of the P2WKSS program in Sukadaya Village through a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Sources of data that researchers use in research related to P2WKSS use primary and secondary. Data collection was carried out in 3 ways, namely: interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique is done by reducing, presenting and drawing conclusions. The results of the research analysis explained that the P2WKSS program in Sukadaya Village has been implemented quite well, as many assisted residents have benefited from this program such as the Sukadaya Village environment so that it is more neatly organized and the assisted residents can increase their knowledge and skills, but its implementation is not optimal because the lack of budget in the aspect of sustainability causes the assisted residents to find it difficult to obtain capital to develop their skills so that many empowerments do not work

    This research is motivated by the fact that the MSME sector is the flagship in absorbing the workforce by moving local resources to support the regional economy. So that the empowerment carried out by the government must be maximized MSMEs can be competitive. This research aims to analyze strategies in the Office of Cooperatives and MSMEs in empowering and developing MSMEs. This research uses qualitative approach with case study method. Data collection techniques used are by interviews, observations and studies of documents / records / reports and legislation related to the problems studied. The focus of this research is based on the main dimensions of the strategy, namely innovation, market deference, reach and cost control. The results of this study show that the strategy of the Cooperative Office and MSME District in MSME empowerment has not run optimally. Because the guidance from this government can not be felt by all MSME actors. Furthermore, MSMEs do not get capital assistance from the local government, and in the meantime there are still many MSMEs that have not received guidance from the government. In addition, the government has helped to overcome the problem of budget constraints by inviting participation from state-owned enterprises and the private sector in the implementation of MSME empowerment

    Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises are one of the pillars and drivers of the economy. This can be seen from the significant small business activities from both the traditional and modern sectors. This activity is one of the absorbers of labor and is the main pillar of economic growth in the development of a country. Problems in this activity are human resources who do not understand technology, limited marketing, technology is beyond the reach of business actors, and also does not allow investment in new technology. This study aims to analyze the role of the government in fostering small and medium enterprises to face the 4.0 industrial revolution in Pekanbaru city and to find out the government's obstacles in fostering small and medium enterprises facing the 4.0 industrial revolution in Pekanbaru city. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, collecting data by means of interviews, observations, and documentation with Small and Medium Enterprises and the Office of Cooperatives for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises. The results of the study indicate that the Government's Role in Fostering Small and Medium Enterprises to Face the Industrial Revolution 4.0 in Pekanbaru City seen from the indicators of facilitators, regulators, and catalysts can be concluded that it has been carried out quite well. There were several obstacles encountered, namely the lack of budget from the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget, the low mindset of Small and Medium Enterprises actors, and the lack of information received related to the guidance carried out

    Optimization of the agropolitan sector as an effort to recover the economy  impact of the covid 19 pandemic is strategic step teken by the East Java Provincial Government. Empowerment of the agropolitan community is an option considering its position as the spearhead of agricultural commodities. All these actions must be carried out through the development of an efficient system. The research method used is literature study by compiling data, then analyzing data, and finally drawing conclusions.  The conclusions for these strategic steps including the following ; 1) Maximizing of writted regulation in institusional strengthening in the agropolitan sector, 2) Expanding cooperation between local, central goverment, financial institution, BUMN, and all related group. 3) Product Diversification, 4) Marketing Education, 5) Digital Marketing, 6) Ease of acces to capital sector. Then the advice that can be given is that the government must be consistent in supporting and providing assistance to the agropolitan community in developing agropolitan areas for local economic recovery

    This study describes the concept of decentralization that addresses changes in operational tasks and delegation of authority in decision making from the central government to local governments. In other words, decentralization also considers as an instrument in the context of community empowerment related to human development nationally. Related to the implementation of the concept of decentralization in the era of regional autonomy, decentralization was designed to create new corruption in regional government. The majority of corruption was issued from the regional government in the last round. This study will answer the question of how the decentralization policy towards human development in Indonesia. This study uses secondary data analysis and literature review. Secondary data was obtained from the Central Statistics Agency which was then processed and reviewed based on the perspective of the researcher. Based on the results of the research that was thought about the implementation of the concept of decentralization in Indonesia, it was necessary to conduct a review related to supervision in the regions. The human development sustainability program in the area is determined by the commitment of the leader in carrying out his duties and role in running the government

    Indonesia's defense system is clearly stated in the Constitution (UUD 1945), namely the The Total People's Defense and Security (Sistem Pertahanan Rakyat Semesta, Sishanta). Sishanta has a strong philosophical and historical basis in Indonesian culture. Sishanta's efficacy in dealing with threats has been proven in the nation's history. The enactment of the National Resource Management Act (PSDN) for National Defense on 26 September 2019 became a new chapter in reviving the concept of Sishanta under a strong legal umbrella. This study examines more deeply the Indonesian culture of defense, how to implement Sishanta after the ratification of the PSDN Law. The research method used is analytical descriptive. The results showed that the Sishanta was the ideal Indonesian defense system in the face of threats. One of Sishanta's implementing is "Bela Negara" for the society. "Bela Negara" is carried out to produce state defense cadres prepared to become a Reserve Component (Komponen Cadangan) and Supporting Component (Komponen Pendukung) in counteracting threats to Indonesia with the Indonesian National Army (TNI) as the Main Component (Komponen Utama). The "Bela Negara" cadres, in particular, play the role of being the front line in guard Indonesia off nonmilitary and hybrid threats
