Methodologically, research is characterized as a case study, and the unit of analysis was a University located in the Rio Pardo/RS Valley, in the south of Brazil where five students from the courses of administration and accounting sciences were selected to apply the research. The data collection was done through interviews, carried out through there is a script of questions previously established. The results highlight that the life quality in the university is directly related to the co-creation, on the one hand there is the desire to learn from the students and on the other the quality of the information that is passed on to them. The research also shows that the quality of life in the University is directly linked to student satisfaction and value creation, resulting from individual or joint actions (institution, professor and student)

Neuromarketing for a better understanding of consumer needs and emotions

    Get PDF
In this paper we are talking about the fact that marketing and publicity specialists have become aware of the limitations of traditional market research methods for decades, but only in recent years science has allowed the development of a more effective mechanism by which consumers' thoughts can be deciphered: neuromarketing. This term refers to the use of techniques developed by cognitive neuroscience and psychology specialists to analyze and understand people's reactions to products and promotions, which allows refining marketing efforts to make them more effective. In the article we are talking about the tools used for this purpose, which include magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), brain scanners that identify brain parts that react to different stimuli, and electroencephalography (EEG), devices that measure electrical activity in the brain. By tracking brain reactions to different stimuli, researchers can discover the marketing mechanisms that are most likely to lead to the desired outcome: selling the product. For this, in parallel with the EEG measurements, an eye-tracking device is used, which allows the exact identification of the stimulus that produces the reaction from that moment. Also, some neuromarketing companies also use GSR (galvanic skin response) sensors to measure the electrical conductivity of the skin, which is another element that provides information about the consumer's response to various commercial messages. The purpose of our article is to show the role played by neuromarketing in the correct understanding of consumer needs, words and emotions

Managerial decisions in logistic systems of milk provision on variable production conditions

    Get PDF
The study of the influence of variable production conditions and the work in logistics milk harvesting systems on the value indicators of their functioning has been carried out. A method that enables to solve the task of coordinating the content of work with variable production conditions is proposed. It has been established that there are seven variants of the content of work in logistics milk harvesting systems, each of which has its own specifics. Computer experiments were carried out using the developed simulation model of logistics processes implementation. On the example of the production conditions of the Brody district in the Lviv region, trends in changing the cost performance of logistics operations for various content during the year are established. On the basis of the defined cost indicators, specific costs of funds for the execution of logistic works for each of the variants of their content are determined. It is substantiated that effective performance of work in logistic systems of milk harvest requires operational planning of their content for each of the days of milk harvest season. The conducted studies will be useful for managers who perform operational planning in logistics milk harvesting systems

    Get PDF
This research aims to synthesize the scales of aesthetics, the perceived value of the consumers for the intention to buy smartphones. At the same time, this analyzes the relationship between aesthetics, perceived value and intention to purchase, thereby the study suggests the research model which can be applied in other places, other contexts, and related fields. The method in this study is to summarize the systematics theories and compare the relevant studies. As a result, this research can develop research hypotheses. The main results of the proposed model are to explore the scales and find out the relationship between aesthetics, perceived value and intention to buy smartphones directly and indirectly. Moreover, empirical research can, based on the proposed conceptual framework, be studied for different countries or technology-related products such as computers, tablets, and other smart devices

According to the Institute of Applied Economic Research (IPEA), informal work, although prior to the 1990s, has its consolidation in the Brazilian economy as one of the side effects of the Real Plan. The objective of this study is to carry out a review of the national literature on informal work. Studies on informal work in national databases that include Brazilian scientific journals classified as A1, A2, B1 and B2 in the areas of Social Sciences, Human Sciences and Health Sciences published between 2008 and 2017 were reviewed. It could be observed that the study of informal work remained constant over the years, with a total of 14 (fourteen) articles between 2008 and 2010, 13 (thirteen) articles between 2011 and 2013 and 16 (sixteen) other articles between 2014 and 2017. Regarding the methodological approach, the research shows that, in the articles analyzed, the qualitative approach, working with values, beliefs, representations, habits, attitudes and opinions, useful to understand the context in which the phenomenon occurs, was used in 74% of the studies, while the quantitative studies that seek to generate accurate and reliable measures, and measure opinions, attitudes and models capable of predicting behavior represented only 19% of the articles. The cut made for this study showed that only 43 articles, out of a total of 440 previously researched and included in the original database, consisted of studies on the relationship with work among informal workers, noting that this theme in question is underrepresented in Brazilian research work

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between hope and psychological well-being among the students of Farhangian University using a descriptive correlational research method. All students of Farhangian University of Zanjan province in the academic year of 2018-19 were considered and 324 of them were selected as the research sample. Hope scale Schneider (1991) and psychological well-being scale of Ryff (1989) were used as research tools. using SPSS 21 software, Pearson correlation coefficient test, stepwise regression, ANOVA and independent t-test were used to analyze the data. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between hope and psychological well-being and this includes their components too (p <0.01). There is no significant difference between hope and psychological well-being among students based on gender (P> 0.05). Also, the results of stepwise regression indicated that hope and motivational hope could predict psychological well-being (p <0.01). Therefore, it can be concluded that in order to improve the psychological well-being of students, their hope should be increased in a way
