This study aims to describe the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model with Double Loop Problem Solving (DLPS) to improve student learning outcomes in class VII comparison material at MTs Negeri 4 Palu City. The subjects in this study were VII C class students totaling 20 people. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which refers to the research design of Kemmis and Mc. Taggart's research design, namely planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection. The results of this study indicate an increase in student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II marked by the increase in students whose scores reached the minimum completeness criteria as a whole. In cycle I, the number of students who were complete was 8 students with a percentage of completeness of 42.10% and in cycle II, the number of students who were complete was 11 students with a percentage of completeness of 73.33%. The results of observations of teacher and student activities in cycle I were in the good category and in cycle II were in the very good category. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model with Double Loop Problem Solving (DLPS) can improve student learning outcomes by using phases, namely (1) Orienting students to the problem, (2) Organizing students to learn, (3) Guiding individual and group investigations, (4) Developing and presenting work, and (5) Analyzing and evaluating the problem solving proces

This study used a 14-year-old male student whose criteria were not to be blind from birth without any other defects. A hard blow to the head back is caused the student's disability. Pupils with disabilities no longer attend regular primary school from IV class onwards. This study aims to determine the process of pictorial representation of right triangles based on information processing models. This type of research is descriptive and explorative with a qualitative approach. This study uses the main instrument and the supporting instruments. Here, students are asked to perform mathematic assignments and then interviewed, and all activities performed are analyzed using observation sheets. Data analysis was performed with three activities: data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion and verification. The results of the study show that blind students can make pictorial representations. Creating images can be seen in students' activities in completing mathematical assignments. Information or external stimuli enter the sensory register through the senses of hearing and touch, after which attention and perception arise. Perception by retrieving the necessary concepts from long-term memory. When retrieving process, students experience moments of forgetting, and then they repeat the parts of a right-angled triangle until they finally have a correct right-angled triangle

The aim of this research is to obtain a description of the mathematical communication ability profile of MAN SIGI students in solving sathematical problems in view of visual learning style. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The subjects of this research were students of class XII IPA 1 MAN SIGI who had a visual learning style. Characteristics of the visual learning style are the ability to remember information seen and prefer reading to listening to other people's explanations. Determining the subject in this research, prospective researchers gave a learning style questionnaire consisting of 10 questions, and each question had 3 choices: a, b, c. If a student most dominantly chose a, then the student had a visual learning style; if a student most dominantly chose b, then the student has an auditory learning style; if a student chooses a lot of c's, then the student has a kinesthetic learning style. Based on the results of the questionnaire, 1 student was selected with a visual learning style. If there were several students who had a visual learning style, the researcher discussed with the study teacher about students who had good communication skills and students who received information easily. Data was collected through written tests and interviews. The results of this research showed that the subjects with a visual learning style are able to write down and explain well all the information obtained from the questions

Higher education today is increasingly shifting towards a more collaborative learning approach, where students are given the opportunity to develop team skills, problem solving, and application of knowledge in real-world situations. One method that supports this approach is a Team-Based Project which is integrated with e-learning technology. This study aims to explore the implementation of Team Based Projects with e-learning in a higher education context and its impact on student learning. The research method used in this study is Classroom Action Research (PTK) with two cycles. The research was conducted at a university involving two classes, each consisting of second semester students in two courses, namely the student development course and the teaching and learning course. During the cycle, students are grouped into project teams and given collaborative assignments relevant to their curriculum. The use of e-learning technologies, such as online learning platforms and online communication tools, supports group work and mentoring. The instruments used in this research include document analysis in the form of student project assignments. Preliminary results show that implementing Team-Based Projects with e-learning can improve collaborative skills, understanding of material. This study provides insight into the potential of combining these approaches in a higher education context to prepare students with relevant skills in an increasingly complex and collaborative world of work

This study aims to obtain a description of conceptual and procedural the error profiles by seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Dako Pemean in solving integers arithmetic operation problems in terms of mathematical ability. The subjects of this study were students of class VII B SMP Negeri 1 Dako Pemean in the 2023/2024 school year. There are 3 students, 1 student who has low math ability, 1 student who has moderate math ability, and 1 student who has high math ability.  The subjects in this study were selected based on the average mathematics score of the students' Midterm Examination (UTS) results and recommendations from the mathematics teacher. This research used a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. Data collection was carried out by means of observation, written tests, and interviews. The results of the study were analyzed based on several steps, data condensation, data presentation, conclusion drawing. The results showed that: 1) the error profile of high mathematics ability students made conceptual errors and procedural errors. Subjects with high mathematical ability made mistakes in solving integer arithmetic operation problems even though they understood the concepts of addition, subtraction, multiplication, or division in integers. 2) The error profile of students with moderate mathematics ability made conceptual errors and also procedural errors. Subjects with moderate math ability did not understand the concept of arithmetic operations on negative integers, subjects with moderate math ability only understood operations on positive numbers. 3). the error profile of low mathematics ability students also made conceptual errors and procedural errors. Subjects with low mathematics ability made more errors, errors in the solution steps, calculation operation errors in the addition of numbers with the same negative sign so that they were wrong in determining the results of the calculation operation, and also made calculation errors in adding large numbers, calculation errors in division and also in multiplication of integers

This study aims to describe the application of problem-based learning to improve learning outcomes on the topic of plane solid figures for eighth-grade students at MTs.N 4 Kota Palu. This research is a classroom action research that follows the Kemmis and McTaggart design, which includes planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were all 30 students of class VIII B enrolled in the 2023/2024 academic year. The study consists of two cycles, each with two meetings. The results of this study show an improvement in student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II, indicated by the increase in the number of students who achieved the minimum completeness criteria overall. In cycle I, 16.67% or 5 students met the minimum completeness criteria. In cycle II, the number of students meeting the minimum completeness criteria increased to 73.33% or 22 students. The results of teacher activity observation were in the good category with a score of 80% in cycle I, which increased to 84.83% in cycle II. The results of student activity observation in cycle I were in the good category and improved to the very good category in cycle II. Therefore, it can be concluded that the application of problem-based learning can improve student learning outcomes using the following phases: (1) Orienting students to the problem, in phase 1, students engage directly with the topic by relating the problem to real-life situations. (2) Organizing students for learning, in phase 2, students form predetermined study groups to complete the LKPD, with the researcher considering the students' familiarity with one another. (3) Guiding individual and group investigations, in phase 3, students express their ideas through group discussions with the researcher's assistance. (4) Developing and presenting work, in phase 4, students randomly present their group's work with good topic mastery and responsibility within their group. (5) Analyzing and evaluating the problem-solving process, in phase 5, students analyze the presentation results with intellectual ability, identify errors, explain correct answers, and summarize findings to construct knowledge from group work
