PENYUSUNAN STANDAR PROSEDUR OPERASI PRODUKSI BERDASARKAN CPPB-IRT DAN WISE PADA INDUSTRI RUMAH TANGGA ANEKA SNACK 3E
Quality is one of many important aspects that need to be improved and maintained to make sure manufacturers have competitive advantage to meet consumer’s needs. Aneka Snack 3E as a home industry that produces banana and onion chips needs to improve and keep the product quality to be able to compete with other competitors. However, quality control system at Aneka Snack 3E was uncontrolled because the company did not have Standart Operating Procedure (SOP). This research conducted to arrange and implement production’s SOP which include alternative solution from quality improvement of Aneka Snack 3E. The SOP was arranged based on CPPB-IRT (Cara Produksi Pangan yang Baik untuk Industri Rumah Tangga) and WISE (Work Improvement in Small Enterprises) with DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) cycle as continuous quality improvement method to solve problems to the root. This research identified 31 deviations within production process to CPPB-IRT and Wise. Each causes of those deviations were analyzed and resulting 33 documents to solve the problems. Those documents contain 12 work procedures, 13 work instructions, and 8 forms. The evaluation results show that of the 33 documents made, as many as 18 documents or 55% of documents are considered very applicable and as many as 15 documents or 45% of documents are considered applicable to the Aneka Snack 3E production process. Based on these, with permission of Aneka Snack 3E’s owner, those documents is set to become production’s SOP that needed to be supervised and implemented by Aneka Snack 3E.Keywords: cara produksi pangan yang baik untuk industri rumah tangga, standard operational procedure, quality,work improvement in small enterprises
PENERAPAN PRODUKSI BERSIH PADA INDUSTRI KELAPA SAWIT DI PT YZ
PT YZ is a palm oil industry that has a processing capacity of 60 tons of FFB/hour with its main products in the form of Palm Oil (CPO) and Kernel. The palm oil industry in addition to producing the main product in the form of CPO, also produces a large amount of waste. The waste consists of solid waste, liquid waste and gas waste. The purpose of this research is to identify the flow of materials, products, and non-products in the production process of the palm oil processing industry and waste treatment processes, identify cleaner production alternatives that can be applied to the palm oil industry and determine the priority scale of cleaner production opportunities in the palm oil processing industry. The methods used include literature study, observation, mass balance analysis, technical feasibility analysis, economics (B/C and PBP), environmental, and Exponential Comparison Method (MPE). PT YZ has handled it by reusing the waste formed as boiler fuel (solid waste) and land application (treated liquid waste), but there were still waste and loss problems. The strategy for implementing cleaner production that technically, economically and environmentally feasible were 1) Modification of the process by adding a reservoir for condensate water and oil, with B/C value = 2.5 and PBP = 0.50 years, 2) Application of good housekeeping by reducing dirt on fruit with GMP (good manufacturing practice) training, with B/C value = 1.61 and PBP = 1.63 years, 3) Application of good housekeeping by controlling or supervising the use of water by adding a water meter in each unit of process and repair of leaking pipes, with B/C value = 2.16 and PBP = 4.31 years and 4) The application of good housekeeping by reducing oil spills in the digester by repairing leaks in the digester tank and pipe, with B/C value = 1.48 and PBP 6.30 years. Based on the score obtained, it shows that the implementation of good housekeeping by reducing oil spills in the digester is the main priority.

KAJIAN DAMPAK LINGKUNGAN PRODUK TEPUNG AGAR MENGGUNAKAN METODE LIFE CYCLE ASSESSMENT (LCA)
Gracilaria sp is one type of red algae seaweed that has been developed in Indonesia. Gracilaria sp isused as raw material for agar flour. Currently, agar flour is widely used to meet the needs of both food and nonfood industries. Therefore, agar flour must be developed to obtain the best quality, adequate quantity, and ecofriendly. This study aimed to identify the inputs, outputs, and environmental impacts of the agar flour product\u27slife cycle, determine the source of the impact (hotspot), and recommend improvement scenarios. The method usedto analyze the environmental impact caused by a product was life cycle assessment (LCA). The scope of the LCAstudy was cradle to gate, namely cultivation of Gracilaria sp, transportation of raw material to industry, andproduction process in the industry. The environmental impact study was global warming with CO2eq unit,acidification with SO2eq unit, and eutrophication with PO4eq unit. Based on the research, the impacts of globalwarming, acidification, and eutrophication on the life cycle of agar flour were 26.28 kg-CO2eq/kg agar flour, 0.18kg-SO2eq/kg agar flour, and 0.03 kg-PO4eq/kg, respectively. The production process unit was hotspot for theimpact of global warming, acidification, and eutrophication on the life cycle of agar flour. The improvementscenarios to reduce the environmental impacts included replacing urea with NPK fertilizer, finding suppliers ofraw materials closer to the industry, and replacing coal with Compressed Natural Gas (CNG).

ANALISIS INTERVAL PEMELIHARAAN KOMPONEN KRITIS UNIT FUEL CONVEYOR DENGAN PENDEKATAN RELIABILITY CENTERED MAINTENANCE (RCM)
The scheduling of the machine maintenance system is a system that can assist companies in preventing machine damage which results in disrupted production processes. Corrective treatment methods have not been able to guarantee a smooth production process. This research will plan preventive maintenance activities to increase the reliability of production machines using the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) approach. The result shows the highest downtime was boiler station with a percentage of 22.25%. The machine that works at the boiler station which has the highest level of damage was the fuel conveyor 2 with a percentage of 35.10%. The critical components which are the root causes of the highest damage problems in the fuel conveyor 2 machine were electromotor, chain coupling, and gearbox. In the electromotor, chain coupling, and gearbox components, preventive maintenance scheduling based on the results of each simulation were when t = 158, t = 190, and t = 67, respectively. The results of critical component maintenance scheduling indicated the achievement of the reliability value from before. After doing preventive maintenance, the reliability value of each component increased by 12%, 32%, and 8%, respectively. The frequency of periodic inspection every month on electromotor, chain coupling, and gearbox components were at least 4 times, 3 times, and 10 times, respectively.

DIGITALISASI SISTEM TRACEABILITY DAN KEBERLANJUTAN AGROINDUSTRI PANGAN: TELAAH KRITIS LITERATUR
Nowadays, the food consumers claim on quality specification and authentication on food product is very important fulfilled by agroindustry. Certainly both of this will improve the sustainability of business the agroindustry. The objectives of this research were to determine an existing condition and main topics of the traceability and authentication system for the future research in food-agroindustry. Research approach was deeply literature review (desk-study) on several research based on the traceability system. The cluster technique wasimplemented to analyze the scientific paper. It was divided into two clusters, namely conventional and digital traceability systems. Each cluster was assessed substance, time-period and methodology as well as the contribution for agroindustry development to find the state of the art on scientific of traceability system in food supply chain. TINJAUAN METODE POTENSIAL SINTESIS BIONANOKOMPOSIT ANTISTATIS YANG DIPERKUAT DENGAN MONO-DIASILGLISEROL DAN NANOKRISTAL SELULOSA
In the last 10 years, the research about the technology of bionanocomposite synthesis has increased rapidly,starting from the simple technology to advanced technology of synthesis. From the several technologies ofsynthesis of bionanocomposite that have been developed, each has its own advantages and disadvantages.Therefore, the selection of the right technology of synthesis of bionanocomposite is one of the indicators of successin its synthesis. This review identified the latest developments in technology of synthesis of bionanocomposite andfocuses on methods of synthesis of bionanocomposite was most widely used and a technology that has advantagesover other technologies. It is hoped that this review can provide information about methods of synthesis ofbionanocomposite in general and specifically can provide information about methods of synthesis ofbionanocomposite reinforced with mono-diacylglycerol (M-DAG) and cellulose nanocrystal (CNC). Based on theidentification from several result of research, potential method to synthesis of bionanocomposite are combinationof two methods, namely twin-screw extrusion method and injection molding method.
