ANALISIS DAMPAK PENGOLAHAN HASIL PERIKANAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE LIFE CYCLE ASSESSMENT (LCA): STUDI LITERATUR
The development of the fishery industry not only provides advantages, but has a significant impact on theenvironment. Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) can be used to identify positive and negative environmental impacts ofa process or product, find opportunities for processing and product development, comparing and analyzing theimpact of the environment caused and calculat the environmental impacts resulting from a quantitative product.Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) according to the ISO 14040 consists of four stages, namely the determination of thegoals and scope, inventory analysis, impact analysis, and interpretation. The purpose of this literature study wasto identify and quantify the potential pollution and environmental impact caused by the production process in thefishery industry. Fishery products studied were fish fillets and canned fish products. The potential environmentalimpacts of processing of fishery industry cover greenhouse gas (GHG), acidification, and eutrophication. Thedescription of the environmental impact analysis in the fishery processing industry was explained in this work. Theliterature data indicates that the impact of GHG is caused by CO2, the impact of acidification is generated by SO2, and the effects of eutrophication are generated by PO43-. FORMULASI PEMBUATAN BIOGREASE DENGAN BASE OIL EPOKSI RBDPO
Biogrease is a semi-solid lubricant produced using vegetable oil. The biogrease consists of base oil andthickening agent. Base oil modification is done to change properties such as viscosity, adhesive properties to iron,etc. which have an impact on tribological properties. One of the modifications made is the epoxidation of the baseoil to increase the viscosity value. Epoxidation of the olein fraction /RBDPO (Refined Bleached Deodorized PalmOlein) was carried out by reacting olein with acetic acid and peroxide acid. This study aimed to find the best timein the synthesis of RBDPO epoxy base oil, to study the effect of variations in % thickener on the characteristics ofbiogrease, and the best characteristics of biogrease produced from RBDPO epoxy base oil. The epoxidation wascarried out with a ratio of RBDPO : acetic acid : peroxide acid of 1: 5: 2 at a temperature of 50°C, with variousexperimental times of 3 hours, 4 hours, and 5 hours. The epoxidation results calculated the oxirane number andiodine number with two replications, then analyzed ANOVA statistics and LSD test. Furthermore, the bestepoxidation results were formulated with a thickening agent with a ratio of 80:20 and 85:15 to produce biogrease.The statistical analysis showed that the best epoxidation time is 3 hours. Thickening agent affects the texture ofbiogrease. Biogrease with a ratio of base oil with a thickener of 80: 20 has a short fibrous texture (short fibril)with an NLGI value of 3, while biogrease with a ratio of 85: 15 has a brittle texture with an NLGI value of 00. Thebest biogrease produced in this study is biogrease with a ratio of 80:20 with an NLGI value of 3.Keywords: biogrease, palm oil, base oil, RBDPO, epoxidatio

PEMODELAN RANTAI PASOK FLEKSIBEL PADA PEMURNIAN MINYAK SAWIT: STUDI KASUS DI PT X
The development of the CPO-producing industry provides great benefits for the CPO refining industry.CPO is used as the main raw material for refined derivative products such as oleopangan products (cooking oil,margarine, shortening) and oleochemicals (fatty acids, fatty alcohol, glycerine). A related problem is theinefficiency in the distribution network caused by the complexity of the existing system and related to the manytypes or product variants that must be integrated in shipping. The aim of this research was to design a flexiblesupply chain network for domestic palm oil refined products using a soft computing approach with a geneticalgorithm. The simulation results using GA showed that the optimal solution completion time of themathematical model only takes 57 seconds. The optimization of the model that has been formulated was tested incases where the results were measured by the variables of the number of products distributed, distribution flowin the supply chain network, minimum cost (Z), and network facilities. The design was also tested by verificationof the optimization model by correcting errors in the model until the model produces a feasible solution andvalidating the optimization model to experts through the Association of Indonesian Palm Oil Entrepreneurs(GAPKI) North Sumatra, the Medan Palm Oil Research Center (PPKS) and Public Appraisal ServiceConsultants that often handles problems in the oil palm sector. According to experts, the designed modelrepresented the real situation so that it can be said that the model has been validated. WASTE MINIMISATION ON PRODUCTION PROCESSES OF BOTTLED DRINKING WATER USING GREEN LEAN SIX SIGMA APPROACH
PT Baros adalah perusahaan yang memproduksi air minum dalam kemasan yang dalam proses produksinya terdapat cacat produk yang diakibatkan adanya waste sehingga terjadi limbah yang dihasilkan dari produk cacat tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menentukan waste, menghitung nilai DPMO dan nilai sigma, menentukan penyebab dominan rijek produk, mengusulkan perbaikan pada proses produksi, dan mengusulkan untuk mengurangi potensi penyebab cacat pada produk air minum dalam kemasan cup 240 mL. Pendekatan Green Lean Six Sigma digunakan pada penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian, didapatkam waste tertinggi adalah waste defect. Tingkat sigma yang dicapai PT Baros 4,141 dengan nilai DPMO sebesar 4133,920. Berdasarkan diagram pareto diperoleh Critical to Quality (CTQ) yaitu bocor lid, lid miring, dan cup penyok. Kemudian dengan metode FMEA diketahui faktor penyebab ketiga jenis cacat tersebut. Perbaikan yang diusulkan untuk mengatasi limbah yang dihasilkan antara lain dengan cara perusahaan melakukan kegiatan bersama-sama untuk membersihkan genangan air, serta menjual cup yang sudah tidak terpakai ke pemulung, sedangkan perbaikan proses produksi dengan mengurangi dan memperbaiki kegiatan yang termasuk waste. Mengurangi potensi kegagalan produksi diusulkan dengan cara memperbaiki bucket dan melakukan pemeliharaan, inspeksi bahan baku dari supplier, complain pada supplier, melakukan komunikasi yang baik dengan supplier terkait spesifikasi bahan baku, membuat SOP pemindahan material, meningkatkan pengawasan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan memberi teguran pada pekerja yang kurang disiplin.

KAJIAN IMPLEMENTASI PELUANG PRODUKSI BERSIH PADA INDUSTRI KERTAS SACK KRAFT PT X
Waste minimisation in paper industry activities can be done by applying cleaner production methods. The objective of this research was to study of opportunity of cleaner production implementation in sack kraft industry. These stages of research were identification of process stages, identification of problems, identification of cleaner production opportunities, feasibility analysis of technical, environmental and financial aspects, and election priority cleaner production opportunities with Exponential Comparison Method (ECM). The processes of the sack kraft production included stock preparation, sheet formation, pressing section, drying section, scrolling and cutting. These Sack Kraft Industry used 110 tonnes of cardboard afval and produced 90.742 tonnes of sack kraft, 3.65 tonnes failed paper, 2.443 tonnes scattered paper, 4.915 tonnes defected paper and 8.25 tonnes solid waste in the form of plastic and metal. The problems often had been occured were downtime machine, broken machine, solid waste production, failed paper, scattered paper, and defected paper. Recommendation of cleaner production opportunities were making pellets from solid waste as fuel substitution (PBP 0.1 years and B/C 8.31), application of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for machine maintenance (PBP 3.9 years and B/C 1.3), Good manufacturing practice training (PBP 0.63 years and B/C 2.58). The priority order of cleaner production using ECM was application of SOP for machine maintenance, GMP training, and making pellets as fuel substitution.

PENGARUH VARIASI WAKTU HOMOGENISASI DENGAN ULTRA TURAX DAN KONSENTRASI SUSU KEDELAI TERHADAP MUTU SUSU SAGA
Saga seeds (Adenanthera pavonina, L) contain protein and lignoseric acid and may serve as potentialfunctional food and beverages This study aims to utilize saga seed in producing saga milk with its physical propertysuch as stability and fat globule as well as chemical properties. Soy milk was added to reduce strong beany flavourin saga milk. The saga milk fat globules were reduced by ultraturax or mini homogenizer at 8,000 rpm at differenthomogenization time. A two factorial completely randomized design was carried out with two replications. Sagamilk and soy milk ratio (A): a1 (100 % saga milk); a2 (80 : 20), a3 (75 : 25), and a4 (70 : 30), respectively; andhomogenization time (B) : 0, 10, 20, and 30 minutes (b1, b2, b3, and b4, respectively). Fat globule, protein, andfat contents, fatty acids profile, soluble solids, and pH values were analyzed. Milk flavour compounds wereanalyzed using GCMS. Sensory evaluation was carried out by preference test. The more soymilk added resulted insignificant increase of protein, total soluble solid (p=0.05), significantly reduce size of fat globules and pH value(p=0.05) and also reduced unpleasant flavour. The saga milk was accepted based on sensory evaluation; sagamilk stability was good. Saga milk has dominant content of essential fatty acid including oleic acid, linoleic acidand lignoseric acids. The unpleasant flavor was dominated by hexanal compounds but the typical compounds insaga milk are Dihydroedulan II; Pyrazine, 2-Methoxy-3-Isobutyl, and Benzaldehide-4-Methyl. Formula saga milk:soy milk = 70: 30 is saga milk that is worth producing.Keywords: fat globules, flavor, lignoceric acid, saga mil
