AbstractThe problems contained in learning at SMAN 1 Dsidoarjo about the difficulty of students understanding the material. With the Covid-19 pandemic, the need fpr a teaching material for students in order to be able to better understand the materials provided by teachers such as Electronic Module teaching materials or often called E-modules developed using the Flipbook Application. With that the learning process will be more maximal. This research uses a Research and Development research model designed with a 4-D model (four D-Models, there are 4definition planning (design), development (development), deployment (dessiminate). Rith this teaching material is expected to later be trialled on a wider scale. STRATEGI BUMDES AMARTA DALAM MENGEMBANGKAN EKONOMI MASYARAKAT DESA PANDOWOHARJO TAHUN 2019 - 2020
AbstractThis research aims to describe BUMDes strategy in developing village economy. This research was conducted using qualitative approach studies. Data collection is conducted through interviews to informants directly as well as literature studies, data / documents from agencies and credible media both online and in print. The informants in this study numbered 5 people consisting of Director of BUMDes Amarta, Secretary of BUMDes Amarta, Partner of BUMDes Amarta, Community Leaders involved in BUMDes Amarta, and Head of Welfare Section of Pandowoharjo Village. The results of the study found strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that resulted in weight and rating found ifas and EFAS results can be known total value for IFAS is 2,952 and EFAS of 7,675 of the findings found bumdes strategy direction in developing the village economy that is aggressive strategy, based on the findings of the direction of the strategy is done matching the focus in alternative strategies using SWOT matrix to clearly describe the strategy that will be conducted BUMDes.Keywords: BUMDes, Villagers, Economic
KREDIT USAHA RAKYAT SUPER MIKRO: MENDIDIK MASYARAKAT BERWIRAUSAHA DI MASA PANDEMI COVID-19
AbstractThe purpose of this study is to describe the Super-micro People\u27s Business Credit (KUR) program in educating people to become entrepreneurs during the Covid-19 pandemic in Klunggean village, Sragen regency, Centra Java, Indonesia. The research used a qualitative method. The research subjects amounted to six people. The data validity technique used source triangulation. The results of the study show that the implementation of the KUR Super microprogram consisted of 5 stages, namely socialization, registration, survey, disbursement of funds, and coaching. In the socialization stage, BRI officers informed the programs and requirements of the KUR Super microprogram to sub-districts and markets, visited the people, and used social media. They could register at the BRI unit office, contact bank officers, or access the website at https://pinjaman.bri.co.id. The survey was conducted when the registrant has completed the initial stage. The bank officers confirmed business information and customers’ plans and proposed various businesses that could be carried out during the pandemic, so that the business feasibility, capital requirements, and payback period could be seen. After feasible business and capital requirements have been calculated and have obtained the Unit Chief’ approval, the process of disbursing funds could be carried out by asking the customers to sign a letter of agreement and they received business capital in the form of savings. In the last stage, they have taken training (coaching) for at least the first 3 months facilitated by BRI officers to determine business progress.Keywords: super micro people business credits, entrepreneurship, Covid-1
PENGARUH SIKAP FINANSIAL DAN PERILAKU FINANSIAL TERHADAP TARAF LITERASI FINANSIAL MAHASISWA
Abstract The research aims to explain the effect of financial atitude on the level of financial literacy, explain the effect of financial behaviour on the level of financial literacy, and explain the influence of financial atitude and financial behaviour on the level of financial literacy. This research is a type of quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were students of STKIP PGRI Jombang class 2018-2021. The sampling technique used proportional random sampling technique, in order to obtained the number of respondens as much as 311 people. The research instrumen used a questionaire. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the level of financial literacy of STKIP PGRI Jombang students in the 2018-2021 batch was 4.01 which was in the high category. In addition, this study is able to prove that financial atitude affects the level of student financial literacy, financial behaviour affects the level of student financial literacy, and financial atitude and financial behaviour affect the level of student financial literacy.Keywords: finanncial literacy, financial atitude, financial behaviou
EFEK MODERASI MOTIVASI BELAJAR PENGARUH ACADEMIC HARDINESS DAN LINGKUNGAN KELUARGA PADA HASIL BELAJAR
AbstractThis research is motivated by the existence of problems in student learning outcomes at the 2018 Faculty of Economics and Business Education which are still low. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the influence of academic hardiness and family environment on learning outcomes with the moderating variable of learning motivation. The method used in this study is an explanatory survey research with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The population of this research is students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Education Class of 2018 as many as 615 students while the sample is 243 students. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using multiple linear regression data analysis techniques with Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). The results showed that learning outcomes and academic hardiness were in the medium category, while the family environment and learning motivation were in the high category. In addition, the results of this study show 1) Academic Hardiness and Family Environment affect learning outcomes, 2) Learning motivation moderates the influence of academic hardiness on learning outcomes, 3) Learning motivation moderates the influence of family environment on learning outcomes.Keyword: Academic Hardiness, Family Environment, Learning Motivation, Learning Outcome
PENGARUH LITERASI EKONOMI DAN TEMAN SEBAYA TERHADAP PERILAKU KONSUMSI YANG DIMEDIASI OLEH KONTROL DIRI
AbstractHigh school students are included in the category of teenagers, they are still not able to control themselves optimally because they are in the stage of searching for identity. This can trigger irrational consumption behavior. It’s needed to have economic literacy and a good peer environment as well as positive self-control so that students can behave rationally. In this study using quantitative methods. The purpose of this research was to knowing the effect of economic literacy and peers on consumption behavior through self-control. This study uses a simple random sampling technique in determining the sample. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Taman. The research sample was 11th grade social studies students, totalling 102 respondents. The results of the study are (1) existence an insignificant and positive impact between economic literacy on self-control. (2) existence a significant and positive impact economic literacy on consumption behavior. (3) existence a significant and negative impact between peers on self-control. (4) existence is a positive and significant impact between peers on consumption behavior. (5) existence a positive and significant impact  self-control on consumption behavior. (6) existence an insignificant and positive effect of self-control as a intervening variable of the effect of economic literacy on consumption behavior. AbstractThe purposes of the study are to find out: The influence of teachers’ perfomance and learning facilities to the students’ achievement at SMP Negeri Se-Kota Cirebon. The influence of teachers’ perfomance to the students’ achievement at SMP Negeri Se-Kota Cirebon. The influence of learning facilities to the students’ achievement at SMP Negeri Se-Kota Cirebon. The researh uses descriptive corelational method. The population is 99 sosial science teachers at SMP Negeri Se-Kota Cirebon. The results of the research are: There is positive influence of teachers’ perfomance and learning facilities to the students’ achievement at SMP Negeri Se-Kota Cirebon. PENGEMBANGAN BAHAN AJAR EKONOMI BERBASIS PROBLEM BASED LEARNING DALAM BENTUK BUKU SAKU DIGITAL
Abstract:Teaching materials are educational resources for transferring knowledge, but the ineffectiveness of teaching materials can be an inhibitors in achieving the learning objectives. The research on development digital pocket books based on Problem Based Learning (PBL) aimed to explain the level of feasibility; analyzed effectiveness through learning outcomes; as well as knowing the practicality of using digital pocket books in the learning process. Type of the research was a R&D (Research and Development) used the ADDIE model by Dick & Carry. The research procedure consisted of five stages, analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research subjects were 20 students of class XI Science. Data collection techniques through interviews, questionnaires, and tests. Data analysis techniques are (1) expert analysis and validation; (2) student questionnaire responses; and (3) gain score calculation. The results showed that the digital pocket book "very feasible" was used by getting a percentage score of eligibility of 83.77% and practicality of 88%, as well as getting a gain score of 0.64 with the criteria of "moderate". Based on these results, PBL-based digital pocket books are declared very feasible and practical to use during the learning process because it can increase the learning outcomes.Keywords: Teaching Materials, Digital Pocket Book, Economic, Problem Based Learnin
LITERASI EKONOMI PADA MASYARAKAT NELAYAN DESA PULAU LEMUKUTAN
AbstractThis research was based on the relevant previous of various research results that literacy economic usually obtained from learning formal give a positive role of someone behavior and economic phenomena in the fisherman society in Lemukutan Island Village generally only have primary and secondary education. The purpose of this research is to assess the fishing community\u27s economic literacy in Lemukutan Island Village. Methods used is descriptive quantitative data collection of communication and the indirect impact of the survey data. Respondents to this research of the communities in the Lemukutan Village is 1.024. Sample of this research as much as 258 respondents. Data analysis techniques used that is mean of the economic literacy index. Based on processing the data that has been exercised toward research indicators covering: 1 ) knowledge of the value of goods and scale of the priority in his life budgeting; 2 ), savings and managing money; 3 ) credit management; 4 ) the importance of insurance and protection against a risk; 5 ) investment planning 6 ); the old age pension; and 7) information of products can be expressed that the rate of 54 respondents was 54 percent. PENGEMBANGAN BUKU AJAR BERBASIS SCIENTIFIC APPROACH PADA MATA PELAJARAN AKUNTANSI PERBANKAN KELAS XI PERBANKAN DAN KEUANGAN MIKRO SMK NEGERI 1 KALITENGAH LAMONGAN
AbstractThe application of the Revised K13 requires learning devices that act as learning resources, one of which is textbooks. In class XI Banking and Microfinance in the banking accounting subject, there are no textbooks in accordance with the applicable curriculum. The purpose of this development research is to develop and create products in the form of textbooks based on the banking accounting scientific approach for class XI students of Banking and Microfinance at SMK Negeri 1 Kalitengah Lamongan based on the 2014 BSNP standards. In this study also tested the validity of the feasibility of textbooks by students expert. The model used in this development research is the 4D model which includes the stages of define, design, develop, and disseminate. However, this research did not reach the dissemination stage, due to limited time and cost. The results showed the feasibility of presenting material, language, and graphics with a percentage of each component, namely 93.56%, 92.37%, and 98.1%.
