    AbstractTeaching with the team teaching method is useful for providing varied teaching services to students, so that students can actively participate in learning activities. The research objective was to determine the increase in student learning activeness with the team teaching learning method in the Economic Specialization. This reseacrh used qualitative research methods. The results of the analysis show that the team teaching learning method has a good impact on increasing student learning activeness in the Economics Specialization, because students become more enthusiastic, diligent, active, and also critical when studying. The conclusion of this research is that with team teaching learning, students are enthusiastic and happy when learning because learning is carried out by two teachers, and added with different teaching methods, such as adding games when there is an interval of time.Keywords: Team teaching, student learning activeness, economic specialization

    AbstractInterest Entrepreneurship person grow because factors from the family environment, entrepreneurial knowledge person, and entrepreneurial motivation. purpose of this research was to analyze the effect from the family environment, entrepreneurial knowledge, and entrepereneurial motivation on interest entrepereneurship of students economic education study program. This research used quantitative approach with correlational type. The population was students of the economic education study program 2018 and 2019 totalling 122 students, and the research sample using simple random sampling technique in determining 93 sample was obtained. Data collection used questionnaire and techniques data analysis used multiple linier regression analysis. The results of this study showed: (1) family environment partially has not effect interest entrepereneurship of students (2) Entrepreneurial knowledge partially has an effect interest entrepereneurship of students (3) motivation of entrepreneurial partially has an effect interest entrepereneurship of students (4) family environment, entrepreneurial knowledge, and motivation of entrepreneurial simultaneously has a significant effect interest entrepereneurship of students.Keywords: family environment, entrepreneurial knowledge, motivation of entrepreneurial, interest of entrepreneurship

    AbstractThis research aims to develop an E-module using a Flip Builder Application Based on Problem Solving in the subject of Taxation for PPH Chapter 23,24,25, 26, and Chapter 28(a)/29. This research was conducted using the Research and Development (R&D) method. The research and development steps are guided by the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). The development stage has 3 stages, namely 1). Validation test in which there are two validators, namely material experts and media experts. 2). The practicality test is a test from a tax lecturer (one person). 3). The next step is to test the attractiveness of the E-module, namely the individual test (3 people) and the small group test (6 people). limited group trial by distributing online questionnaires. The validation results from material experts and media experts obtained that the criteria could be used with partial revisions results is 85%  and could be used with partial revisions with 84% results. The results obtained from the practicality test in which the course lecturers amounted to 91.7% and individual trials and small group trials of 93%.Keywords : E-modul, Flip Builder, Problem Solvin

    AbstractToday, Indonesians are increasingly aware of the importance of investing, Technical and Fundamental Analysis is an analytical tool to assess the company\u27s performance. By using this analysis, it is expected that investors and potential investors can assess the feasibility of the company before making capital market investments. As a student of the School of Economics, the assessment of investment is not unfamiliar. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to test the understanding of capital market accounting and the English understanding of basic technical analysis. The population of this research is students from the UGJ School of Economics. He has signed up for English and business English courses, and has a family of financial accounting and capital markets, and has obtained 154 students as research interviewees. Research data is analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis.While the feasibility of regression models is assessed using the Classical Assumption Test, Hypothesis Test, and Determination Coefficient Test.     AbstractDuring the Covid 19 pandemic, the learning process is limited online and offline so it has less time allocation than before. It was found that there were some students who cheated while doing assignments, daily tests and there were students who were less active in the class in the learning process. Quantitative research is correlational with the aim of knowing the effect of self-efficacy and learning environment with learning motivation as a mediating variable on economic learning outcomes. The sample of this research is the students of class X E5 and X E8 of SMAN 3 Sidoarjo with a total of 73 people. Primary data by distributing questionnaires while secondary data using the Final Semester Assessment. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling using WarPLS type 7.0 tool. The results of the discussion of observations show that self-efficacy directly affects learning motivation, self-efficacy has no effect on learning outcomes, learning environment affects learning motivation and learning outcomes, learning motivation affects learning outcomes. However, indirectly self-efficacy and learning environment cannot affect learning outcomes through learning motivation.Keywords: Self-Efficacy, Learning Environment, Learning Motivatio

    AbstractFemale workers in a family have two role as breadwinners and provide education to children. One of the education that they should teach children is economic education. This study aims 1) to describe the role of female workers of Minangkabau culinary businesses in family economic education, and 2) describe the way family economic education is carried out by female workers of Minangkabau culinary businesses to shape children\u27s economic behavior. This research uses a qualitative approach with this type of phenomenological research. Data collection techniques are conducted with in-depth interviews, participation observations, and documentation. The research informant is female workers of Minangkabau culinary business in Tanah Datar Regency, West Sumatra Province. Data analysis technique uses the process of qualitative research data analysis Miles, Huberman, & Saldana consisting of four activities namely (1) data collection, (2) data condensation, (3) data display, and (4) conclusion: drawing and verifyng. The results showed that 1) female workers of Minangkabau culinary businesses play a role in family economic education as the first person to provide economic education to children, and 2) female workers of Minangkabau culinary businesses do family economic education by telling stories to children, habituation, and exemplaryness. The results of this study can be used as guidelines in conducting family economic education to shape children\u27s economic behavior.Keywords: family economic education, Minangkabau culinary business, female worker, economic behavior.

    AbstractThis study aims to analyze the effect of emotional intelligence (emotional quotient) and economic literacy on teaching readiness of students of the 2018 and 2019 Economics Education Study Program students, State University of Surabaya. The research data were taken from 86 students who were analyzed using a quantitative approach with structural equation modeling. (SEM) WarpPLS approach. The results showed that emotional intelligence has an influence on economic literacy, the higher the level of emotional intelligence of students, the higher the economic literacy of students. Likewise, emotional intelligence variables affect teaching readiness, so the higher the emotional intelligence of students, the better their teaching readiness. However, the economic literacy variable has no effect on teaching readiness, so students who have high, medium or low levels of economic literacy have no effect on their level of teaching readiness. Thus, the economic literacy variable does not mediate the influence of emotional intelligence on teaching readiness for students of the 2018 and 2019 S1 Economics Education Study Program students, State University of Surabaya.Keywords: Emotional Intelligence, Economic Literacy, Teaching Readines

    ICT SELF EFFICACY DAN CREATIVITY SEBAGAI DETERMINASI TECHNOPRENEURSHIP INTENTION

     AbstractThis research aims to determine how the influence of ICT self-efficacy, and also creativity on technopreneurship intention. This research uses the explanatory survey method. The population in this study were students of Economic Education, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Siliwangi University class of 2017 to 2020, amounting to 452 people. The sample of this study amounted to 212 students. Based on the results of data processing, it showed that the ICT self-efficacy, creativity, and technopreneurship intention of Economic Education students are in the high category. In addition, the results of data analysis using SPSS 25 found that ICT self-efficacy and creativity had a positive and significant effect on technopreneurship intention with an influence magnitude of 47.7% and 52.3% were able to be influenced by other factors not included in this study.Keywords: ICT self efficacy, creativiy, tecnopreneurship intentio

    AbstractThe prolonged Covid-19 pandemic has weakened the economy in Indonesia. One of the biggest impacts was also felt in the tourism sector where all destination areas were closed due to this disaster which had an impact on the development of the creative economy in the destination area. The aim of this study is local wisdom, quality of human resources managers and destination attractions for village destination sustainability in the midst of pandemic Covid-19. This study is a quantitative approach using questionnaires as a method of data collection, where the number of samples used as many as 140 people with accidental sampling techniques, the analysis method in this study using the model of structural equations with the application of Amos. The findings of this study show that local wisdom on the attractiveness of destinations has a positive and significant influence, the quality of human resources has a positive and significant influence on tourist attraction, tourist attraction has a positive and significant influence in influencing the sustainability of destinations, local wisdom has an insignificant influence in encouraging destination sustainability,  The quality of human resources to the sustainability of the destination shows a positive and significant direction, and indirectly shows the attractiveness of tourism has an insignificant effect as a mediation variable for local wisdom on the sustainability of the destination. This study suggests the need to improve the quality of human resources who are able to see tourism development trends and use local wisdom with several new innovations so that they can attract tourists.     AbstractThe background of this research is about the importance of mastery of learning media for educators in delivering learning materials. The purpose of the study was to determine the feasibility of monopoly learning media, interest in learning and student responses. This research involves material experts and media experts. This research uses the type of research development or Research and Development (R&D) with the development model used is ADDIE The development model used is ADDIE which consists of 5 stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. MOLEK (Economic Monopoly) learning media is an Android-based mobile learning. To measure interest, use a questionnaire with a score of positive and negative statements, while to measure student responses the Guttman scale is used. Implementation of Economic Monopoly Learning Media Implementation of Economic Monopoly Learning Media in class XI students of SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Surabaya was carried out for 20 students. Based on the research results, the development of MOLEK (Economic Monopoly) Learning Media on Monetary and Fiscal Policy Materials in Senior High Schools is declared valid, practical and significant. Validation by material experts got a score of 84% while validation by media experts got a score of 84%. The analysis of student response data obtained a score of 91.5%, it can be concluded that the application of MOLEK (Economic Monopoly) learning media received a very decent response from students.Keywords: Android-based mobile learning, monopoly learning media, interest in learning and student response
