PENGARUH LITERASI DIGITAL TERHADAP PRESTASI AKADEMIK EKONOMI DENGAN PEMBELAJARAN INFORMAL DIGITAL SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI
Economic academic achievement has not reached the good category during learning activities due to a lack of digital literacy, especially data and information literacy. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of digital literacy on economic academic achievement with digital informal learning as a mediating variable. This research uses a quantitative approach with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis assisted by WarpPLS 8.0 software. Data was collected by census techniques and obtained from 236 students in class X and XI at SMA Muhammadiyah 10 GKB Gresik. The results of the research showed that digital literacy has a positive and significant correlation with digital informal learning and their economic academic achievement. In addition, digital informal learning as a mediating variable has a positive and significant influence on the relationship between digital literacy and economic academic achievement. This could be novelty in this research because the mediating role of digital informal learning between digital literacy and economic academic achievement remains unexplored. For this reason, it is recommended that educational institutions and students consider digital literacy and digital informal learning to improve their economic academic achievement.

PENGARUH ROA, ROE, NIM DAN NPM TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN PADA BANK YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA PERIODE 2020-2022
Every company must be managed effectively and efficiently to be able to survive and compete. Managing company resources well will provide benefits for the company both internally and externally, this is in accordance with the company\u27s goals. The company\u27s main goal is to improve the welfare of its shareholders by maximizing company profits through company performance, by maximizing company value. The higher the value of the company, the welfare of share owners will increase. This research uses secondary data obtained from the company\u27s annual financial report for the 2020-2022 period which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and for completeness of data information in the bank\u27s annual report obtained via the bank\u27s website in question. Secondary data is a source of research data obtained by researchers indirectly through intermediary media. The population of this research is banking companies in Indonesia that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period. Sampling uses the purposive sampling method, according to Umar (2004), the purposive sampling technique is a sample selection technique based on certain characteristics that are considered to have a relationship with previously known population characteristics. The criteria used in determining the sample are banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period, banking companies that publish complete financial reports during the research period, and not in the form of a merger." UKURAN PERUSAHAAN MEMODERASI FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI TAX AVOIDANCE
This study aims to examine the effect of capital intensity, real earnings management and political connections on tax avoidance with company size as a moderating variable. This study uses a population of property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data in this study are secondary data obtained from the company\u27s annual financial statements in 2020 - 2022. The sampling method uses purposive sampling technique, the population that will be used as a research sample is a population that meets certain criteria. The sample of companies that met the research criteria was 28 companies. The outlier data is 10 financial statement data. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis models and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) analysis with the SPSS version 25 program. The results showed that capital intensity and political connections have a negative effect on tax avoidance. While real earnings management has a positive effect on tax avoidance. Company size cannot weaken the influence of capital intensity, real earnings management and political connections on tax avoidance
PENGARUH SELF-EFFICACY DAN PERSEPSI PROFESI GURU TERHADAP MINAT MENJADI GURU PADA MAHASISWA PENDIDIKAN EKONOMI
Objectives The participants in this study are members of the class of 2020 at Panca Sakti University Bekasi\u27s Economic Education Research Program. The purpose of this research is to investigate the influence that one\u27s self-efficacy and perspective of the teaching profession have on one\u27s level of motivation to enter the teaching profession. This study employs a survey or questionnaire approach to quantitative research with an associative approach, using multiple linear regression analysis to analyze the resulting data. A total of 104 students were selected at random for this analysis. According to the results, an individual\u27s self-efficacy had a more significant influence on their interest in entering the teaching profession than did their perception of the teaching profession itself. If a person is interested in becoming an educator, one factor that goes into the decision-making process is how they feel about themselves in relation to the teaching profession and how confident they are in their abilities

True education is an absolute necessity for every human being who is carried out consciously to form self-potential. This study aims at patterns of economic education in rattan craftsman families in order to maintain business continuity. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Informants in this study were families of rattan craftsmen in Karang Asem Village, Plumbon District, Brebes Regency. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study are (1) The profile of the family of rattan craftsmen in maintaining the sustainability of this business there are two families, namely the two sons rattan home industry and the Nayafa rattan home industry, the business of the two families is growing more and more demand from factories and from consumers outside the city, (2 ) The pattern of economic education in rattan craftsman families in maintaining business continuity in Karang Asem Village, Plumbon District, Cirebon Regency 2 can be obtained three supporting patterns, namely: habituation, advice and training for independence, (3) Factors that influence patterns of economic education in rattan craftsman families In maintaining business continuity in Karang Asem Village, Plumbon District, Cirebon Regency, there are three factors, namely: discipline, honesty and obedience to the rules
IMPROVE MARKETING PERFORMANCE THROUGH MARKET SENSING CAPABILITY, DYNAMIC CAPABILITIES, AND NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
The worsening sales trend of Jepara furniture exporters as a result of substandard marketing performance is the driving force for this research. Currently, a company\u27s ability to improve its marketing performance is very important because it shows how well the company can meet its sales targets in the market. An effective method for identifying problems that impact a company\u27s competitiveness and sustainability is to examine its marketing performance and the factors that influence that marketing performance. This study shows market sensing capabilities, dynamic capabilities, and new product development that can be used by Jepara furniture exporters to improve their marketing performance. This survey involved 60 respondents and used quantitative techniques. Purposive sampling is used in the sampling procedure. The research utilizes multiple linear regression analysis for data examination. Research findings show that market sensing capability, dynamic capabilities, and new product development all influence marketing performance. In this research, expanding market sensing capabilities, dynamic capabilities and new product development are recommended for Jepara furniture export companies. Thus, the furniture export business in Jepara will have better marketing performance
DINAMIKA PENELITIAN KEPATUHAN WAJIB PAJAK
This study explores the compliance of taxpayers in Indonesia from 2013 to 2023 by mapping research published in national scientific journals. The research methodology involves a thorough literature review, examining articles with the keyword "taxpayer compliance" on scientific journal websites. The population consists of articles on taxpayer compliance, and the sample is selected based on criteria such as keyword relevance, completeness, clarity, and online accessibilityThe mapping of journal names aims to categorize articles, facilitating information on journal consistency in publishing content related to taxpayer compliance. The findings reveal continuous publications on taxpayer compliance in scientific journals throughout the years, with 2017 dominating the articles. E-Jurnal Akuntansi emerges as the most prolific journal in publishing these articles. The prevalent research method is quantitative, with awareness of taxpayers being the most commonly studied variable. Implications of the study include recognizing E-Jurnal Akuntansi and Jurnal Akuntansi as promising channels for future researchers and the potential for more varied and in-depth results through the use of qualitative methods. The study also highlights the predominance of primary data sources and suggests the exploration of alternative sources such as observation and interviews for richer and more realistic data

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of family environment patterns on student entrepreneurial decision making. The cultivation of entrepreneurial interest cannot be done immediately without education and family support that can drive a person\u27s entrepreneurial spirit. The family environment plays an important role in shaping students\u27 thoughts and attitudes towards entrepreneurship. Family support, attitudes, and experiences can influence a student\u27s interest and courage in entering the business world. This literature review is based on national and international journals with ISSN or eISSN and indexed by SINTA which are searched using Publish or Perish. The results showed that families who have an entrepreneurial background and provide positive encouragement and support significantly affect the entrepreneurial decision of a student. This study concludes that the pattern of the family environment is an important factor that encourages students\u27 interest in entrepreneurship.

ANALISA KELAYAKAN RENCANA PEMBELANJAAN MODAL (CAPEX) PT UNITED TRACTORS TBK (UNTR) DALAM RANGKA MENGANTISIPASI PROYEKSI PERTUMBUHAN BISNIS PERUSAHAAN
The purpose of this study is to determine the performance of PT United Tractors Tbk through cash flow analysis that can be used as a decision-making tool by company and investors. Research approach to be used is quantitative descriptive, data used for analysis is secondary data, which is cash flow reports collected from the website of PT United Tractors Tbk. Data were analyzed using 8 cash flow ratios, namely: ration of operating cash flow, cash flow coverage ratio, interest coverage ratio of the cash, the cash coverage ratio of current liabilities, capital expenditure ratio, the ratio of total debt, the ration of net cash flow and free cash flow adequacy ratio. The results of the analysis indicate that the company\u27s financial performance from 2017 to 2021 ratio generated tends to be deprived, where it seen from 5 ratios are on low averag
PENGARUH PENGETAHUAN INVESTASI, MOTIVASI INVESTASI, DAN LITERASI KEUANGAN TERHADAP MINAT INVESTASI MAHASISWA
The aim of the research carried out was to determine the influence of investment knowledge, invesment motivation and financial literacy on the investment interest of YPPI Rembang University Management Study Program student in the capital market. The research population was students of the YPPI Rembang University Management Study Program. Sampling Using propotional random sampling sample of 70 respondents. Data analysis used multiple liniear regression with SPPS 24.0. The research results show that the investment motivation and finacial literacy variables have a positive effect on students’ invesment intentions, while the investment knowledge variables has a positive effect on students’ invesment intentions, but has no significant. The Adjusted R value shows a value of 0,583. This means that the three independent variables, namely investment knowledge, investment motivation and financial literacy, are only able to explain 58,3%, of investment, while 41,7% can be explained by variables out side this.
