PENGARUH PERSEDIAAN, INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY SET DAN KURS VALUTA ASING TERHADAP RETURN SAHAM
This study aims to determine and describe the effect of inventory, investment opportunity set and foreign exchange rates.The population in this study includes all automotive and component sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 period. Determination of the sample used in this study as a representative form of the population using a purposive sampling technique. The use of data analysis techniques in this study is descriptive and verification analysis. The selected sample data in this study were then tested using a multiple linear regression analysis model.The results of the research that has been done inform that inventory has no effect on stock returns. investment opportunity set has a significant effect on stock returns.foreign exchange rates have no effect on stock returns inventory, investment opportunity set and foreign exchange rates simultaneously have no significant effect on stock returns. The result of testing the analysis of the coefficient of determination is that the value of the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) This value informs that changes in inventory, investment opportunity sets and foreign exchange rates affect changes in stock returns by 13.80% influenced by other variables outside this study
PENGARUH KEIKUTSERTAAN DALAM KEGIATAN EKSTRAKURIKULER TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR MELALUI KEDISIPLINAN BELAJAR SISWA SEKOLAH MENENGAH ATAS
This study explores the impact of student participation in extracurricular activities on learning achievement mediated by learning discipline. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Seberida, Indragiri Hulu Regency, with a sample of 30 students in class XI IPS. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive quantitative research type, the data analysis used to test the hypothesis is path analysis. The results showed that extracurricular activities have a positive but insignificant direct and indirect effect on learning achievement mediated by student discipline. The results of this study confirm previous research which states that there is a positive and significant effect of participation in extracurricular activities on discipline and learning achievement. However, this study was able to show that discipline and learning achievement can be controlled by school management policies in maintaining student discipline and achievement.
PENGARUH MOTIVASI, KOMITMEN KARYAWAN, DAN STRES KERJA TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA KARYAWAN BAGIAN PRODUKSI DI SALAH SATU PERUSAHAAN SEMEN DI JAWA TENGAH
The purpose of this study is to demonstrate and elucidate the impact of employee commitment and motivation. The impact of work-related stress on the productivity of production staff at a Central Java cement company. The employed research methodology is quantitative in nature, placing emphasis on the analysis of numerical data (numbers) through the application of statistical methods. The sampling method employs cluster random sampling with a probability sampling component. Through the distribution of questionnaires, gather data, which will subsequently be analyzed using SPSS software. The data utilized in this study comprises subject data, which is collected from respondents via questionnaires that were disseminated. In order to ascertain the impact of the dependent variable, work performance, on the independent variables of motivation, employee commitment, and work stress, multiple linear regression was applied to the data. A total of 100 people were included in the research sample. Workers in the production department of a cement firm in Central Java were found to be significantly more productive when they were motivated and committed to their job. On the flip side, there is a positive correlation between work stress and the performance of production department employees at the same organization, although this correlation is not statistically significant
PENGARUH FINANCIAL DISTRESS DAN LEVERAGE TERHADAP MANAJEMEN LABA (Studi Kasus Pada Perusahaan Sub sektor Farmasi Periode 2017-2021)
This study intends to investigate how financial distress and leverage affect managing profitability. The populationof this study includes all pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the2017-2021 period, the sample was determined by purposive sampling, namely 8 companies. The data collectiontechnique uses documentation techniques, namely collecting financial reports for the pharmaceutical sub-sectorin the 2017-2021 period. This research method uses quantitative methods with descriptive and verification dataanalysis techniques and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis models. The results show thatthe coefficient of determination (R Square) indicates that financial distress and leverage impact earningsmanagement by 20.2%, whereas other factors not included in this study influence the remaining factors. Partialhypothesis testing shows that financial distress has no effect on earnings management while leverage has asignificant effect on earnings management. Simultaneously financial distress and leverage have a significant effecton earnings management in pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the2017-2021 period
PENGARUH EKUITAS MEREK, BRAND IMAGE DAN LIFESTYLE TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN KONSUMEN PADA PRODUK IPHONE
This research is motivated by the perception of the majority of students, especially students of the Malikussaleh University Management Study Program, that when they own or use a device with the iPhone brand, it has a certain prestige. The iPhone is not only used as a communication tool but also used as a lifestyle symbol. So based on this, this research aims to obtain a systematic picture of the variables of service quality, brand value and lifestyle as independent variables and purchasing decisions as the dependent variable. This research is quantitative research with the research sample being students from the Malikussaleh University Management Study Program with a total of 150 students. The analysis used in this research is alternating regression analysis. The results of this research are that there is no simultaneous relationship between Product Quality, Brand Equity and Lifestyle
PENGARUH DUKUNGAN SOSIAL DAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR EKONOMI KELAS X SMA
This research aims to analyze the influence of social support and learning motivation, both partially and simultaneously, on the economic learning outcomes of class X students at SMA Muhammadiyah 10 GKB Gresik. This research is a descriptive quantitative type that uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 22 software. Data on social support and learning motivation were collected through questionnaires, while learning outcomes used second semester economic report card grades. The sample used was 120 class X students of SMA Muhammadiyah 10 GKB Gresik, with a simple random sampling technique using the Slovin formula. The results of this research show that (1) There is a positive and significant influence between social support on economic learning motivation with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.005, (2) There is a positive and significant influence between economic learning motivation on economic learning outcomes with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.005, (3) Simultaneously there is a significant positive influence between social support and learning motivation on economic learning outcomes with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.005.

PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN INTERAKTIF BERBASIS ANDROID UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR EKONOMI DI SMA
This is motivated by the low learning outcomes of students on the material price index and inflation. This is due to a lack of understanding of the material and the limitations of the learning media used for the learning delivery process. So this development research aims to find out how Android-based interactive media can improve student learning outcomes. This R&D research uses the thiagarajan model known as 4D namely Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The subjects of this research were students of class XI IPS 2 at SMAN 15 Surabaya, which consisted of 34 students. Android-based interactive media obtained a material validity feasibility value of 97% and media experts 95%, namely with a very feasible interpretation. Meanwhile, the students\u27 responses obtained a score of 96% with a very proper interpretation. In measuring the increase in learning outcomes carried out by the N-Gain test which obtained a result of 0.69 which is included in the medium category. Therefore it can be seen that there is an increase in student learning outcomes. This increase occurred because the presentation of media designs that were developed was attractive and fun, supplemented by animated video illustrations of material, supplemented by learning evaluations with multilevel methods, ease of operation and flexible use of media, and media designed interactively to increase student motivation in obtaining better learning outcomes. better. So the conclusion that is obtained is that Android-based interactive media is recommended for use in the learning process and is able to improve student learning outcomes
FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI INTEGRITAS LAPORAN KEUANGAN DENGAN KOMISARIS INDEPENDEN SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERASI
This study aims to determine the effect of financial distress, leverage, and firm size on the integrity of financial statements with independent commissioners as moderating variables. This study took a sample of 18 transportation & logistics sector companies listed on the IDX from 2019 to 2022, which were determined using the purposive sampling method. The research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis and moderate regression analysis (MRA) with the SPSS version 25 program. The results of this study indicate that financial distress and leverage have a positive effect on the integrity of financial statements, while company size has no effect on the integrity of financial statements. Independent commissioners as a moderating variable can strengthen the positive effect of leverage on the integrity of financial statements but cannot strengthen the positive effect of financial distress and company size on the integrity of financial statements.

PENGIMPLEMENTASIAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS QUIZZIZ DALAM UPAYA PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA
This study discusses the use of Quizizz-based learning media in an effort to improve the learning outcomes of students in class VII-I of SMPN 28 Surabaya in the Social Sciences subject. The research was conducted over 2 cycles, which included planning, implementation, observation, and reflection in each cycle. These stages were repeated with improvements based on reflections from the previous cycle. Data were collected through pre-tests and post-tests to measure the improvement in student learning outcomes, as well as through the observation of teacher and student activities by observers. This research utilized the Classroom Action Research (CAR) model with a time span of 3 months. The results of this study showed a very significant improvement in student learning outcomes, with a 79% increase in cycle I and an 87% increase in cycle II. Additionally, there was an increase in both teacher and student activities in each cycle. This indicates that Quizizz-based learning media is beneficial in improving student learning outcomes.

PERBANDINGAN PROBLEM BASED CONVENTIONAL LEARNING DENGAN CREATIVE PROBLEM BASED LEARNING TERHADAP SELF REGULATED LEARNING
This study aims to compare between Problem Based Conventional Learning (PBCL) and Creative Problem Based Learning (CPBL) learning models on self-regulated learning in economics. PBCL is a conventional teaching model combined with problem-based learning, which emphasises problem solving with a conventional approach while CPBL is a learning model in which there is an element of creativity that emphasises the use of creativity in solving problems. This research is a type of Quasi Experimental research with Non Equivalent Control Group design. The subjects of this study were students of class XI 5 as the control class and XI 7 as the experimental class at SMA Khadijah Surabaya. The instruments used in this research include economic pre-test post-test questionnaire and self-regulated learning questionnaire. The data in this study was tested using SPSS software. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the economics understanding and SRL skills of students who used the PBCL and CPBL learning models. The experimental class that used CPBL learning model had higher economics understanding and self-regulated learning skills than the control class. This indicates that the CPBL learning model has an influence in improving students\u27 understanding of economic material and students\u27 self-regulated learning skills.
