The Effect Of Service Quality and The Mediating Role Of Costumer Satisfaction Towards Service Loyalty in Boxins Industry Study Case : Casa Boxe
Abstract Six months since its opening, Casa Boxe only has 155 customers with only 20% of them are taking membership program. In previous studies, customer satisfaction is a key factor in influencing the loyalty of a customer. The research was done with collecting questionnaire from 71 customers of Casa Boxe to analyze the current level Of service quality, Customer Satisfaction and Service Loyalty. The result indicate that, the current level of Casa Boxe’s service qualiy can be categorized as good and with the lowest score on Reliability sub-dimensions. While for the level of Casa Boxe’s customer satisfaction and service loyalty is high. Findings also show that empathy and tangible dimensions significantly influence customer satisfaction, leading to service loyalty.Keywords: Service Loyalty, Service Quality, Customer SatisfactionÂ
CAMEL-based Determinants of the Assets Growth of Indonesian Sharia Banks
Abstract- Anecdote "five percent traps of sharia bank" arise because in the currently, sharia banking condition traps on 5% cake of Indonesian banking industry in several years. This condition worsens by the declining of sharia bank growth in 2015 period. CAMEL as a banking performance evaluation can be used to determine the assets growth relates factor. The research conducting by collecting secondary data of eleven sharia commercial bank in Indonesia from 2005- 2015 period. These variables processing in the multiregression unbalance panel model in order to find significant relation factor. the research finding found from eleven independents, there are three significant variables that have relationship toward bank assets growth.Keywords : Bank Sharia, Assets Growth, CAME
Measuring the Effectiveness of E-mail Marketing toward Consumer Decision Journey at Bhinneka.com
Abstract. The rapid growth of internet-based electronic commerce makes a higher acceptance of online transactions by consumers. BHINNEKA.com is one of many information and technology (IT) online retailer that engaged in the e-Commerce industry in Indonesia. A major difficulty for marketing professionals with today\u27s e-mail marketing is to distinguish whether the message actually reaches the right target audience at the utmost quality of the contents. The topic, which is intended to be measured, is if any associations between BHINNEKA.com’s email marketing toward each of consumer decision journey phase can be found. This study revealed key factors of e-mail marketing – subject line, incentive, length of e-mail, number of hyperlinks, and frequency jointly and separately have a positive and significant influence on consumer decision journey. Then, using the simple linear analysis this study also revealed that e-mail marketing does influence each of the consumer decision journey phase especially within the Active Evaluation phase. This result became an added value to the previous study that has not discussed the relationship yet. The Influence of Company Performance Toward Stock Price of PT XL Axiata Tbk From 2008 to 2014
Abstract. Nowadays, Information and telecommunication sector had been increased highly. It is essential for the investors to make the profitable investment like stock market investment value. It is becoming the main reason to makes the company managers more intensively to catch these opportunity and create the creative and comprehensive planning for good company performance that increase the value of companies itself. One of that is the PT. XL Axiata Tbk. that ever success be the biggest operator in second position in Indonesia. These studies explore the influence of company performance toward stock price of PT. XL Axiata Tbk. in the form of financial ratios assessment. This study examines seven financial ratios that represent five basic category of financial ratio. There are Profitability, Liquidity, Activity, Debt, and Market Ratio. ROA, Current, Asset Turnover, DER, EAR, PER and Dividend Payout ratio was used as independent variable. Whereas stock price becoming the dependent variable. This study use the balance sheet income statement and capital adequacy report each four quarter during period 2008 to 2014 as well as implementing regression time series analysis method. This study indicate that only ROA that has positive significant relationship toward stock price. And the other way, DER, EAR and PER has negative significant relationship toward stock price. This study also indicate that ROA, PER and DPR is in step with profit movement, and Current, Asset turnover, DER and EAR is in step with revenue movement of PT. The Relationship Between Fundamental Factors and Stock Return: A Case Based Approach On Banking Companies Listed In Indonesia Stock Exchange
Abstract: This study investigates the relationship of various fundamental factors in determining the stock price in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). It consists of 22 listed banking companies under banking sub-sector in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This aim of this study is to figure out the relationship between stock price and companies performance, which include earning per shares (EPS), dividend per shares (DPS), fixed assets to total assets (FA/TA), return on assets (ROA), and return on equity (ROE) towards long term stock price changes. This paper is using annual data that gathered from company’s financial annual report from 2005 to 2013. This study focused on the banking sub-sectors listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses multiple regression analysis as a method for deeper understanding and analysis. This research found that there are not statistically significant relationship between chosen fundamental factors toward stock return. This study also expected to contributes for helping the investor in investing their valuable assets to stock market especially in banking sector. Financial Performance Assessment of PT Kimia Farma Tbk in Comparison with Other Local and Regional Companies
abstract. In recent years, Indonesia has facing with the increase in population size alongside with the increase in people’s life expectation as one of the effect of people’s awareness in healthy life. Pharmaceutical industry in Indonesia is said to be having a positive growth with this condition therefore PT Kimia Farma Tbk, as the first pharmaceutical company in Indonesia does have an increase for its sales but unexpectedly it has a decrease for its net profit margin in 2013. Financial performance assessment will be done in order to know the real condition of PT Kimia Farma Tbk’s financial condition and it will also be compared with local and regional companies so that the result becomes clearer. The analysis method includes financial ratios analysis, DuPont analysis, BUMN framework, and Moody’s framework. Users\u27 Engagement Toward The Brand Accounts in Instagram Based on The AISAS Model. An Empirical Study Among College Students in North Bandung
Abstract. Instagram user database has been developing at a stunning rate since it was first launched in 2010. The study concentrates on the part of Instagram social media on impacts by cross communication of Dentsu. The purpose of this research is to identify the user’s engagement toward the brands on Instagram based on their behaviour and how do the users’ behavior toward the brands they follow in light of three initial phases of the model AISAS of Dentsu. The research used the combination of variables that related to user’s engagement whether there is a relationship or association between phases in Attention, Interest, and Search. The main variables taken from the previous research which is each dimension of phase has some of variables. The research has been done starting from June 2015 by using quantitative method. The questionnaires are filled by 300 respondents from Instagram users on the undergraduate students in ITB and UNPAD. The data collection was tested using chi square test and analyzed by using IBM SPSS 20 through statistical analysis. In summary, the respondents’ behavior toward the brands on Instagram has positive relationship and it has positive correlation of the respondents’ behaviour based on the AISAS model. Factors Influencing Brand Loyalty Towards Sportswear in Bandung
Abstract. Sportswear has been accepted by millions of people in Indonesia. In the recent years, the usage of sportswear in Indonesia became more and more acceptable, and we could see them in the malls, the roads, the schools and places, especially in Bandung. Many people became loyal to sportswear brands, and we could see that from what they wore. Sportswear including sports jacket, footwear, shorts, caps and many other types of apparel is very common nowadays because many people have been wearing them for quite some time.This research is made with the objective of learning what makes a customer loyal toward a sportswear brand, and to see whether the factors are significant or not. The researcher believe that local or any international sportswear brands could learn from the worldwide leading sportswear brands, such as Nike and Adidas, and build brand loyalty for the customers with the same quality as the best sportswear.The researcher believe if many sportswear brand could learn from the factors influencing brand loyalty towards sportswear in Bandung, any sportswear brand could build the brand loyalty in big cities such as Jakarta, and Surabaya, as Bandung is known as ‘The City of Mode’. This research will separate the 7 main factors building the brand loyalty toward a sportswear brands, such as Product Quality (PQ), Style (ST), Brand Name (BN), Store Environment (SE), Service Quality (SQ), Sales Promotion (SP), Price (PR) with the Brand Loyalty (BL) itself. With the Questionnaire of 39 questions, the quantitative data was filled by Young-Adults in Bandung to see the priorities in the brand Loyalty. After the Questionnaire is filled with respondents, the researcher use the SPSS 22 to do the reliability and validity test, calculate and descriptively analyze the the response and use regression to see the correlation of the factors with brand loyalty. All the hypothesis used in this research supports the current hypothesis and support the work of previous researchers, such as Yee and Sidek (2008), and Lau & Lee (1999). Financial Improvement of PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk to Complete in ASEAN Construction Industry
Abstract – In 2016, Asean Economic Community (AEC) will effectively begin. The purpose of this international collaboration is to enforce economic power in South-East Asia region to become single market and production base. However with policies that may apply according to AEC agreements, there will be challenges for each country in South East Asia region especially because of the tighter competition that might occur. The purpose of this research is to see the readiness of national company to compete in Asean level and to give recommendations to company’s future improvement.. Author chooses PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk. as the object of this research because they have statement in their vision to become the leading company in South East Asia. Moreover, PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk is a company that involved in the industry of construction, one of the most strategically critical industries in developing country like Indonesia. To assess the readiness of PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk., author use analysis of financial ratios to determine the current financial performance of the company. In addition, author also use BUMN framework scoring to get more information about company financial performance. As a benchmark, 3 companies in Indonesia and 3 companies from foreign country in Asean region. The analysis shown that PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk. have many rooms to improve in their current financial performance. The company needs to increase their efficiency. Currently they need averagely 65 days to collect their receivables, which is considerably too long. The company also has to utilize their asset more efficiently since the findings shown that their significant increase in asset did not followed by high increase on sales. For leverage, PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk could increase their debt to increase their financial leverage. Evaluation of Corporate Social Responsibility Practices: Case Study of Star Energy Geothermal (Wayang Windu) Limited in Pangalengan, Indonesia
Abstract. National development has always been a big issue, moreover ever since the Millennium Declaration back in 2000 at the United Nation summit and attended by 189 countries. Indonesia, with its rich natural and human resource, is having a big advantage to develop. However, the fact in the reality talked different. Even though Indonesia has been able to improve ever since the declaration was made, Indonesia failed to reach the target. One of the government ways to develop the country is by encouraging private sectors to participate in developing the country. One of the ways is by making a certain rule regarding Corporate Social Responsibility that must be done by a company which form has became a liability company. One of the companies who have done this is PT. XYZ. However, a claim from certain local communities and local people that blame the company for the disaster that happened back in the end of 2015 encourage author to evaluate their CSR practice, since the goal of CSR practice is trust and this issue could affect it. This research aims to evaluate the CSR practices of PT. XYZ. Qualitative method, using participant observation approach to several informants would be used to get more information about the issue. The result indicated a gap between the people’s perspective and what the Company wants regarding the CSR practices and some problems were found regarding the system within the practices. SWOT analysis used to know what are the Company’s internal and external factors regarding their CSR practices. Finally, using TOWS analysis, the research would be able to give some strategic recommendations for the Company, which is to empower Marukana UMKM Cooperative to do several things that the Company could not do directly, to make another Community Development program, and to make a periodical and sudden supervision to know how the program is currently running.Keywords: Corporate Social Responsibility, Empowerment, Local Community, PT.
