    Abstract. Navire hosts massive potential during its year due to the trend and unique product offering. Howe ver, the company ended its run. There is clear intention from executives of Navire to continue their business. The executives claimed they are struggle to formulate cohesive business strategy. In strategic management, business strategy formulation is very important. The goal of this research is to formulate business strategy for Navire. Strategic management process is used as a theoretical framework. Theories that were used in based on the theoretical framework, with the addition of Costumer Behavior and marketing strategy; Market STP, and Marketing Mix. The inclusion of Customer Behavior Model is to reassess the market again as data provided by executives of Navire is already irrelevant. The findings of this research are, the general environment are supportive. Demographically, Navire market, based on the questionnaire result divided into 5. The industry is expected to grow and holds an attractive proposition. In terms of rivalry, the industry is deemed to be at medium level. Competitor environment analysis result concludes each competitor have their own unique capabilities. Internal environment of the company also analyzed with resource analysis and value chain analysis. This information was then assessed and strategies are made.     Abstract. The development of technology and information, causing more people to be critical of the company\u27s activities include corporate social responsibility. The convenience served by social media allows the companies to communicate with stakeholder with more effective and efficient. The socially responsible companies are expected to utilize social media to communicate with their stakeholders. This research observes the relation between CSR index score and social media activity for companies in Indonesia.  Interestingly, the result of this research shows that socially responsible companies are not more proactive in adopting the social media, nor adopting the social media promptly. The result of this research showed that the companies with higher CSR index score correspond negatively with adoption and prompt adoption of social media.     Abstract. Department of Youth and Sports (Dispora) Bandung is a government agency which charge on providing public services for the Bandung citizen sports specifically. Dispora deals with youth development as well as sports empowerment and sports infrastructure. As a non-profit government agency, Dispora responsible to provide optimal services for the community. Community service optimization depends on how the performance of all components that support Dispora’s goals which also includes employees performance in it. Therefore, to ensure employees work according to their duties, Dispora uses two performance management systems to manage its employees, which are performance assessment system and daily activity checking system. Based on the data, found that data which is used to assesst performance indicators in the Dispora performance assessment system is collected not from a clear data and references  so that the data is bias. On the other hand the assessment would be applied once a year at end of the year so employees do not have chance to improve their performance. In another system, it was found that the duty of the working staff  to work on a minimum daily basis is five hours which according to the study, employees of Dispora can work at least six hours per day. This research will try to redesign the two performance management systems above with several stages. For a performance assessment system, firstly, find out the performance indicators used by Dispora. Then, find out the best performance indicators selected by sources from several indicators based on the literature. Then, analyse which indicators are suited to interviews and theories. After that, a list of the new performance indicators is found. For daily activity checking systems, using the coding method, analyse the advantages and disadvantages of the system when applied to five hours and six hours minimum of working time. Then, analyse which are the best minimum of working time to apply on Dispora.     Abstract. PT.XYZ, as one of fashion retailer in Bandung is facing issue on how to optimize their operation management. Currently, the company does not have any proper calculation on determining how much stock they needed, level of stock should be maintain, the appropriate time to reorder the stock and any system to forecast the future demand. That condition makes overstock and stockout occur in the company. This study is conducted in order to identify the root cause of inventory management issue and design the appropriate policy for inventory management and forecasting system in PT. XYZ. The study is conducted by using qualitative and quantitative analysis. No system to determine the appropriate stock, order quantity, and the time to reorder stock, no system to forecast the demand are causes of inventory management issue in PT.XYZ. Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) model is used to determine the new order quantity, and probabilistic and safety stock model to determine the reorder point (ROP) and minimum stock.     BRAND AUDIT: A CASE STUDY OF BANGO

    Abstract.Bango is a soy sauce company originated in Indonesia. Bango was established in 1928. Bango through Unilever Internship Program website has mentioned that they are currently searching for ideas in order to penetrate the millennial generations. This issue is related with Keller’s brand equity measurement goals which is to manage brand overtime. The researcher focused on the brand audit which is the first step of brand equity measurement. A brand audit of Bango’s sweet soy sauce is required to identify the brand associations then have improvement recommendation for Bango. Brand Audit in this research uses brand inventory and brand exploratory. Based on the findings and the analysis from brand audit analysis through brand dynamics and X-SBM, the recommendation is to gain trustworthiness by creating a two way communication with fast response, and also an narrative advertisement showing how trustworthy is Unilever and Bango. Maximizing the usage of Social Media as Bango and utilize to the maximum efforts in order to reach the millennial, because based on the findings by Pew Research Center, millennial tend to use social media.     ANALYSIS SERVICE QUALITY OF BPJS PHARMACY PT. MEDIKA ANTAPANI USING SERVQUAL AND KANO’S MODEL

    Abstract.Background – The paper aims to help company to measure its customer satisfaction and identify which attribute should be prioritized for improvement through quantitative analysis of SERVQUAL and Kano’s Model.Methods - Data was collected using survey amongst randomly selected individuals from BPJS Pharmacy PT. Medika Antapani customer. There are two questionnaires. The first questionnaire was intended to measure customer satisfaction and the second questionnaire was used to classify each attributes into Kano Category. Further analysis by combining the results of two questionnaires to determine which attributes should be prioritized for improvement.Results – The result shows that there are 14 attribute of 16 attribute that has negative customer gap. It means that the customer expectation toward BPJS Pharmacy PT. Medika Antapani is higher than the perception. As for the attribute that should be prioritized for improvement according to Kano Category, there are 5 attributes that should be prioritized which are maintain speed and quality of service during busy time, provide enough seating for customer, employee always willing to help, employee have knowledge to answer question and polite and friendly employee.Conclusions – For better improvement of BPJS Pharmacy PT. Medika Antapanishould prioritized must be requirement attribute for improvement as customer see the attribute as basic service. The next one is try to reduce the customer gap between customer expectation and perception by fulfilling one-dimensional attribute. And as for achieve competitive advantage, BPJS Pharmacy PT.     ANALYSING THE INFLUENCE OF PRODUCT PLACEMENT IN HEALTHY LIFESTYLE VLOGGER CONTENT

    Abstract. Social Media has become a part of everyday life and most of its users are active on YouTube. YouTube, as the most popular site, is a video sharing platform where one of its content is a vlog. Based on the brand perspective, vlog is an effective marketing approach. Currently, the number of vlogs in the health and fitness category has increased. The increase of that number happens because consumers seek motivation regarding healthy lifestyle by watching vlogs. In line with the growing popularity of health and fitness vlogs, advertisers bold to place products in this kind of content. Product placement will help to speed up the sales process. The appearance of product placement means brand endorsement is being used and requires the attention of healthy lifestyle vloggers related to the content brand endorsement they use to market the product. Therefore, this research aimed to analyze the influence caused by product placement in healthy lifestyle vlogger vlog content by using qualitative approach which is content analysis. This research was conducted using video transcripts of 10 healthy lifestyle vloggers that have been coded and reviewed based on Match-Up Hypothesis and Para-Social Interaction. The study found that product placement has an influence on healthy lifestyle vlogger content and match-up hypothesis is the most dominant influenced by product placement. Match-up hypothesis relating to product information, honesty, and mentioning brand. The explanation of these two factors will be further explained in the study.     GAP ANALYSIS OF PRO-ENVIRONMENTAL BEHAVIOR AMONG SBM ITB STUDENTS

    Abstract. Environmental problems in Indonesia need to be highlighed for the community. There are a lot of people who do not care about the environment and it becomes a question. This study aims to find out the reason and the gap what makes people do not care maintaining and taking care of the environment. The data collected through interview  and  using  an  online  questionnaire. Interviews  are  conducted in  an  informal  way  by  discussing environmental topics. Questionnaires were made to inquire the expectations and realities that exist about pro- environment behavior. Interview data was processed by coding method and questionnaire data was processed by different test method using paired T-test. The data are gathered from SBM ITB students class of 2018, 2019, and 2020 in period of June 2018 until July 2018 in SBM ITB. Individuality, Responsibility, and Practicality are the factors that highlighted in this study.     Abstract. In December 2016, Yoforia entered the yogurt market with the thought of banishing a paradigm on how drinking yogurt is feminine. This study aims to implement brand audit analysis by Kevin Lane Keller toward Yoforia to remove any gap between what Yoforia wanted to deliver and what its audience think about Yoforia. This research used qualitative research method by interviewing the manager of Yoforia and a few of its target market. This research also used quantitative research method using online questionnaire spread to the intended target market. Brand Dynamics Model is used to analyze quantitative results. The gap between these two perspectives toward the brand will be shown in Gap Analysis and indicates a low performance of Yoforia in branding. Brand performance in customer’s perspective was analyzed using Extended Strategic Brand Mapping analysis and to measure brand equity, this research uses Brand Dynamics Model. After all of the analysis has been done, the research suggests the manager to start forming and redefine a brand-building program for its brand elements along with the content and then creating a marketing communication strategy based on the findings to solve the gap and improve the branding and content marketing strategy of Yoforia. Keywords: Brand Audit, FMCG, RTD, Yogurt Drink, Yogurt Industr

    Abstract.Employee engagement become popular because some survey shows that employee engagement can drive production process effectiveness also a good engagement will increase company reputation. The condition of employee engagement divided into three; actively engaged, not engaged and actively disengaged. Actively disengaged employee is dangerous because they can spread the negativity to the others. Impact of negativity can disrupt the production lines, especially in creative industry business that have continued production process. Another loss for the business is also when their well-trained new employee decided to resign because not engage.  The objective of this research are find the factors of employee engagement and define the dominant factor. To achieve the objectives, using factor analysis to define the factor from twelve question of Gallup Q12. The data collection method is quantitative used questionnaire and literature review studying. Literature are about the employee engagement case and recommendation. Subject of this research is staff in marketing and production division Rumah Batik Komar Cigadung, Bandung. From the analysis, there are two factor that influence employee engagement; employee recognition and employee development. After doing the point biserial correlation, employee recognition is the dominant factor that influence employee engagement in Rumah Batik Komar.
