    Abstract. The word of sustainable living had been trends nowadays, fashion consumers are shifting towards sustainable slow fashion step by step. Thus, Indonesian fashion brands need to have knowledge in understand consumer preferences towards slow fashion process value. The research was conducted to study consumer preferences on slow fashion process value. The research uses qualitative method with Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) analysis, and Microsoft Excel processing. The research will have experts judgment in doing the AHP process. According to research, consumer of slow fashion are preferring durability in designing process meaning that longevity of the clothes are the most valued weight, quality driven in production process meaning that not only the quality of the clothes itself but also the quality of surrounding such as workers welfare and environment, and waste management in consumption process meaning that designers should be handling their waste better by reuse, reduce, recycle, or cradle to cradle. The brand that are most preferable to consumers is Brand Z. Thus, the recommendation is addressed to slow fashion companies in Indonesia, this research should be use as process priority based on consumer preferences. Thus, the recommendation of this research is aimed to the Indonesian Fashion Brands who is starting the slow fashion cycle.     Abstract. This research aims to improve employee performance of PT Migas by making improvements in performance appraisal system and development plan. This article starts by analyzing the existing performance appraisal system and development plan of PT Migas so the researcher can identify the strength and weakness of the existing system. Based on researcher’s analysis, questionnaire and interview results, some improvements can be made in performance appraisal and development plan of PT Migas. The result of improvement is then compared with the existing system. The researcher found that improvements in the system can solve the problem of performance appraisal and development plan to increase employee performance.     Abstract. PT K as a chili sauce company that has been running long enough in it has problems in its quality control. PT K wants to reduce the number of defect products to the maximum limit in the set. This research aims to identify existing problems and provide solutions that can reduce the defect products in PT K, using a six sigma methodology DMAIC as a tool for continuous improvement to achieve the company specification limit. This research is done through several stages such as, problem identification, data collection, literature review, observation, data analysis, conclusions, and recommendations for the company. The analysis results are used to provide solutions for companies to reduce the number of defect products and implement the given solution. This research scope is minimize into reducing the defect product of Chili Sauce A in PT K.     Abstract. Engaging younger worker is one of the phenomena of concern to organizations and companies. That makes companies’ interests in employing younger worker like students as their brand ambassadors is on the rise. One of practice that could affect employee engagement is internal marketing. Cicil.co.id, an Indonesian startup wants to know the impact of internal marketing practices on their student ambassador program. This research aims to analyze the impact of internal marketing practice on student ambassadors’ engagement in Cicil and develop a model to improve current internal marketing strategy. A quantitative research was conducted on 65 Cicil student ambassadors. Simple linear regression method was used to measure the significance of internal marketing practices influence on engaged behavior of student ambassador. Variable dimension analysis was conducted to evaluate current internal marketing practice and develop a model as a guideline to improve Cicil’s internal marketing strategy. Internal marketing practices at Cicil is proved to have a positive and significant impact on engaged student ambassadors’ behavior. A model based on the internal marketing dimension was constructed to be guideline for planning internal marketing strategy.     Abstract. Ciletuh-Palabuhanratu Geopark is a tourism destination in Sukabumi district which is relied by the government of West Java to hold UNESCO Global Geopark status by the year 2018. However, for the geopark to be recognized as such, it needs to pass the requirements set by UNESCO, which is to develop the geopark area using sustainability concept and community development in mind. All these three aspects; economical, socio-cultural, and environmental, should be sustainably managed. This research aims to explore new strategies for CPG management in the cause of sustainably developing Ciletuh-Palabuhanratu community areas. In-depth interview, journal and article study are used as main data collection methods. Environmental scanning is conducted before strategic formulation using SWOT Analysis, TOWS Matrix, and Porter’s Generic Competitive Advantage. External analysis found that trend of ecotourism and the use of internet for tourism is rising, community members are mostly cooperative yet lacking in education about conservation, geopark vision, and foreign language.     Abstract. Background: this study aims to identify the factors that influence consumers’ purchase decision toward fast moving consumer goods on rural area. Methods: the objective of this study can be achieved by spreading the questionnaire with convenience sampling technique. The data is analyzed by using factor analysis and multi linear regression techniques.  Results: The findings from this research have found five factors that can influence to behavioral of society in the rural area in purchasing decision toward FMCG product.     ANALYSIS OF BANK HEALTH LEVEL USING RISK-BASED BANK RATING METHOD (RBBR)

    Abstract.The objective of this research was to find out: (1) the healthy level of bank in term of risk profile aspects in2011-2015, (2) the healthy level of bank in term of good corporate governance aspects in 2011 -2015 (3) thehealthy level of bank in term of earnings aspects in 2011-2015, (4) the healthy level of bank in term of capital aspects in 2011-2015, and (5) the healthy level of bank in term of risk profile, good corporate governance, earnings, and capital aspects in 2011-2015. The data were collected through documentation. This research undertook four RBBR factors, risk profile factor through the NPL ratio and LDR, Good Corporate Governance factor, Earning factor through ROA ratio and NIM, and Capital factor through CAR. The result of this research showed that in the periods of 2011-2053, all of the researched banks got predicate as health enough. Risk Profile factor showed bank’s NPL were under 5% and most of bank’s LDR got predicate as health enough. Good Corporate Governance factor showed banks got predicate very good. Earning factor showed bank’s ROA were over 1,5% and banks’ NIM were over 3%. Capital factor showed banks’ CAR were over 12% so that it could fill 8% the minimum of capital availability.Keywords: The Healthy Level of Bank, RGEC Metho

    Abstract. Traffic congestion and pollution is an unsolved old issue in every major city. In fact, the second largest division in contributing to the emissions of carbon dioxide (CO2) is the transportation area, due to the ignition of the petroleum product. Currently, most of Indonesia larger cities had same problems related about transportation. Government now try to find a way how to increasing role of public transportation, decreasing usage of private cars, decreasing congestion, and decreasing number of road accidents. Indonesia government through NCSTT (National Center of Sustainable Technology Transportation) wants to implementing sustainable transportation in Indonesia. Electric Vehicle is one of their projects. The project will be conduct in Bandung City with focus on developing electric vehicle from ITB Ganesha to ITB Jatinangor. Electric vehicle is expected to be the back bone of public transportation in Bandung. It helps government to reduce the traffic congestion and also reduce the pollution. The data that is used in this study was collected from secondary data and primary data. The secondary data comes from the previous study while the primary data obtain from the direct observation that have been done on May 24th until July 3rd, 2018 and questionnaire that filled by expertise and distributed via paper based as well. To provide the electric bus, there are some supporting things, one of the is bus shelter. The research finds out that to build the bus shelter need location strategy. Analityc Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used to determine the best location for electric bus shelter with deliberate the factors which is distance, urban traffic, and availability of space. Hopefully this study can contribute to Indonesia government in implementing sustainable transportation and as reference for Bandung government and stakeholder in developing the infrastructure and commercialization area of the electric vehicle.Keywords: Sustainable Transportation, Electric Vehicle, Bus Stop, AH

    DETERMINANT ANALYSIS OF NET PROFIT MARGIN USING BANK-SPECIFIC VARIABLES OF ISLAMIC BANKS IN INDONESIA

    Abstract -  The financial sector strongly influences economic growth in a country. The role of banks here is vital as an intermediary for exchanging money in the community. In conducting its operational activities, the bank focuses its business activities as a manager of public funds as its primary business activity. Besides, to be used to generate profits for banks, interest rates also function as a tool to influence a country\u27s economy. Indonesia adopted a dual banking system, namely a conventional bank that runs a regular system and Islamic banks that use Islamic law as a basis for its operational activities. Islamic Banks provide a profit-sharing system from profits derived from funds managed in exchange for interest. To calculate the performance of Islamic banks to generate profit, the Net Profit Margin Ratio. This study obtained data from the website of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and from official websites of each bank which included 7 Islamic banks which belonged to the category of foreign exchange Islamic banks and mixed Islamic banks which took place in 2011 the first quarter to 2017 fourth quarter. Regression results show that four of the six independent variables, namely Bank Size, Deposit and Short Term Financing to Total Asset, Operating Expense to Operating Income Ratio, and Capital Adequacy Ratio have a significant impact on Net Profit Margin. While Financial to Deposit Ratio and Credit Risk have no significant effect on Net Profit Margin. This study has recommendations to stakeholders in the banking industry pay more attention to these variables to adjust the value of Net Profit Margin. From the results of the intercept shows Panin Dubai Syariah Bank must pay attention to their Net Profit Margin because it has the lowest intercept from other banks. Keywords:  Islamic Banking, Banking Industry, Profit Margin, Profitability, Regressio

    Abstract. There is 308,2 million mobile subscribers in Indonesia (2015) that made the delivery ofmessages by mobile phone with purpose to promote their brand through mobile phone is become the interesting one. Mobile Advertising allows the delivery of information is done by personally and to many people in the same time that make more efficient and hit the right target. Beside that, communication through mobile phone is easy and can be adapted easily by consumer. This study discusses the influence of SMS based on Location towards Purchase Intention. The features of SMS location-based advertising (entertainment, credibility, intrusiveness, informativeness, permission, and customization) have on consumer attitudes and will affect their purchase intentions to the product. This study is a conclusive research with the descriptive design. A quantitative approach is applied by spreading online questionnaire to the closest friends and collecting 300 respondents. The result of this research will be asses using confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modelling, The findings revealed that all the variable, Customization, entertainment, credibility, informativeness, intrusiveness and permission features have significant effects on creating an attitude towards SMS location-based advertising. In addition, when consumers show a positive attitude towards SMS location-based advertising, it also significantly influences their intention to purchase.Key Words: Attitude, Location-Based Advertising, Purchase Intention, SMSÂ
