Analysis of PT. Freeport Indonesia internal csr programs towards alexander dahlsrud and geoffrey lantos theory
Abstract. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has been known as an activity of a company to maintain good relations with their employee, local communities and government. It is also an act of contribution towards environment. The purpose of CSR is to create a sustainable business. Every company has their own CSR programs and their consideration on creating it. Therefore, this research tries to analyse frameworks of PT. Freeport Indonesia CSR program towards Alexander Dahlsrud and Geoffrey Lantos definition of CSR. Alexander Dahsrud created a CSR dimension that consist of 5 dimension which are environment, social, economic, stakeholder, and voluntaries. Geoffrey Lantos also created a CSR dimension that consist of 3 dimension which are ethical, altruistic, and strategic. The purpose of this research is to compare PT. Freeport Indonesia towards Alexander Dahlsrud and Geoffrey Lantos concept of CSR. Expectantly, this research will help PT. Freeport Indonesia on conducting further CSR programs. This research uses qualitative approach with several departments of PT. Freeport Indonesia and minor quantitative approach by crosschecking with PT. Freeport Indonesia CSR reports. From the findings, author knew frameworks used by PT. Freeport Indonesia are International Council on Mining and Metals: Sustainable Development and International Organization for Standardization 26000. Furthermore, author found that those frameworks have similarity towards Alexander Dahlsrud and Geoffrey Lantos CSR dimensions.Key words: CSR, ICMM, ISO 26000. Alexander Dahlsrud, Geoffrey Lanto
Customer experience with e-service quality for pt. Kereta api indonesia online ticket platform
With the advancement in technology and the easy access to the internet, many businesses shifted their attention to e-commerce. This advancement in technology made people have an easier access to their daily need with the help of the internet, with this even the transportation service industry also involved themselves by making an application to buy their ticket online, application such as traveloka and tiket.com offers a wide variety of ticket and proved that their application is used by a lot of people. With the rise of online ticketing PT KAI also launched their own application for their services which is the KAI Access application. This research is done to determine whether the KAI Access application have reached by the customer expectation by distributing a questionnaire to KAI Access user and to compare whether the KAI Access Application expectation by the consumer and the reality of KAI Access is the same and whether this expectation is affecting the Reuse Intention of their customer. The research was conducted by distributing a questionnaire involving KAI Access user. An amount of 219 respondent data was analyzed by using SPSS 20 and Microsoft Excel with the technique Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), multiple regression and assumption test. The result shows that the level of customer expectation is actually in a good level, similar to that of what customer perceived from KAI Access. With the perceived and expected customer perception towards KAI Access, the result shows that customer intention to reuse KAI Access is at a good level. Key words: PT KAI, KAI Access, Servqua
Qualitative research on "point of sale" technology acceptance in fashion business case study of rumah busana korina
Technology has advanced exponentially in the modern era. The development of technology has certainly increase the ease for human to do so much in so simple methods. This is also the concern for every business existing in the world in order to gain efficiency and effective. Many manufacturers of clothing\u27s have implemented automated machinery and computerization to increase their productivity. Professionals agree that increased technological integration is benefiting companies by capitalizing on industry needs, employee engagement, and is generating increased productivity. One particular business organization in clothing industry is Rumah Busana Korina (RBK) which operates in Hijab clothing. Korina has only just recently improve their internal management towards technological advancements. In November 2018, they implement a system of POS. POS is an automation-based program designed to process all business calculation, particularly that of production and of sales. The author had previously conducted preliminary research on RBK. Without the technology, the owner stated that there may be lots of human error in the business operations of RBK. This intrigued the author to analyze how deep POS technology is implemented compared to its actual capability of the system. One of the method to identify how in-depth a technology is being accepted is by using Technology Acceptance Model. (TAM). TAM is a model that can be used to analyze the factors that influence the acceptance of a system or information system. The objectives of this research are to identify the acceptance of POS implementation towards employees work process in RBK, and to compare the implementation of POS in RBK with the actual intended use of the system. This research uses qualitative approach with utilizing interview and observation as data gathering tools. The author analyses the data using descriptive method. The result of this research shows that POS in Korina has been implemented well in some aspects, but not fully optimized. The usage of POS is limited due to the absence of system training. The Influence of Physical & Non-Physical Work Environment Towards Perceived Employees Performance
Abstract - In this modern era, the development of industry is very advanced and rapid. This matter supported by technological developments increasingly sophisticated so as to facilitate all human work activities. All work activities that exist within the company include producing good and working system arrangements. One of the most important elements to run the goals of a company is human resources. Human resources can affect the effectiveness in generating output as well as driving business. The work environment is one of the most important factors that can affect the physical condition and human psychology. The purpose of this research is to know how does effect of physical and non-physical works environment on employee performance and the most dominant influence between physical work environment and non-physical work environment. The selected research object is an employee of the division of TC&AP PT Pindad Persero Bandung. This is related to the identification of some problems that the employee related to the working environment through interviews. The method used by researchers is multiple linear regressions (MLR). The result of the research shows that the physical work environment is not significant effect on perceived employee performance. The non-physical work environment has significant positively effect on perceived employee performance. Simultaneously the result of work environment variable physical and non-physical has significant effect on employee performance. The results showed that the non-physical work environment had a dominant impact on employee performance of 65.6% compared with the physical work environment variables of 0.34%. Keywords: Non-Physical Work Environment, Perceived Employees Performance, Physical Work Environment, Work Environmen
Identify the relationship of organizational culture towards employee performance in dinas pemuda & olahraga (dispora) kota bandung
There have been many literature reviews to search the impact the of organization culture on employee performance. Researchers have related culture within the organization to many distinct organizational behaviors, as well as recognizing the correlation between organizational culture and employee performance. In Indonesia\u27s public/government organizations, the performance of civil servants is very crucial in creating good governance and clean governance, and in supporting government duties in providing the best service to the public on the basis of its features as a public service. One of today\u27s major problems for civil servants is to operate effectively and efficiently as government agencies in Indonesia. The aim of this study is to investigate the identification of powerful organizational culture dimensions that enhance the employee performance in Dinas Pemuda & Olahraga (Dispora) Kota Bandung. This study results may provide relevant information for organization to understanding the role of organization culture. The findings of the study may positively affect organization by providing strategies to improve their employee performance. This research using quantitative approach through questionnaire and SPSS to process the questionnaire result. The result in this search is Organization culture has positive impact towards employee performance in Dispora and Communication pattern is dominant factor of organization culture that can improve employee performance in Dispora. The management of Dispora Organization leader in Dispora need to state organization culture clearly, through written behavioral guideline to create better understanding for employee to do their job. Perceived Promotional Mix And Customer Purchase Intention at Coffee Toffee Bandung Siliwangi
Abstract-  As the tourism sector develops, numerous coffee shops emerged in Bandung city. By that, demand for coffee bean to farmers increased up to 20% in the midst of development. To sustain the industry that has big impact on economic development in the city, this research aims to empower café businesses by taking Coffee Toffee Bandung (CTB) Siliwangi encountered problems pertaining to marketing aspect as the case. CTB Siliwangi is still trying to recognize the market pattern and capture the behavior of its market. Coffee Toffee that targeted young-adult executives, now must adjust and offer the needs and wants of college students as well. By that, CTB can understand the purchase intention of college students by communicating effectively using the promotional mix. This research attempts to examine the current condition of Coffee Toffee Bandung (CTB) Siliwangi potential buyers’ purchase intention and its relationship to Perceived Advertising, Perceived Sales Promotion, Perceived Public Relation and Perceived Personal Selling. Online questionnaire using Likert Scale was designed to 205 respondents in Bandung with purposive sampling method. The questionnaire was measured by Multiple Linear Regression to explain the relationship between dependent variable and independent variables. This study finds that advertising, sales promotion, public relation and personal selling have positive relationship to purchase intention. This study is expected to provide a valuable result regarding the significant impact between advertising, sales promotion, public relation and personal selling towards purchase intention at CTB Siliwangi. However, sales promotion has no significant impact to purchase intention at CTB Siliwangi in this study. HALALAN-TOYYIBAN PROCEDURES FOR CHICKEN SLAUGHTERHOUSE IN THE TRADITIONAL MARKETS IN BANDUNG
Abstract. The Government has issued Undang-Undang No. 33 Tahun 2014 tentang Jaminan Produk Halal (UU JPH). The essence of the Act is article 4, The Government guarantee that all products circulated and traded in the territory of Indonesia must be "Halal" certified. The issuance of this law is very logical, considering that the majority of Indonesians are Muslim. In Islamic teachings, there are terms "Halal" and "Toyyib" that are one unity. Thus, every things consumed by Muslims should be "Halal" and "Toyyib". Beginning with this, the researcher tried to do research on the concept of "Halal" and "Toyyib" is associated with the theory of Operational Management. In the beginning, the researcher defined “Halalan-Toyyiban†Standards in poultry slaughtering. This standards are obtained from a regulation from MUI coupled by 2 regulations from Farming Department of Bandung City. Then, the researcher identified the real condition about chicken slaughtering process and layout in 10 points from 5 traditional markets in Bandung City. The researcher then compared these ideal and real conditions. The researcher found that there gaps between these conditions. Then the researcher analyzed these gaps. The researcher found that the main problem is layout. Based on the problems found above, the researcher proposed a layout as a solution. This layout is developed from "Halalan-Toyyiban" standards before. This layout consist sequence of process. Underneath there is a flow chart as the workers’ instruction. PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS OF HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY: CASE STUDY OF DIAFAN HOTEL WONOGIRI
Abstract. As a tourist place, Indonesia is supported by beautiful natural scenery and unique culture. Actually, most of Indonesia\u27s revenue comes from the tourism sector. Wonogiri as one of the regencies in Central Java is one of the tourist attractions. Unfortunately, all the facilities and tourist attractions here need improvement, such as hotels. Hotels in Wonogiri need attention on the performance management system. One of them is Diafan Hotel. To improve this hotel, the Balanced Scorecard analysis will be applied. Because the Balanced Scorecard is used as a benchmark not only from the financial aspect but also from non-financial aspects, through four perspectives: financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business perspective, and learning and growth perspective. The author will assess performance through literature studies and employee interviews from the Diafan Hotel. Since 2014 the performance of the Diafan Hotel has not increased, this is indicated by a stable financial condition. Diafan Hotel management has never applied KPI to create targets. This occurs because when targeting at Diafan Hotel uses the classical method that estimates are based on perceptions of top management duties, while defining KPIs must be measured either by the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) method, which makes the KPI more realistic and achievable by the company during periods such as which are expected. Beginning with the gathering of strategic information based on interviews with the company then the literature study, then processing them into data based on Balanced Scorecard research. At this point, it is known that the Diafan Hotel is in the internal-external matrix cell V (growth) analysis diagram. So, this hotel needs to implement growth strategy through horizontal integration. The strategy has 5 strategic goals, 16 strategic targets, 24 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and 23  strategic initiatives. PHOTO ANALYSIS TOWARDS INDONESIAN TRAVEL BLOGGER TO DETERMINE PHOTO TREND AND TRAVEL BLOGGER BEHAVIOUR IN INTAGRAM
Abstract. It is undeniable that social media development is currently at its peak. Instagram is one of the fastest growing social media, reaching 400 million users since its launch in October 2010. Instagram became very popular with the public because it displays visual images in the form of photos or videos that attract more attention from users of social media than just writing. Travel blogger is one type of Instagram users are mostly found in Instagram. Given the development of the world of tourism is increasing from year to year, the growth of travel bloggers as one of the triggers of the growth of tourism is an interesting activity to be studied in social media. Travel bloggers usually use Instagram as the main social media linked to their own blogs. Some companies engaged in the field of tourism using travel bloggers services to promote their business activities through Instagram travel blogger account. Travel bloggers in Instagram selected as a media campaign of his business activities because it is considered to have popularity in social media which perfomance is continuing to rise. Apart from side activities as a promotional container for several companies, travel bloggers also act as social media manager and marketers of their own accounts. The purpose of this research is to describe the strategy of 8 travelblogger Instagram account originating from Indonesia. The framework of the photo-making strategy and the management of the number of photo postings are submitted based on the analysis of the photo content that has been done from the sample accounts. Photo analysis is emphasized because the main product of blogger travel lies indeed in the way photos are produced. Photos are more visible visual subject and can not be overstated by writing language. The analysis of growth follower is done to know the making of photo contents most possible to attract user interest instagram and in accordance with current trend. The theories on the aspect of the photo are used to translate the characteristics of the photos uploaded by the sample accounts. FACTOR THAT INFLUENCE EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE STUDY CASE : CICENDO DISTRICT OFFICE BANDUNG CITY
Abstract. This research aim to know the factors that influence performance of employee at Cicendo district office Bandung city. The reseacrh has the 3 variable independent there are competences, work culture, & compensation and also 1 variable dependent which is performance. To know how influence given by independent variable to dependent variable, this research using multiple linear regression. Multiple linear regression is a model to see that whether there relationship between independent variable and dependent variable. The respondent of this research are all of employees at Cicendo district office Bandung city. The number of respondent is 25 employee. This research spread the questionnaire to all employees of Cicendo district office Bandung city.. The results of this questionnaire collection are then processed using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program.
