    Health workers are an aspect of getting special attention related to serving people who are vulnerable to health problems, especially the transmission of the COVID-19 virus so that they can take care of themselves in terms of implementing health protocols while carrying out their duties. Start the habit of washing hands and using PPE in serving patients to reduce risks at work.The purpose of this study was to analyze factors related to the behavior of the COVID- 19 prevention health protocol in health workers at the Solomon Building, Roemani Hosipital.Data was collected by using a questionnaires to respondents identify knowledge, attitudes, and family support. This study uses a crossectional design with a sample was 67 people who were the total number of nurses and doctors in Solomon's room. Processed by statistical test of rank spearmen.The results of the study, knowledge, attitudes and family support unrelated on the behavior of the COVID-19 health protocol, namely 62 people (95.5%). Unrelated knowledge on the COVID-19 Health Protocol. This is evidenced by the feasible P-Value value of 0.788 >0.05. Attitude unrelated on the COVID-19 Health Protocol. This is evidenced by the PValue worth 0.139 > 0.05. Family Support is not related on the COVID-19 Health Protocol. This is evidenced by the P-Value worth 0.251 > 0.05.Knowledge, attitude and support of health workers in the Solomon building, Roemani Hospital, Semarang is not good. So it is necessary to increase knowledge, attitudes and family support in implementing the COVID-19 health protocol, so that it can achieve the government's goals in reducing the impact of the spread of COVID-19.

    Posyandu aktif di kabupaten grobogan 50,5%, dan angka kematian ibu di posisi nomor 2 terbanyak di provinsi Jawa Tengah, angka kematian neonatal (9,6) dan bayi (13,2). Sejalan dengan hal tersebut diatas prevalensi stunting masih tinggi melebihi rata-rata di provinsi Jawa Tengah. Penerapan teknologi informasi yang dikolaborasikan dengan program pemerintah terbukti dapat mempermudah berbagai aspek di bidang Kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengidentifikasi, merancang, dan melakukan uji coba Aplikasi SIKD bagi Desa Penadaran Kabupaten Grobogan. Urgensi dalam penelitian ini yaitu terciptanya sistem kesehatan yang terstruktur dan tersistematis untuk meningkatkan derajat Kesehatan masyarakat di desa penadaran Kabupaten Grobogan. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengembangan aplikasi SIKD memanfaatkan metode prototyping, dimana dalam metode ini menghendaki interaksi antara user dengan developer selama masa development. Pengembangan berfokus pada fitur utama dari sistem yang akan dibuat dengan metode prototyping, pengguna dapat menentukan fitur mana yang paling dibutuhkan. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk dapat menjalankan sistem ini dapat dilakukan dengan melakukan akses di https://sikd.medialiteracy.id/. Aplikasi berbasis website ini tidak mengharuskan pengguna untuk mengunduh aplikasi. Website SIKD (Desa Sehat) dibuat menggunakan Framework PHP Codeigniter 3.11, Databse SQL Maria DB, dan Tampilan CSS Bootstrap 4

    TINJAUAN PEMBUATAN INDEKS UNIT REKAM MEDIS DI RUMAH SAKIT DAERAH KABUPATEN PEMALANG

    One of the regional hospitals in Pemalang Regency has not compiled an Outpatient Disease Index and the process of making other indexes is still manual. The study aims to determine the process of making an index of Medical Record Units at Pemalang Regency Regional Hospitals in 2022. This research is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection through semi-structured interviews with indexing officers and observations on the index table design. Analysis of interview results and observations using synthesis analysis. The results of this study show that the data sources for the RI and RJ disease index, patient index, surgery index, doctor index, and death index made by hospitals are taken from medical record documents, while the data sources for the Patient Index and Inpatient Index are taken from SIMRS. Index data processing is done manually (inpatient disease index, outpatient index, doctor index, surgery index, and mortality index) and electronically (patient index). The use of SIMRS in Unit Indexing is not fully used because most of the process is done manually (Microsoft Excel), except for the Patient Index. Suggestion, To improve the quality of hospital services, the hospital should evaluate the performance of medical personnel in the ward in inputting resume data of patients returning home both in SIMRS and in DRM. In addition, improving the features or functions of SIMRS in order to collect, process, and present all index data (Inpatient Disease Index, Outpatient Index, Patient Index, Operation Index, Doctor Index, and Death Index) needed by the hospital

    STUDI KASUS EFEKTIVITAS AERASI PADA METODE FILTRASI PADA LIMBAH CAIR TAHU DI DESA JATISARI KECAMATAN UNGARAN TIMUR

    Industri tahu merupakan industri yang mendominasi di Indonesia. Pada proses pengolahan tahu tersebut menghasilkan produk sisa berupa limbah padat basah, limbah padat kering dan limbah cair. Limbah cair yang langsug dibuang ke perairan tanpa dilakukan pengolahan akan berpotensi untuk mencemari lingkungan. Konsentrasi kadar COD awal yang dihasilkan oleh industri tahu memiliki kandungan sebesar 12000 mg/l. Beberapa proses pengolahan limbah cair tahu yang dapat dilakukan yaitu dengan proses filtrasi dengan penambahan aerasi. Proses tersebut dilakukan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penurunan COD dengan waktu pengamatan selama 24 jam, 48 jam dan 72 jam. Pada pengolahan dengan metode filtrasi dan tambahan aerasi, kadar penurunan COD paling tinggi pada waktu pengamatan selama 72 jam dengan hasil 800 mg/l sedangkan untuk proses filtrasi tanpa tambahan aerasi waktu ke 48 jam dan 72 jam mengalami penurunan kadar COD sebesar 4000 mg/l. Hasil dari penelitian ini menghasilkan efisiensi removal COD dengan persentase paling tinggi dengan penambahan aerasi yaitu sebesar 93,33% dan tanpa aerasi sebesar 66,68%

    The hospital is a health service that produces various infectious wastes that can endanger the officers who handle the waste and visitors and the community around the hospital. The purpose of the study was to determine the performance of infectious solid waste management at the Family Mother and Child Hospital, to determine the internal and external factors in the management of infectious solid waste at the Family Mother and Child Hospital, and to obtain the formulation of infectious solid waste management strategies at the Mother's Hospital. and Child Family. This research was conducted at the Mother and Child Family Hospital, North Jakarta, related to infectious solid waste management strategies. Data collection methods used are interviews, focus group discussions (FGD) and questionnaires. To get the main priority strategy using the IFE- EFE- IF- SWOT matrix. Research Results Based on the analysis of the QSPM matrix, there were 6 strategies that could be prioritized based on the highest ranking, namely (1) Implementing infectious solid waste management systems and procedures in a professional manner, (2) Improving the quality and competence of officers to prevent environmental pollution, (3) Conducting periodic socialization/training to employees related to infectious solid waste management, (4) Preparing medical waste management plans in accordance with the standards of the Minister of Health, (5) Providing sanctions to employees who do not follow the rules in handling infectious solid waste, (6) Optimizing the budget in infectious solid waste management.   Keywords: Infectious Solid Waste Management Strategy

    ANALISIS PELAKSANAAN KESELAMATAN PASIEN TERKAIT AKREDITASI DI PUSKESMAS (LITERATURE REVIEW)

    Puskesmas as a first-level health facility must improve the quality of health services to the maximum so that the accreditation status increases and public trust to carry out health services also increases. One of the important indicators in improving the quality of health services at Puskesmas is patient safety. However, in Indonesia, the development of issues regarding patient safety at the Puskesmas level is not as dynamic as at the hospital level. This study aims to dig deeper and synthesize the scientific literature on patient safety and its relation to accreditation in health centers. This review uses 2 databases namely Google Scholar and Garuda. The main keywords are "Patient Safety in Puskesmas", "Quality of Service" "Accreditation".  In conclusion, there are still many health workers who are less compliant and lack high commitment regarding patient safety, not all officers attend training related to patient safety, facilities and infrastructure that are less supportive, lack of funds, and policies that are not well implemented and realized. Keywords: Patient Safety in Puskesmas, Quality of Service, Accreditation

    Hubungan Literasi TBC dengan Stigma Tuberkulosis Masyarakat di Kelurahan Pekunden Semarang

    Community TB stigma is one of the obstacles to seeking TB treatment. Therefore it is necessary to know how the role of health literacy in TB disease against TB stigma.An observational study with a cross-sectional approach was conducted to measure the relationship between TB literacy and TB stigma. The number of respondents in this study was 102, who live in Pekunden Village and aged >= 18 years were taken incidentally. TB literacy and TB stigma were measured using interviews using a questionnaire.The results showed that 70.6% of respondents were female, most were 47 years old, 54% were unemployed, and 79.4% had heard of TB information before. As many as 48% of respondents are in the problematic and inadequate literacy category. As many as 48% of respondents gave a negative TB stigma. Spearman's rank test results with a 95% confidence level showed a relationship between TB literacy and tuberculosis stigma (p=0.0001; r=0.344)The prevention carried out becomes an action that is considered a stigma for the community. Follow-up is needed to see from the perspective of TB literacy and the behavior of TB patients

    Analisis Perilaku dan Kebutuhan Remaja dalam Peningkatan Kesehatan Remaja di Kota Makassar

    Background: PKPR or adolescents friendly health services is a health service for adolescents and can be accessed by adolescents anywhere in Indonesia. In 2014, South Sulawesi, out of 90% of the program target of each district/city that is capable of implementing PKPR, currently only 62.5%. By the end of 2019, it is targeted that 45% of public health centers throughout Indonesia have organized youth health activities. Objectives: Analyzed the implementation of national standards for PKPR services based on five national standards for adolescents care health services, (1) Human resources in health; (2) Health facilities; (3) Youth; (4) Networks; and (5) Health Management in the health center, Makassar. Method: This type of research is a qualitative descriptive with a cross-sectional study. The interviewed informants were 12 puskesmas officers and 1 staff from the Family Health Division of Health Office. The sampling technique used purposive sampling by making criteria. Results: 11 out of 13 references stated that those implementing the PKPR were health workers. 3 out of 12 references stated that the number of trained health workers for PKPR is still small, because of the double burden of work or programs that must be handled by health workers. 10 out of 13 reference answers stated that adolescents' health service package implemented was still related to nutrition and reproductive health. Conclusion: The evaluation of the implementation of the National Standard for PKPR has been implementing in the health center. The best national standards have been implemented, was first standard (human resources in health) and second standard, health facilities, which can be described by the implementation of services inside and outside the building for educational activities to adolescents. The implementation of PKPR that has not been maximally implemented is standard 3 (youth), standard 4 (network), and standard 5 (health management)

    Penerapan 3M dalam Mencegah Penularan COVID-19 Di Bagian Pendaftaran Rawat Jalan BRSUD Tabanan

    Background and Objectives: COVID-19 become a global pandemic in 2020. The spread of COVID-19 can occur when there is interaction with someone who has been infected with the virus. Places with a high risk of spreading COVID-19 are referral hospitals for positive COVID-19 patients. Based on this, the researchers identified how the application of 3M to hospital’s staffs, patients and patients' families prevented the transmission of COVID-19 at the outpatient registration section of BRSUD Tabanan and identified factors that influenced these preventive measures.Methods: This study uses a qualitative method. The research location is at BRSUD Tabanan in August-October 2021. The purposive sampling technique is 11 informants. Methods of data collection with interviews and observations to outpatient registration officers, patients, patients’ families who visit. Data validation is done by triangulation method. This research has received ethical approval with the number: 800/0822/Kepeg/BRSUD.Results: hospital’s staffs, patients and patients’ families who come to BRSUD Tabanan have implemented 3M in preventing the transmission of COVID -19 by using masks, washing hands and keeping distance, not crowding, using face shields, hand sanitizer, taking vitamins, maintaining body immunity, implementing a healthy lifestyle and  carry out vaccinations. Patients and their families also use hand sanitizers and undergo a screening stage before entering the registration room. Factors that influence 3M actions are maintaining personal safety, the safety of the surrounding environment, and breaking the chain of transmission of COVID-19.Conclusion: The implementation of 3M carried out by officers, patients and their families to prevent the transmission of COVID-19 in the outpatient registration room has been carried out well, namely by using masks, washing hands and maintaining distance.Keywords: Prevention, COVID-19, 3

    The World Health Organization states that the elderly are a group of people aged over 60 years. The Elderly is a period in their life span that is in a decline phase both physically and cognitively. The fundamental problem in the elderly is health problems. The older you get, the more you are at risk of increased blood pressure, especially systolic blood pressure, while diastolic blood pressure can only increase until the age of 55 years. Objective: Knowing the blood pressure of hypertensive elderly who consume Ambon bananas and watermelons in the Working Area of the Ciamis Health Center. Methods: The research used for this research is a quantitative descriptive study using a cross-sectional design. The population in this study amounted to 1,008 people. The sampling technique in this study used simple random sampling, namely as many as 90 respondents. Results: Research on the habit of consuming Ambon bananas by 57 respondents (63.3), and the habit of consuming watermelon by 33 respondents (36.7). Conclusion: This study stated that of the 90 elderly who consumed Ambon bananas and watermelon, the majority of their blood pressure was in stage 1 (mild) category
