HUBUNGAN IMUNISASI RUTIN LENGKAP TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN PERKEMBANGAN ANAK USIA 36-59 BULAN DI INDONESIA (ANALISIS DATA RISKESDAS TAHUN 2018)
WHO reports that 28.7% of children under five experience impaired growth and development in Southeast Asia. In Indonesia, the complete basic immunization coverage has not reached the target. It is 57.9%. This study aims to analyze the relationship of complete routine immunization with the growth and development of children in Indonesia. The method of data analysis uses a complex sample survey from Riskesdas 2018 with a cross sectional research design. Sampling used multistage random sampling with a sample of 10462 respondents. The results showed that the prevalence of children with abnormal growth was 27.1% and doubtful development was 39.9%. The results of multivariate analysis showed that there was no significant relationship between complete routine immunization and child growth (p value = 0.266; PR = 1.088; 95%CI = 0.9381.261) after controlling by variable sex and there was no significant relationship between complete routine immunization with child development (p value = 0.131; PR = 1.110; 95%CI = 0.969 -1.271) after controlling by variable access to health care facilities. Parents should provide complete routine immunizations, give an adequate food intake, maintain a clean environment and routinely bring children to the posyandu to monitor children's growth and development
FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN PRAKTIK PENCEGAHAN COVID-19 DI KABUPATEN LAMPUNG TIMUR TAHUN 2021
Cases and deaths due to Covid-19 continue to increase in East Lampung; It is closely related to Covid-19 prevention practices. This study aims to find out what factors are related to Covid-19 prevention in East Lampung District.An analytical observational study with a cross-sectional approach was conducted with 100 respondents aged ? 18 years domiciled in East Lampung District. The data is collected online using the KoBoToolbox platform shared through Instagram and Facebook. Variables were measured using questionnaires containing respondents' characteristics, Perception, Stigma, Prevention Practices, Knowledge, and WHOQOL-BREF questionnaires to measure the quality of life.The result showed that 57 % of respondents were male, 72 % were early adulthood, 67 % were employed, 54 % had an income ? IDR 2.432.150, 49 % of respondents had a practice score of ?42,58, 53% had a quality of life score ? 87, 60% had a perception score of ?43, 55% had a stigma score of ?62 and 64% had a ?28 knowledge score. Chi-Square test results show that factors related to the practice of Covid-19 prevention are gender, in which male is 2.6 times at risk of the practice with a score ?42.58. Preception ?43, 2.6 times at risk with a score ?42.58 and the quality of life ?87 with a score ?42.58, 2.2 more potentials in doing the practice.This research can be an input for policymakers to develop interventions and policies that are considered adequate for the community in Covid-19 prevention practices.Keywords : Perceptions, Quality of Life, Gender, Preventions, Covid-1
FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN TERJADINYA STRES KERJA PADA PEKERJA WANITA YANG MENJALANI WORK FROM HOME SELAMA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 DI DKI JAKARTA
Background and objective: The Jakarta has grown to become Indonesia's main job hub. Because of the rising prevalence of the COVID-19 virus epidemic, several businesses and government organizations have implemented work-from-home policies for their employees. Female employees who work from home, in particular, aren't just career women but also housewives who must balance these responsibilities so that jobrelated stress does not develop. Methods: This research aims to analyze the factors related to work stress toward female workers who worked from home during the Covid19 pandemic. This was a quantitative study using a cross-sectional design. Questionnaires were used to obtain the primary data. The research sample consists of female employees who work from home, with 97 respondents from the formal sector working in DKI Jakarta. Chi-square was used to evaluate the data. Result: The study showed that 97 respondents were over the age of 35, 39 respondents had an undergraduate education level, and the majority of respondents experienced a high mental workload and heavy work stress. The unrelated research variable were age (pvalue=0,103). The related research variables with work stress were marital status (pvalue=0,049) and mental workload (p-value=0,012). Conclusion : Female workers who work from home are expected to balance between adequate rest time and working at home during the COVID-19 pandemic so that work stress does not occur Keywords: work frome home, women workers, work stress
LITERATURE REVIEW PENERIMAAN E-HEALTH DI INSTITUSI PELAYANAN KESEHATAN DASAR 1 JULI 2020 – 30 SEPTEMBER 2020
Istilah E-Health sebuah terobosan baru dari perkembangan teknologi informasi bidang kesehatan. Implementasi E-Health dapat dikembangkan dengan mengetahui jenis aplikasi yang digunakan dan kejadian penyakit di suatu institusi pelayanan kesehatan serta timbal balik dari pasien. Pencarian artikel penelitian melalui database PubMed. 15 artikel penelitian yang membahas tentang penerimaan E-Health di institusi pelayanan kesehatan pada 1 Juli – 30 September 2020 memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. 15 jurnal tersebut kemudian dianalisis untuk mengetahui berbagai macam perbedaan penyakit dan aplikasi yang diangkat. Penerimaan E-Health di pelayanan kesehatan primer dapat diterima dengan baik oleh institusi dan juga memudahkan dalam pencarian informasi pasien sehingga lebih mempersingkat waktu
MAPPING HYPERTENSION DISEASE IN WOMEN AGED 25-45 YEARS AT TLOGOSARI KULON PRIMARY HEALTH CARE IN 2019 AND 2020
Based on SIRANDU Semarang City, Tlogosari Kulon Primary Health Care (PHC) in 2019 had hypertension in the fifth position which reached 1.835 cases, and in 2020 it took third place that reached 3.091 cases. This study aims to find out the spread of hypertensive disease in women aged 25-45 years at Tlogosari Kulon PHC in 2019 and 2020. This study was a descriptive study that used an observation method with the entire population was hypertension case report in Tlogosari Kulon PHC in 2019 and 2020. The data source was from Morbidity Monthly Report (LB 1). The data was processed into new information using QGIS software. The results stated that in 2019 based on the village there were 100 cases, and in 2020 there were 221 cases. Meanwhile, compared to the number of female residents in 2019 the ratio was 0.22% or 100 out of 46.202 female residents. While in 2020 it reached 0.48% or 221 out of 46.202. In the results known that Muktiharjo Kidul Village was the area with the most amount of hypertension cases based on the village and the number of female residents. In presenting and reporting disease, it is better to use a geographic information system to find out a large number of people with hypertension. It can make it easier for PHC to prioritized the area and promoting health to maintain a healthy lifestyle so that people can avoid all risks of hypertension. KEPATUHAN TENAGA MEDIS DALAM MENGGUNAKAN APD DI BANGSAL COVID : STUDI KASUS DI RS X SEMARANG
Covid-19 spreads massively and very fast in transmission. Health workers who work in hospitals were very vulnerable to being exposed to the Covid-19 virus. The used of personal protective equipment was very important for medical personnel serving patients in the Covid Ward to minimize the risk of transmission. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with compliance with the use of personal protective equipment for health workers in the Covid Ward. This study was a quantitative study with the number of samples being the total population of Health workers on duty in the Covid Ward as many as 61 respondents. Statistical analysis was carried out using the Spearman Rho test. The results showed that there was no relationship between age (p = 0.406), education (p = 0.351), years of service (p = 0.216), knowledge (p = 0.344), attitudes (p = 0.434), availability (p = 0.328), and supervision (p=0.534) with the compliance of medical personnel in using personal protective equipment in the Covid Ward of RS X Semarang City. It was necessary to carry out sudden periodic inspections by the PPI team and the OHS team of RS X. And awards are given to health workers who comply with using personal protective equipment in addition to having imposed strict sanctions if health workers do not use personal protective equipment
Literatur review: Analisis Customer Relationship Marketing Dan Strategi Pendukung Dalam Meningkatkan Loyalitas Pasien RS Serta Kaitannya Dengan Pandemi Covid-19
The COVID-19 pandemic has changed people's behavior to be reluctant to visit health facilities, especially hospitals. This has an impact on cash flow and makes hospital business competition more stringent, so it's necessary to determine a strategy to maintain patient loyalty. The purpose of this study to analyze the effect of customer relationship marketing on patient loyalty in hospital and identify supporting strategies that the hospital use as competitiveness with other hospitals. This research method is a literature study with inclusion criteria are journal discussing the topic of customer relationship marketing to patient loyalty in hospitals, and published between 2014-2020. The independent variable in this study is customer relationship marketing, and the dependent variable is patient loyalty. The database used are Google Scholar, Science Direct, and El Sevier. From database, 5 journals were obtained that were per the research objectives. Besides that, searching for news articles as supporting information. The results show a positive effect of customer relationship marketing on patient loyalty. Conclusion application of CRM still needs to be balanced with several indicators in developing a strategy, including infrastructure, management of product quality, service innovation, service quality, human resource management, ability to handle patient conflicts, and customer relationship management. KEAMANAN DAN KERAHASIAAN DOKUMEN REKAM MEDIS BAGIAN FILING RUMAH SAKIT ROEMANI MUHAMMADIYAH SEMARANG TAHUN 2020
Latar Belakang: Berdasarkan pengamatan awal masih ditemukan petugas selain rekam medis atau selain petugas filing yang masuk ke ruang filing. Pada pintu filing yang menuju ke bagian pendaftaran pintu tidak terkunci. Melindungi keamanan serta kerahasiaan ruang filing sangat diperlukan agar terhindar dari kejahatan, kecelakaan dan lainnya.Tujuan: mendeskripsikan keamanan dan kerahasiaan dokumen rekam medis diruang filing RS Roemani Muhammadiyah Semarang.Metode: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan metode observasi dan wawancara.Hasil: Penelitian menunjukan dari segi aspek fisik sudah aman, sampul dokumen RM terbuat dari bahan kertas Art Karton 230gr. Ruangan filing tidak tersedia APAR, kamfer dan tracer. Petugas masih melakukan aktifitas makan dan minum di ruang filing. Pintu ke-2 tidak terkunci dan masih ada selain petugas rekam medis yang masuk ke ruang filing.Kesimpulan: Sebaiknya pihak rumah sakit melengkapi ruang filing dengan APAR, tracer, kamfer dan melakukan pemeliharaan kebersihan di ruang filing. Untuk menjaga kerahasiaan rekam medis pasien sebaiknya rumah sakit dengan tegas melarang selain petugas filing untuk masuk ke ruang filing
ANALISIS PELAKSANAAN TUJUH LANGKAH MENUJU KESELAMATAN PASIEN DI PUSKESMAS LEBDOSARI SEMARANG
Patient safety is one of the quality assurance efforts in providing health services. Puskesmas as an institution that provides basic health services must prioritize patient safety. Patient safety incidents still occurred at Puskesmas Lebdosari in the 2019 period, which were 5 incidents and 9 incidents in 2020. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of seven steps towards patient safety at Puskesmas Lebdosari Semarang. This research was a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data processing was carried out by interviewing and observing 12 informants, namely 3 main informants and 9 triangulation informants. Based on the results of interviews, seven steps program towards patient safety at Puskesmas Lebdosari has been well implemented. In 2020 there have been no cases of Patient Safety Incidents (IKP). Based on this research, it is suggested that there is a need for a budget plan for patient safety training at Puskesmas Lebdosari in order to support patient safety and carry out improvements in patient safety incident reporting
FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KEKURANGAN ENERGI KRONIK (KEK) PADA IBU HAMIL DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS DONGGO KABUPATEN BIMA TAHUN 2020
Chronic Energy Deficiency is a condition of pregnant women who suffer from chronic (regular) food shortages, resulting in health problems for pregnant women, indicated by the size of the upper arm circumference <23.5 cm. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with chronic energy deficiency in pregnant women in the work area of the Donggo Public Health Center, Kab. Bima includes: This type of research uses a Cross-Sectional Study. Determination of the sample using the method of accidental random sampling. Data were obtained from pregnant women who came to check on the ongoing research. Data processing uses a computerized system with Odds Ratio analysis. The results showed a relationship between maternal knowledge, Pregnancy Distance, Frequency of eating , Food Intake, and the incidence of CED in pregnant women. The conclusion of this study shows a relationship between knowledge, gestational distance, frequency of eating, food intake, and the incidence of CED in pregnant women. Suggestions that can be given are to provide counseling about the dangers of SEZ to pregnant women, knowledge of the importance of nutrition, and pregnancy check-ups by health workers.
