The Implementation of Islamic Reality Group Counseling through Humor For Student`s Game Online Addiction At Bright Private Learning
Online game addiction behavior is a phenomenon that occurs as one of the impacts of the rapid development of technology and information. This study aims to prove the use of humor techniques in reality approach counseling for students in Bright's tutoring. Group counseling is carried out based on a comprehensive Islamic model. The reality group counseling approach in this study emphasizes responsible behavior for learning choices and playing online games. The methodology used is Quasi Experimental with a pre-post test model with five students as the subject of Bright tutoring. Data analysis was carried out by fulfilling the results of the validity of the instrument analysis and compliance with the stages of research implementation. Data analysis usedNon-parametric statistical analysis using the Wilcoxon's Signed Rank Test. The results obtained an average significant increase between 30-40% in the low to high category. Through these results, it can be studied that the reality approach with humor techniques in group counseling services can reduce the frequency of student addiction exponentially. In addition, efforts to eliminate an unwanted behavior are automatically able to bring up positive behavior which in this case is an increase in student learning motivation
Being a Good Multicultural Counselor for Persons with Disabilities
This study aims to find out how to be a good multicultural counselor for persons with disabilities. This study uses qualitative methods and educational psychology approaches. The subjects of the study were three counselors at the state extraordinary school in Pemalang. This research lasted for three months. Based on extensive interviews and observations at the research location as the main tool for data collection, this study produced several findings. First, a multicultural counselor who is good for person with disabilities has several characteristics, they are empathy, familiarizing "greetings" and "say hello", listening wholeheartedly, having insight into cultural values of manners and the ethics of patience when interacting at person with disabilities, and mastering techniques in counseling. Second, these characteristics are able to increase and develop the career potential of person with disabilities and very helpful for person with disabilities through difficult times when facing life’s problems
Pre-Marriage Guidance as an Effort to Form Harmonious Families in the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) Perspective of Islamic Satisfaction
This study aims to determine Pre-Marriage Guidance as an Effort to Form Harmonious Families in the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) Perspective of Islamic Satisfaction and some of its problems. This research was conducted at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) of Bae Kudus District. This article is the result of field research with a qualitative approach. Data collection uses interview, observation and documentation and triangulation methods. The number of informants is 12 people using non-possible sampling and the determination of informants by purposive sampling. The results showed that: a) The role of religious counselors as guides in providing pre-marital guidance can form harmonious families with the satisfaction of Islamic marriage. With the couple's notes running the material delivered in pre-marital guidance; b) Pre-marital guidance in KUA of Bae District is carried out after an examination of administrative data of the bride and groom is carried out within 30-60 minutes. Material delivered about the ins and outs of married life to be fostered in the future. Among them are the rights and obligations as husband and wife and so forth. The methods used in pre-marital guidance are lectures, questions and answers and discussions in the form of seminars; c) Problems in pre-marital guidance activities include lack of time, lack of concern for the catin (bride-to-be), the distance where Catin lives and funding from the government. Things that support are a comfortable environment, knowledge of qualified religious instructors, pre-supporting facilities and good KUA citizen participation
New Media and Challenges of Islamic Counselors in Implementing Counseling in the New Normal Era
The New Normal era has created a new habit of doing various activities. Likewise with counseling activities which are usually carried out face-to-face and then change into the form of E-Counseling which conducts online counseling using the media as a means. This study aims to describe how the new media becomes an alternative in conducting counseling in the new normal era and how the challenges of Islamic counselors in conducting counseling in the New Normal Era. This research is a field research (Field Research) using a qualitative approach. The method used is descriptive analytical. Data collection used interviews with several alumni of Islamic Counseling Guidance who are currently practitioners in the E-Counseling Service Sahabat-ku. Interviews were also conducted with counselees who had conducted E-Counseling during the New Normal Era. Data analysis was carried out by means of reduction, presentation and conclusion. The results showed that the use of new media as a means of conducting counseling is an alternative that is quite beneficial for both counselors and counselees. Meanwhile, the challenges for Islamic counselors can be seen from two aspects. The first aspect of service is that Islamic counselors do not yet have full professional capacity and networks that are sometimes less stable. The second aspect of knowledge is that there is a need for improvement and training in the use of a more comprehensive technology to support E-Counseling services
Career Adventure Application Development To Increase Career Maturity in Adolescents
Smart phones should be used to help individual activities, but it is not denied if they are used as a self-consolation device until they become addicted. For this reason, this study aims to produce an application called "career adventures" that is feasible and can improve the career maturity of adolescents, and is in harmony with developments in the disruptive era.This research used the Borg and Gall research and development model with random sampling. The number of samples chosen was 426 students who were divided into two groups as large. Career maturity scale is used as a data collection tool, which is categorized as valid and reliable at 0.834. The limited field test used analysis technique paired sample t-test and previously the prerequisite test was done.Expert validity test results showed very high feasibility and small group test results showed high feasibility based on the Guilford classification. The prerequisite test results showed that the data were normally distributed and the variant of homogeneous data groups. Paired sample t-test comparing the pretest-posttest of each group and between groups, the which resulted a significant value of 0,000 or there were differences between before and after giving the action
Spiritual Dimensions in Counseling Services For Hiv/Aids Patient
HIV / AIDS patients need biopsychosociospiritual therapy, it means that patients are not only seen in terms of organobiological, psychological, social but also spiritual aspects. Spiritual therapy is needed for patients in dealing with the complexity of the problems caused by HIV / AIDS, therefore VCT counselor (Voluntary Counseling Test) in the PLWHA referral hospital (People Living with HIV / AIDS) must meet the spiritual aspects of HIV / AIDS patients (clients). This research was a qualitative research with a psychological approach to describe the spiritual dimension in the practice of counseling for HIV / AIDS patients in the VCT clinic of PLWHA referral hospitals in Semarang (RSI Sultan Agung and Panti Wilasa Citarum Hospital). The two "religious" hospitals are unique because VCT counselors come from patients' spiritual guides. The results showed that the spiritual dimension in counseling practice for HIV/AIDS patients could be achieved by implementing religious counseling objectives. The Counselor VCT Panti Wilasa hospital applies Pastoral counseling objectives such as sustaining, improving the relationship or reconciling, repentance, and growth of faith. Meanwhile, VCT RSI Counsellor applies Islamic counseling objectives such as understanding of Allah SWT, improving faith and worship, and improving morality
Parenting Patterns and Its Implications for Formation Religious Character in Early Childhood
The purpose of this study was to determine which form of parenting is the most dominant applied by parents in instilling religious characters in early childhood. Parenting is a process in the family, the interaction between parents and children. Parenting patterns have been applied since the child was born and adjusted to the age and stage of development. Learning in early childhood is the initial foundation of character building in children. Religious character education should be carried out comprehensively, covering all aspects of education, from the preparation of children from birth to efforts to strengthen children's physical and spiritual abilities, conveyed with advice, with examples well as well as with the process of getting used to good things so that it has implications for the personality of the child in adulthood. This study used an analysis descriptive qualitative method. To collect data, the researcher used three methods, namely: interview method, documentation, and observation method. The results showed that the parenting style of parents and its implications for the formation of a religious character in early childhood at TK Al-Hikmah Karangbesuki Sukun Malang is democratic and permissive parenting which is the most dominant applied
Islamic Counseling and the Implementation of Rational Emotive Counseling to Improve Self Confidence (Analysis of Integrative Counseling)
This paper aims to describe the Islamic counseling model and the application of emotive rational counseling in helping to build confidence. Presenting a case counseling example to build individual confidence. this paper presents a relation of meaning in Islamic counseling with an emotive rational approach. The writing is descriptive qualitative in the example of the implementation of counseling to students with the problem of low self-confidence to the impact on weakening motivation to learn and feelings of inferiority in the midst of social interaction. Through analysis of integration of counseling the paper presents simultaneously the concepts of emotive rational counseling and Islamic counseling, so that it will enrich the scope of practical and theoretical meaning in the field of Islamic guidance counseling. The model of counseling integration and evaluation results on the development of students who become counselee shows that Islamic counseling can be carried out comprehensively in an effort to potential reasoning power (rational thinking) and at the same time emotional power properly in responding to a problem

The purpose of this research was to see the effectiveness of the method of natas, nitis, netes as a vaccine to be supermoom in inclusive school children in Surakarta. This study used an experimental design with a randomized matched two group design posttest only. Data collected by dividing two groups, namely the control group and the group that was given treatment with 50 participants each. Participants in this study were mothers who had children attending inclusive elementary schools with specific learning difficulties. The results of this study were the methods of natas, nitis, and netes were effective as vaccines to become supermoom
Counseling Services In Handling Problems Faced By Street Children In Rumah Alif Community Foundation In Jakarta
Nowadays the problems faced by street children are quite numerous. It is necessary for cooperation by various parties in helping their problems. One of the communities that embraces street children in Slipi area Jakarta is Alif House Community. Problems they face are due to parents or environmental factors such as economic problems which lead adolescents after returning from school help parents to work, feel ignored by both parents and friends, as often bullied either verbally or physically, that make them difficult to be confident and hard to trust others. Many behavioral or psychological impacts, include: trauma, sad, upset feeling unlucky, lonely, less motivated, being quiet, feeling neglected and being a teenager who tends to be closed with both parents and the environment. Therefore, community service activities are carried out in the form of individual and group counseling to 25 people in the Alif Community to help them solve their problem. Individual counseling uses cognitive behavioral counseling. Group counseling is carried out by interview methods, group discussions, brainstorming, watching the short film "Where is Dad's Promise" participants are invited to discuss any insights that can be obtained from the story.
