    The Meaningfull Of Life Post-Psychosis Patient: Logotherapy Practices in Perspective Of Islamic Psychotherapy

    One of the fundamental problems in mental recovery of post-psychosis patients is the loss of meaning in life (meaningless). The feeling of meaningless becomes an obstacle to the recovery process which leads to re-treatment. To restore meaning to life, Victor E. Frankl offers the concept of logotherapy as a method of therapy to help bring meaning to life for every individual. This paper aim to explore indications of the  logotherapy as a method used by therapists to assist the mental recovery process of post-psychosis patients at the Jalma Sehat Kudus Mental Rehabilitation Center, as well as how Islamic psychotherapy views it. This research is field research and descriptive qualitative as design, with data collecting through observation, interview and documentation methods. Based on the data obtained, in terms of self-development efforts and the applied therapeutic methods, it shows an indication of the application of the methods in Logotherapy. Self-development efforts are carried out through empowerment activities in social and economic activities that simultaneously with the application of spiritual guidance methods. The formation of attitudes and behaviors that are responsible, independent and have good social skills is an indication of the successful achievement of meaning in life. Although Frankl defines logotherapy as a secular method, in this research it is found that the harmony between the application of logotherapy and the concept of mental health contained in Islamic Psychotherapy with a meeting point on the spiritual aspect

    The Hoping Thinking Skill Model for Parents in Islamic Counseling Through Experiential Learning to Improve Children's Optimistic Attitude

    The dynamics of rapid development in Islamic counseling are characterized by various applicable research results. One of its forms is the development of training aimed at parents in order to strengthen the parenting method in order to foster an optimistic attitude towards children in accordance with Islamic rules. Hoping is one component in mind skills that can be trained to create positive short-term and long-term positiveexpectations so that children become more optimistic, especially in theface of failure.The development procedure used in this study was adapted from Borg & Gall which included three steps: (1) Phase I namely preparation, including needs assessment, literature study, determining the purpose of development and preparing the necessary materials; (2) Phase II, namely implementation, includes drafting products; and (3) Phase III, namely trials, including expert tests, prospective user trials and small group tests. Analysis of product validity test using descriptive statistical analysis.The product validity test results consists of expert tests (material experts and media experts), prospective user (instructor / parent) test, and small group test by trainees (seven parents and their children) have met the acceptance criteria with three aspects, namely aspects accuracy (score) scores 87% utility (score) 94%, and compatibility (compatibility) with a score of 88%. So that the overall average result is 89.6% in the "very good" category

    Reading Ability Counseling For Learning Difficulties Children With Dyslexia Using Multi-Factor Analysis

    Difficulty reading in a dyslexic person becomes a problem for students, whereas reading becomes a benchmark in the academic success of students in the class. Reading disability at diagnosis is common in children with normal intelligence but have difficulty building reading skills. Learning difficulties in dyslexic children can be detected from various analyzes of phonological awareness, memory skills, visual stimulation, and auditory stimulation. This study aims to obtain a description of the factors affecting learning difficulties in dyslexic children. The subjects in this study were divided into dyslexic categories as many as 106 and non-dyslexic as many as 104 students in grade 2 until grade 3 of elementary school and the diagnosis was carried out based on the criteria contained in the specific learning disorder category in DSM-5. Measurements were made by testing the reading ability of elementary school students who have an indication of dyslexia with a multi-factor method. The results showed an indication there was an influence between memory, visual stimulation, auditory stimulation with phonological awareness and also a correlation between variables. Students with dyslexia must immediately receive counseling from the counselor

    The purpose of this study are: First, to know the types of guidanceprants in Institutions Special Coaching Children Bandung. Second, to know the techniques of career guidance at the Institute of Special Education Children Bandung. Third, to find out the results of career guidance at the Institute of Child Development Special Bandung. This research uses descriptive method with qualitative approach, by collecting data and information through interview method, observation, documentation, which then analyzed by writer by way of describing all information received from informant with the required data. Then the authors conclude the information to answer the purpose of research. The career guidance at the Bandung Child Development Institution is in line with the career guidance goals set forth by Salahudin that the goals of career guidance are self-understanding, knowledge of the world of work, positive attitude toward the world of work, and the ability to plan for the future. The results show that career guidance held at LPKA helps students to plan and prepare for their future according to the goals of such career guidance through various types and techniques of career guidance

    Effectiveness of islamic-based group counseling models with al mauizhoh al hasanah techniques in improving islamic entrepreneurship students. This article discusses the effectiveness of Islamic-based Group Counseling in improving Islamic Student Entrepreneurship. The subjects of this study were students of the Islamic Counseling Department who were taking business risks. The bad impact that occurs on students who take business risks is the lack of focus of students in two fields of work and lecture, which results in unsatisfactory results in both fields, because these students have an unfavorable level of Islamic entrepreneurship. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of Islamic Entrepreneurship of BPI Department Students (pretest and posttest), as well as the effectiveness of the implementation of Islamic counseling to improve Islamic Student Entrepreneurship. The research method uses experimental research methods, one group pretest posttest design. The results showed the level of Islamic Entrepreneurship Students who took business risks before being given Islamic counseling services obtained 1 person (5%) had a low level category (not good), 19 people (95%) had a medium category (good), none or 0% which has high criteria (very good). The level of Islamic entrepreneurship students who take business risks after being given services obtained 17 people (85%) have a high category level (very good), 3 people (15%) have a medium category level (good), and 0% have a low category level (bad ). Then it is proven that Islamic counseling is effective in increasing Islamic Entrepreneurship of students, as seen from the Wilcoxon statistical test which is declared significant (probability <0.05)

    Methods of Ruqyah, Hypnotherapy, and Spiritual: Strategy in Handling Family Problems

    In human life, there will never be a problem and a test of life, including family problems. To overcome the problem and the test of life, humans certainly need strength and fortitude to pass it. Hypnotherapy and Spiritual Therapy as an Islamic consulting institution that handles life problems, including dealing with family life problems by using the unique ruqyah, hypnotherapy, and spiritual methods. On the basis of this uniqueness, this research is considered important. The purpose of this research is to find out ruqyah, hypnotherapy, and spiritual methods in dealing with family problems. This study was analyzed using sufism theory. The method used in this study uses a qualitative approach, with the technique of collecting data through interviews. The results of this study found that the focus of consultation was handled in terms of psychology, the pattern of its handling with consultations, psychological approaches, even spiritual, and methods used by combining ruqyah, hypnotherapy, and spiritual. All methods used lead to Islamic methods based on the Qur'an in dealing with family problems

    The Role of Spiritual Approach in Family Parenting: A Study of Lecturers at Institut Agama Islam Negeri Kudus

    The number of hoax news, hate speeches, and acts of violence that are viral on social media can disrupt the physical, emotional and psychological development of children. This article mainly describes the role of spiritual approach in family parenting to children. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method. The research subject is lecturers at IAIN Kudus. In-depth interviews were conducted to explore and collect data. The result denotes that family parenting had impacts on character, emotional, psychology, and physical development of children. The spiritual approach can be implemented in family parenting through several ways including the habituation of positive values and characters, role models, commitment and consistency from parents, positive communication between parents and children. Besides, parents can support and get involved in children’s activities through positive ways such as approximation, approval, and positive expression of parents towards children. Through the spiritual approach, children will be able to develop optimally both in the intellectual aspect (IQ) and emotional aspects (EQ)

    Religious Guidance and Counseling For Listeners of Dangdut Radio in Jakarta Indonesia

    Religious counselors in current days seldom come forward in mass media, especially in radio. They prefer to introduce their selves as Islamic preacher. Furthermore, Islamic counselor is rarely as program director and producer in radio. This article offers what is very significant roles and functions of Islamic counselor (IC) on air program and off-air program in order families look for Islamic counseling. This research methods using observation, text analysis on record cassette, and script of fragment, deep interview on  Fattahuddin as Islamic Counselor, and literature studies. Data were analyzed by constructivism paradigm. It was conducted by dialect among subjective reality, symbolic reality, and objective reality through externalization, objectivities, and internalization. The results of research reveal two findings: 1). Fatahuddin is religious guidance and counseling in Daerah Khusus Ibukota (DKI) Jakarta, religious affairs. He had used radio schema to construct family problems in Jakarta Dangdut radio through 6 stages.2). He had framed the concepts of Sakinah Family through format of Dialog Listeners and Broadcasters by using fragments 1 and 2, script of cases and solutions

    Islamic law in the context of fiqh positivization needs certain strategies. consultation and counseling can be a strategy in islamic law positivisation. various strategies and explanations provide a special pattern in islamic legal thinking in indonesia. this writing discusses consultation and counseling as an islamic legal strategy leading to legal positivity in indonesia. with an elaborative approach between normative law and empirical law  this writing concludes that islamic law is one part of the raw materials of national law that can be managed pluralistically with other laws that grow in indonesia. the plurality of indonesian law which is an empirical constitution can bring with islamic law through professional consultation and consequences. The practical strategy is uniting perceptions which are the substance of islamic teachings related to the meaning of sharia and fiqh in the values of universality of humanity such as the substance of justice, honesty, equality of balance and liking. with the strategy such islamic law can be a solution for national law at the secondary of islamic laws can move to color the development of national law into positive law
