PENYELESAIAN PERMASALAHAN SANTRI MELALUI PEER HELPING INDIGENIUS
Abstract: The Solution to the Santri’ Problem through Peer Helping Indigenius. The complexity of the problems faced by santri is a social reality that can not be circumvented. The problems are not only related to the learning aspect, but also personal and social aspect. This article offers a peer helper models based on local wisdom that are effective enough to solve the problem faced by santri at pondok pesantren. The concept of peer helper was constructed through an approach that compiles helping indigenous cultural components of local discourse and the social ecological theories that embodies field theory subculture and culture as a macro and suprasystems in the process of formation of human behavior and psychological development.Keywords: santri problem, peer helping indidgenius, pondok pesantrenAbstrak: Penyelesaian Permasalahan Santri melalui Peer Helping Indigenius. Kompleksitas permasalahan santri merupakan suatu keniscayaan yang tidak dapat dielakkan. Permasalahan yang dihadapi santri tidak hanya aspek pembelajaran saja tetapi juga aspek pribadi sosial. Konsep ini menawarkan model penolong sebaya berbasis kearifan lokal pesantren yang efektif mampu memecahkan dan menyelesaikan masalah yang dihadapi santri di pondok pesantren. Konsep penolong sebaya ini dibangun melalui pendekatan helping indigenous yang mengkompilasikan komponen budaya setempat dengan wacana teori ekologi sosial dan teori medan yang mewadahi subkultur dan kultur sebagai makro dan suprasistem dalam proses pembentukan perilaku dan perkembangan psikologis manusia.Kata kunci: permasalahan santri, peer helping indidgenius, santri, pondok pesantre
Teknik Konseling Desensitisasi Versus Psikoanalisis
Desensitisasi dan psikoanalisis disajikan dalam empat kontras yang menarik untuk dicermati. Pertama, dari sudut historik, desensitisasi berkembang secara naturalistik, sedang psikoanalisis berkembang secara personalistik. Kedua, alur berpikir desensitisasi bersifat induktif, sedang psikoanalisis bersifat deduktif. Ketiga, dalam pandangan mengenai manusia, desensitisasi berpandangan determinisme fisik, elementaristik dan environmentalistik, sedang psikoanalisis berpandangan determinisme psikobiologik, holistik dan konstitusionalistik. Keempat, desensitisasi dan psikoanalisis sama-sama memiliki unsur mudah dan unsur sulit untuk diadaptasikan dengan kebudayaan Indonesia

In the recent years, the practice of Electricity and Electronics is oriented to lecturer based learning. The lecturer oriented learning can make learning process passive. In this context, the researcher tries to carry out an experiment of teaching concept, with bases on life skills. The purpose of the research is to describe the influence of application of teaching model on the basis of life Skills. The model can improve student activity, creativity and competency on Electricity and Electronics subject on July-December 2006 at Automotive Engineering FT UNP. The collected data analysis was analyzed by descriptive analysis. The research was found that teaching model improved student's activity, creativity and competency on Electric and Electronics subject
Keefektifan Cara Belajar Berkelompok dalam Pembelajaran Matematika
Effectiveness of Group Learning in Mathematics Instruction. This quasi-experimental research was intended to know the effectiveness of group learning in matematics instruction. The subjects were the 1st graders of SLTP 12 Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan assigned to an experimental group and a control group. Data were gathered using test and documentary study, and were then analyzed by t-test. It could be concluded from data analyses that there was a difference in learning outcomes between students attending group learning and those not attending group learning
Manajemen Akselerasi Mutu Sekolah Dasar: Penelitian Tindakan Kelembagaan
This action research was designed to describe the management strategies implemented to accelerate the quality of elementary school. This three-year study applied a cycle model of Kemmis and McTaggart, and was held in SD Islam Sabilillah, Malang. The results revealed that the quality management consisted of establishing school vision, self assessment, identifying the need for development, formulating the goal of development, designing the development program, implementing the program, and evaluation. The strategic efforts in accelerating the quality were a quality-oriented program, independence of human-resource, participation of stakeholders, and transparency in financial management

Hubungan Faktor Internal dengan Perolehan Belajar Siswa SMU
This is a study on the correlation between the four variables of cognitive styles, learning habits, achievement motivation, and locus of control and students’ achievement in mathematics, physics, Indonesian, English, economics, and geography. The data were collected through tests and documentation. The results indicated that there were positive correlations between cognitive styles, learning habits, achievement motivation, and locus of control and the students’ achievement. There were also significant correlations among these predictor variables: (1) between cognitive styles and learning habits and (2) between achievement motivation and locus of control. The path analysis indicated that the four predictable variables had effects on the students’ achievement

The Effectiveness of Step Approach and Portfolio Assessment in Developing Writing Skills of Elementary School Children. The available effective learning models are expected to help teachers teach more creatively. This quasi-experimental study, conducted in SDN Percobaan and SDN Lowokwaru IV Malang, was intended to find out the effectiveness of step approach and portfilio assessment in developing writing skills of elementary school children. Hypothesis testing of differences between pretest and post-test scores was done to test differences within the groups and between the groups. The results indicated that step approach and portfolio assessment effectively helped develop children’s writing skills
Pengaruh Pendidikan Seks dan Pelatihan Asertivitas terhadap Sikap Remaja mengenai Seks Pranikah
This study was intended to investigate the influence of sex education and assertion training toward teenagers’ attitude toward pre-marital sex. Pretest-posttest control groups weere employed. Subjects consisted of 32 teenagers who were divided into three groups. The first group consisting of 11 students were given sex education, the second group consisting of 11 students were given assertion training, and the last group, the control or waiting list group, consists of 10 people. Data were analysed using one way analysis of variance and this was supported with individual data analysis. The study found that there was highly significant influence of sex education toward teenagers’ attitude toward pre marital sex; and assertion training did not contribute to teenagers’ attitude toward pre marital sex although score of pre test and post test was different. This led to the conclusion that sex education was more influential than assertion training in influencing teenagers’ attitude toward pre-marital sex

This study aimed to investigate the construction process of achievement test used at UM’s Laboratory junior high school and to find out the validity, reliability, discriminating power, and difficulty index of the tests. The achievement test analyzed were those used in these subject: Bahasa Indonesia, English, Science, Mathematics, Social Science, and civics. The results show that construction process was good, except for item analysis.
