PENINGKATAN AKTIVITAS DAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS XI UPW SMK NEGERI 1 JEMBER MELALUI PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE THINK PAIR SHARE (TPS) MATERI PROGRAM LINEAR SEMESTER II TAHUN PELAJARAN 2012/2013
Abstract. Cooperative learning type Think Pair Share (TPS) is kind of cooperative learning that is planed to influence the pattern of student interaction. Learning model of type TPS has three stages, that is Thinking, Pairing, and Sharing. The purpose of this research is to know the application of cooperative learning type of TPS material of linear program semester II in 2012/2013 teaching at the students of grade XI UPW section of SMKN 1 Jember. This research design is class action research (CAR) and the method of data collecting using observation, interview, test, and documentation. The result of research indicate that the result of learning activity increase students’ activity of cycle I reach 62,46% and cycle II reach 74,74% while the achievement of student learning at cycle I reach 70,59% and cycle II reach 73,53%. So the model of teaching TPS can increase students’ activity and the achievement of student.

PENGEMBANGAN PERANGKAT PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA BERBASIS WEB MODEL KOOPERATIF TIPE STAD DENGAN APLIKASI MOODLE SUB POKOK BAHASAN SEGITIGA UNTUK SISWA SMP KELAS VII
Abstract.Web based learning is attractive and innovative learning that can be used in class. The goal of the research is to know about process and result of developing of mathematics learning instrument based on web cooperative model type STAD with moodle application for triangle topic grade VII junior high shool. The research used developmental model Plomp. The subject of the research is student of VIIA in MTs Al Qodiri I Jember for even semester 2012/2013 academic year. The datas is validation sheets, activities of student and teacher’s observation sheets, questionner,and evaluation test. The products of the research are lesson plan, student worksheet, student book, evaluation test, and learning media.The result of this research is the learning instrument that developed is valid, pragmatic, and effective.

Abstract.The purpose of this research are 1) todetermine the application ofmathematical learningusinglearning theoryBruner. 2) to determine theactivity ofstudentsin theteachingandlearningprocessby usinglearningBrunerintriangletopic. Brunertheorystepsconsistof1) information, 2) transformation, 3) andevaluation. transformationhas3stages:enaktif, iconic, andsymbolic. targetedresearch in SMPLB-B Yayasan TPA Jember 2012/2013 academic year. The data collection method applied on this research are observatian, interview, test, and dokumentation. Data analysis that is used in this research are1) implementation of learningBruner, 2) the percentageof teachersandstudentsin teaching and learning. From the observation result, teaching and learning process pertained to the active criteria and increased from cycle 1 to cycle 2. From the final test in cycle 1, the value of classical completeness is 0% and the value of classical completeness in cycle 2 is 80%. The classical completness in cycle 2 increased compared with the first cycle. So, from these result it can be concluded that the application of Brunerlearningusinglearning theoryintriangulartopicscanincreasestudents'mathachievement.

ANALISIS MODEL MATEMATIKA PENYEBARAN ASAP PADA KEBAKARAN RUMAH
Abstract. The house fire will produce smoke and hot gas. When we are trapped inside the house fire, we need a secured evacuation path to escape. In this research talk about mathematical model analysis on the spread of house fire by using a finite volume method. Researcher will study the simulation of smoke and hot gas by utilising a mathematical model. We will also model the spread of hot smoke equations based on momentum and energy models. We used Matlab to analyse the spread of smoke and hot gas and use Fluent software to have a graphic animation. The result of simulation with Matlab and Fluent are chart, tables, and images spread of smoke and hot gas. The result shows that te spread of the smoke and hot gas depends on the epicentrum of fire.

PENGEMBANGAN PERANGKAT PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA BERBANTUAN KOMIK POP UP DENGAN MODEL PROBLEM BASED INSTRUCTION (PBI) SUB POKOK BAHASAN KUBUS DAN BALOK UNTUK SISWA SMP KELAS VIII
Abstract.The research aims to know process and result of developing of mathematics learning intruments based on Problem Based Instruction and assisted pop up comic for cube and cuboid topic at eighth grade of junior high school. The research development modle refers to 4D Thiagarajan models. The subject of research is students of VIIIG class SMPN 4 Jember in even semester academic year 2012-2013. The data of research are obtained by validation sheet, observation sheet of teacher and students activities, questionnaire, and evaluation test.The product of this research are lesson plan, student handbook, worksheet, evaluation test, and pop up comic.The validity of those product consecutively are 0,77; 0,81; 0,83; 0,81; 0,80. The average percentage of teacher activity is 90%, student activity is 90,7%, and student respond regarding learning tools is 81,8%.The result shows that the learning instruments qualifies validity, practical, and effective criteria.

Abstract.The research purpose is to know the process and result of development of mathematics learning instruments based on contextual teaching and learning by setting of cooperative learning jigsaw for rhombus and kitestopic at seventh grade of junior high school. The products refer to the component of contextual teaching and learningand phases of jigsaw. Learning instrumentsdevelopment model refers to 4D Thiagarajanmodels which has 4 steps namely define, design, develop, and disseminate.This research has fourproducts namely lesson plan, worksheet,student book and evaluation test. Based on the validation process and try out of learning sets can be concluded that the learning sets have satisfied of the validity, practice, and effective criteria. The data collection methods used in this research is, test interview, documentation, observation,and questionnaire.

PENGEMBANGAN PERANGKAT PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA BERDASARKAN STRATEGI PQ4R (PREVIEW, QUESTION, READ, REFLECT, RECITE, REVIEW) DENGAN TEKNIK MIND MAPPING PADA SUB POKOK BAHASAN HIMPUNAN KELAS VII
Abstract. Strategy of PQ4R (Preview, Question, Read, Reflect, Recite, Review) with the technique of Mind Mapping is the learning to create combination and relation between new information that have been know with the use of all in the students’ brain and write about what they learn in a piece of paper. This research is expected to know the process and result of the development of mathematics learning instruments based on strategy of PQ4R with the technique of Mind Mapping in sub subject of set for class VII. Learning instruments development model refers to Thiagarajan, Semmel and Semmel Model (4-D) Model. The result product is lesson plan, student books, work sheets, and evaluation test. Based on validation process and tryout the learning sets can be concluded that the learnig sets had been appropriate with validate, practice, and effective criteria.

PENGEMBANGAN RENCANA PELAKSANAAN PEMBELAJARAN DAN LEMBAR KERJA SISWA MODEL PEMBELAJARAN CORE DENGAN TEKNIK MIND MAPPING POKOK BAHASAN BANGUN RUANG SISI LENGKUNG KELAS IX SMP
Abstract. The research aims is to know the process and the result of development lesson plan and student worksheets based on CORE (connecting organizing reflecting extending) learning model with technique of mind mapping for curved space topic at ninth grade of junior high school. Learning instruments development model refers to 4D Thiagarajan models which has 4 steps namely define, design, develop, and disseminate. This research has two products namely lesson plan and student worksheets. Based on validation process and tryout, the result shows that the coefficient of validity reachs 0,60, the percentages of teacher’s activities and students’ responses are above 80%, and the percentage of students’ activitie is above 10% - 20%, it can be concluded that the lesson plan and student worksheet had fullfiled the validity, practice, and effective criteria.

Abstract. Cooperative learning model make a match type with a task accompanied recitation method is one of the techniques in learning models that provide opportunities for students to work together with others in which the application using the card as a medium to organize student interaction patterns supported by administration duties along with responsibility in the classroom to strengthen learning materials. This research aims to determine the application of these learning to improve the activities and student learning outcomes in the subject learning grade X of broadcasting linear program at SMKN 1 Jember. This research is a classroom action research using a qualitative approach. The results showed increased activity and student learning outcomes. Student activity increased from the first cycle with the percentage 69.8% to 89.42% in the second cycle. While the learning outcomes of students also increased from the first cycle with the percentage 78.57% to 85.71% in the second cycle.

MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS VII C SMP NEGERI 1 MUMBULSARI JEMBER PADA MATERI ARITMATIKA SOSIAL DENGAN MODEL REACT (RELATING, EXPERIENCING, APPLYING, COOPERATING, TRANSFERRING) TAHUN 2012/2013
Abstrak. Upaya untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan adalah dengan mewujudkan pembelajaran yang dapat memberikan pengalaman pada siswa secara holistik-kontekstual menuju transformasi pengalaman yang ilmiah pada diri siswa. Suatu pembelajaran hendaknya menekankan pada hubungan yang harmonis antara belajar, bekerja, dan aktivitas belajar lainnya dalam menciptakan atau menemukan pengetahuan yang dicari. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka dilakukan penelitian tentang pembelajaran yang mengintegrasikan pengalaman awal siswa dengan pengalaman saintifik, yaitu dengan menggunakan pembelajaran kontekstual melalui model REACT (Relating, Experiencing, Applying, Cooperating, Transferring) untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Siswa Kelas VIIC SMP Negeri 1 Mumbulsari Jember Mata Pelajaran Matematika Materi Aritmatika Sosial.
