ANALISIS MISKONSEPSI SISWA BERDASARKAN CERTAINTY OF RESPONSE INDEX (CRI) DALAM MENYELESAIKAN SOAL MATEMATIKA RANAH KOGNITIF MENGEVALUASI
Abstract. This research aims to describe students’ misconception to solve evaluated problem based on Certainty of Response Index. It is a descriptive qualitative research. This research was conducted in SMPN 3 Jember with 67 students grade VIII. The instrument used test the higher order thinking of mathematics problems and guidelines for interview. The data collection methods were test and interview. The respondences were given test then the result of test would be categorized into lucky guess, lack of knowledge, understand concept, and misconceptions based on CRI. Based on data analysis, it can be conclude there are students’ misconceptions. In CRI scale 3, students had misconceptions in translation, systematic, strategy, and counting to solve evaluated problem. In CRI scale 4, students had misconceptions in translation, systematic, and strategy. In CRI scale 5, students had misconceptions in translation, systematic, strategy, and counting.

PROFIL BERPIKIR SISWA PESERTA OLIMPIADE MATEMATIKA DALAM MENYELESAIKAN MASALAH ALJABAR
Abstract. This study aims to describe the profile of generalization thinking, simplifying problems, and analytic thinking of mathematical olympiad students in solving algebraic problems. The research subjects were 4 mathematical olympiad students at SMPN 2 Jember. Tests and interviews are used to collect data. Based on the analysis of the data, the results of the study show that the mathematical olympiad students can solve the given problems using non-procedural methods. They prefer to use a more effective and efficient way. In process of simplifying problems, the students can represent problems into mathematical models using algebraic forms. In making mathematical models, the students use variables as a form of example. In this study, there are still students who use symbols as variables that showing those students are still at the stage of iconic thinking according to J.Bruner's learning theory. In the analytical thinking process students are able to solve problems using the methods they obtain from the results of their analysis of the given problems. In the generalization thinking process students can find and apply existing rules or patterns to solve the given problem, even though there are still students who have not received the material. They are able to solve problems using reasonal and logical thinking.

PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN INTERAKTIF ONLINE BERBANTUAN DESMOS PADA KELASKITA MATERI PROGRAM LINIER KELAS XI SMA
This research aims to develop a Desmos-assisted interactive online instructional media using “Kelas Kita†on Linier Program material. The instructional media being developed is Desmos-assisted “Kelas Kitaâ€. The research was conducted at SMA 3 Muhammadiyah Jember on eleventh grade students of IPA 2. This research is a developmental research. This research applied Thiagarajan model which consists of 4 stages namely: 1) Defining stage 2) Designing stage 3) Developing stage 4) Disseminating stage. The development results of this research includes validity test of validation sheet analysis from 3 validation tools. The assessment results from the validation tools showed the very high category in details of an average value of 0.89. The practicality test based on the user response questionnaire showed the very practical category with an average value of 1.7 or at a percentage level of 85%. This media achieved the very effective category 28 from 34 students acquired scores more than or equivalent to the minimum criteria of mastery learning. The results of the effectiveness showed that the eleventh grade students of IPA 2 who completed the test were about 82.85% of the students. Based on the research result, it showed that the media used have met the validation, practicality, and effectiveness criteria. Therefore, it is assumed that this media is feasible to be used as an instructional media.

PENGEMBANGAN E-COMIC BERBANTUAN PIXTON PADA MATERI PROGRAM LINEAR DUA VARIABEL
Abstract. Learning media is a tool to deliver the materials to students during teaching and learning process. This study aims to develop e-comic learning media on linear program of two variable. The process of developing this learning media refers to the Thiagarajan model known as the 4-D model which consists of four stages, namely define, design, develop and disseminate. The results of the comic media validation included in the valid criteria with a correlation coefficient value was 0.91. Based on the trials that have been conducted in Class X-MIPA 4 MAN 1 Jember with a total of 24 students, the results of the use of instructional media including the level of practicality are categorized as good with a percentage was 91.2%. Then the effectiveness results of comic media based on cognitive, psychomoto, and affective aspects obtained effectiveness level of "Good" in all aspects. Cognitive aspects show a percentage of students who scored above the standard score was 75%. The percentage on the student observation sheet was 87% in the psychomotor aspect. The last aspect is affective with a percentage was 93.75%.

BERPIKIR KREATIF DALAM MEMECAHKAN MASALAH SUBPOKOK BAHASAN SEGITIGA DAN SEGIEMPAT BERDASARKAN ADVERSITY QUOTIENT (AQ) SISWA KELAS VII E SMP NURIS JEMBER
Abstract. This study aim to knows the creative thinking in solving the problem of sub-topic of triangle and quadrilateral based on adversity quotient (AQ) of class VII E Junior High School at Nuris, Jember. Data collection methods used in this study are questionnaires, tests and interviews. The instruments used are the Adversity Response Profile (ARP) questionnaire, creative thinking ability test in the form of open matter of triangle and quadrilateral material and interview. Of the population of 24 students VII class E was taken as many as 3 students is students who have high AQ value (climber), students who have AQ value being (camper), and students who have low AQ (quitter). That the climber students in the research more precisely have the creative level according to the transition category from camper to climber, camper students in this study according to the camper student category, but in this research quitter students exceed the category of quitter students, more precisely quitter students in research creative according to the transition category from quitter.

ETNOMATEMATIKA PADA AKTIVITAS PASCA PANEN TEMBAKAU MASYARAKAT PENDALUNGAN DAN PENERAPANNYA SEBAGAI LEMBAR KERJA PESERTA DIDIK
Ethnomatematics is a science that connects mathematics with culture in society. The purpose of this research was to describe the results of ethnomatematic exploration of post-harvest activities of tobacco farmers in the Pendalungan community and to make their products in the form of student worksheets. This type of research is qualitative with an ethnographic approach. Data collection methods used are observation and interviews. Ethnomatematics in tobacco post-harvest activities in the form of counting, measuring and designing activities. In the process of nyujen (submission) of tobacco leaves arises the mathematical concept of comparable values ​​and measurements when determining the length of the rope, determining the length of the bamboo, and determining the distance between leaves. In the process of making patterns of drying tobacco leaves, the concept of design and concept of comparable value emerged. In the fermentation process, tobacco leaves were observed in the concept of calculating when determining the length of fermentation time, and in the process of sorting tobacco leaves it was observed the concept of the ratio of turning value when determining the number of leaves per class in 1 kg. The results of the study are product teaching materials in the form of student worksheets. Student worksheets are intended for seventh grade Middle School / MTs students. This student worksheet is divided into 5 activities in the scientific approach.

ANALISIS PEMAHAMAN SISWA BERDASARKAN TEORI APOS MATERI BALOK DAN KUBUS DITINJAU DARI KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL
Abstract. This research aims to describe students’ comprehension based on apos theory on the theme “cuboid and cube†from the perspective of emotional quotient of grade IX A students SMP Negeri 1 Semboro. This research is a descriptive study with qualitative approach. APOS theory assumes that understand of mathematical concept is a result of construction or reconstruction of mathematical object. Construction or reconstruction is done by action, processes, and object that are coordination in a scheme to solve the problems. So, we can know comprehension student of mathematical concept can use APOS theory. Subjects of this study were 6 students consist of 2 students with high emotional quotient, 2 students with moderate emotional quotient and 2 students with low emotional quotient. Data collection obtained with emotional quotient questionnaires, test, and interview. Based on the results of the analysis, the results can be obtained that students with high emotional quotient has reached the stage of action, process, object, and scheme; the comprehension of students with moderate emotional quotient has reached the stage of action, process, and object; the comprehension of students with low emotional quotient just has reached the stage of action, has not reached the process, object, and scheme.

PROSES BERPIKIR ALJABAR SISWA DALAM MEMECAHKAN PERMASALAHAN MATEMATIKA BERDASARKAN KEMAMPUAN ALJABAR DAN GENDER
Abstract. Algebraic thinking is a process of solving mathematical problems in which uses letters (variables) and perform deeper activity such as problem identifications, represent information symbolically, make mathematic model, as well as interpret and applying mathematic findings. This research was conducted to describe how algebraic thinking process of Junior High School student based on gender and math ability. The subject of research was divided into two of student with high math ability, two student with mid math ability and two student with low math ability in mathematical problem solving of linier equation system of two variable for C5 and C6 problems category where in each category consist of boy and girl. The result shows for C5 and C6 problems, student with high and mid math ability both boys and girls were capable of algebraic thinking in every steps of problem solving. Student with low math ability, the boy was capable of algebraic thinking in every steps of problem solving for C5 and C6 problems. Whereas the girl capable of algebraic thinking in every steps, but for C6 problem category, the girl was only able to perform two algebraic thinking activity in problem solving.

ANALISIS KEMAMPUAN PEMECAHAN MASALAH SISWA MENGGUNAKAN METODE JUMPING TASK PADA MATERI SISTEM PERSAMAAN LINIER DUA VARIABEL
This study describes the level of student problem solving based on NCTM SMPN 7 Jember students in solving SPLDV problems using the jumping task method. Data collection methodswhich used are tests and interview. The subjects studied further in this study were 3 students, one student was included in the level of “very good†problem solving, one student falls under the category of “good†at problem solving, and the other one belongs to the category of “moderateâ€. The results showed that 7 people were included in the very good category, 18 people were in the good category, 13 people were in the category of “moderate†and no one was in the category of “poorâ€.

PENGEMBANGAN INSTRUMEN KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR ANALISIS SISWA SMP DALAM MENYELESAIKAN SOAL PEMECAHAN MASALAH MATEMATIKA
Abstract. This study aimed to describe the process and to develop analytical thinking ability instruments referring to the Thiagarajan Model known as the Four-D Model (Model 4-D). The Thiagarajan Model consists of four stages: define, planning, design, and disseminate stages. Data analysis consisted of instrument validation analysis, instrument reliability, practicality and effectiveness of instruments and analysis of teacher response data on the results of instrument development. Based on the results of the analysis, the instrument developed reached high level of instrument validation by experts with a validity coefficient of 0.748 and high level of instrument reliability with a reliability coefficient of 0.78. In addition, the degree of practicality was in the high category with a degree of coefficient (IP) = 4. It also reached high degree of effectiveness with a degree of coefficient (IE) = 4.6. The teacher's response to the development of the instrument was very good with a teacher response of 90%.
