POLICY STRATEGY INTEGRATED DEVELOPMENT OF TOURISM DESTINATIONS IN SOUTH SULAWESI
Full text linkThis study aims to determine the policy strategy partnership integrated the development of tourism destinations in South Sulawesi. This study uses a combination of research methods sequential explanatory model or designs a method that combines a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods in series, wherein the first phase of the research carried out by using quantitative methods and in the second stage with qualitative methods. This type of research used in this study is mixed methods research (mixed methods). The study is a mixed-methods research approach that combines or associate the form of qualitative and quantitative form. This approach involves philosophical assumptions, approaches the application of qualitative and quantitative, and mixing (mixing) of both approaches in a single study. Policy in the form of Tourism Development Master Plan (RIPP) used as a guide in directing, fostering, developing, and controlling the development of the tourism sector in Bulukumba, preferably stems from the source of the problem and must be enforceable through local regulation

Full text linkThis study aims to determine the strategy of poverty reduction policies in the City of Tasikmalaya by using a benchmarking model. This study uses the mix methods, which combine qualitative and quantitative approaches. The results of the study found that the implementation of poverty reduction policies in the City of Tasikmalaya, had not yet been fully effective. Therefore, a strategy is needed to streamline the implementation of poverty reduction policies that refer to the results of benchmarking. The results cover two main things, namely the need for the pollitical will of the regional head and the establishment of a special institution that handles poverty

This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques such as observation, interviews and documentation. The main cause of conflict between Pulau Sangkar Village and Kebun Baru Village was due to lack of agricultural land, and unclear boundaries between villages. The strategy of the regional government in resolving conflicts is through mediation between the two conflicting parties so that a letter of agreement is formed between Kebun Baru Village and Pulau Sangkar Village so that the conflict does not recur

Full text linkThe purpose of this study is to describe the model of implementing entrepreneurship programs in developing entrepreneurial behavior, finding obstacles in managing and developing programs and products, and finding the results of the application of the program to the behavior of students at SMKN 3 Bandung. The research approach uses descriptive qualitative analysis. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The Entrepreneurship Program at SMKN 3 Bandung in developing entrepreneurial behavior of students is categorized as a partnership program. This is because the entrepreneurship program collaborates with several parties namely the Government of West Java in providing aid funds, as well as coffee observers to help students in producing coffee. In addition, the program is also categorized as a participatory program, because this program involves the school community in its implementation including the principal, students, teachers, and other staff members

Full text linkBupolo Maghrib Mengaji Movement is a form of social community movement initiated by the Buru’s Government with the Ministry of Religion of Buru Regency as an effort to spend maghrib time and to avoid the Buru community from the negative impact of technological developments and make the movement as a media to achieve pluralism. This research is a qualitative study which aims to describe the implementation of the Bupolo Maghrib Mengaji Movement in Namlea District, Buru Regency. The research location was focused on Namlea District with consideration of the density and heterogeneity of the community. The number of informants who will be interviewed was 25 people who were taken purposively. The technique of analysis used by Miles and Huberman in the form of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the Bupolo Maghrib Mengaji Movement received a positive response from the community where the initiation carried out by the community was able to become an instrument of achieving harmonization of community life to maintain and to remind each other in spending Maghrib time. Also, the sectoral mapping of community activities in the Bupolo Maghrib Mengaji Movement raises two components namely moral and ethics which functioned to foster and maintain pluralism in Namlea District. Pluralism is an important basis for living tolerantly in a society that is different from tribes, groups, religions and customs

Full text linkThis qualitative case study aims to assess the contribution of the PSE Commission in alleviating poverty and to analyze PSE institutional strengthening in the success of poverty alleviation priority programs. Institutional strengthening is the key to the sustainability and success of poverty alleviation programs. However, there are studies that show that institutional strengthening through legal aspects, Provincial Drinking Wages and public policies have been effective enough to alleviate poverty. Of the many findings that exist, researchers discovered new things, namely through institutional strengthening in aspects; Structure, HR, Finance, Organizational Funding and Assets, Monitoring and Evaluation, Legality, Data and Information and Collaborative Networks can determine the success of the institution in alleviating poverty and the sustainability of poverty alleviation priority programs. The pattern of the empowerment approach carried out by the government is seen as less touching on the problems of the poor because it is project oriented, while the one carried out by the Catholic Church is oriented towards religious values

Full text linkThis study aims to, understand, describe and analyze the perspectives / views of the Tablighi Jamaah Nanggalo District, Padang City on the simultaneous selection of the Governor and Deputy Governor of West Sumatra in 2015. This study uses a conceptual, historical and case approach. Based on previous research, the average Tablighi Jamaah has preached by instilling anti-political ideology. But another side shows that the growth rate of the number of pilgrims is always increasing. If this phenomenon continues to develop, it is assumed that it will have an effect on the continued decline in voter turnout. The results of this study indicate that the political perceptions of the Jamaah Tabligh in Nanggalo Subdistrict have been divided into two, some of which have been directly involved and some are still surviving, not active in politics. This is based on several factors such as the diversity of social backgrounds and the diversity of religious understandings

Full text linkThe purpose of this study is to get a primary picture of the carrying capacity of rural areas on the West coast of Buru Island for the development of marine tourism in Buru Regency. The research will be conducted by taking samples in 3 Subdistricts namely Liliali Waplau and Airbuaya where the entire village is located on the North West coast of Buru Island and has the potential and richness of marine biota that has not been fully explored. The approach used in this study uses a qualitative approach and the number of informants to be interviewed is 20 people. For sampling techniques, researchers use stratified random sampling, which takes samples from the population by grouping them into several strata and then randomly selected from each group with the consideration that informants are considered as related parties to achieve the research objectives. This study uses data collection techniques or techniques that use observation, in-depth interviews to get data on the socio-economic conditions of the community, related to the implementation of the bupolo maghrib reciting. The analysis technique used in this study is qualitative data analysis following the concepts given by Miles and Huberman and Spradley. The results showed that coastal tourism activities by utilizing coastal and marine areas can be done directly or indirectly. The types of marine tourism that can be directly utilized on the West coast of Buru Island include boating, swimming, snorkelling, diving and fishing

Full text linkThis study aims to show how electoral governance in verification and the efforts of political parties is carried out by the General Election Commission of the City of Padang. One part of the stages of organizing elections is verification. Verification is a very important stage, considering that at this stage political parties are determined to be participants of the 2019 election. The governance of elections in the registration and verification of political parties by the General Election Commission of Padang City as the election organizer has done its job in verifying political parties, but still far from ideal, both at the level of rule-making and application level. However, at the level of adjudication, the General Election Commission of Padang City has seen several steps taken. The efforts made by the General Election Commission of the City of Padang are the dissemination and technical guidance on regulations regarding the registration process and verification of electoral political parties and making a political party verification assistance desk.Â

Full text linkThis study aims to look at the implementation of the pick-up program for the Padang Pariaman permit, which is presumed to be a problem in the implementation of the permit pick-up program. This research is a qualitative research. The technique used in determining informants in this study was carried out by purposive sampling. Informants in this study were (1) Head of the Integrated Services and Industry Services Investment Office (2) Head of the Health Office. (3) Head of the Education Office (4) Head of the Office of Environment and Spatial Planning (5). The results showed that (1) the factors that influenced the implementation of the Padang Pariaman Licensing Shuttle Program were quite successful but there were some that were still not maximal from the indicators of implementation factors (a), communication (b) Resources, (c) Disposition, (d) Bureaucratic Structure. (2) Government Efforts to improve shuttle performance in the field of licensing Efforts to Implement Public Services through the Padang Pariaman Licensing Shuttle Program (AJEP PAPA) In Kabupaten Padang Pariaman, we have always sought to maintain coordination with the relevant dinas. And when the recommendations are a problem, we always take the initiative to invite related agencies to coffee mornings and find solutions to make the program effective
