Get PDFThis study aims to determine the process of diffusion of government programs with development communication studies on Anugrah farmer women's groups in Nagari Sungai Buluh Selatan, Batang Anai District, Padang Pariaman District. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection methods through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the innovation diffusion research show that the government program is an innovation for the Anugrah farmer women's group. The diffusion process occurs through information dissemination using communication channels, namely correspondence, face to face communication channels, with group meetings and mass media. The duration of the implementation of government programs is not so long, which is around 2 weeks -1 month, and has a positive impact on the social system and the surrounding environment

Get PDFThis study aims to describe and analyze the effect of family harmony on deviant behavior in Polewali 2 high school students in class X specialization in social sciences. This research uses quantitative methods to 36 respondents of Polewali Class X SMA 2 students who are interested in social sciences selected proportionally random sampling. The data analysis technique uses simple regression test statistics with the help of the statististical program for social science (SPSS) program. The results of the study showed that there was an effect of family harmony on the occurrence of deviant behavior in students of Polewali State High School 2 class X specialization in the social sciences with the influence of family harmony towards deviant behavior. Thus family harmony has a positive effect on deviant behavior. This positive effect means that the increasing harmony of family students will influence the decline of deviant behavior in public high school students 2 Polewali Specialization in Social Sciences

No full textThis article examines the shifting of the meaning of the title of adat where thereis a dualism of the function of the title of adat when traditional leaders enter the political world or vice versa, politicians who get customary titles. The highest customary titles such as "Suttan" were only used in Lampung Ethnic traditional ceremonies as indigenous or local because of the sacredness of their meaning, not for all people living in Lampung, but now customary titles are also used by politicians in political contests by attracting attention local people through the procession get titles in traditional ceremonies. The character of Lampung politicians tends to be ethnicistic because many ethnic groups feel excluded by transmigrant communities so they tend to be attracted to politicians who bring local regional issues in campaigning. Pengaruh Pengawasan Pajak Hotel Terhadap Tingkat Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak (Studi Kasus Pada Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Garut)
Get PDFMasih banyak terjadinya beberapa masalah dalam tingkat kepatuhan wajib pajak hotel yang belum efektif secara optimal di Kabupaten Garut. Pada tahun 2013-2017, Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) yang tidak mencapai target. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pengawasan pajak hotel terhadap tingkat kepatuhan wajib pajak dengan studi kasus pada Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Garut. Peneliti menggunakan teori pengawasan dari Terry yang terdiri dari tiga dimensi yaitu: mengukur hasil pekerjaan, membandingkan hasil pekerjaan dengan standard dan memastikan perbedaan, dan mengoreksi penyimpangan yang tidak dikehendaki melalui tindakan perbaikan. Sedangkan untuk variabel tingkat kepatuhan wajib pajak peneliti menggunakan teori tingkat kepatuhan wajib pajak dari Siti Kurnia Rahayu yang terdiri dari dua dimensi yaitu: kepatuhan formal dan kepatuhan material. Berdasarkan analisis koefisien determinasi diperoleh angka R square sebesar 0,146 atau 14,6%. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa persentase pengaruh variabel independen pengawasan (X) terhadap variabel dependen yaitu tingkat kepatuhan wajib pajak (Y) sebesar 14,6% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 85,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti oleh penelit

Get PDFPublic integrity and politicians will be seen when they are faced with public policies concerning the management of state assets. This is because, when the public official is faced with conflicting obligations, but is able to provide solutions to the exclusion of personal or group interests. The integrity of public politicians, good governance will be created. The problem is, currently the public of politicians with integrity are rarely found, the many conflicts of interest make public officials waste their spending on the state, ultimately resulting in inefficient and low quality public policies. The case that occurred in the Bukit Pamewa Village government, Mentawai District, reflects that there has been a degradation of the integrity of the public politicians. Village funds budget (ADD) which should be used for the welfare of the community through development, was apparently not implemented in accordance with the program or activity plan. The results of this study found that abuse of public officials' authority over the use of public funds carried out by the Village Head together with his equipment was seen in the determination of the amount and budget allocator there was always the interest of the Village Chief who was accommodated by the Village Apparatus.
