Get PDFDas vorliegende Praxis Paper fasst die Erkenntnisse zur Nutzung der Social Media Plattformen LinkedIn und Kununu für B2B Unternehmen zusammen.
Es basiert auf der Bachelorarbeit von Herrn Simon Schiffbauer, die von Oktober 2020 bis Januar 2021 von Prof. Dr. Monika Engelen betreut wurde. Dazu wurde die richtige Verwendung der Funk-tionen von LinkedIn und Kununu recherchiert und anhand von Fallstudien erfolgreicher B2B Unter-nehmen veranschaulicht. Der Bachelorarbeit ging ein Praxisprojekt zur allgemeinen Nutzung von Social Media durch B2B Unternehmen voraus, in dem die Social Media Aktivitäten der 75 größten deutschen B2B Unternehmen erhoben und analysiert wurden. Die Erkenntnisse sind sowohl in dem separaten Praxis Paper „Social Media Marketing für B2B Unternehmen - Untersuchung der Social Media Präsenz der 75 größten deutschen B2B Unternehmen und Handlungsempfehlungen“ veröffentlicht als auch in dieses Praxis Paper eingeflossen.
Die Kerninhalte dieses Praxis Papers sind die Erfolgsfaktoren, Ziele und Zielgruppen, die über LinkedIn und Kununu erreicht werden sollen. Insbesondere die Akquise von Neukunden, die Pfle-ge von Bestandskunden und die Akquise von Mitarbeitern stehen dabei im Vordergrund.

Get PDFDas Ziel dieser Arbeit war es aufzuzeigen, warum eine elektronische Unterstützung bei politischen Wahlen in Deutschland bislang noch nicht möglich ist. Weder die Nutzung von einem Wahlcomputer im Wahllokal noch eine Stimmabgabe über das Internet vom heimischen PC aus sind möglich. Da die Digitalisierung längst in allen Lebensbereichen Einzug gefunden hat und es selbst einem Kühlschrank möglich ist, per E-Mail Bescheid zu sagen, wenn keine Milch mehr da ist, verwundert es doch schon sehr, dass wir noch immer mit Stift und Unmengen von Papier unsere Volksvertreter wählen. Um dies zu verstehen, werden in dieser Arbeit die gesetzlichen Vorgaben für eine politische Wahl erläutert und deren Bedeutung für elektronisch unterstützte Wahlen aufgezeigt. Dabei liegt das Hauptaugenmerk auf einer Wahlmöglichkeit über das Internet. Es werden mögliche Chancen, Risiken und Anforderungen eines solchen Wahlverfahrens erörtert und gezeigt, warum eine technische Umsetzung so schwer ist und wie eine solche möglicherweise aussehen könnte. Außerdem werden die Themen eines elektronischen Personalausweises, der elektronischen Partizipation und deren Bedeutung für ein Internet-Wahlsystem erläutert sowie ein Blick darauf geworfen, wie andere europäische Länder dieses Thema behandeln
Membrane Distillation for the Production of Pharmaceutical-Grade Water—Investigation into the Application of AGMD and VMD
Get PDFThe production of pharmaceutical ingredients, intermediates and final products strongly depends on the utilization of water. Water is also required for the purification and preparation of reagents. Each specific application determines the respective water quality. In the European Union, the European Pharmacopeia (Ph. Eur.) contains the official standards that assure quality control of pharmaceutical products during their life cycle. According to this, the production of water for pharmaceutical use is mainly based on multi-stage distillation and membrane processes, especially, reverse osmosis. Membrane distillation (MD) could be an alternative process to these classical methods. It offers advantages in terms of energy demand and a compact apparatus design. In the following study, the preparation of pharmaceutical-grade water from tap water in a one-step process using MD is presented. Special emphasis is placed on the performance of two different module designs and on the selection of optimum process parameters

Cognitive capabilities for the CAAI in cyber-physical production systems
Get PDFThis paper presents the cognitive module of the Cognitive Architecture for Artificial Intelligence (CAAI) in cyber-physical production systems (CPPS). The goal of this architecture is to reduce the implementation effort of artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms in CPPS. Declarative user goals and the provided algorithm-knowledge base allow the dynamic pipeline orchestration and configuration. A big data platform (BDP) instantiates the pipelines and monitors the CPPS performance for further evaluation through the cognitive module. Thus, the cognitive module is able to select feasible and robust configurations for process pipelines in varying use cases. Furthermore, it automatically adapts the models and algorithms based on model quality and resource consumption. The cognitive module also instantiates additional pipelines to evaluate algorithms from different classes on test functions. CAAI relies on well-defined interfaces to enable the integration of additional modules and reduce implementation effort. Finally, an implementation based on Docker, Kubernetes, and Kafka for the virtualization and orchestration of the individual modules and as messaging technology for module communication is used to evaluate a real-world use case
Es EILD – Anforderungen an die Publikation freier Lerneinheiten (OER) im Fach Datenbanken
Get PDFKompetenzen auf dem Gebiet der Datenbanken gehören zum Pflichtbereich der Informatik. Das Angebot an Lehrbüchern, Vorlesungsformaten und Tools lässt sich jedoch für Lehrende oft nur eingeschränkt in die eigene Lehre integrieren. In diesem Aufsatz schildern wir unsere Erfahrungen in der Nutzung (frei) verfügbarer und der Entwicklung eigener digitaler Inhalte für grundlegende Datenbankveranstaltungen. Die Präferenzen der Studierenden werden mittels Nutzungsanalysen und Befragungen ermittelt. Wir stellen die Anforderungen auf, wie die nicht selten aufwendig herzustellenden digitalen Materialien von Lehrenden in ihre Lehr- und Lernumgebungen integriert werden können. Als konstruktive Antwort auf diese Herausforderung wird das Konzept EILD zur Entwicklung von Inhalten für die Lehre im Fach Datenbanken vorgestellt. Die Inhalte sollen in vielfältigen Lernszenarien eingesetzt werden können und mit einer Creative Commons (CC) Lizenzierung als OER (open educational resources) frei zur Verfügung stehen
Management of Muscle Spasticity in Children with Cerebral Palsy by Means of Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy: A Systematic Review of the Literature
No full textThe purpose of this systematic review was to investigate the effectiveness of extracorporeal shockwave therapy for the management of muscle spasticity in children with cerebral palsy. An electronic database search was performed to identify studies relevant to the research question. Assessment of the quality of evidence in all relevant studies was performed with the help of the Oxford Center for Evidence-based Medicine guide. Four studies met our inclusion criteria for review: one was a low-quality randomized controlled clinical trial, two were individual case-control studies and one was a case series study. Reduction in muscle stiffness and improvement in joint range of motion were the outcomes in all of the selected studies that used extracorporeal shockwave therapy. However, considering the limited evidence provided by these studies, further research is needed to support the use of extracorporeal shockwave therapy in the management of muscle spasticity in children with cerebral palsy

M.The article analyzes the depiction of the Ukrainian province, Donbass, in the documentaries Ihor Minajew (Cacophony of Donbass) and Serhij Loznica (Donbass). Minajew, a documentarian from Odessa living in France since the 1980s, took issues with the documentary by Dziga Wiertow (Symphony of Donbass, 1930). His Cacophony of Donbass had its premiere in March 2018 during the Docudays UA festival. Minajew reconstructs the myth of working class – the fundamental element of the Soviet simulacrum, which in his opinion led to the outbreak of conflict in Donbass in 2014. No full textThe article is a reflection on Krzysztof Koehler’s poetic volume entitled Porwanie Europy [The Abduction of Europe] (2008). The author analyses the formal and
semantic aspects of the volume, the most important of which are: the collage of genres and content, the palimpsest of meanings, the antique tradition (including nautical motifs).
