    Designing Applications For Dictionary Of Indonesian Law Based On Android

    There is no legal dictionary application and to answer this, the mobile legal dictionary application is created. Indonesian law dictionary-based Android is an application that provides information about the law in Indonesia. This dictionary contains information such as Pancasila law, the Constitution of 1945, the terms of the law in Indonesia, the Book of Law - Criminal Code, and the Book of Civil Law Act. The application also comes with a memo that can be used to record. System development methodology in Indonesia this law dictionary application using RUP methodology (Rational Unified Process) which is a development system using a model of UML (Unified Model Language). This application is made by using a system that supports the application of the Eclipse ADT (Android Development Tools) which is an eclipse plugin that connects IDE and Android SDK. From testing the application, the application's performance can be used according to its functions and needs

    The Influence of E-Learning as a Complement on Student Learning Satisfaction in Batam

    The utilization of e-learning as a complementary learning requires careful consideration by the Higher Education, so that e-learning can provide benefits and improve student satisfaction, especially employee class students in Batam City. The aim of the study was to find out whether there was an effect of expediency, ease of use, social influence, and conditions of supporting facilities on student learning satisfaction in using e-learning as a complementary learning tool in Batam City. Data was taken from random distribution of questionnaires to 207 respondents of students of Information Systems Study Program Batam International University and Putera Batam University who used e-learning as a complement to learning. Research uses a quantitative approach. Data were analyzed by multivariate multiple regression analysis. The results of the analysis show the significance of Benefit 0,000 with a coefficient of 0.322, significance of Ease of Use 0,000 with coefficient of 0.286, significance of Social Influence 0.002 with coefficient of 0.187 and significance of Conditions of Supporting Facilities 0.001 with coefficient of 0.197. It can be concluded that usefulness, ease of use, social influence and conditions of supporting facilities have a significant positive influence on learning satisfaction

Pencatatan kehadiran mahasiswa sebelumnya dilakukan dengan cara manual yaitu dengan menggunkan tanda tangan, pencatatan kehadiran dengan cara manual dapat menjadi penghambat pemantauan kedisiplinan, ketaatan mahasiswa dalam hal ketepatan waktu datang mahasiswa. Pencatatan kehadiran mahasiswa secara manual dapat diganti dengan pencatatan kehadiran mahasiswa secara terkomputerisasi yang menggunakan proses indentifikasi teknologi biometrik, untuk mengidentifikasi pola wajah mahasiswa digunakan metode bilateral filter, canny edge detection, haar-like feature, integral image, cascade classifier adaboost. Dari hasil pengujian, tingkat keberhasilan pencatatan kehadiran mahasiswa berdasarkan pola wajah dari masing-masing mahasiswa sebesar 70.43%

    Analisis Pengaruh Fungsi Aktivasi, Learning Rate Dan Momentum Dalam Menentukan Mean Square Error (MSE) Pada Jaringan Saraf Restricted Boltzmann Machines (RBM)

    Restricted boltzmann machines (RBM) merupakan algoritma pembelajaran jaringan syaraf tanpa pengawaas (unsupervised learning) yang hanya terdiri dari dua lapisan yang visible layer dan hidden layer. Kinerja RBM sangat dipengaruhi oleh parameter-parameternya seperti fungsi aktivasi yang digunakan untuk mengaktifkan neuron pada jaringan dan learning rate serta momentum untuk mempercepat proses pembelajaran. Pemilihan fungsi aktivasi yang tepat sangat mempengaruhi kinerja dalam menentukan Mean Square Error (MSE) pada jaringan saraf RBM. Fungsi aktivasi yang digunakan pada jaringan RBM adalah fungsi aktivasi sigmoid. Beberapa varian dari fungsi aktivasi sigmoid seperti fungsi sigmoid biner dan sigmoid tangen hiperbolik (tanh). Dengan menggunakan dataset MNIST untuk pembelajaran dan pengujian, terlihat bahwa tingkat keberhasilan untuk klasifikasi pada fungsi aktivasi sigmoid biner, ditentukan oleh nilai MSE yang kecil. Berbeda dengan fungsi aktivasi tangen nilai MSE menaik seiring bertambahnya jumlah epoch. Fungsi aktivasi sigmoid biner dengan learning rate 0.05 dan momentum 0.7 memiliki tingkat pengenalan tulisan tangan yang tinggi sebesar 93.42%, diikuti dengan learning rate 0.01 momentum 0.9 yakni 91.92%, learning rate 0.05 momentum 0.5 yakni 91.31%, learning rate 0.01 momentum 0.7 sebesar 90.56% dan terakhir learning rate 0.01 momentum 0.5 sebesar 87.49%

    Watermarking adalah suatu teknik penyembunyian data atau informasi pada suatu digital (gambar, suara dan video) dan mampu tidak terlihat oleh mata biasa dan tahan terhadap proses digitalisasi (editing media, noising, blurring, dll). Sedangkan Audio watermark diartikan sebagai suatu teknik penyembunyian data atau informasi rahasia kedalam suatu data audio untuk “ditumpangi†(audio host), tetapi orang lain tidak menyadari keberadaan data tambahan pada data host-nya. Phase Coding adalah menyembunyikan data dengan cara menukarkan fase asli segmen inisial dari sinyal suara dengan fase absolute dari sinyal watermark dengan tetap menjaga fase relative antara segmen sinyal menggunakan beda fase segmen dari sinyal asli. Ketika beda fase antara sinyal asli dan sinyal yang dimodifikasi adalah kecil, maka perbedaan suara yang dihasilkan tidak terdeteksi oleh pendengaran manusia. The results of single rectangular patch microstrip antenna measurements indicate that the antenna can work optimally with a frequency of 2,440 GHz, has a return loss-22,182 dB value, VSWR 1,169 value, 0.3452 dB bandwidth value, LOS-45.6 dBm power value with Percentage upload is 97% higher than the reference antenna and the download percentage is 88% higher than the reference antenna, NLOS-79 dBm value with a percentage upload of 33% compared to the reference antenna and the download percentage 12% higher than the Reference antenna, for the range of distances capable of receiving signals up to 120 meters with a percentage of percentage of is 16% higher than the reference antenna

    Citra digital memiliki noise yang menyebabkan citra menjadi kurang halus, kesalahan dalam mengambil citra yang menyebabkan citra terlalu terang atau gelap, serta ketidakjelasan gambar. Oleh sebab itu perlu ada perbaikan citra yang merupakan bagian dari pengolahan citra, yaitu salah satu algoritma retinex yang digunakan untuk memperbaiki ketetapan warna (color constancy), dan histogram equalization digunakan untuk memodifikasi histogram citra, yaitu dengan mengubah derajat keabuan citra dengan pixel baru. Dengan algoritma retinex diperoleh nilai SNR adalah 14.5157 dan dengan menggunakan histogram equalization nilai SNR adalah 10.7565
