The executive education is one of the sub system of management that need attention arethe same as other sub management system, it is the key to educational success. Said, becausegiven the current era of technology, facilities and infrastructure, the need for sufficient funds,does not guarantee success in education can be achieved, except with the help of the HumanResources (HR) is competent. Of that required for the proper management of humandevelopment. And in the development, media closest and very significant impact is througheducation. Educators give effect to learners, not just through the knowledge it conveys, butalso by their attitudes, behavior, and speech. So with terpolanya educators, learners can beexpected to be complete humans as aspired. Human resources becomes a dominant factor inan institution, not least in the field of education. Education requires qualified human resourcesto carry out its role in serving the educational needs of society. Therefore, it is important forthe realization of human resource development efforts of the human resources qualityeducation or quality. At institutions of Early Childhood Education (ECD) which meanseducation before primary education which is an approach to development that is intended forchildren from birth up to the age of six years are accomplished by providing stimulation ofeducation to help the growth and development of the physical and spiritual for children has thereadiness to enter further education, which was held in formal, non-formal and informal. Withthe quality of human resources in early childhood education institutions, is expected to createan atmosphere of positive educational aims for the utilization, development, research, humanresources to be managed effectively and efficiently
ANALISIS SARANA PRASARANA LABORATORIUM FISIKA DAN INTENSITAS KEGIATAN PRAKTIKUM FISIKA DALAM MENDUKUNG PELAKSANAAN PEMBELAJARAN FISIKA SMA NEGERI DI KABUPATEN JEMBER
The research focused to analyze and then describe the results of data analysis has taken on physics laboratory infrastructure and intensity of high school physics practicum State in Jember. This research is a descriptive study in which the researchers used samples is SMA Negeri 1 Jember, SMAN 4 Jember, SMA Negeri 1 Pakusari, SMA Negeri Rambipuji and SMA Negeri 2 Tanggul. Instruments used by researchers is the observation, interviews, and questionnaires. This thesis using statistical tests.. The results of the observation data shows that SMA Negeri 1 Jember 90.51%, SMAN 4 Jember 77.38%, SMA Negeri 1 Pakusari 85.17%, 76.78% SMA Negeri Rambipuji , SMA Negeri 2 Tanggul 93.05% and the questionnaire results to determine the intensity of the practicum are SMA Negeri 1 Jember 53.33%, SMAN 4 Jember 70%, SMA Negeri 1 Pakusari 48.15%, SMA Negeri Rambipuji 62 , 96%, and SMAN 2 Tanggul 56.67%. The intensity of the physics lab at 5 SMA Negeri Jember obtained an average category quite well with an average score of 16.8 with a percentage of 58.22%. This thesis using percentation questionnaires result equetion. Based on the data that has been obtained it can be concluded that the use of tools in support of learning physics laboratory in good enough category, where the category was included in the category of less than the maximum that should be maximized return, given the importance of practice in favor of a lesson, especially physics
PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN INKUIRI DISERTAI LKS BERBASIS MULTIREPRESENTASI TERHADAP KETERAMPILAN PROSES SAINS DAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA DALAM PEMBELAJARAN FISIKA DI SMAN KABUPATEN JEMBER
This research focused on the application of inquiry model with LKSbased multirepresentation. The purpose of this research was to describe thescience process skills of students during the learning of inquiry model with LKSbased multirepresentation and to examine the differences of physic achievementbetween using inquiry model with LKS based multirepresentation andconventional model. The type of research was experiment by using posttest-onlycontrol design. The sample of this research was the students of class X at ArjasaSenior High School. Data collection method used is a documentary,observation, interview, portofolio, and tests. The analysis result of scienceprocess skills to students during the learning of inquiry model with LKS basedmultirepresentation in good category is equal to 87,28%, and there isdifferences significant of physic achievement between using inquiry model withLKS based multirepresentation and conventional model
PEMBELAJARAN FISIKA MATERI GERAK LURUS MELALUI MODEL POE (PREDICT-OBSERVE-EXPLAIN) DISERTAI DIAGRAM VEE DI KELAS X SMA NEGERI PAKUSARI
This article reported the result of an experimental research about the effect of POE (Predict-Observe-Explain) with Vee diagram on the straight motion learning at tenth grade SMA Negeri Pakusari in 2016/2017 academic year. The objectives of this research were to describe the learning activities during POE learning model with Vee diagram and to know the effect of POE learning model with Vee diagram to the cognitive learning outcomes in straight motion learning. The design of this research was post test only control group design. The data of the learning activities was collected by using observation and portfolio. Based on the data, the average of the learning activities was 71,37% which means active. The data of the cognitive learning outcomes in straight motion was collected by using post test. Then, the data collected was analyzed by using independent sample t-test (SPSS 20). The difference of the achievement between experiment class and control class is done by obtained significant value of 0.012. It means the result of this research proved that the use of POE learning model with Vee diagram significantly affected the cognitive learning outcomes at tenth grade SMA Negeri Pakusari.

MODEL PEMBELAJARAN INSTRUCTION, DOING, DAN EVALUATING (MPIDE) DISERTAI RESUME DAN VIDEO FENOMENA ALAM DALAM PEMBELAJARAN FISIKA DI SMA
Generally the purpose of this study is to describe the effectiveness of Model Pembelajaran Instruction, Doing, and Evaluating (MPIDE) completed by resume and video of natural phenomena which can be devided into three question (1) How is the students’ activities during the learning process? (2) How is the improvement of students’ achievement? (3) How is the students’ responses to implementing the model? The study was included in the research development the implementation using action research .The study was conducted to students class X MIPA-6, amd the subjection of this study are 40 students. The analisis of all data use percentage. The result show (1) The average of students’s activities in active category, (2) The improvement of students’s physics’s achievementshow that almost 95% students in the medium category, (3) students’s responses show that 80% students give positive responses. The study can be concluded that the Model Pembelajaran Instruction, Doing, and Evaluating (MPIDE) completed by resume and video of natural phenomena effective for physics achievement in senior high school
KARAKTERISASI SIFAT MEKANIK BAHAN KOMPOSIT RAMAH LINGKUNGAN HASIL SINTESIS DARI SERAT LIDAH MERTUA (SANSEVIERA TRIFASCIATA) DAN SELULOSA BAKTERI
The research has been done to know the characteristic of biodegradablecomposite material with leaf fiber Sanseviera trifascviata and bacterial cellulosematrix which has good mechanical properties so it is expected to be used as analternative to industrial raw materials. To achieve this goal the first step in thisresearch was making specimen with variation of fiber direction longitudinal andrandom. Then to know the characteristics of the material is done tensile .To determinethe biodegradability of the ingredients, the material was tested by the method of burialin the soil already available in the pot. From the research results obtained conclusionthe direction of fiber effect on the value of material strength, and modulus of materialelasticity. Material with the direction of longitudinal fiber has a value of tensilestrength and elastic modulus of 7.91 ± 1.46 and 3.70 ± 3.35 MPa, whereas in thedirection of random fiber that is 2.64 ± 0.26 and 0.90 ± 0, 86 MPa. In addition, thecomposite material that has been produced in this study is an environmentally friendlycomposite material due to biodegradable naturally.Keywords: Composites, Biodegradable, Sanseviera Trifasciata, Bakterial cellulos
PENGEMBANGAN MULTIMEDIA INTERAKTIF DISERTAI DRILLS PADA POKOK BAHASAN TEKANAN DI SMP
This research aimed to describe validation and effectiveness of interactivemultimedia and students’ response after the learning process was using interactivemultimedia accompanied drills on the subjects of pressure. This research includedresearch development to produce a product of media learning namely interactivemultimedia accompanied drills on the subjects of pressure in junior high schoolstudents. The development model used the Four-D (Define, Design, Develop, andDisseminate) model. The result of this research showed that assessments validator tointeractive multimedia was perfectly valid with the acquisition the percentage was88,65 %. In the developmental testing known that interactive multimedia was veryeffective used to improve students’ learning outcomes with the acquisition N-gain testwas 0,715 with was in the high category. In addition, the students’ response toward theinteractive multimedia had a positive and good response with the acquisition thepercentage of 87,95 %.Key word: interactive multimedia, drills, effectiveness, students’ response
PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN COOPERATIVE INTEGRATED READING ANDCOMPOSITION (CIRC)DISERTAI PERMASALAHAN APLIKATIF TERHADAP MOTIVASI DAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA DALAM PEMBELAJARAN FISIKA DI SMAN 2 TANGGUL (Studi Pada Materi Kinematika Gerak)
The aim of this research is to study the effect of Cooperative Integreted Reading And Composition (CIRC) learning model with application problems through the motivation and the student result in learning physics. In learning, motivation is the most basic things, the absence of motivation mean students do not have a goal in the learning process. This resulted in students will not learn and can not accept and understand the subject matter provided. In the end, success in learning will not be achieved. This experimental researchwas conducted at SMAN 2 Tanggul-Jember. The data are collected through test,questionnaire, interview, and documentation. The examination the hypothesisof this research used independent t-test sample with SPSS 22 version. According to t-test analysis for the motivation of student’s, show that the motivation experiment class is better than the control class. The result of t-test analysis for the student result in learning physics show that the student result of experiment class is better than the control class. The conclusion,the learning model of Cooperative Integreted Reading And Composition (CIRC) with application problems has an significance influential to the motivation and learningresult of physics of student the X-Class in SMAN 2 Tanggul-Jember.

PENGEMBANGAN MODUL BERBASIS GAMBAR KEJADIAN RIIL UNTUK PEMBELAJARAN FISIKA SMA
Development of real events image-based module is a develop of material on physics learning that presents real events images or physics phenomenon that are used to clear up a physics concepts to make it easier to be learnt by students independently.The purposes of this research are to describe the validity of real events image-based module, students’ learning achievement, and students’ learning activities. This type of research is the development, use research design Borg and Gall. Data collection techniques used are sheets of validation, observation, interview and test. Real events image-based module is said good and decent to be used for teaching physics in senior high school if the product’s validity has been tested through logic validity and user validity. Real events image-based module is valid if the logic validity and user validity are > 60,00%. Conclution of this research are : (1) logic validity and user validity real events image-based module are 85,15% and 90,23% with a very valid category. (2) Student’ learning achievement after using real events image-based module is 84,8 with a very good, and (3) students’ learning activities using real events image-based module is 88,5% with a very active.

PENGARUH MODEL PROBLEM BASED LEARNING (PBL) TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR DAN KETERAMPILAN PROSES SAINS DALAM PEMBELAJARAN FISIKA DI SMA (KELAS X SMA NEGERI 3 JEMBER)
The aims of this research were to investigate: (1) the influence of PBL modelto students’ cognitive ability on physics learning in SMA Negeri 3 Jember ; (2) theinfluence of PBL model to students’ affective ability on physics learning in SMANegeri 3 Jember; (3) the influence of PBL model to students’ psikomotorik abilityon physics learning in SMA Negeri 3 Jember; 4) the influence of PBL model tostudents’ science process skill on physics learning in SMA Negeri 3 Jember. Thisresearch used experimental research method. The sample of this research was thestudents of class X at SMA Negeri 3 Jember. The data were collected byobservation, documentation, student worksheet, test, interview and portopolio. Theinstruments consist of the test of learning achievement and cognitive style. The datawas analyzed using the Independent sample t-test to show the different betweenexperiment class and control class . The results of the research were as follows: (1)PBL model influence on cognitive ability of students in learning physics in class XSMA Negeri 3 Jember; (2) PBL model influence on affective ability of students inlearning physics in class X SMA Negeri 3 Jember; (3) PBL model influence onpsikomotorik ability of students in learning physics in class X SMA Negeri 3 Jemberand (4) PBL model influence on science process skill of students in learning physicsin class X SMA Negeri 3 Jember
