    MODEL QUANTUM TEACHING DISERTAI METODE EKSPERIMEN DAN DISKUSI DALAM PEMBELAJARAN FISIKA DI SMP

    The purpose of this research is to review the differences of comprehension of physics between students who were teached using the teaching of quantum model with experimental and discussion methods with students who were not teached using the teaching of quantum model with experimental and discussion methods. The research method used was experimental research. The comprehension of physics dat awas obtained from the pre-test and post-test. The data analysis comprehension of physics used t-test. Based on the result of data analysis found that there are significant differences of learning motivation and comprehension of physics between students who were teach using the teaching of quantum model with experimental and discussion methods with students who were not teach using the teaching of quantum model with experimental and discussion methods

    Learning carried out during the pandemic is required to develop technology to support student learning effectively. Solutions for students and teachers to carry out learning effectively by using learning media that students can understand independently at home. Learning media that can support students in independent learning are modules. The module usage by educators related to 21st-century skills to balance the world of education in the modern era can collaborate with models, methods, and approaches in learning, one of which is the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) approach. The purpose of this research is to describe the effectiveness of the STEM integrated physics module. The research method is by giving tests to students in the form of pretest and posttest. The subjects of this study were students of MAN 1 Jember class X MIPA 2 as a limited test and X MIPA 3 broad test. Product testing was conducted by researchers using the One Group Pretest-Posttest design. Then analyzed normalized Gain (N-gain) to determine the effectiveness of the module. The results of the analysis of the effectiveness of the module in the limited test obtained an average N-gain of 0.55 in the medium category, while in the broad test it was 0.71 in the high category. Based on the results of the effectiveness analysis that the STEM integrated physics module is in the effective category.   Keyword: Module, STEM, efectivit

    Cooperative learning model type Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) with demonstration method is the learning model that combines individual learning and group learning which students work in heterogeneous groups to facilitate the students finish the job and give students the opportunity to be active in learning activities by way of demonstration. The purpose of this research is to describe the students' learning activities through the implementation of cooperative learning model type TAI with demonstration method for learning science-physics and assess whether there is a difference between the results of physics students learn science through the implementation of cooperative learning model type TAI with demonstration method by direct instructional model in learning science-physics. This research is an experimental research with design research using randomized, pre-test, post-test design. Data collection methods include observation, test, interview, and documentation. Methods of data analysis using Independent Sample T-Test with SPSS 16. Results of this study are students' learning activities through the implementation of cooperative learning model type TAI with demonstration method for learning science-physics criteria are very active and there is a significant difference in learning outcomes science -physics students when using cooperative learning model type TAI with demonstration method by direct instructional model

    The purpose of this research is to provide lab practice with pure validity, toknow the students’ practice activity and to motivate them to study after using the developedPhysics lab practice. This research is the kind of development of Physics lab practice using4-D learning instruments. Data was obtained using logic validation, observation, andquestionnaire. The logic validation value was obtained by the assessment of the virtual labinstruction which presented 2,78 so that it is said to be safe and is good to be used asdevelopment trial. Based on the development trial, it was concluded that the students workresult by using the instructions on the Physics Virtual Laboratory-Based, either on theability of observing and making note or on the ability of interpreting the result and drawingconclusion was good. Students’ motivation is classical for 92,45% so that it can be inferredthat they were highly motivated during the practice

    Problem-based learning model with scaffolding techniques is a learning model involving students actively by making studentstry to find solution for problems along with the knowledge and produce meaningful knowledge. The objective of this research is to study the significant difference of students learning outcames in physics with problem-based learning model with scaffolding techniques direct intruction learning model, to describe students rational thingking ability during the application of problem-based learning model with scaffolding techniques, and to examine the relathionship between the significant capabilities of rational thingking and students learning outcames. This research is an experimental research employing post-test only control design. The data collection techniques include observation, documentation, test, and interview. Analyze the data uses Independent Sample T-Test and Bivariate Corellation with the help of SPSS 17. The result of the research shows that there is a significant difference between the students physics learning outcame using problem-based learning model with scaffolding techniques and direct intruction learning model, rational thingking ability of students in both criteria, moreover, it shows that there is a significant relathionship between the ability of rational thingking and students learning outcame

    Abstract: The Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on many things, one of which is education. Changes that occur in the field of education are a learning system that is used as a distance learning system. Physics is a subject that is considered less attractive and tends to be boring. One of the reasons physics is considered boring is the lack of learning media to support physics material, especially digital ones. The purpose of this study was to analyze the responses of Al-Azhar Jember Senior High School students after using physics learning media in the form of an interactive digital physics module based on Articulate Storyline3, the subject of Newton's law about gravity. This research method is a quantitative research method using an instrument in the form of a response questionnaire given to class X MIPA SMA Plus Al-Azhar Jember via the google form page. Based on the research that has been done, it shows that digital physics moul gets a very positive response from respondents. The digital physics module obtained a score of 81, 60% on a limited scale trial and a score of 83.86% on a wide-scale trial.   Keywords: digital module, physics learning, students respons

    The goals of this research were (1) to assess significant differences the cognitive abilities of students before and after learning cooperative model  through lesson study with demonstration method physics at SMA, (2) to describe student’s activities during application cooperative model through lesson study with demonstration method physics at SMA, (3) to describe student’s responses after application cooperative model through lesson study with demonstration method physics at SMA. The kind of this research was quasi experiment with one group time series design. The determination of where the research was purposive sampling area. The sample of this research was the students of class X -4 at SMA Negeri 1 Pakusari. Data were collected by observation, interview, test, questionnaire and documentation. The data were analyzed by Independent Sample T-Test, percentage of student’s activites, and percentage of student’s responses. The result of analysis data were there was significant differences before and after application cooperative model through lesson study with demonstration method physics at SMA Negeri 1 Pakusari, student’s activities was active with classical percentage , and student’s responses with classical percentage

    This paper reports the result of study about problem solving as groups withsoftware PSIM at vocational high school. The purpose of this research are: (1) to representthe ability of verbal, mathematics, image, and graph physics at vocational high school; (2)to examine the difference of students achievement physics between class treatment andcontrol. This research was pure experiment by using control group pre-test post-test design.The data was collected by observation, interview, documentation and test. The result ofdata collection was analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistics. The students pre-testand post-test data was analyzed by normalized gain (Ng). The students achievementphysics data was analyzed by Independent Samples T Test. Based on the result of dataanalysis, it can be concluded that: this research which using Ng analysis was knowable toimprove the ability of verbal representation, matemathical representation, imagerepresentation and graphic representation of the students at vocational high school invarious scores 0,452 (medium), 0,474 (medium), 0,769 (high) and 0,907 (high); the resultof this research was significantly influence to students achievement and improvement

    Learning cycle is a series of stages of activities ( phase ) are organized in such a way that learners can master the competencies , which must be achieved in the way of learning to play an active role . The learning cycle has 5 phases , namely , engagement , exploration , explanation , elaboration , and evaluation, Purpose of this study was to determine the student after upgrading multirepresentasi applied learning cycle model on based multirepresentasi and to assess significant differences between students' learning outcomes using a learning cycle metod on based multirepresentasi with conventional learning models . This type of research is experimental research , while the the data collection techniques used are documentation , interviews , and tests. For the analysis of the data is using the formula Ng ( Normalized Gain ) and t - test. Showed results of this study, an increase of verbal ability representation of students of high criteria , and capacity building mathematical representations , images , and graphics are the criteria for the students, and there are significant differences between the learning outcomes of students who apply a learning cycle metod on based multirepresentasi with conventional learning on learning physics in junior high school
