Inheritance process with regard to copyright
Get PDFTato magisterská práce se věnuje problematice dědění v rámci autorského práva – tzn. především dědění práv k dílům autorským – která je popsána na základě analýzy příslušných částí nového občanského zákoníku, autorského zákona a dalších právních předpisů s dědickým právem souvisejících. Kromě definice základních pojmů v dědickém právu obsahuje také popis průběhu dědického řízení, možných způsobů dědění, předmětů dědictví spojených s autorskými díly a specifik dědění majetkových práv autorských. Součástí práce je také rozbor pěti konkrétních případů týkajících dědění pozůstalostí zahrnujících dědění autorských děl a autorských práv, která se k nim váží. Konkrétně se jedná o dědictví po těchto osobnostech: Bohumilu Hrabalovi, Ladislavu Fuksovi, Ladislavu Mňačkovi, Hugo Haasovi a Jaroslavu Foglarovi.This master’s thesis is concerned with the problematics of inheritance with regard to copyright – namely the inheritance of rights to original works – which is being described based on the analysis of relevant parts of civil legislation, copyright law and other legal regulations that are concerned with copyright. Apart from the definition of key terms of inheritance law it also contains descriptions of various possibilities and means of inheritance, objects of inheritance connected to original works and the specifics of inheriting copyright property law. Another part of this thesis consists of a close analysis of five specific cases regarding inheritance including rights to an original work and the copyright thereof. This includes the inheritance of these personalities: Bohumil Hrabal, Ladislav Fuks, Ladislav Mňačko, Hugo Haas and Jaroslav Foglar

Get PDFVe své bakalářské práci se zabývám partiturami a jejich možném využití v procesu a záznamu divadelní tvorby. V první části práce se zabývám třemi příklady přístupu k záznamu: partitura jako text (Ursonate Kurta Schwitterse), partitura jako obraz (Trio Milana Adamčiaka) a partitura jako návod (Water Walk Johna Cage). Jednotlivé jazyky se snažím dešifrovat z pozice interpreta. V druhé polovině práce se z pozice autora snažím získané zkušenosti formulovat ve vztahu k vlastním partiturám.My bachelor thesis is focused on the scores and their possible application in the process and written record of the performative work. In the first part three examples of record approach are introduced: the score as a text (Ursonate by Kurt Schwitters), the score as a picture (Trio by Milan Adamčiak) and the score as an instruction (Water Walk by John Cage). I try to decode the different languages from the interpreter’s perspective. In the second part of the thesis I formulate the gained experience in the relation to my own scores from the author’s perspective

No full textBakalárska práca sleduje vývoj slovenskej kinematografie v komparácii z českým prostredím z hľadiska štruktúr verejnej podpory v rokoch 1998 – 2008 v oblasti hraného celovečerného filmu snažiac sa na problém nazerať optikou nezávislého producenta. Spomínané obdobie je najmä na Slovensku vnímané výrazne kriticky, práca preto nie je analýzou politických vzťahov a vývoja občianskej spoločnosti, ale analýzou štruktúr verejnej podpory (najmä z pohľadu Slovenska), ktoré nedokázali vytvoriť do vzniku Audiovizuálneho fondu v roku 2008 ucelený systém štátnej podpory národnej kinematografie s trvalo udržateľným rozvojom. V komparácii s českými podmienkami je zjavné, že príčiny dramaticky odlišného vývoja po rozpade spoločného štátu boli aj v iných, ako finančných dôvodoch.The bachelor's thesis follows the development of Slovak cinema in comparison with the Czech film area in terms of public support structures in the years 1998 - 2008 in the field of feature film trying to look at the problem from the perspective of an independent producer. The mentioned period is perceived especially in Slovakia, so the work is not an analysis of political relations and the development of civil society, but an analysis of public support structures (especially from Slovakia), which failed to create a comprehensive system of state support for national cinema with sustainable development. In comparison with the Czech conditions, it is obvious that the reasons for the dramatically different development after the disintegration of the common state were also in other than financial reasons

Jejím cílem je podat ucelený obraz o kultuře státu, který je nám blízký nejen geograficky, ale také historicky. Nastíněno bude také téma kulturního zázemí a porovnání jeho fungování.
Hlavní část práce se zaměřuje na oblast divadelní tvorby, sleduje možnosti kooperace a zamýšlí se nad otázkou nakolik je ze strany obou států využívána. Prostřednictvím dílčích výzkumů z oblasti hostování divadelních souborů, tvůrců nebo inscenační tvorby vypovídá o kulturní nabídce a její pozici v kontextu českých a maďarských vztahů.The diploma thesis on “Czech-Hungarian cultural cooperation with a focus on theatre production” deals with a thorough mapping of the wide field of contemporary culture. It is aim is to provide a comprehensive picture of the culture of the state, which is close to us, not only geographically, but also historically. The theme of cultural background and comparison of it’ s functioning will also be outlined.
The main part of the thesis focuses on the field of theater production, looks at he possibilities of cooperation between Czech republic and Hungary and considers the question of how it is actually used by the two countries. Through partial research from the field of theatrical ensembles and creators or theatre productions, the thesis talks about the cultural offer and it‘ s position in the context of Czech and Hungarian relations

Get PDFDiplomová práce představuje a analyzuje poznatky o současném stavu a podobě public relations (PR) vybraných divadelních příspěvkových organizací a subjektů v nestátním neziskovém sektoru v pěti největších českých městech – v Praze, Brně, Ostravě, Plzni a Olomouci. Jejím hlavním cílem je zjistit, jakou roli zastává PR v těchto organizacích. Zda je vnímáno spíše jako strategický nástroj nebo výkonná služba a jaké místo má ve struktuře organizace.
Přestože je termín PR stále častěji používán nejen v rámci akademické sféry, ale i širokou veřejností v běžné komunikaci, může působit matoucím dojmem. V teoretické části práce je proto věnována pozornost ukotvení PR v rámci teorie oboru samotného, ale také marketingové komunikace a managementu. Prostor je věnován i aktuálním trendům v PR. Ústřední praktická část obsahuje data získaná z osobních semi-strukturovaných rozhovorů s pracovníky PR a marketingu Národního divadla, Národního divadla Brno, Národního divadla moravskoslezského, Moravského divadla Olomouc, Divadla Josefa Kajetána Tyla, scény Jatka78, Kulturního centra Cooltour, Moving Station a Divadla Tramtarie.The diploma thesis introduces and analyses the findings about the current situation and forms of arts public relations (PR) in selected contributory and nongovernmental non-profit organizations in the five largest Czech cities – Prague, Brno, Ostrava, Pilsen and Olomouc. The main objective was to determine the role of PR in these organizations: whether it is perceived as a strategic management tool or rather as a marketing communications service, and also what is the position of PR within the organizational structure.
Although the term PR is not only commonly used among academics but also by general public, it could be seen as a confusing term. The theoretical framework of the thesis concentrates mostly on PR as a discipline, but also on its connection to marketing communications or management. The current trends of PR are discussed as well. The practical and the most important part of the thesis contains data obtained from personal semi-structured interviews with PR and Marketing Managers of the National Theatre, the National Theatre Brno, the National Moravian-Silesian Theatre, the Moravian Theatre Olomouc, Josef Kajetán Tyl Theatre, Jatka78, Cooltour Cultural Centre, Moving Station and the Tramtarie Theatre

Dále je práce rozdělena na tři hlavní kapitoly Komunikace, Motivace, Kreativita. Obsahuje také doplňkovou kapitolu s názvem Učitel, která se zabývá specifickými problémy a učitelé by mohli během distanční výuky řešit. Text je doplněn o citace respondentů, kterými jsou učitelé ZUŠ.
Cílem této práce je, aby sloužila jako dokumentace uplynulého období pandemie covid-19 i jako inspirační materiál pro budoucí výuku.The bachelor's thesis focuses on the online education at primary art schools.
In the beginning there is a summary of the pandemic situation of covid-19 and a short introduction of the organisation of the primary art schools. The thesis is then divided into three chapters, Communication, Motivation and Creativity. This part is followed by an additional segment called The Teacher, which focuses on the specific problems the teachers might be dealing with during the online education. The text is appended with quotation of the respondents – the teachers at primary art schools. The purpose of the thesis is to serve as a record of the past period of the covid-19 pandemic and last but not least as an inspirational material for the future education

V první části práce jsou rozepsány tréninkové plány tanečníka a sportovce, ve druhé části se zabývám obecnou charakteristikou sportovních a tanečních tréninků a jejich vzájemné propojení. Zmiňuji prostředky regenerace, včetně mentálního tréninku a jejich využití pro pohybově aktivní jedince. Obsah práce je obohacený o hodnoty týdenního energetického výdeje studentek z tanečního a atletického oboru a zahrnuje rozhovor se sportovním fyzioterapeutem a jeho vlastními zkušenostmi.The bachelor thesis deals with comparing performances, preparation, training plans, and care of a dancer and an athlete. Not only does the thesis aim to find similarities, but also differences between the disciplines. In the first part, the training plans of the dancer and the athlete are scrutinized. Following, the second part delineates the general characteristics of sports, dance training and their interconnection. I also draw my attention to the means of regeneration, including mental training and their use for physically active individuals. This bachelor thesis is enriched with the values of the weekly energy expenditure of female students in the field of dance and athletics, together with an interview of a sports physiotherapist and his own experience

Druhá hlavní část je jakýmsi přehledem druhů tenoru a operního cizojazyčného repertoáru. Pro názornost je výklad doplněn o uvedení příkladů umělců v daném oboru, aby bylo možné posoudit/porovnat parametry např. barvy či pohyblivosti hlasu jako základního fyziologického materiálu a lépe tak pochopit vlastní možnosti studenta zpěvu.The bachelor thesis focuses on the choice of repertoire for the vocal field of tenor. The introductory part deals with basic information about the field, including the specifics of the development of the tenor voice. The second main part is an overview of the types of tenor and opera foreign language repertoire. For clarity, the explanation is supplemented by examples of artists in the field, so that it is possible to assess / compare parameters such as color or voice mobility as a basic physiological material and better understand the singer's own possibilities
