Mapuje způsoby, jakými tato skutečnost ovlivňuje současnou percepci díla veřejností a na ně navazující přístup potenciálních inscenátorů. Hledá inscenační postupy, které by napomohly rehabilitaci původního dramatického textu, vedoucí v ideálním případě ke zvýšení zájmu o jeho inscenování. Popsaná problematika a potenciální tvůrčí postupy jsou demonstrovány na dramatickém textu Josefa Kajetána Tyla Strakonický dudák aneb Hody divých žen.This thesis engages with the staging of dramatic texts that have been used as tools of disseminating ideologies in the past. It maps the modes of this reality influencing the contemporary perception of these works by the public and the influence of this perception on the subsequent choice of approaches employed by potential contemporary makers. It searches for methods of staging that could assist in the rehabilitation of the original dramatic text, ideally leading to the increased interest in its staging. The described thematic corpus and the potential creative methodologies are demonstrated on the dramatic text of Josef Kajetán Tyl Strakonický dudák aneb Hody divých žen (The Bagpiper of Strakonice – The Wild Women’s Feast)

No full textV mé diplomové práci se na základě metamodernistické filozofie zabývám spojitostmi mezi tvorbou Wese Andersona a Antona Pavloviče Čechova. V písemné části práce se čtenáři seznámí s tvorbou a přístupem těchto dvou významných autorů. Zároveň jsem se pokusila přiblížit způsob tvorby Mileny Canonero a rozebrala jsem její tvorbu u některých důležitých filmech. Porovnala jsem rozličné přístupy při inscenování divadelní hry Platonov. Pro tuto hru jsem ve zkrácené a upravené verzi vytvořila dvě kostýmová řešení. Na základě získaných poznatků z realizace v DISKU jsem navrhla vlastní verzi kostýmů. Jeden z nich jsem vytvořila a fotograficky zdokumentovala. Celý proces tvorby návrhů i fyzických kostýmů jsem zdokumentovala a popsala. Nakonec jsem reflektovala, co bylo pro mě určující a zajímavé.In my diploma thesis I analyze the connections between the work of Wes Anderson and Anton Pavlovich Chekhov on the basis of metamodernist philosophy. In the written part of the work, readers will get to know the work and approach of these two important authors. At the same time, I tried to uncover the ways of Milena Canonero's work and I discussed her work in some important films. I tried to compare different approaches to staging Platonov play. I created two costume solutions for this theatre play in a shortened version. And based on the knowledge gained from the implementation in theatre DISK, I designed my version of the costumes with which I created and photographed one. I documented and described the whole process of creating designs and costumes. In the end, I reflected on what was decisive and interesting for me

Práce se v rámci své výzkumné části zaměřuje na konkrétní příklad Rotterdamského sousedství Afrikaanderwijk, kde se tamní organizace snaží za pomocí kultury a participace bojovat s lokálními sociálněekonomickými problémy a následně vytvořit z tohoto sousedství příznivější místo pro život. Práce si klade otázku, zda a do jaké míry jsou kulturní instituce klíčové pro trvale udržitelný rozvoj.This thesis analyses sustainable urban development and the impact that a local culture can have on the social relations between the locals and on the overall urban development. This study centres on a specific example of the Rotterdam neighbourhood Afrikaanderwijk, where local organizations try to find solutions to the socio-economic problems of their neighbourhood using culture and participation to achieve a more favourable place to live. The thesis raises the question whether and to what extent can be cultural institutions the key to the sustainable development

inscenace ve školním divadle Disk. Zabývá se problémy jako jsou
sebevědomí, sebekontrola, vztah jedince k vlastnímu tělu
či zablokování se a reflektuje změny pozorované během osmi semestrů
na DAMU. Analyzuje procesy, které vedly k hereckému osvobození se
a popisuje práci na čtyřech postavách vytvořených během studia. Součástí
diplomové práce je také zamyšlení nad tím, jak může kritika a zpětná
vazba ovlivňovat psychické rozpoložení a motivaci k práci.The thesis The Actor´s self-confidence and confidence in other elements
of the creative process is focused on the development of self-confidence
in the course of study of Acting of Dramatic Theatre at the Theatre Faculty
of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague. This process is observed
and described starting from entering university until the graduation drama
productions on the stage of the student theatre Disk. The topics
of self-assurance, self-control, body language, feelings of inhibition
are dealt with and relevant changes experienced and observed during
8 terms at university are reflected. The process leading to the release
of tension while acting is analysed and the work and study of 4 staged
drama characters is presented. The impact of theatre reviews
and of offered feedback that can influence the actor´s frame of mind
and work motivation is also considered and analysed

No full textTato diplomová práce je úvahou o tom, kde stojí v tvůrčím procesu kameramana a režiséra hraného filmu slovo „dramaturgie“ a jak tito tvůrci pracují s filmovým scénářem. První kapitola je obecnějším zamyšlením nad těmito pojmy z pohledu kameramana Martina Štrby. Druhá kapitola se zabývá přeměnou literárního scénáře do filmu Knoflíkáři (Zelenka, 1997) z perspektivy kameramana filmu Mira Gábora. Třetí kapitola nabízí kritickou rovinu, kdy Jan Švankmajer skrze debatu nad svou tvůrčí metodou polemizuje nad užitečností dramaturgie a filmového scénáře. Práce je postavena na rozhovorech, které jsem udělal s kameramany Martinem Štrbou a Miro Gáborem a s režisérem Janem Švankmajerem.This Master’s thesis is a reflection on where the term „dramaturgy“ stands within the creative processes of the cinematographers and directors of the feature films, and how they work with screenplays. The first chapter presents a more general contemplation by the cinematographer Martin Strba on dramaturgy and screenplay within his creative process. The second chapter looks at the transformation of the literary script into the Czech film Buttoners/ Knoflikari (Zelenka, 1997) from the perspective of the cinematographer of the film Miro Gabor. The third chapter presents a critical angle when the director Jan Svankmajer questions the usefulness of the concepts of “dramaturgy” and “screenplay”. The thesis is based on the interviews I conducted with Martin Strba, Miro Gabor, and Jan Svankmajer
The Visual Language of Horror
Get PDFTato bakalářská práce se soustředí na obrazové techniky a nástroje, které mohou sloužit k vytváření a podpoře hororové atmosféry. Analyzuje filmy režiséra Juraje Herze a jeho kameramanů (Spalovač mrtvol, Morgiana, Panna a Netvor, Deváte srdce a Upír z feratu) a konkrétní obrazové postupy vztahuje k vyprávění a jeho hororovým prvkům. V analýze vychází z definice žánru hororu podle amerického filozofa Noëla Carrola, praktické estetiky filmového hororu filmového vědce a scénáristy Thomase Sipose a kameramanské praxe. Krátce diskutuje termín atmosféra v kontextu současné estetiky. Práce nepodává vyčerpávající obrazovou analýzu zmíněných filmů; snaží se vysledovat některé nástroje filmového obrazu, které mají estetický účinek charakteristický pro žánr hororu.This bachelor’s thesis focuses on visual techniques and tools that can be applied to create and support horror atmosphere in film and that were used in the films of Juraj Herz by his cinematographers (The Cremator, Morgiana, Beauty and the Beast, The Ninth Heart and Ferat Vampire). Specific image practices are analysed in relation to the story and its horror elements. The analysis builds on Noël Carrol’s definition of the horror genre, follows the practical horror film aesthetics of film author and screenwriter Thomas Sipos and draws on practical experience. The thesis features a short discussion of the concept of atmosphere in the context of contemporary aesthetics. It does not claim to provide a thorough analysis of the visual content of the films mentioned but rather attempts to reveal some of the image tools that can be seen to have an aesthetic effect characteristic of the genre of horror

Get PDFMagisterská diplomová práce se zabývá Hudebním divadlem Karlín a Městským divadlem Brno jakožto jedinými příspěvkovými organizacemi, které se věnují převážně muzikálovým produkcím. Hlavním cílem je tyto instituce mezi sebou srovnat, a to z mnoha hledisek. Přestože jsou patrné odlišnosti těchto divadel, je v počátku vycházeno z předpokladu, že relevantní srovnání bude možné.
V první fázi jsou obě divadla představena a je popsána situace v jednotlivých oblastech. Následně dochází ke komparaci údajů.
Práce čerpá informace převážně z výročních zpráv z let 2013 až 2017. V situacích, ve kterých se autorka potýká s nedostatkem konkrétních údajů, se přiklání k vlastním výpočtům. Z toho vyplývají výsledky, které jsou nepřesné, avšak lze z nich při srovnání vycházet. Dalším zdrojem jsou rozhovory s řediteli zkoumaných divadel Egonem Kulhánkem a Stanislavem Mošou.The master's thesis is based on a work of the Hudební divadlo Karlín and the Městské divadlo Brno, which are the only contributory organisations devoted mainly to musical productions. The main goal is to compare these institutions with each other in many ways. Although the differences between these theatres are evident, the assumption from the beginning is that the relevant comparison will be possible.
The first phase of the thesis describes both theatres and focuses on specific areas. Subsequently the data are compared.
The thesis mainly works with data from annual reports from between 2013 and 2017. In situations where the author faces a lack of specific data, she makes her own calculations. This results are not precise, though the comparison can be still made. Another source of information are interviews with the directors of the theatres Egon Kulhánek and Stanislav Moša

Práce se zabývá otázkami, do jaké míry jsou divadlem a celý tábor hrou v indiánských kulisách, kde je hranice jejich divadelnosti s opravdovostí a jaký může být jejich přesah do civilního, městského života.The thesis describe the culture of native North Americans, Cheyenne and Oglala Lakota tribes, focused on theirs traditions and ceremonies, compared with Woodcraft – nonprofit organisation for childern, founded by Ernest Thompson Seton, inspired by natural nations and their culture. The spirit of native Americans with their ceremonies is the base of Woodcraft summer camp. The questions of my thesis try to answer if the ceremonies and the camping owerall are just a game, or true lifestyle, where is the line between the game and normal life
