Miles Morales: Jak překonat obavy z politické korektnosti.
No full textSpider-Man is a superhero that over the last sixty years gained not only the love of his fans
but also significance as a literary character. With the appearance of a new Spider-Man, one
that is not Caucasian, and the ongoing trend of race-bending characters in remakes of films
and tv shows, many people begin questioning the prudence of such actions and often
speaking out against them.
Miles Morales, the mix-raced Spider-Man, seems to be a perfect answer to those who
criticize using already established intellectual properties to promote racial representation and
political correctness by changing the race of the protagonists.
This paper compares Miles and Peter Parker, trying to establish the core elements of what
exactly makes Spider-Man who he is, and how Miles Morales stands apart from other
instances of race-bending already established characters.Spider-Man je superhrdina, který si za posledních šedesát let získal nejen lásku
fanoušků, ale také velký význam, jako literární postava. S příchodem nového
Spider-Mana, který není bělochem a stávajícím trendem měnit rasy postav v
předělávkách filmů a seriálů, začíná mnoho lidí zpochybňovat závažnost těchto změn a
stále častěji proti nim vystupují.
Miles Morales, Spider-Man se smíšeným původem, se zdá být perfektní odpovědí těm,
kteří kritizují využití již existujícího a ukotveného duševního vlastnictví k podpoře rasové
reprezentace a politické korektnosti změnou rasy protagonistů.
Tato práce porovnává Milese a Petera Parkera a snaží se odkrýt základní prvky toho, co
přesně dělá postavu Spider-Mana tím, kým je, a jak se Miles Morales odlišuje od jiných
příkladů změn, již zavedených postav

Full text linkVe své bakalářské práci jsem se zaměřila na umělkyni původem z Ruska. Jmenuje se Irina Andreeva. Důvodem pro výběr této osobnosti byl její zajímavý život, inspirativní tvorba a odhodlání, s jakým vnímá divadlo. Irina Andreeva svému umění obětovala celý život. I přesto, že umělkyně neztrácí spojení se svou rodnou zemí, je tak pevně zakořeněná v tuzemském prostředí, že se stala jeho nedílnou součástí. Ve své bakalářské práci k ní vyjadřuji obdiv a zároveň se snažím porozumět její umělecké i lidské velikosti a podstatě.In my bachelor's thesis, I focused on an artist originally from Russia named Irina Andreeva. The reason for choosing this personality was her interesting life, inspirational work, and the determination with which she perceives theater. Irina Andreeva dedicated her entire life to the theater. Although the artist does not deny her homeland, she is so deeply rooted in the local environment that she has become an integral part of it. In my bachelor's thesis, I express admiration for her and, at the same time, seek to understand her artistic and human greatness and essence

No full textMěsto Ostrava bylo hlavně v minulosti častým námětem skladatelů klasické hudby. Analýzou skladeb sedmi komponistů minulého století i těch současných bylo prokázáno, že přistupovali k městu programně. Inspirovali se především jeho historií, znaky nebo dojmy a většina z nich také místní dělnickou, dechovou nebo jazzovou hudbou. V tomto století přibývá nehudebních námětů a skladeb pro konkrétní prostor. Překvapilo, že mnozí skladatelé svázáni s Ostravou stále a často podvědomě pracují s lidovou hudbou a že ostravský dialekt má na hudební tvorbu vliv zcela zanedbatelný. V budoucnu lze očekávat stále sílící tradici v Ostravě už zakořeněné tvorby site-specific.The city of Ostrava was a frequent subject of classical music composers in the past. An analysis of the works of seven composers of the last century as well as those of the present has shown that they approached the city programmatically. They were mainly inspired by its history, characters or impressions, and most of them also by local working-class, wind orchestra or jazz music. This century has seen an increase in non-musical themes and compositions for specific spaces. It was surprising that many composers tied to Ostrava still, and often unconsciously, work with folk music and that Ostrava's dialect has had a negligible influence on the music. In the future, we can expect a growing tradition of site-specific work already rooted in Ostrava

Diplomová práce s názvem Tango a devising se zaobírá pojmem devised theatre jako současnou strategií uplatňovanou napříč divadelními druhy a žánry. Text diplomové práce si klade za cíl vysvětlit, co se pod pojmem devised theatre skrývá, kde a v jakých společenských souvislostech strategie vznikala a jaké jsou její současné podoby. Dále práce pojmenuje primární rysy strategie, a to na základě popisu zahraničních a českých umělkyň a umělců, se kterými čtenáře prostřednictvím textu seznámí. Část diplomové práce bude také věnována reflexi vlastní tvorby na projektu Laboka Tango, který strategií devised theatre vznikal.
Vzhledem k dosavadní skromné reflexi bude práce čerpat především ze zahraniční literatury nebo z praxe jednotlivých umělců, s nimiž diplomantka nabídne rozhovor.Abstract
The diploma thesis entitled Tango and devising deals with the concept of devised theatre as a contemporary strategy applied across theatre genres and artistic groups. The text of the diploma thesis aims to explain what is hidden under the term devised theatre, where and in what social contexts the strategy was created and what its current forms are. Furthermore, the work explains the primary features of the strategy, based on the description of foreign and Czech artists. Part of the diploma thesis will also be devoted to the reflection of one's own work on the performance Laboka Tango, which can be marked as devised theatre practice.
Due to the modest reflection so far, the work will draw mainly from foreign literature or from the practice of individual artists, with whom the diplomat will offer an interview
Characteristics and Viewing Habits of Young Audiences of Audiovisual Content in the Czech Republic
Full text linkYoung adults literatura nebo také literatura pro dospívající se těší v posledních 20 letech velké přízni nejen u dospívajících, ale i u dospělých. Ať už se podíváme na úspěch čarodějnického světa Harryho Pottera nebo dystopickou trilogii Hunger Games. Young adults žánr se neobjevuje jen v literatuře, ale také i ve filmové a televizní tvorbě. Zahraniční produkce čím dál více vytváří obsah právě pro tuto skupinu diváků, ať už třeba mluvíme o Sex Education nebo Wednesday od Tima Burtona. I přesto, že v jiných zemích je obsahu pro dospívající poměrně široký výběr, v České republice teprve pomalu zjišťujeme, že je třeba takový obsah vyrábět. Díky seriálům jako je #martyisdead, TBH nebo Sex Oclock je tu aspoň naděje, že čeští tvůrci věnují pozornost mladému publiku. Otázkou je však zda chtějí zástupci dospívajícího publika takový národní obsah. Jaké jsou jejich divácké návyky? Sledují český audiovizuální obsah? Jaké postavy a témata je zajímají? Plní producenti tato přání? Cílem mé bakalářské práce je pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu zjistit od vybrané skupiny dospívajících ve věku 12-17 odpovědi na tyto otázky. V teoretické části bude představená cílová skupina, a to tedy generace Z, obecné divácké návyky této generace, metodologie, pomocí které výzkum povedu a proměny konzumace audiovizuálního obsahu s nástupem a rozšířením internetu, který v tom hraje stěžejní roli. Praktická část se bude věnovat analýze materiálu získaného během kvalitativního výzkumu.Young adult literature, or also literature for teens, has enjoyed great popularity over the last 20 years, not only with teens but also with adults. Whether we look at the success of the wizarding world of Harry Potter or the dystopian trilogy of the Hunger Games. The young adult genre does not only appear in literature, but also in film and television. Increasingly, foreign
productions are creating content specifically for this audience, whether we are talking about Sex Education or Tim Burton's Wednesday. Even though there is a relatively wide range of
content for teenagers in other countries, in the Czech Republic we are only slowly discovering that we need to produce such content. Thanks to shows like #martyisdead, TBH or the Sex
O'clock series, there is at least hope that Czech creators are paying attention to young audiences. But the question is whether the representatives of the teenage audience want such
national content. What are their viewing habits? Do they watch Czech audiovisual content? What characters and themes are they interested in? Do producers fulfill these wishes? The
aim of my bachelor thesis is to find out the answers to these questions from a selected group of teenagers aged 12-17 through qualitative research. The theoretical part will introduce the target group, namely Generation Z, the general viewing habits of this generation, the methodology I will use to conduct the research and the changes in audiovisual content

Comparison of the International Success of Feature Films - Czechia / Poland in the years 2014-2018
Full text linkTématem diplomové práce je zhodnocení mezinárodní úspěšnosti českých majoritních celovečerních hraných filmů s polskými celovečerními hranými filmy v rozmezí let 2014 až 2018. Součástí diplomové práce bude kvantitativní analýza předem stanovených kvalifikačních ukazatelů tedy: míry podpory audiovizuálních průmyslů skrze Státní fond kinematografie a Polski Instytut Sztuki Filmowej, celkový objem finančních prostředků, průměrný počet vyprodukovaných filmů za rok a jejich žánrová specifika a naplnění kritérií mezinárodní úspěšnosti. Úspěchy filmů v mezinárodním kontextu budou definovány udělením statutární a nestatutární ceny na A-list festivalech, nominacemi na ceny Oskar a Evropskou filmovou cenu. Po této analýze bude následovat interpretace a zhodnocení výsledků statistiky a údajů z ní vyplývajících.The topic of the thesis is the evaluation of the international success of Czech feature films with Polish feature films between 2014 and 2018. The thesis will include a quantitative analysis of predefined qualifying indicators, i.e.: the level of support for the audiovisual industry through the Czech Film Fund and the Polish Film Institute, the total amount of financial resources, the average number of films produced per year and their genre specifics, and the fulfillment of international success criteria. The success of films in the international context will be defined by the awarding of statutory and non-statutory prizes at A-list festivals, nominations for the Oscar and European Film Awards. This analysis will be followed by an interpretation and evaluation of the statistical results and the data derived from them
From Subjective Experience to Environmental Aesthetics
No full textV této práci zkoumám využití bezkamerové fotografie jako prostředku pro reflexi našeho vztahování se ke krajině. Problematizuji estetizující pohled, který je s fotografováním krajiny často spjatý, a hledám možná východiska, jak mohou tento pohled bezkamerové záznamy měnit. Zkoumám, jak skrze perspektivu environmentální estetiky, a skrze přístup ke krajině jako k subjektivnímu prožitku, dochází ke konceptualizování fotografických záznamů krajin v současné době. V průběhu celé práce nastiňuji vztahy mezi fotografií, fotografovanou krajinou a námi, a zabývám se jejich vzájemnými vlivy. Na projektech umělců Jiřího Šiguta a Anaïs Tondeur demonstruji přístupy, ve kterých krajina není pouhým estetickým motivem, ale je chápána jako komplexní (ne)materiální síť významů.In this thesis I explore the use of camera-less photography as a means/way of reflecting on our relationship to the landscape. I problematize the aestheticizing gaze that is often associated with landscape photography and look for possible ways to change this gaze using camera-less footage. Through an approach to landscape as a subjective experience and an environmental aesthetics perspective, I explore how photographic records of landscapes are conceptualised in contemporary times. Throughout the thesis, I outline the relationships between photography, the photographed landscape and us, and how they influence each other. Using the projects of artists Jiří Šigut and Anaïs Tondeur, I describe approaches in which landscape is not merely an aesthetic motif but is understood as a complex (non)material network of meanings
Franklin Method and its Integration into Classical Dance Technique
Full text linkPráce je mezioborovým propojením zpracovávajícím prostupování vědecké roviny rovinou uměleckou. Jednotlivé texty definují podstatu dynamické neuro-kognitivní imaginace, nervového systému, pohybu a tělesné a mentální zpětnovazebnosti. Cílem je zpracování, modifikace a integrace vybraných principů Franklinovy metody, která s dynamickou neuro-kognitivní imaginací zachází, do techniky klasického tance. Práce se opírá o procesy kvantitativního a kvalitativního výzkumu a prezentuje výsledky experimentů a kontinuálního sběru dat. Text zahrnující experimentální část výzkumu implikuje teoretickou i praktickou rovinu. Jejich propojení prošlo analýzou a následným dedukováním závěrů, které vedou k formulování cest aplikovatelných do techniky klasického tance. Práce odkrývá možnosti lidského prožívání, myšlení, vnímání těla, jednání a vliv těchto aspektů na kvalitu pohybu a zachování zdravého pohybového aparátu v technice klasického tance.This thesis is an interdisciplinary connection processing the permeation of the scientific field with the artistic field. Individual texts define the essence of dynamic neuro-cognitive imagery, the nervous system, movement and bodily and mental feedback. The goal is to process, modify and integrate selected principles of Franklin method, which deals with dynamic neuro-cognitive imagery, into the technique of classical dance. The work is based on the processes of quantitative and qualitative research and presents the results of experiments and continuous data collection. The text including the experimental part of the research implies both a theoretical and a practical level. Their connection has undergone analysis and subsequent deduction of conclusions that lead to the formulation of paths applicable to the technique of classical dance. The thesis reveals the possibilities of human experience, thinking, perception of the body, actions and the influence of these aspects on the quality of movement and the preservation of a healthy musculoskeletal system in the technique of classical dance

Interpretační analýza se zaměřuje na pojmenování specifických pianistických a kompozičních prvků Mendelssohnovy klavírní tvorby, která vsobě snoubí prvky stylu klasicismu i romantismu, jejichž dokonalá symbióza je zásadní pro přesvědčivé vyznění Mendelssohnova hudebního odkazu. Ve své práci rovněž popisuji praktické zkušenosti interpretace klavírního díla Felixe Mendelssohna Bartholdyho a osvětlení významu jeho kompozičního stylu v kontextu světové klavírní literatury. Cílem práce je také přiblížit čtenáři společenské podmínky v jakých Mendelssohn žil, a způsob, jak s nimi dokázal naložit, nejenom jako výkonný umělec a skladatel, ale také jako hudební organizátor a propagátor hudby svých předchůdců i současníků.The dissertation discusses the piano works of Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy, placing them within the context of the composer's overall oeuvre and examining the influence of life events on his piano compositions. The interpretative analysis focuses on identifying specific pianistic and compositional elements of Mendelssohn's piano works, which blend elements of Classical and Romantic styles, whose perfect symbiosis is crucial for the convincing interpretation of Mendelssohn's musical legacy. In my work, I also describe practical experiences of interpreting Mendelssohn's piano works and elucidate the significance of his compositional style within the context of global piano literature. The aim of the work is also to acquaint the reader with the social conditions in which Mendelssohn lived, and how he managed to navigate them not only as a performer and composer but also as a musical organizer and promoter of the works of his predecessors and contemporaries
The Impact of the Dramaturgical Concept within Film Series on a Young Audience
Full text linkTato magisterská práce se věnuje zkoumání vlivu dramaturgických konceptů filmových cyklů na mladé publikum. Cílem bylo zjistit, jak dramaturgie ovlivňuje sociální a emocionální reakce mladých diváků a jak přispívá k jejich vzdělávání. Využitím kombinace kvalitativních metod, včetně rozhovorů, zkoumaných skupin a dotazníků, byla získána podrobná data o tom, jak mladí lidé vnímají a reagují na filmové obsahy.
Analýza ukázala, že filmové cykly mohou významně ovlivnit sociální postoje a emocionální stavy mladých, zejména když jsou dramaturgicky řízeny tak, aby rezonovaly s jejich aktuálními zájmy a potřebami. Interaktivní a participativní prvky zvyšují zapojení diváků a podporují hlubší reflexi témat.
Práce přináší cenné poznatky pro organizátory filmových festivalů a tvůrce kulturních politik, zdůrazňuje potřebu reagovat na dynamické očekávání mladého publika. Výzkum obohacuje oblast filmových studií a mediálního vzdělávání. Nabízí nové perspektivy pro další zkoumání vlivu filmové dramaturgie na mladé diváky a tím způsobený sociální a kulturní rozvoj.This thesis explores the impact of dramaturgical concepts within film series on young audiences. The aim was to determine how dramaturgy influences the social and emotional responses of young viewers and how it contributes to their education. Using a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods, including interviews, focus groups and surveys, detailed data were obtained on how young people perceive and react to film content.
The analysis showed that film series can significantly affect the social attitudes and emotional states of the young, especially when they are dramaturgically designed to resonate with their current interests and needs. Interactive and participatory elements increase the viewer’s engagement and promote deeper reflection on the given themes.
This thesis provides valuable insights for organizers of film festivals and creators of cultural policies, as it emphasizes the need to respond to the dynamic expectations of young audiences. The research enriches the field of film studies and media education. It offers new perspectives, which may serve as the means of further investigation within the field of film dramaturgy on young viewers and both their social and cultural development
