Aspects of Lighting in Virtual Space
osvětlení v real-time aplikacích z pohledu tvůrce osvětlení scény, tedy člověka, který
využívají v real-time aplikacích pro dosažení požadovaných vizuálních výsledků. V praktické
části mé diplomové práce testuji fungování nejdůležitějších principů generování obrazu a
sebou i s referenční fotografií.
a estetické kvality, kterých dané postupy dosahují.My diploma thesis deals with the ways in which it is possible to approach the lighting of
scenes in virtual space. It attempts to present an overall view of the lighting simulation in real-time applications from the point of view of the scene lighting artist, i.e., the person who co-creates the aesthetic quality of the image. First, in the work, I describe the basic principles of
creating a computer-generated image, the basic mechanisms of lighting simulation, and the
methods that are used in real-time applications to achieve the desired visual results. In the
practical part of my diploma thesis, I analyze the functioning of the most important principles
of image generation and lighting simulation on several examples of virtual scenes and compare
the achieved results with each other and with a reference photo. The goal is to find optimal
ways of creating simulated lighting in virtual scenes, considering the computational complexity,
limitations arising from the methods used, and the aesthetic quality achieved by the given
procedures
Trade Unions in Film
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to examine the functioning of professional organisations in the film industry in Europe, to get to know their structure and also to compare them with the professional organisations in the Czech Republic. The topic of professional organisations in film is very broad and therefore I have chosen three European countries to compare in my bachelor thesis - France, Great Britain and Norway. These three countries have a strong base in trade union organisations in film and thus set the conditions for the future functioning of the film industry in Europe. In my thesis I will focus on technical professions, acting professions and producer associations

Search for reative identity in relation to personal freedom and responsibility
Autor využívá této práce k zaznamenání svých myšlenek a poznatků k tématům osobní svobody a odpovědnosti, aby měl možnost je posléze reflektovat a zaujmout vůči nim vědomější postoj, což považuje za jeden ze základních předpokladů odpovědné a zároveň svobodné tvůrčí práce.In this thesis the author writes down his thoughts and acquaintances with the topics related to personal freedom and resposibility, so that he could reflect on them in retrospect and take a better-informed stand on them; which to him is one of the basic preconditions of free and responsible creative work

The Theatre. Why?
Bakalářská práce, ve které hledám smysl divadla. Divadlo. Bachelor's thesis in which I am looking for the meaning of theatre. Theatre. Why theatre? I am looking for the answer to this question through the lens of both the creator and the spectator. I am interested in dividing the viewer into two categories: non-theater viewer and theater viewer. In the first chapter, I examine the motivations of non-theatre spectators for visiting the theatre. I define a non-theatre viewer as a person who is not connected to the theater by profession. In the second chapter, I am interested in the creator's motivation to create. That is, a theater spectator, which I define as a person who does the theatre as his profession. I describe my own theatre experiences that were key to forming my own conviction that theatre has a meaning, that it has a purpose, that it is meaningful. As part of my research, I conducted a survey among professional theatre creators, which you can find in the attachment. At the end, I compare the motivations and find a surprisingly simple answer to a seemingly simple question. I spread this answer into the second dimension and created a contextual map, which you can also find in the attachment. The process of writing helped me find the meaning of theatre personally, and I hope that its content can do the same for readers
MALÉ ÚKONY PRO KONVERZACI S PROSTOREM
The projects I have worked on during my studies share similarities with one another in
terms of elements or approach. This is why I decided to divide this thesis into three
chapters, each one of them reflecting one of the major aspects that define my work. My
projects are often anchored in the real, in what constitutes everyday life. They also often
engage audience members in a more or less active way, and place space in the
foreground, as a major component.
The conception of the projects, and therefore of this thesis, came from the wish to
communicate with an environment, listen to it and play with it. My aim was to create
situations where the audience would be in dialogue with the surroundings. I wanted to
create a theatrical machine where all components, including the audience, would work
together to put the piece in action. From this starting point came the realization that
audience participation and scenography in unconventional settings were deeply linked to
one another, and that my interest for one of them could hardly be separated from the
other.
This thesis is a reflection on my way of working. It analyses what made me take this
direction, and what has inspired me in this process. I am referring in it to some artists
whose approaches or topics can be compared to mine, among which a few Lebanese
ones that share with me an interest for space and places. My projects won’t be presented
in a chronological order but in dialogue with the themes and concepts of each individual
chapter, with theoretical writings and with other artists’ works.Všechny projekty, na kterých jsem během studia pracovala, sdílí několik přístupů k
Všechny charakterizovalo společné téma, to,
projekty – komunikace, naslouchání a hra s prostředím, v kterém se často
vyskytujeme.
mě vedla ke komplexnější výzkumu aktivního jednání publika a scénografie v netradičním
jednotlivých kapitol, s teoretickým zohledněním a porovnáním s díly jiných umělců
Formal, structural and interpretive analysis
činnosti a následná podrobná formální analýza s četnými notovými ukázkami.
významných produkcí díla a seznam vybraných úspěšných nahrávek.
The present work focuses on Ferenc Liszt's most significant piano composition –
Sonata in B minor. This composition is unique both in the context of Liszt's work and the
world of piano literature. It is a work of exceptional musical content and perfectly elaborated
motivic work.
The following text sets the piece in the context of the composer's compositional activity,
followed by a detailed formal analysis with numerous notational examples. The thesis
concludes with a performance analysis based on a comparison of two major productions of
the work and a list of selected successful recordings. This thesis provides a detailed view of
the work through the eyes of a performer who is extensively involved in staging the work. It
aims to present the most significant findings of his research
Antiquity in the opera
This work aims to map the area of opera creation inspired by the culture of ancient Greece and Rome, including an outline of the historical development of both ancient cultures and their influence on later artistic trends. In the first part of this thesis, both ancient myth and ancient drama, with their leading authors, are examined as a separate entity. Subsequently, their development and their use in opera works is pointed out. In the second part of this thesis, the concentration is focused on selected operas and their creators, who chose an antique motif as the subject for their opera. The content of these chapters touches on the very description of the plot of the mentioned operas, as well as a more detailed analysis of the plot in a musical context with a list of essential opera scenes. As part of this, the reader is also introduced to the most important interpreters of the main roles of the given operas, and it is also pointed out to significant artistic concepts, especially of sound and visual recording
with regard to author´s performance
Práce představuje skladatele Wolfganga Amadea Mozarta, jeho život a dílo, dále pak libretistu Emanuela Schikanedera a okolnosti vzniku opery, a nakonec vlastní komparaci inscenací. Nejprve je vedle sebe postaveno celkové pojetí inscenací, poté jednotlivé divadelní složky – scéna, kostýmy, hudební nastudování, jazyk, taneční soubor a práce s režiséry. The bachelor thesis on Comparison of productions of The Magic Flute with regard to author´s performance focuses on a comparative analysis of two different adaptations of The Magic Flute directed by David Radok and Vladimír Morávek at the Estates Theatre in Prague. The thesis introduces the composer Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, his life and work, then the librettist Emanuel Schikaneder and the circumstances of the opera's creation, and finally the actual comparison of the productions. Firstly the overall concept of the productions is juxtaposed, then the individual theatrical components – scene, costumes, musical staging, language, dance ensemble and work with the directors. The contribution is firstly the fact that an analysis on this scale has not been made before, and secondly the personal involvement of the author, who has performed in both productions and can thus offer valuable experience enriched by the personal testimony of the conductors and other performers.
