Get PDFAbsolventská práce se zabývá koncertem ve starém slohu C dur pro fagot, smyčce a basso continuo od Jaroslava Pelikána. Následující kapitoly obsahují životopis Jaroslava Pelikána a výčet jeho díla. Dále se práce zabývá okolnostmi vzniku výše zmiňovaného díla a hudebním slohem, ve kterém byla skladba složena. Následuje harmonický a formální rozbor koncertu. V interpretační části jsou popsány technické a výrazové obtížnosti, včetně notových ukázek. Jako interpret jsem analyzoval problematiku nastudování a provádění díla. Tato část práce by měla pomoci fagotistům k překonání dílčích technických a interpretačních problémů a vést je k úspěšnému nastudování opusu.Diploma theses studies the concerto stile antico in do maggiore per faggoto, archi e basso continuo written by Jaroslav Pelikán. The following chapters contain a biography of Jaroslav Pelikán and a list of his work. Furthermore, the work deals with the circumstances of the creation of this work and the musical style in which the composition was composed. This is followed by a harmonic and formal analysis of the concerto. In the interpretation part, technical and expressive difficulties are described, including sheet music examples. As a performer, I described the issue of staging and performing this work. This part of the work should help bassoonists to overcome partial technical and intepretation problems and lead them to a succesful performance of the work

Je koncipována jakožto vhled do teorie, která je na akademické úrovni zpracovaná především v angličtině a do lokálního kontextu přichází teprve v poslední době. Problematika je zpracována s ohledem na kontext práce týmů v divadle. Práce reflektuje jak teorii, tak praktický průzkum, který byl uskutečněn pomocí hloubkových rozhovorů s vedením a členy produkčního týmu Cirku La Putyka. Výsledky výzkumu jsou reflektovány v kapitole Příklad dobré praxe. Členové týmu si přáli, aby jejich výpovědi nebyly zveřejňovány, což jim s ohledem na téma práce umožňuji. Práce byla konzultována také s odborníkem z oboru psychologie.The bachelor thesis aims to introduce the concept of Psychologically Safe Space to the academic community of DAMU as well as other interested readers. It is intended as an insight into a theory that has been developed mainly in the English-speaking academic context and only recently has started to gain attention in the local context. The issue is treated concerning the context of the work of teams in cultural institutions. The thesis reflects both theory, as well as practical research, which was conducted through in-depth interviews with the management and members of the production team of Circus La Putyka. The results of the research are reflected in the chapter Good Practice Example. The team members wished their accounts not to be made public, which I grant, given the topic of the thesis. The work was also consulted with experts in the field of psychology

Get PDFTato práce se zabývá technologickým vývojem v oblasti střihové techniky a to konkrétně v kontextu amerických filmových produkcí. V první části jsou chronologicky shrnuté nejprůlomovější technologie významné vzhledem k změně ve střihových procesech. Analyzuji co nového přinesly a jaké měly problémy. Postupuji od raných mechanických střihových nástrojů jako je Moviola až po celkově digitální střižnu obsaženou v počítači. Z tohoto souhrnu a použité literatury je následně tvořena druhá část práce, která analyzuje dopad těchto změn na filmového střihače. Zkoumám jaké výhody a nevýhody s sebou tato proměna přinesla a na konec práce uvádím několik doporučení, které mohou filmovému střihači pomoci, aby tuto novou technologii využíval v jejím maximálním potenciálu a byl co nejméně ovlivněn jejími negativními dopady.This thesis examines technological developments in the field of editing technology, specifically in the context of American film productions. The first section chronologically summarizes the most groundbreaking technologies significant with respect to changes in editing processes. I analyze what new developments they brought and what problems they had. I progress from early mechanical editing tools such as the Moviola to the all-digital editing suite contained in the computer. This summary and the literature used is then used to form the second part of the thesis, which analyses the impact of these changes on the film editor. I examine what advantages and disadvantages this transformation has brought with it, and at the end of the thesis I make some recommendations that can help the film editor to use this new technology to its maximum potential and be least affected by its negative impacts

No full textDiplomová práce se zabývá zpracováním výtvarného řešení knižní předlohy Urbo Kune od Miloše Urbana. Podtitulem knihy je „Paralelní román“. Jedná se o sci-fi příběh dvou prolínajících se světů. Děj se odehrává především v utopickém městě, které bylo budováno s vidinou, že se stane hlavním městem Eurosvěta. Urbo Kune se zdá na první pohled prázdné, a že si žije svým tajným životem, postupně odhalujeme prostřednictvím zážitků hlavní postavy Mikuláše, jenž dostal za úkol vybudovat místní knihovnu. Diplomová práce se skládá ze dvou částí – z teoretické a praktické. V první části se věnuji zpracování utopie v kinematografii, od významu samotného pojmu přes historii tohoto tématu až po rozbor pěti filmů s utopickými prvky. Praktickou část práce tvoří samotný návrh výtvarné koncepce této knihy pro zfilmování. Cílem bylo zpracovat tři velmi různorodá prostředí tak, aby byla pro diváka snadno odlišitelná, ale aby zůstala zachována výtvarná jednota díla.The task of this diploma thesis is to create an art concept of the film based on the novel Urbo Kune written by Czech writer Miloš Urban. The secondary title of the book is “Parallel novel“. The story of this sci-fi book is about two intertwined worlds. The main story line takes place in a an utopic city which was built to serve as a main headquarter for Euroworld. Urbo Kune seems to be empty at first glance but the main character Mikuláš is slowly discovering its secret life when completing his task to built a library there. The diploma thesis consists of two parts – of the theoretical and the practical part. The first part is about the topic of the utopia in the cinema. There you can find the meaning of the world utopia, the history of this topic in the cinematography and analysis of five selected utopian films. The aim of the practical part of the thesis is to create the art concept for the film. There are three different environments and the main goal is to make them easily recognizable whereas the artistic unity of the work should be preserved
Expanded Dramaturgies at the National Theatre
Get PDFCílem tohoto textu je podat zprávu o sedmiletém období dramaturgické práce v Činohře Národního divadla (2015-2022). Během svého působení v této instituci se autorka pokusila vykročit z tradičního rámce podobného divadelního domu a o své praxi zde podává detailní svědectví. Jde jí zejména o aplikaci – a tedy nutné prozkoumání – termínu „autorská dramaturgie“ právě v kontextu ND. Pokouší se definovat tento pojem v závislosti na domácí tradici autorského divadla a zároveň jej aplikovat na vlastní, detailně popsanou dramaturgickou praxi jak z hlediska mikrodramaturgického, tak makrodramaturgického. Práce se také snaží pojmenovat hlavní problémy dramaturgie, s nimiž se autorka v ND potýkala, a to nejen v současnosti, ale i s ohledem na to, jak o nich referují významní tvůrci ND celé historie. Kromě podrobného vhledu do dramaturgického uvažování, které místy přechází v zobecnění funkce dramaturgie dnes, práce nabízí i zamyšlení nad vztahem k dnešnímu publiku či aktuální rolí kulturní instituce.The aim of this text is to report on the seven-year period of dramaturgical work at the National Theatre Drama Department (2015-2022). During her time at this institution, the author attempted to step out of the traditional framework of a similar theatre house and here she gives a detailed account of her practice. In particular, she is concerned with broader concept of dramaturgy (expanded dramaturgies) specifically in the context of the National Theatre. She attempts to define her approach in relation to the domestic tradition of dramaturgy in an institutionalized theatre, while applying it to her own detailed dramaturgical practice, both in terms of micro- and macrodramaturgy. The thesis also attempts to name the main dramaturgical problems the author has faced in National Theatre, not only in the present, but also regarding how they have been reported by major NT authors throughout history. In addition to providing a detailed insight into dramaturgical thinking, which at times turns into a generalization of the function of dramaturgy today, the thesis also offers a reflection on the relationship to today's audiences or the current role of the cultural institution

discussing the birth of landscape photography, its creative methods, and the social
issues that photographers are concerned about. Landscape photography combines
documentary photography and conceptual photography. This allows Chinese
landscape photography to continue the civilian and critical nature of documentary
photography in terms of political stance. At the same time, the creative method is more
contemporary. In terms of creative methods, photographers use road photography,
ruin photography, and red images to express their political opinions. The thesis reveals
that landscape photography has the ambiguity of position and the profundity of criticism
in terms of political expression. It breaks away from the traditional disciplines of
photojournalism in Chinese photography, cancels the privilege of "moment", and
incorporates the space that has been ignored by Chinese documentary photography
into the main body of expression.Tento článek shrnuje vývoj současné čínské fotografie, pojednává o zrodu krajinářské
fotografie, jejích tvůrčích metodách a společenských problémech, kterými se fotografové
zabývají. Krajinná fotografie kombinuje dokumentární fotografii a konceptuální fotografii. To
umožňuje čínské krajinářské fotografii pokračovat v civilní a kritické povaze dokumentární
fotografie z hlediska politického postoje. Kreativní metoda je přitom soudobější. Pokud jde o
kreativní metody, fotografové používají k vyjádření svých politických názorů silniční fotografii,
fotografii ruin a červené snímky. Práce odhaluje, že krajinná fotografie má nejednoznačnost
pozice a hloubku kritiky z hlediska politického vyjádření. Vymyká se tradičním disciplínám
fotožurnalistiky v čínské fotografii, ruší privilegium „momentu“ a začleňuje do hlavního výrazu
prostor, který čínská dokumentární fotografie ignorovala

Get PDFCílem této práce je představit v českém prostředí zcela výjimečnou současnou americkou skladatelku moderní klasické hudby Joan Towerovou. Její skladby jsou pravidelnou součástí repertoáru předních hudebních těles a špičkových interpretů v USA, Japonsku i v Evropě. Tato práce pomůže zorientovat se v jejím rozsáhlém díle, na němž pracuje již přes šedesát let. V první kapitole se zabývá dostupnými prameny a zdroji, ve druhé se zaměřuje na životní dráhu skladatelky, jež se zrcadlí v jejím díle, třetí kapitola se věnuje skladatelčinu dílu a představuje některé stěžejní skladby. Práce čerpá především z mnohých rozhovorů se skladatelkou, které se ukazují být velice autentickým zdrojem k poznání jejího díla i osobnosti. Práce čerpá i z recenzí a ohlasů na premiéry nebo významné koncerty jednotlivých děl i ze vzpomínek a poznámek jak skladatelky, tak autorky práce, která u Joan Towerové studovala skladbu. Vedle reflexí této výuky je do práce zahrnuta i analýza první/ části skladatelčina prvního klavírního koncertu z roku 1985. Práci uzavírá přehled stěžejních skladeb Joan Towerové, který je doveden až do současnosti.The aim of this thesis is to introduce Joan Tower, an exceptional contemporary American composer of modern classical music. Her compositions are a regular part of the repertoire of leading ensembles and top performers in the USA, Japan and Europe. This work will help navigate trough the vast body of her work, which she has been working on for over sixty years. The first chapter discusses the available sources and resources, the second focuses on the composer's life trajectory, which is mirrored in her work, and the third chapter explores the composer's oeuvre and introduces some of her key compositions. The thesis draws primarily on numerous interviews with the composer, which prove to be a very authentic source for understanding her work and personality. The thesis also draws on reviews and responses to premieres or major concerts of individual works, as well as on the recollections and notes of both the composer and the author, who studied composition with Joan Tower. In addition to reflections on this teaching, the thesis also includes an analysis of the first movement of the composer's first piano concerto from 1985. The thesis concludes with a survey of Joan Tower's key compositions, which is brought up to the present day

zameraním na rytmus. Cieľom je systematicky preskúmať a zhodnotiť rôzne aspekty rytmu v
kontexte fyzického divadelného umenia a jeho vplyv na reakcií diváka. Metódy analýzy
zahŕňajú definície rytmu, štúdium divadelných predstavení, popis scén a pozorovanie
emočných či fyzických reakcií diváka. Výsledky tejto práce pomôžu lepšie pochopiť význam
rytmu vo fyzickom divadle a jeho schopnosť ovplyvniť divácky zážitok.This bachelor thesis is concerned with the analysis of physical theatre performances with a
specific focus on rhythm. The aim is to systematically explore and evaluate different aspects
of rhythm in the context of physical theatre arts and its impact on audience response. Methods
of analysis will include definitions of rhythm, study of theatrical performances, scene
descriptions, and observation of the emotional and physical reactions of the audience. The
results of this work will help to better understand the importance of rhythm in physical theatre
and its ability to influence the audience experience
