No full textV této diplomové práci se pokusím detailně rozebrat nejen samotný text Jeana Geneta Služky, ale i specifika samotného autora a celkově jeho tvorby. Pokusím se pochopit Geneta jako člověka. V této práci nechci odpovídat na otázky, ale chci prozkoumat, co s čím souvisí, co se jak vyvíjí a případnému čtenáři předložit podklady k zamyšlení. Dále chci rozebrat témata související s materiálem, o kterém píšu. Pokusím se charakterizovat různé pohledy na jedno dílo.In this thesis I will try to analyse in detail not only the text of Jean Genet's The Handmaid's Tale, but also the specifics of the author himself and his work in general. I will try to understand Genet as a person. I do not want to answer questions in this thesis, but I want to explore what is related to what, how it develops and provide food for thought for the potential reader. I also want to discuss themes related to the material I am writing about. I will attempt to characterize different perspectives on one work

Analýza tak v komparaci prezentuje tradiční čtení autorského filmu, modernější “Smrt autora” Rolanda Barthese a uměle konstruovanou veřejnou osobnost režiséra.This diploma thesis analyses A House That Jack Built (2018), a film by Lars von Trier. It confronts a traditional interpretation of auter's film through life and attitude of a director with Lars von Trier's artificially constructed, cultivated and publicly presented persona, which walks hand in hand with his films' style and form and culminates in A House That Jack Built. Thus, this analysis presents in comparison a traditional view of auter's film, more modern Roland Barthes' “The Death of The Autor” and artificially constructed public persona of the director

současné situaci, kdy vnímáme odliv diváků z kamenných divadel, pomoci hledat nové
diváky? Může být příležitostí vnímat divadlo skutečně jako místo setkávání? S pomocí
reflexe osobní tvůrčí zkušenosti s kočováním spolku Budenebude kůň, jehož jsem součástí,
konkrétně kočováním s inscenací Cirkus Faust, a prostřednictvím studia literatury a
rozhovorů s tvůrci starších novodobých kočovných projektů (Žebřiňák, Divadlo koňa a
motora) bych chtěl zachytit, jaké je divácké prožití takové akce, jaký vztah vzniká mezi
diváky a aktéry a co samotné divadelní putování přináší nám, kočovníkům. Své výsledky
zkouším předložit v rámci otevřené kočovnické encyklopedie, v níž zkoumám jednotlivé

audience examines the meaning of travelling theatre nowadays. Can this type of traditional
outdoor theatre help us to find new audiences, as we are seeing a decline in theatre
attendance? Can it be an opportunity to truly perceive theatre as a meeting place? Through
reflection on my personal creative experience with travelling with the Budenebude kůň
theatre, of which I am a part of, specifically travelling with the production of Circus Faust,
and via the study of literature and interviews with the creators of former modern travelling
theatre projects (Žebřiňák, Divadlo koňa a motora), I would like to capture what the audience
experience of such an event is like, what kind of relationship is formed between the audience
and the actors, and what the theatrical journey itself brings us, the theatre travellers. I will try
to present my results as part of an open travelling theatre encyclopaedia, where I will explore
the individual components of travelling with a theatrical production

Diplomová práce Cesta k vytvoření školního vzdělávacího programu Dětského domova Mikulov popisuje hledání, bádání a také tvůrčí počiny v oblasti dramatické výchovy, které vedly ke vzniku tohoto programu. Práce zakotvuje program v legislativním rámci a popisuje první východiska vedoucí k srdci celého projektu. Těmi jsou cíle výchovy a získané kompetence mladého dospělého, jenž následně dětský domov jako samostatný jedinec opouští. Program se během tvůrčího procesu vyvinul jako výchovný, nikoli školní a dramatická výchova sehrála zásadní roli při jeho vzniku. Jako ústřední motiv celého programu bylo použito dílo J. A. Komenského Labyrint světa a ráj srdce. Strategickým nástrojem pro uskutečňování výchovného programu je Program rozvoje osobnosti dítěte, který se na rozdíl od výchovně vzdělávacího programu utváří individuálně pro každé dítě zvlášť, podle jeho potřeb a situace. PROD je rozčleněn do věkových kategorií dle principů vývojové psychologie. Práce je doplněna konkrétními příklady ze života chovanců.The diploma thesis The Path to the Creation of a School Educational Program of the Mikulov Children's Home describes the search, research and creative activities in the field of drama education, which led to the creation of this program. The thesis anchors the program in the legislative framework and describes the first starting points leading to the heart of the whole project. These are the goals of education and the acquired competencies of the young adult, who subsequently leaves the children's home as a independent individual. During the creative process, the program developed as an educational, not a school, and drama education played a crucial role in its creation. The central motif of the whole programme was J. A. Comenius' work The Labyrinth of the World and the Paradise of the Heart. A strategic tool for the implementation of the educational program is CPDP – Child Personality Development Program, which, unlike the educational program, is created individually for each child separately, according to his or her needs and situation. CPDP is divided into age categories according to the principles of developmental psychology. The thesis is supplemented by specific examples from the lives of the youngsters
The Development of Cuban Opera from Its Inception to the Present
Full text linkTato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na vývoj opery na Kubě, sleduje její historické kořeny, význam v kultuře a nynější postavení. Hlavními cíli studie je zmapovat původ kubánské opery, její významné vlivy a klíčové osobnosti, které přispěly k jejímu utváření. Práce také zkoumá, jak evropská opera a zarzuela formovaly kubánskou hudební scénu. Metodologicky je výzkum založen na historické analýze, komparativním studiu a kvalitativním rozhovoru s Eglise Gutiérrez, uznávanou odbornicí na kubánskou hudbu. Další část práce se zaměřuje na změny, které se odehrály ve 20. století, a jejich vliv na operní tvorbu, se zvláštním zaměřením na období po roce 1959. Studie se dotýká výzev a příležitostí, kterým čelí současná kubánská opera. Zabývá se také rolí prestižních festivalů a významem vzdělávání a podpory talentů pro udržení živosti operní scény na Kubě. Cílem této práce je poskytnout komplexní pohled na kubánskou operu a její dynamický vývoj a nabídnout perspektivy pro její další rozvoj v mezinárodním kontextu.This master`s thesis focuses on the development of opera in Cuba, tracing its historical roots, cultural significance, and current state. The main goals of the study are to map the origins of Cuban opera, its significant influences, and the key figures who contributed to its formation. The work also examines how European opera and zarzuela shaped the Cuban musical scene. Methodologically, the research is based on historical analysis, comparative study, and a qualitative interview with Eglise Gutiérrez, a recognized expert on Cuban music. Another part of the thesis focuses on the changes that occurred in the 20th century and their impact on opera production, with special emphasis on the period after 1959. The study addresses the challenges and opportunities faced by contemporary Cuban opera. It also explores the role of prestigious festivals and the importance of education and support for talent in maintaining the vibrancy of the opera scene in Cuba. The aim of this work is to provide a comprehensive view of Cuban opera and its dynamic development, while offering perspectives for its further advancement in an international context

Cílem práce je pak eventuálně nalézt a popsat spojitost queerness a upírství. V souvislosti s tím část práce vychází z poznatků knihy Harryho M. Benshoffa Monsters in Closet, která pojednává o povaze
a podobě monstrozity v hororu v kontextu queer reprezentace a queer čtení.This work focuses on queer reading of vampire movies The Hunger (1983), Interview with the Vampire (1994) and Only Lovers Left Alive (2013). Through the analysis it tries to point out
various aspects of the movies which can be considered as queer. In the nature of the method of queer reading, which is based on the post-structuralism my primary occupation will be to
take a certain reception position. The aim of the work is to eventually find and describe the connection between queerness and vampirism. In addition to this, part of the work is based on
the findings of Harry M. Benshoff's book Monsters in Closet, which discusses the nature and form of monstrosity in horror genre in the context of queer representation and queer reading
The Shinichi Suzuki Violin Teaching Method and Its Influence on the Parent-Child Relationship
Full text linkDiplomová práce se bude zabývat osobností houslisty Shinichi Suzukiho, jeho životním příběhem a metodou výuky hry na housle, jíž byl zakladatelem. V práci bude uvedeno, jak Suzukiho metoda probíhá v praxi a co je pro ni charakteristické. Dále bude pojednávat o vlivu Suzukiho metody na vztah rodiče s dítětem. K této kapitole bude přiložen i dotazník. Část práce bude zaměřena na průběh studia této metody. V neposlední řadě budou zmíněny některé mýty, které jsou spjaté s touto metodou. Součástí bude i jejich vyvrácení. Poslední kapitoly nabídnou výběr slavných houslistů, kteří jsou větším nebo menším dílem spjati se Suzukiho metodou a budou vybrány i některé citáty, které o své metodě pronesl Shinichi Suzuki.The thesis will deal with the personality of violinist Shinichi Suzuki, his life story and the method of violin teaching he founded. The thesis will outline how Suzuki's method works in practice and what is characteristic of it. It will also discuss the influence of Suzuki's method on the parent-child relationship. A questionnaire associated with this chapter will be included. Part of the thesis will focus on the course of study of this method. Last but not least, some myths that are associated with this method will be mentioned. Part of it will be their refutation. The last chapters will offer a selection of famous violinists who are more or less connected with the Suzuki method, and some quotations made by Shinichi Suzuki about his method will also be added

Full text linkTato práce se zabývá převážně činností hudebního skladatele Steve Reicha, jenž patří mezi přední autory tzv. minimal music. Odkazuje k notovým i hudebním ukázkám jednotlivých děl a popisuje jejich vznik a obsah.
Práce je strukturována do tří kapitol. První kapitola začíná zařazením tématu
do historického kontextu doby a nastiňuje hudební situaci první poloviny 20. století
v Evropě i v USA. Druhá kapitola obsahuje stručné informace o americké škole skladatelů hudebního minimalismu, kteří navázali na vývoj moderní hudby, převážně na dílo J. Cage,
a připravili tak uměleckou půdu pro tvorbu Steve Reicha. Jemu je věnovaná celá třetí kapitola, která pojednává o jeho životě a tvorbě minimal music se zaměřením na bicí nástroje. Popisuje vývoj jeho skladatelských tendencí vycházejících z experimentálních pokusů
a hledání nových metod komponování.This thesis mainly deals with the activities of music composer Steve Reich, who is one of the leading authors of so-called "minimal music". It refers to sheet music and musical examples of individual works and describes their origin and content.
The thesis is structured into three parts. The first part begins with the introduction
of the topic into the historical context of the time and outlines the musical situation of the first half of the 20th century in Europe and the USA. The second part contains brief information about the "american school" of music minimalism composers, who continued the development of modern music, mainly the work of J. Cage, and so prepared the artistic ground for the work of Steve Reich. The entire third part is dedicated to him, which discusses about his life
and creation of "minimal music" with a focus on percussion instruments. It describes
the development of his compositional tendencies based on experimental attempts
and the search for new methods of composing
Adam Skoumal - pianist, composer, teacher
Full text linkVe své práci, která je dělena do třech hlavních částí, jsem se zaměřila na život českého skladatele a pianisty Adama Skoumala.
V první části popisuji jeho pianistickou cestu od samotných začátků, přes studia až po současné působení.
V další části práce se zaměřuji na Skoumalovu skladatelskou dráhu. Zde nechybí ani konkrétní ukázky děl, inspirace k nim a jejich stručný popis.
Ve třetí a zároveň nejkratší části práce popisuji umělcovu pedagogickou činnost se zmínkou některých jeho studentů.
Do práce jsem zahrnula také rozhovory se zajímavými lidmi, kteří přišli s Adamem Skoumalem do blízkého kontaktu.
Nakonec bych ráda zmínila, že práce je obohacena o můj osobní náhled a názor na určité situace, skladby nebo jiné v práci relevantní věci.In my thesis, which is divided into three main parts, I focused on the life of the Czech composer and pianist Adam Skoumal.
In the first part, I describe his pianistic journey from the very beginnings, through his studies, up to his current activities.
In the next part of the work, I focus on Skoumal's compositional career. This section includes specific examples of his works, the inspirations behind them, and their brief descriptions.
In the third and shortest part of the work, I describe the artist's pedagogical activities, mentioning some of his students.
I also included interviews with interesting people who have come into close contact with Adam Skoumal.
Finally, I would like to mention that the work is enriched with my personal perspective and opinion on certain situations, compositions, or other relevant matters in the work
Crisis in the creative process
Full text linkTato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem krize v tvůrčím procesu. Nahlíží pět klauzurních prací, na kterých se diplomantka podílela a zaměřuje se na jejich procesy zkoušení, ve kterých hledá moment krize a její impulz. Daným impulzem se posléze zabývá a hledá, jaké vlastnosti měl, zdali byl devastující a paralyzující či povzbuzující a tvořivý. Snaží se pojmenovat v čem byly jednotlivé krize jedinečné a k jakým ponaučením a východiskům vedly. Hlavním inspiračním materiálem jsou vlastní zkušenosti ze zkoušecích procesů, zápisy ze zkoušení a reflexe jednotlivých tvůrčích procesů. Práce se dále opírá o psychologické články, odborné podcasty a vhledy, jak tvořivě uchopit krizi v tvorbě i v životě člověka. Z každého projektu je osloven jeden spolupracovník nebo pedagog, který poskytuje vlastní perspektivu na zkušenost s krizí, a tak i možné srovnání dvou různých pohledů. Výsledkem práce je hlubší pochopení zažitých krizí a pojmenování jejich vyústění a přínosů v kontextu tvůrčího i životního procesu.This bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of crisis in the creative process. It examines five pivotal works in which the graduate participated and focuses on their rehearsal processes, searching for moments of crisis and their impulses. It subsequently explores these impulses, seeking to determine their nature, whether they were devastating and paralyzing or encouraging and creative. The thesis attempts to identify what made each crisis unique and what lessons and insights they led to. The main sources of inspiration are the author's own experiences from the rehearsal process, notes from rehearsals, and reflections on individual creative processes. Additionally, the thesis draws on psychological articles, professional podcasts, and insights on creatively addressing crises in both artistic creation and life. For each project, one collaborator or pedagog is interviewed, providing their own perspective on experiencing crisis, thus allowing for a comparison of two different viewpoints. The outcome of this thesis is a deeper understanding of experienced crises and the identification of their outcomes and benefits within the context of the creative and life process
