    The Food Truck Phenomenon Among Millenials

    This study aimed to examine the impact of Employee Friendliness, Food Quality, Food and Beverage Options, and Ambience on Customer Satisfaction and the frequency of eating through Word of Mouth mediation. The distribution of questionnaires was used in this study to obtain samples as analysis material to be processed. Purposive sampling was used to select 153 millennial customer respondents for the study, which was then analyzed using the SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) method. AMOS is used in this SEM method (Moment Structure Analysis). According to the findings of this study, there is a significant positive effect of Employee Friendliness on Overall Customer Satisfaction. Overall, Customer Satisfaction influences Word of Mouth positively. Dining Frequency is significantly influenced by word of mouth. Customer Satisfaction, mediated by word of mouth, significantly affects Dining Frequency. By conducting field surveys, producers and owners of food trucks are encouraged to improve food quality, variety of food sold, taste, and atmosphere to contribute to the growth and popularity of food trucks among millennials

    The first goal of this study is to ascertain how work-life balance affects employee engagement. 2) ascertain how work satisfaction affects employee engagement. 3) assess how work-life balance affects the intention to leave. 4) ascertain how to work happiness affects the intention to depart. 5) ascertain how employee engagement affects the intention to leave. A descriptive study with a quantitative methodology is the research style adopted. The 140 staff members of Lawang Medika Hospital comprise the entire research population. The Slovin method created the sample for this investigation, which yielded 104 participants. The stratified proportional random sampling method was used to choose the sample size. The proportional principle of the number of employees per division is used in this selection method. Primary data is the source of research information. Employees at Lawang Medika Hospital Malang were the respondents, and questionnaires were distributed as the data collection technique. The findings revealed that: 1) Work-life balance significantly improved employee engagement. 2) Employee engagement is significantly positively impacted by job satisfaction. 3. The intention to leave is significantly impacted negatively by work-life balance. 4) The intention to leave is very negatively impacted by job satisfaction. 5) The intention to leave is significantly impacted negatively by employee engagement. The study\u27s findings suggest that employers should keep giving staff members a balance of time for their job and personal lives. Giving job grades encourages the timely completion of tasks

    Student Preferences for Financial Technology Digital Payment Services

    Payment transactions using financial technology products have become a habit for payment transactions today. Fintech is a financial service that uses information technology and can systematically change business models, especially payment transactions. This study aimed to find out how students are interested in using fintech payments. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics, Kadiri University, with a total of ninety students as respondents. The analysis technique uses the Hierarchy of Effect Model with the stages of analysis of awareness, knowledge, liking, preference, conviction, and intention. The results of the study show that at each stage the response from respondents to fintech payments and the types of products is high, which means there is already awareness, knowledge, preferences, beliefs, and decisions to use products from fintech payments

    The Effect Of Financial Performance, Institutional Ownership, And Intellectual Capital On Firm Value, With Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure As Moderating Variable

    Agriculture was important in the national economy, society\u27s survival, food suppliers, and food and work suppliers. This study examined and analyzed financial performance, institutional ownership, and intellectual capital on firm value, with Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure as a moderating ng variable at Agricultural sector companies. The population comprised IDX agricultural sector companies for three years (2018-2020). Furthermore, the study was quantitative. The data collection technique used purposive sampling. In line with that, there were 22 samples with 66 observations. Moreover, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA) and SPSS 26. As a result, the final performance positively affected the firm\u27s value. Likewise, institutional ownership positively affected the firm\u27s value. However, intellectual capital did not affect the firm\u27s value. Additionally, Corporate Social Responsibility could not moderate the relationship between financial performance and firm value. Similarly, Corporate Social Responsibility could not moderate the relationship between Institutional Ownership and firm value. Likely, corporate social responsibility could not moderate the relationship between intellectual capital and firm value

    The economic impact in the form of income is one of the important needs for the community. Income can be used to continue living to meet needs. Tourism activities are one example of activities that can provide an economic impact in the form of income for the surrounding community. An example of a place used in tourism activities is the Religious Tour of the Tomb of KH Abdul Hamid in Pasuruan City. Religious tourism to the grave of KH Abdul Hamid is a favorite tour with many visitors. This study aims to find out the economic impact of the existence of religious tourism on the Tomb of KH Abdul Hamid in Pasuruan City. This study uses a qualitative approach. The data used is primary data with data collection techniques by interview, observation and document study. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Religious tourism to the KH Abdul Hamid Tomb has an economic impact on the surrounding community, (2) opens employment opportunities and reduces unemployment and, (3) religious tourism to the KH Abdul Hamid grave can be used as a promotion in introducing Pasuruan City

    Analysis of rural infrastructure development using village funds in Bagan Nibung Village

    This study aims to analyze the development of village funds for infrastructure development and the best hamlets in Bagan Nibung Village, Simpang Kanan District, Rokan Hilir Regency. The indicators of development in the hamlet are human resources, economy, and infrastructure. The sampling method is a purposive method for as many as 57 people. This study uses a descriptive method to see the development of village funds and the AHP and Borda methods to see the ranking of development between hamlets. The most significant village revenue comes from transfer receipts, while other revenues are minimal. In the village expenditure structure, the components of significant expenditure are expenditures for government and development. Spending on hamlet infrastructure activities was mostly in Pematang Lada, Inti Raya, and the least in Suka Makmur. The process hierarchy analysis results show the highest HR variable in the Inti Raya Hamlet. The results of the highest regional economic variable AHP in Suka Makmur. The AHP results show that the infrastructure variable has the highest in Pematang Lada. Borda\u27s analysis results show that the hamlets with the best development ranking are Pematang Lada, Inti Raya, and Suka Makmur

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklan media elektronik, brand ambassador dan, brand image terhadap minat beli pelanggan. Dengan maraknya persaingan sengit dalam penjualan mi instan, para pelaku bisnis harus memperkuat metode pemasarannya. Teknik pemasaran yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan iklan media elektronik yang dibantu oleh brand ambassador untuk menyebarkan informasi tentang barang. Responden survei ini adalah pelanggan Mie Lemonillo di kota Surakarta yang tidak diketahui jumlahnya. Jumlah orang yang berpartisipasi dalam survei ini ditetapkan 100, dan metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel acak langsung berdasarkan Teori Roscoe nomor 1. Dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS 26, analisis regresi berganda dilakukan pada data yang dikumpulkan.     Dewasa ini pemerintah mengajak masyarakat untuk memiliki usaha yang ditekuni. Usaha tersebut diharapkan dapat membantu perekonomian keluarga, terutama ditengah kondisi pandemi Covid 19, dimana daya beli masyarakat relatif menurun. Karena persaingan bisnis yang cukup ketat, menyebabkan UMKM sukar bertahan dalam jangka waktu lama. Kesulitan yang sering dialami adalah modal, pemasaran dan kualitas dari produk yang dihasilkan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauhmana peran pemerintah daerah dalam membina masyarakat yang memiliki Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) yang identik dengan Home Industry di Kabupaten Sintang.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data, antara lain: Observasi, Wawancara dan Studi dokumentasi.     This research discusses, the influence of leadership competensies, organizational commitment and job climate on Organizational citizenship behavior and impact employee performance at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. The respondent being analyzed are 116 employee at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. The tool used for analyzing is the path analysis obtained through the software PPS.     Munculnya kontroversi mengenai wacana pengembangan wisata halal merupakan fenomena yang menarik untuk diteliti. Dengan konsep wisata halal yang dikembangkan oleh pemerintah, tentu saja masyarakat muslim menerimanya dengan antusias, namun masyarakat non-muslim belum tentu memiliki pandangan yang sama. Maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi produk dan layanan wisata halal serta persepsi pengembangan pada masyarakat non-muslim di Sumatera Utara sebagai indikasi sikap menerima atau menolak wacana pengembangan wisata halal. Pandangan kelompok masyarakat tersebut sangat penting dalam memastikan keberhasilan pengembangan pariwisata di masa depan. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Responden yang dipilih adalah masyarakat non-Muslim di Sumatera Utara generasi millenial dan Gen-Z. Temuan menunjukkan bahwasanya masyarakat non muslim memiliki persepsi yang positif yang mengindikasikan penerimaan terhadap wisata halal terutama persepsi pengembangan yang memuat dampak perekonomian positif. Namun pada persepsi produk dan layanan masyarakat non-muslim memberikan persepsi yang negatif dan penolakan pada etika islam yakni pelarangan minuman alkohol, adegan berpelukan dan berciuman serta larangan perjudian. Dan mereka berpendapat sepatutnya tidak ada kewajiban bagi mereka untuk mematuhi aturan islam dilokasi wisata
