Spiritualitas Kepemimpinan dalam Pengelolaan Pendidikan dan Pembelajaran
Spirituality in leadership is a leadership that leads the worldly dimension to the spiritual dimension. God is a true leader who inspires all deeds, influences and moves the conscience of His servants. Spirituality in leadership is leadership that forms values, attitude, behavior needed for intrinsic motivation to achieve a sense of spiritual survival. Spirituality-based leadership is not only about intelligence and skills in leadership, but also about the values of truth, honesty, integrity, creativity, wisdom, compassion. Spirituality in leadership is the way of a leader to pays attention to how other people can grow, develop and achieve the vision. There are three dimensions of spirituality in leadership they are first, the activities carried out by a manager (leader, head, chairman and others) with other people or groups. Second, the activities have purposes and third, management is carried out in the organization, so that so that becomes organization oriented. Therefore, the spirituality in leadership in the management of learning and education has significant impact on teachers, students, stakeholders, etc
Sistem, Paradigma dan Dinamika Pesantren sebagai Pendidikan Islam Alternatif
The system of education in pesantren becomes necessary, because it makes a set of interrelated, interdependent and strengthen one another to achieve the goals of education in pesantren, those are to form a democratic, competitive, innovative, and good society not only in science and technology (IPTEK), but also in iman and taqwa (IMTAQ), and to be responsible and have a good moral. Pesantren has a strong influence on almost all aspects of rural society life. The development of religious thought and interpretation from outside elite of pesantren did not have a significant impact on the way of life and attitudes of rural society. This fact shows that every effort aimed at society development, especially in rural area, needs to implicate pesantren. As time goes by, pesantren combines religious education and general education, which can produce the religious experts (ilmiah-amaliah-diniah) relevant to the needs and demands of the times. It makes education in pesantren as an alternative and excellent education
Pengembangan Buku Ajar Akidah Akhlak untuk Meningkatkan Pemahaman Siswa Madrasah
Based on the development process and the test results of the target, it can be concluded as follows (1) result of this activity in the form of textbook of Akidah Akhlak for Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, (2) average learning outcomes in the final test after using textbook increased to 77.25% compared with 67.00% of average learning outcomes in the final test before using textbook. Refers to the T-test and Sig (2-tailed) test result is 0.001 after being compared with the received error rate is 0.05, the developed textbook has been effective

Communication is a need that is very fundamental for someone in living in a community. Communication and society are two twin words that cannot be separated from each other. Islamic education has meaning as a process of developing and saving human nature. Islamic education does not only develop the body, spirituality, soul and even reason, but how can the four potentials develop and survive. Islamic education institutions are a place, or the place where the process of Islamic education takes place. Islamic education institutions include families, mosques, Islamic boarding schools and madrasas. Manajemen Kurikulum Terpadu Di SMPIT Luqmanul Hakim Bandung
The integrated Islamic curriculum as one of the educational programs has a strategic role in forming, building, fostering and directing students to become good people who have positive character and personality, self-understanding, skilled and teamwork.This research aims to obtain documents related to the management of planning, implementation, evaluation of integrated curriculum at SMPIT Luqmanul Hakim Bandung. The method used in this research is descriptive analytic method with a qualitative approach. The data obtained by using interview, observation and documentation study. The finding of this research are first, planning for integrated Islamic curriculum carried out by compiling the curriculum, formulating for lesson planpreparation by put in the characteristics of an integrated Islamic curriculum. Second, the implementation of an integrated Islamic curriculum refers to planning that has formulated by put in the verses of the Qur’an in the lesson plan. Third, evaluation is carried out in order to know the success of students
Pengembangan Modul Supervisi Bagi Pengawas SMK Kabupaten Situbondo
This study aims to produce a product in the form of a coaching module for supervisors of SMK in Situbondo Regency. This module developed from the school supervisor's workbook that was published by the development center of education personal of human resource development, education quality assurance the Ministry of Education and Culture of Indonesia in 2015. The development was carried out on the discussion of SMK relation with business world and industry world. The development of this module is supplemented with supervision support instruments as a supervisory guide in conducted monitoring, evaluation of SMK activities program involving business world, and industry world. Product validation test of this research is conducted by material experts, linguists and supervisors as product users. The validation results of materials, experts and users if converted on a Likert scale, a scale of 5 indicates that were good qualification, achievement level (%) 75 - 89 revisions as necessary

Menggagas Pendidikan Islami: Meluruskan Paradigma Pendidikan di Indonesia
The aim of this present study is to initiate Islamic education in order to rectify the educational paradigm in Indonesia. With respect to the research methodology, this study employed a qualitative approach and literature study method. In its implementation, the collected data was then analyzed using a descriptive analysis method. Based on the results of the discussion, in order to rectify the educational paradigm in Indonesia, it should initially change the secularism paradigm that has been fossilized in the world of education into the paradigm of Islam, al-Qur`an, and Tauhid. As a consequence, this paradigm will have implications for the establishment of the conceptualized education system that inevitably also affects the to-be-achieved educational objectives. In order to realize a good education system, there should be integration between the elements of education practitioners which consist of family, mosques/schools/campuses, and society. As a result, those aforementioned objectives will be successfully achieved in the moment when Islamic rules are fully implemented in all aspects of life. Therefore, it is necessary to continuously educate the public regarding the importance of implementing Islamic rules in all aspects of life, including in the aspect of education

Pengembangan Buku Ajar Ushul Fiqh Al-Waraqat Kelas VII di MTS Ibrahimy Sukorejo Situbondo
The textbook of ushul fiqh al-Waraqat was developed by following the steps of Borg and Gall. In the initial phase, the development was carried out at MTs Salafiyah Syafi'iyah through four stages, namely are needs analysis, Initial product design, Expert validation, and Revision. The advantage of this product development is that provides convenience to students by displaying many addition applicable examples; the updated form of printed textbooks, presentation of material, material content and concept map methods used to develop the textbook of ushul fikih al-Waraq?t. The limitations are the impact that can encourage students do not try and think hard to understand a complicated book; this textbook is still not entering the product testing phase to say it is ready to use
