    Social media is a communication medium that has synchronization in the delivered messages, A message delivered automatically to-share can’t be dammed. So it required caution in sharing information through social media. Millenial adolescence are human with all the curiosity of new things. The need for self-existence, increasing knowledge insight, other goals to make social media as a media of choice in communicating, shared information included to look for various information whom need today who grown and lived in the 21st century grow into millenial generation where social media and the internet became part of their daily life. So that social media is functioned by two things to them. The first is as a medium to build a social network through provided accounts, and android phone connected to the internet. The second is as a medium of educational information so that they can always access educational information through an account that becomes favorite teenagers

    Progress of a nation is determined by quality of education of nation itself. There are several factors that affect the quality of education such as the subject of educators, materials and supporting facilities. One of the basic educational institutions that contribute to the quality of education this country is educational institutions in community starting from Kindergarten school. Kindergarten al-Qur'an and early childhood of the Qur'an. The educational institution of the Qur'an today is growing very rapidly but on the other hand has not been directly proportional to the quality produced. This study discusses of Qur'anic educational problems preparing the Qur'anic generation seen from the point of view of management and implementation  education of the Qur'an in institution. The results of this study indicate that the educational institutions of al-Qur'an are still experience problems in the management such as the responsibility of managers, the managerial capability of the unit head, and the ability to provide supporting facilities, in the implementation of learning, there are many educational institutions that do not match the ratio of the number of teachers with one study group on the other hand, the quality of teachers are still low and the ability of teachers transfer knowledge to students

    Indonesian nation experienced a very complex problem. It realized that the powerlessness of education has potential to create a problem that is simple. Education has a very strategic role as a means of human resources and human investment. In the concept of humanist religious education, religion can’t be separated and become a unity of integrity. The Qur'an used four terms to refer to humans, namely are; Bashar, Al-nas, Bani adam, and Al-insan. In the practical level, humanistic religious education has three main objectives that are; quality of culture, autonomous and critical thinking, and authentic personality and has 5 strategies in implementation: there are a balanced combination between approach and objectives, a balance between orientation and information, educational climate or supportive academic culture, a conspicuous and characteristic curriculum, and a good relationship and communication in education

    Education produced quality generations, whether formal or informal. The mandate of Law No. 20 of 2003 states that Education was a conscious and planned effort to create an atmosphere of learning and learning process so that learners actively develop their potential to have strength spiritual, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble character, and skills which is needed them and society. The author analyse there was a gap in the process of applying the curriculum. Keep in mind the geographical, cultural and access in different regions of Indonesia, it becomes an obstacle in the education service. The results obtained that students' understanding of school.  The subject matter was weak. At the moment the teacher's role was only as a symbol that  carried out teaching assignments in the classroom, without evaluating whether his or her students can understand what has been said? Teachers were only trying to live out what the government has set, but those who accepted the risks are scholars as receiving education

    The islamic boarding education forming of dormitory formed community under the leadership of Kyai, assisted by anyone or several ustadz (teachers) who lived area of Santri, and Mosques or Surau are as the center of education and worship, a study room as a means of teaching and learning activities as well as cottage as the residence of the santri. Educational activities are organized according to the Pesantren's rules and  based on the principle of religion. In the era of reformation, openness and globalization, in order to maintain the quality of pesantren output, it was imperative that the leadership of Pesantren should be prioritized professionalism so that the implementation of pesantren education which leaded to quality assurance of graduates was always maintained, and throughout the period expected Pesantren continue to be able to produce a generation that can  be existed acting in various life of society

    This research was carried out at schools in Salafiyah Syafi’iyah Boarding School Situbondo with the population of 648 teachers, while the sample of 87 teachers used in this study. This research is a quantitative research, using multiple regression approach by SPSS 16 for windows. The results of this study are (1) Effect of teacher motivation (X1) on teacher performance (Y) obtained Fcalculate 4.906 and sig. (p) 0.029. That p value less than significance value a = 0,05 on the degree of freedom (df) = N – 2 = 87 – 2 = 85, table value on p value 95% (5% significance) is 1,697; (2) Effect of teacher competency (X2) on teacher performance (Y) obtained Fcalculate 1,118 and sig. (p) 0.000. Based on the probability value of X1 : p = 0,000 because of p < 0.05 so that Ho is rejected. It means that teacher motivation is affect on teacher performance. Based on the probability value of X2 : p = 0,032 because of p <0.05 so that Ho is rejected. This also means that teacher competency is affect on teacher performance

    Global competition is very tight and makes issues about quality has become a serious studies and discussions among thinkers, practitioners, corporate managers, and education managers. Similarly, what happens in the middle of education in the Islamic boarding school environment. This study focused on the study, How Leadership Principals in the process of the implementation of TQM and how the stages of the learning process undertaken in improving the professionalism of teachers in SMA Ibrahimy Sukorejo Situbondo. This research uses descriptive qualitative research approach because this research is produce the theory in the field and direct researchers come to see the condition of learning. The results of this study describe improvements made by the principal starting from self, building relationships and networking, building the same comitem in the organization, creating a joint control and evaluation system, promoting mutual interest and developing gradual and sustainable quality. As for the improvement of professional teachers starting recruitment, personality development and evaluate the process of teaching and learning activities (KBM)

    The success in the development of national education sector needs to be supported by the various components and elements that exist in the education system. One of the most important elements in the education system is the availability of qualified human resources. Organizationally, the factor of human resources has a strategically important position in addition to other educational factors. This study, focused on the development strategy of the quality of teacher resources, using a qualitative approach.     Pesantren is as educational institution has Tafaqquh fi Al-din- oriented has been long known as an educational Institution whose main purpose form of moral. In the process of transmission can’t be denied the role of ustadz in learning process, both in side and outside classroom. The process of transformation and modernization are all lines require the figure of ustadz in Pesantren to make accommodation, concessions for the transformation of education and learning system in pesantren. Pesantren is as part of the nation's community and also inseparable from the influences of ongoing National dynamics today. It is caught in a wave of globalization with all its positive and negative values. Similarly, ustadz of pesantren which also certainly,  cannot be separated from the transformation so that there is a shift in identity representation in the form of mental or language representation. Based on the results of the research was found the figure of ustadz in the framework of accommodation and concessions transformed the representation of identity both   as the teacher represented in school such as personality competence competition, social, professional competence, organizational culture skills, both in oral, written form, and personal branding abilities

    The purpose of this study is to find out empirical evidence of the relationship between skills for success and academic achievement of Islamic Senior High School students in Situbondo regency. Data were collected with self-discipline scale, self-efficacy scale, need for achievement scale, self-control ability scale, time management skill scale, problem solving skill scale and scores of mathematics, physics, chemistry and biology which analyzed by Spearman correlation. The sample was obtained by using multistage random sampling technique. The results of studies from various literatures conclude that self-discipline, self efficacy, need for achievement, self-control ability, time management skills, and problem solving skills have a significant positive relationship with students’ achievement. And from the findings that will be obtained, there is one factor from the six factors that contribute greatly to the students’ academic achievement, so that factor will need to get attention especially from the teachers
