Get PDF本論文は，カナダ・ブリティッシュコロンビア州（以下 BC 州とする）での高齢者の権利擁護活動を展開する NPO 法人である，B.C.CEAS の活動（The British ColumbiaCoalition to Eliminate Abuse of Seniors (1)）を主な調査対象として論考を進めたものである。調査対象として選定した理由として，米国著書「ELDER MISTREATMENT (2) 」にこの団体の紹介が掲載されていたことが契機である。特に，当活動法人が高齢者への経済的虐待に焦点をあて，「成人後見法（Adult Guardian Ship Act ） (3) 」及び「代理権委任法（Power of Attorney Act） (4) 」に関する課題などにも触れ，コミュニティーのシニア層へ向けて啓発活動および，救済活動を行っていた。これまで，当法人より提供を受けた啓発教材の翻訳を実施 (5) し，著書として執筆したものを補完する意味で，本論文の着手を行った。本論文では，「成人後見法（Adult Guardian Ship Act）」及び「代理権委任法（Powerof Attorney Act）の概要について触れながら，わが国との違いや，共通点などについて触れている。また，BC 州が広く意識啓発をすると同時に，法律相談やフリーダイヤルなどへのアクセスも整備している状況が判明した。高齢者虐待予防Adult Guardian Ship ActPower of Attorney ActBCCEAS
Third Report of Exploratory Research on Smartphone Addiction Tendency among University Students : An Examination of Causal Models for Specifying Determinants of Consciousness of Dependence and Self-Reported Using Time
Get PDFDifferences on smartphone addiction tendency of university students between 1st and 4th graders, and between those who had started using smartphones by middle school days（started-earlier users ）and who started after high school days （started-later users）were examined by structural equation modeling. 484 participants answered a self-report questionnaire including Young20 plus 9 items for smartphone use and items for consciousness of dependence and using time. The factor analysis on the scores of items for addiction tendency brought 4 types of addiction tendency score: each composed of the sum score for the items corresponding to each abstracted factor （“uncontrolled using”, “absorption to smartphone world”, “using while other action ”, “necessity of life”）. For each sample, 5 types of causal model and the derivatives with 4 types of addiction tendency score as exogenous variables, and consciousness of dependency score and/or self-reported score of using time as endogenous variables were examined. The adopted models for 1st graders and started-earlier users tell that high level of consciousness of dependency may lead to high self-reported score of using time, high self-repor ted score of using time may result in low level of consciousness of dependency, and self-reported score of using time has almost no factor to influence itself strongly. A Study on Information Education at Universities in COVID-19 pandemic : From the Perspective of Remote Class
Get PDF小論の目的は，コロナ禍での日本の大学における情報教育について，遠隔授業，オンライン授業の視点から考察を行うことにある。コロナ禍における情報教育と遠隔授業に関する研究を整理し，今後の実践研究に関する検討を行った。先行研究を概観したところ，「初年次情報教育」「統計学に関するオンデマンド授業の課題」「プログラミングに関するオンデマンド授業の課題」「モチベーション」「オンライン会議システム，PC環境」「TA，教育支援員」「コンピュータサイエンスアンプラグドの実践と試験の遠隔実施」「ピクトグラミングと情報デザイン」に関する分析を確認することができた。今後の実践研究として，「ハイフレックス型」「ブレンド型」「分散型」といった遠隔授業の方法と，情報教育の目的や内容，教育手法との様々な組み合わせによる実践とその分析が必要であること等を指摘した。情報教育遠隔授業オンライン授業ハイブリッドハイフレック

Get PDF1949 年10 月の中華人民共和国の成立以来，中国では社会学の教育と研究は漸次調整され，禁止され，タブーになっていった。しかし1956 年5 月-57 年6 月の百花斉放・百家争鳴期に，民国期に社会学に携わった少なくない社会学者から社会学の復活の提言があったが，それも1 年余りのことであり，1957 年6 月の反右派闘争以後，1979 年3 月まで中国では社会学が途絶えた。この小論は，百花斉放・百家争鳴期の社会学者の発言が反右派闘争でどのように批判されたかをみたものである。その批判の要点は，社会学の復活を提言する人びとに対して反共産党，反社会主義，反人民，反マルクス＝レーニン主義だとしたことである。社会学の教育・研究の廃止および禁止はもとより，百花斉放・百家争鳴の提唱，それに続く反右派闘争もすべて党の政策次第であったという事実をこの小論において資料に基づいて明らかにできた。百花斉放・百家争鳴期の社会学者の発言である費孝通の「社会学のために語る」（1957），「『争鳴』月刊が開催した座談会での費孝通の発言」（1957），呉景超の「新中国で社会学の地位はまだあるのか」（1957），「民主党派の提案のレベルを高めよう」（1957）については，すでに訳出しているので参照願いたい（1）。なお，この小論は規定の紙幅を超えるため分割掲載することとし，この論集の次号75 号（2022 年9 月刊行予定）に「百花斉放・百家争鳴期の社会学者の発言に対する反右派闘争での批判（2）」として掲載予定である。中国社会学史百花斉放百家争鳴反右派闘争ブルジョア社会
