An Examination of Psychological Factors Affecting the Desire to Be Slim in High School Students
Get PDF本研究では，高校生における痩身願望に影響を与える心理的要因について，ジェンダー・アイデンティティ及び自己愛的脆弱性が，どのような影響を与えているかを明らかにすることを目的とした。調査は高校生を対象に質問紙調査を実施した。分析の結果，(1)ジェンダー・アイデンティティの「一致一貫的性同一性」が男女ともに，(2)自己愛的脆弱性の「潜在的特権意識」が女子において，(3)自己愛的脆弱性の「承認・賞賛過敏性」が男子において，それぞれ痩身願望に影響を与える心理的要因であることが明らかになった。また，その関連メカニズムは，男女で異なることも明らかになった。これらの関連を検討したところ，ジェンダー・アイデンティティが「理想自己のボディ・イメージ」の形成に影響を与えている可能性があること，自己愛的脆弱性が「理想自己のボディ・イメージ」と「現実自己のボディ・イメージ」との比較を促すことによって，痩身願望に影響を与えている可能性が示唆された。痩身願望ジェンダー・アイデンティティ性同一性自己愛高校
