A Secretary Problem Allows Time-Dependent Stochastic Refusal
Get PDFWe consider as ecretary problem that allows stochastic refusal of applicants. That is, when an offer occurs, the applicant accept, or rejects it with time-dependent probability. In this research, the probability of acceptance is given by a d ecision-making model in job search theory. “The Educational Significance of Nature-Based Activities in Higher Education and Their Potential for Inquiry-Based Learning ： A Case Study of Kanagawa University”
Get PDF本研究は，大学生の野外実習がライフスキルや非認知能力に与える影響を明らかにすることを目的とし，質問紙による量的調査と自由記述・参与観察による質的分析を行った。その結果，野外実習の前後で課題価値の4側面と集中状態（DECS-E）がいずれも有意に向上し，自然環境での体験が主体性や将来意識を高めることが示唆された。質的データからは，豊かな自然の中での非日常的体験が，困難への挑戦や仲間との協働を通じて集中して楽しむ喜びや達成感をもたらし，成長の実感や将来への意欲に結びついていることが確認された。一方で，体験後の振り返りが浅く，深い学びへの導きが不十分であった点は教員側の課題である。今後は，探究的な学びの視点をプログラムに取り入れ，リフレクションの時間を確保し，適切なツールを用いて体験を確実に未来へつなげる教育的支援が求められる。〈研究ノート〉departmental bulletin pape
“Verità” and “realtà” for Antonioni
Get PDF重要な映画監督だったアントニオーニ（Michelangelo Antonioni）にとって"ヴェリタ"もしくは"レアルタ"が何を意味したのかを，認識と表現との両面について論じた。認識の側面について言えば，アントニオーニは外界と内面の両方に認識を向けて，外界の"ヴェリタ""レアルタ"が内面の"ヴェリタ""レアルタ"に影響している状態を分析するのが通例だったが，経歴の過程で，認識がもっぱら外界の"ヴェリタ""レアルタ"だけに向かったり，もっぱら内面の"ヴェリタ""レアルタ"だけに向かったりしたことがある。表現の側面について言えば，アントニオーニが，"ヴェリタ""レアルタ"をそのまま写し撮ることをせず，むしろ構成的に"ヴェリタ""レアルタ"を作りだしていたことが重要である。作品の奥深さは，身近な問題という特殊な"ヴェリタ""レアルタ"を扱うストーリーの背後に一般的問題という"ヴェリタ""レアルタ"が明示や暗示されていたことに由来している。撮影方法や，撮影現場・台本・俳優の扱い方も，すべて構成的リアリズムを実現するためのものだった。This article pays attention to what “verità” and “realtà”（the division of these two concepts is less clear than that of “truth” and “reality”） meant for the important director Michelangelo Antonioni, with reference both to his recognition and to his expression. He generally directed his recognition both to the truth and reality of the outside world and to those of peopleʼs inner consciousness, analysing the influences of the former on the latter. Sometimes in his career, however, his recognition directed itself almost solely either to the truth and reality of the outside world or to those of the mental state. The expression of his films was characterized by the constructed realism. He rarely shot the reality as it was. The profundity of his films derived from the general truth and reality expressed or implied behind the particular truths and realities which he found around him and made films out of. His ways of shooting and of treating locations, scripts, and actors and actresses were all aimed at constructing the reality in the way he wanted.departmental bulletin pape
