IMPLEMENTASI SERTIFIKASI INDONESIAN SUSTAINABLE PALM OIL SYSTEM (ISPO) PADA PETANI KELAPA SAWIT SWADAYA DI KABUPATEN SANGGAU
The increase in the number of smallholders (Independent farmers) in Bonti District faces challenges from limited knowledge about cultivation, optimizing the use of production factors, sustainability in production, and the absence of institutions (farmer groups, cooperatives, and farmer groups combined) so that it becomes a problem in the application of the 4 principles and 20 ISPO criteria. The purpose of this study is to analyze the formation of independent farmer groups within the ISPO certification framework. The research method uses the descriptive approach to analyze institutional conditions based on ISPO criteria also uses fishbone diagrams to find out the main problems and to create solutions. The results of this research show the farmers' institutional principles have not been implemented, while 65.96% of the ISPO criteria have not been implemented and only 34.04% of the ISPO criteria have been implemented by farmers. The absence of farmer groups, data collection, and counseling for independent farmer groups in Upe Village. However, farmers show a good response to the initiation of the farmer groups' formation because there is hope that it will facilitate production inputs and the sale of TBS
KELAYAKAN USAHA BUDIDAYA IKAN NILA DI DESA CIBUNAR KABUPATEN SUMEDANG: SEBUAH ANALISIS KEBERLANJUTAN
Tilapia from small-scale farms has a low level of business sustainability due to high energy and financial investment. This study aims to analyze the business feasibility and sustainability status of tilapia cultivation in Cibunar Village, Sumedang Regency, This study uses a survey method for 100% of the existing population (16 respondents). Business feasibility is determined by calculating the investment feasibility analysis (NPV; IRR; PP and B/C Ratio) and the sustainability status analysis is carried out using the RAPFISH-MDS method. The results showed that the tilapia fishery business was feasible to run as a business seen from the NPV (Net Present Value) of Rp36.297.168; IRR of 27.70%; Net B/C Ratio 1,51; and PP (Payback Period) at 3 years 11 months 24 days, BEP/BEP production (units) of 151,65 kg and BEP (Sales) of Rp 4.549.373,48. The value of the sustainability index of tilapia cultivation based on the ecological dimension is 75,37 (very sustainable); economic dimension 55,27 (sufficiently sustainable); institutional dimension 33,49 (less sustainable); social dimension 46,94 (less sustainable) and technological dimension 13,7 (unsustainable). The sustainability status of tilapia aquaculture in Cibunar Village, Sumedang Regency, in a multidimensional manner is 44,85 (less sustainable)
ANALISIS RANTAI PASOK BUNGA SEDAP MALAM (Polianthes tuberosa) DI KECAMATAN AMBARAWA
The purpose of this research is to find out the description of performance of the supply chain and analyze the marketing channels for Polianthes tuberosa based on margin calculation and marketing efficiency. The research method used was a survey. Respondents consisted of farmers and actors at the flower marketing agency as well as night. Polianthes tuberosa farmers in Baran Village who were respondents as many as 26 and the number of samples of marketing institutions as many as 30 people consisting of market traders, florists and consumers. The data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative based on the supply chain development method in the Asian Productivity Organization (APO). The results of the study show that supply chain performance can be said to be quite good, marked by the fulfillment of demand for Polianthes tuberosa interest to consumers. Clear and directed supply chain goals, good supply chain structure, good supply chain management, sufficient and adequate resources and overall good supply chain performance. There are 3 marketing channels that are already efficient with the value of farmer share in marketing channel I that is 50.19%, marketing channel II which is 50.19% and marketing channel III which is 77.21%
ANALISIS WILLINGNESS TO PAY BERAS ORGANIK AROMATIK “BOTANIK†GAPOKTAN AL-BAROKAH DI KABUPATEN BONDOWOSO
The development of organic rice in Bondowoso has high growth. The superiority of the product makes the selling value of the product not cheap when compared to other rice products. The objectives of the study are (1) to determine the characteristics of aromatic organic rice consumers in Al-Barokah Gapoktan in Bondowoso, (2) the price of consumers willing to pay for aromatic organic rice, (3) the factors that influence consumers' WTP value of aromatic organic rice. Method of determining the area using a purposive method in the Botanic shop. Sampling using incidental sampling technique with a total of 45 respondents. The results show: (1) the characteristics of Botanic aromatic organic rice consumers are the majority of middle-aged men who have a tertiary education level with non-PNS jobs and have an income of> 3,000,000 000 4,000,000 and already have a total dependents of family members of 3 people, (2) willingness to pay Botanic aromatic organic rice products is Rp. 18,133 per 1kg higher when compared to prevailing prices in the shop which is Rp. 17,500 so that means there is a consumer surplus of Rp. 633, and (3) Factors factors that significantly affected the willingness to pay for organic rice in were age, education level, type of work, healthy food concern, and income.

HUBUNGAN KOHESIVITAS DENGAN PARTISIPASI ANGGOTA PADA KELOMPOK TANI TERNAK REJEKI LUMINTU DI KELURAHAN SUMURREJO KECAMATAN GUNUNGPATI KOTA SEMARANG
The cohesiveness and participation of members is one element of the dynamics of the farmer group in the process of achieving goals. The ability of Rejeki Lumintu farmer groups to achieve their goals and to face various conditions are influenced by the level of cohesiveness and member participation. Cohesiveness can be a motivation for members to participate. The aims of this study were to determine the level of cohesiveness and participation of group members, as well as the relationship of cohesiveness to member participation in the Rejeki Lumintu farmer groups. The study was conducted in February 2020 in the Rejeki Lumintu Farmer Group, Gunungpati District. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method by scoring answers to the research instruments which are then analyzed statistically to determine the level of cohesiveness and participation as well as the relationship between the two variables. The results show that the level of cohesiveness and member participation was classified as good with a percentage score of 72.2% and 72.8%. There is a relationship between cohesiveness and member participation with a correlation coefficient of 0.905 which is classified as very strong. The relationship that formed makes group participation will increase when cohesiveness has increased.

OPTIMALISASI USAHATANI SAYUR TUMPANGSARI DI DESA SUKORAMBI KECAMATAN SUKORAMBI KABUPATEN JEMBER
The implementation of intercropping systems is considered by farmers to be able to overcome the problem of low productivity and fluctuations in vegetable prices. The purpose of this study was to determine Combination of intercropping vegetable farming that provides maximum benefits. The determination of the study area was carried out using a purposive method. The sampling technique uses quota sampling. The method of analysis uses linear programming. The results showed that (1) the maximum benefit of the intercropping model 1 was obtained by planting green mustard and spinach, the intercropping model 2 planting green mustard, spinach and kale, the intercropping model 3 planting green mustard, spinach and basil, the intercropping model 4 planting spinach, green mustard, marigolds and basil. (2) Rare production factors are spinach land on intercropping models 1, 2, 3 and 4, basil land on intercropping model 4, ZA fertilizer on intercropping model 1, manure on intercropping models 2, 3 and 4, callicron pesticide on intercropping model 2 and 4 as well as the amnistar top pesticides in intercropping model 3. (3) The highest increase in maximum profit conditions is in the intercropping model 4 by 15.7% and the lowest in the intercropping model 1 by 13.6%
ANALISIS KEANGGOTAAN PETANI DALAM KELOMPOK TANI : STUDI KASUS KELOMPOK PEMBUDIDAYA IKAN “ULAM SARI†DESA KALIKIDANG, SOKARAJA, BANYUMAS
Farmer groups become one of the agricultural institutions that have an important role in agricultural development. This study aims to analyze the effect of turnover, education level, length of business, and landholding on the membership of farmers in farmer groups and to analyze the variable that has the greatest effect on farmer membership. Stratified proportionate random sampling is used to select 34 farmers who join farmer group and 51 farmers who do not join farmer group. Stratification is based on landholding. The method used is logistic regression and Mann Whitney analysis using SPSS. The results show that turnover, education level, and landholding significantly influence farmer’s membership. Landholding has the biggest effect on the membership of farmers in farmer groups.

VALUASI EKONOMI LINGKUNGAN AKIBAT ALIH FUNGSI LAHAN PERTANIAN (Suatu Kasus di Kota Tasikmalaya, Jawa Barat)
Economic growth and urbanization are increasing the demand for land affecting on the numerous conversion agricultural land. The conversion has bad impacts on the deprivation of the environmental service value. Economic valuation methods using WTA and WTP were applied to calculate the environmental service value produced by agricultural land. The purposes of the research are to calculate the environmental services value which is lost due to the impact of the conversion of agricultural land to non-agricultural land. The quantitative method using cluster random sampling technique was applied to analyze 206 respondents included in this research. The multiple linear analysis methods were used as the analytical method. The results show that there is a potential loss of economic value of Rp. 1.236.659.406 per year from environmental services as a reward for farmers who are willing to cultivate agricultural land which is calculated from WTA value and potential loss of WTP of Rp. 278.820.122 per year. Education, experience, land area, and income are the factors that influence the value of WTA in Purbaratu, Tasikmalaya. Furthermore, land area, fertilizer needs, seed requirements, and income are the factors that influence the value of WTP in Purbaratu, Tasikmalaya city.

KEMITRAAN PETANI TEBU RAKYAT MITRA KREDIT DENGAN PG. SEMBORO DI KABUPATEN JEMBER
The partnership is an important solution in agriculture, especially in sugarcane commodities. The ideal partnership is profit and supports each other. But, the partnership process, in general, is inseparable from the existence of asymmetric information. Asymmetric information, also known as “information failure†occurs when one person has greater information than another in economic transactions. Asymmetric information can make low satisfaction with each other. The purpose of the research is to know-how about the satisfaction partnership that occurs between farmers and sugar factories. The last research problem is about the farmers' satisfaction index. It was analyzed by CSI and IPA. The farmer's satisfaction with credits KUR that analyzed by CSI showed 83,90%. It means that the result included in the excellent category. IPA analysis showed the attribute of disbursement of rendemen information and payment time of DO are the priority. CSI value of sugar cane farmers PKBL credit partners is 83.44%. This value is also in a very satisfying category. Based on the Importance and Performance Analysis (IPA) analysis, which includes attributing A (top priority), namely the attribute of credit fund disbursement, yield information and time of DO payment. Farmers' interest in these attributes is high but their implementation is still lacking.

FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PREFERENSI KONSUMEN KEDAI KOPI MODERN DI BONDOWOSO
In the modern era today, coffee consumption lifestyle started to develop and penetrated the community especially in urban areas. The rapid growth of coffee shops in Indonesia, could be seen as well in Bondowoso. The existence of city branding "Bondowoso Coffee Republic" has increasingly encouraged the emergence of modern coffee shops. This study aimed to determine: (1) the characteristics of modern coffee shop consumers in Bondowoso, (2) factors that influenced the preferences of modern coffee shop consumers. Research area was determined intentionally (purposive method), namely the urban area of Bondowoso Regency. The location of the study was conducted at modern coffee shops located in the City. The sampling method used was incidental sampling with a total of 120 respondents in 3 selected modern coffee shops. The results showed that: (1) there were several characteristics of modern coffee shop consumers in urban areas of Bondowoso consisting of male with a percentage of 77.5 percent and female of 22.5 percent, 66.67 percent of consumers had the intensity of drinking coffee as much as 3-4 cups per day, ( 2) formed 4 factors that influenced consumer preferences based on 15 variables, namely brand image, service, coffee and modernity
