PROSPEK PENGEMBANGAN HOME INDUSTRI GETUK PISANG DALAM MENGHADAPI PANDEMI COVID-19: SEBUAH ANALISIS NILAI TAMBAH
The Covid-19 pandemic in 2020 had a bad impact and caused various businesses to experience many declines and even losses. Business actors carry out various ways to survive and save their businesses from bankruptcy. This study aims to determine the added value, income, and development strategy. The method in this study used descriptive and analytical methods. The sampling method in this research is the purposive sampling technique. Analysis of the data used is added value, income analysis, SWOT analysis, and QSPM. The results showed that the Getuk Pisang Home Industry in Kediri Regency during the Covid-19 pandemic in processing bananas into Getuk Pisang products had positive added value. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the income received by the Getuk Pisang Home Industry experienced a very drastic decline when compared to the income before the Covid-19 pandemic. The results of the SWOT analysis show that the position of the Home Industry during the Covid-19 pandemic is in quadrant II, namely the diversification strategy, where companies must use strengths to take advantage of long-term opportunities. The SWOT matrix produces several alternative strategies that will determine the attractiveness of the data on the QSP matrix. The highest TAS (Total Attractive Score) value in the QSP matrix is 7.42, with optimizing internet media to increase sales of Getuk Pisang during the pandemic
BIAYA TRANSAKSI DAN PEMILIHAN SALURAN PEMASARAN KOPI ARABIKA GAYO: STUDI EMPIRIS DI PROVINSI ACEH
This study aims to analyze the effect of transaction costs on the selection of marketing channels by Gayo Arabica coffee farmers in the Central Aceh and Bener Meriah districts. This study uses a transaction cost economics approach (TCE) to explain the choice between cooperatives collectors and exporters' traders. Identification of transaction cost variables that affect marketing channel selection by farmers in Aceh Tengah and Bener Meriah districts using the probit model with E-Views 7.0 software. The results show that the transaction costs that affect the farmers’ decision in choosing marketing channels to collectors from cooperatives in Central Aceh Regency are the amount of time to seek price information and dummy access to prices and prices received by farmers. Meanwhile, in Bener Meriah Regency, transaction costs that affect farmers' decisions in choosing marketing channels to collectors from cooperatives are the price received by farmers, dummy access to credit to traders, and the length of payment from traders. DAMPAK PANDEMI COVID-19 TERHADAP AGROINDUSTRI TEMPE: APAKAH MENURUNKAN PENDAPATAN PRODUSEN?
Covid-19 pandemic on the tempe agroindustry in Ponorogo. The research method uses analytical and comparative methods. Determination of the sample using the purposive sampling method with certain criteria. This research uses paired t-test and income analysis. The results showed that the volume of soybean use in the tempe agroindustries in Ponorogo Regency after the covid-19 pandemic decreased. The paired t-test analysis results showed differences in the volume of soybean use after the covid-19 pandemic. In addition, the average value of income obtained by the tempe agroindustries in the Ponorogo Regency has decreased. There is a significant difference in income before and after the covid-19 pandemic in the tempe agroindustries in Ponorogo Regency
PERSEPSI PETANI TEBU TERHADAP PENERAPAN SISTEM PEMBELIAN TEBU (SPT): STUDI KASUS DI KABUPATEN SITUBONDO
Sugarcane is one of the leading plantation commodities in Situbondo Regency, especially in the Asembagus District. Generally, sugarcane farmers sell sugar cane to sugar factories using a profit-sharing system (SBH). In 2019, the government implemented a new partnership system for sugar cane farmers and sugar factories, namely the sugar cane purchase system (SPT), which will replace the profit-sharing system (SBH). This study aims to determine the perception of sugarcane farmers on implementing the sugarcane purchasing system (SPT) and the factors influencing the perceptions of sugarcane farmers in the Asembagus District. This research method is descriptive-analytic with measurement tools using a Likert scale and data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results showed 1) The perception of sugarcane farmers towards implementing the sugarcane purchasing system (SPT) was expressed by several indicators that cumulatively had a score of 3.777 out of 7.380, where sugarcane farmers perceived that the implementation of the SPT system, in general, had a positive impact. 2) The factors that influence the perception of sugarcane farmers have met the classical assumption test with the factors that significantly influence the length of farming, farmer education, and job diversification. In contrast, the non-significant factors are farmer age, land area, and land status
Strategi Model Bisnis Startup Pupuk Berbasis Inovasi Limbah Ternak dan Cangkang Telur di Kabupaten Jember
The scarcity of fertilizers provides an opportunity for startup businesses to provide alternative organic fertilizers. PTC Organic is one of the pioneering business startups in producing alternative fertilizers that utilize livestock waste as the main ingredient in the form of egg shells, chicken bones, and beef bones that involve a series of processes so that they become available nutrients for plants. The research method used is descriptive-analytic using the Bussiness Model Canvas (BMC) method and SWOT analysis. The objectives of this research are 1) to map out the current PTC Organic business model using BMC, (2) to develop alternative business development strategies using the SWOT method. Internal and external factors include seven aspects of internal factors (Product, Price, Promotion, Business Location, Process, People, and Physical Evidence) and four aspects of external factors (Industrial Competitors, Suppliers, New Entrants, and Buyers). The results obtained are the position of Organic PTC is very profitable, namely in Quadrant I (0.3, 0.22). So anaggressive strategy in creating innovation and product development is necessary for the sustainability of PTC Organic's business
Kepuasan Konsumen Sayuran Hidroponik Di Kota Pontianak: Sebuah Analisis Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)
The growth of hydroponic vegetable businesses in Pontianak City drives producers to compete by improving their quality to keep old consumers and expand to new consumers. The research used a survey method with a sampling technique using non-probability techniques, with the sample taken using a purposive sampling approach. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis methods, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) results explain that the attributes that must improve are the location of sales and sales promotions such as discounts and prizes. The Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) value ranged between 0.66-0.80 by 0.79. The overall attributes of hydroponic vegetables in Pontianak City can be said to have satisfied consumers. Hydroponic vegetable producers in Pontianak City should expand their sales locations and sales promotions. For example, price discounts and bonuses for their hydroponic products. They should also maintain or improve their performance to increase consumer satisfaction with hydroponic vegetables in Pontianak City
Perbandingan Usahatani Bawang Merah Sistem Konvensional Dengan Sistem Automatic Solar Blue Light Trap
There are two types of shallot planting systems in Sudimoro Village: the conventional system and the Automatic solar blue light trap system. The conventional system is planting shallots with the general treatment being to apply only synthetic chemical pesticides, while the Automatic solar blue light trap system is planting shallots by applying synthetic chemical pesticides and applying Automatic solar blue light traps. The purpose of this study was to compare the conventional system of shallot farming and the automatic solar blue light trap application system in Sudimoro Village. The population of this study was all shallot farmers in Sudimoro Village, which amounted to 9 farmers, consisting of 5 conventional farmers and 4 farmers applying Automatic solar blue light traps. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The results of this study can be seen that the value of the R/C ratio of the conventional system is 1.33, while the system applies the Automatic solar blue light trap 3.36. These results indicate that both shallot farming systems are feasible to cultivate. While the value of the B/C ratio for the conventional system is 0.33, while the system applies the Automatic solar blue light trap 2.36, these results indicate that the shallot farming in Sudimoro Village, the conventional system is not feasible to continue, while the system applying the Automatic solar blue light trap is feasible to be continued
ANALISIS NILAI TAMBAH PRODUK OLAHAN SUSU PADA USAHA RUMAH SUSU: PENDEKATAN METODE HAYAMI
Sales of dairy products tend to fluctuate during the covid-19 pandemic. This condition affects income. This study aims to (1) find out the dairy products, (2) find out the income of dairy products, (3) find out the added value of dairy products, (4) know the risk of income from dairy products. The research sample was selected using a purposive method. This research uses descriptive analysis, Hayami method added value analysis, and coefficient of variation. The results showed that (1) the products produced by the dairy house were pasteurized milk, fresh milk, and ice cream; (2) dairy products provide positive income; (3) the added value of dairy products provides positive added value to the dairy house because of the added value; (4) profitable dairy production activities. To increase the income of dairy houses during the pandemic, it is necessary to diversify other dairy products, such as making yogurt and milk crackers
ANALISIS PENGEMBANGAN KOMBUCHA CASCARA PADA UD. MATT COFFEE DENGAN PENDEKATAN TRIPLE LAYERED BUSINESS MODEL CANVAS
Kombucha cascara is a cascara innovation product at UD Matt Coffee was produced starting in 2018 as a new product, so a sustainable business model is needed. The objectivers of this study are to (1) make kombucha cascara business mapping at UD Matt Coffee with TLBMC approach and (2) determine the decision making on TLBMC kombucha cascara elements using Plus Minus Implication Analysis (PMIA) method. The method of determining research area using purposive method at UD Matt Coffee in Sukorejo Village, Sumber Wringin District, Bondowoso Regency. The method of determining the sample used was purposive sampling based on the specified criteria. The data analysis used was TLBMC and PMIA. The result showed that (1) The mapping business model of the kombucha cascara at UD Matt Coffee with TLBMC approach can be described as a whole in three integrated layers, such as economic layer, environmental layer, and social layer. (2) Decision making on TLBMC kombucha cascara elements using the PMIA method gives a total PMIA score in sequence started from higher to the lowes score, such as environmental layer +41, economic layer +38, and social layer +37, shows that UD Matt Coffee’s current decision making in development of kombucha cascara is appropriate and feasible to continue because it has paid attention to all elements in the economic, enviromental, and social layers which is sustainability oriented
SISTEM PENGUSAHAAN USAHATANI SEMANGKA DI LAHAN PASIR : APAKAH MENGUNTUNGKAN?
Agricultural land in the agriculture sector has decreased. One alternative that can be done is to expand the agriculture area to marginal land, namely coastal sand land. One of the commodities that can be cultivated in sandy land is watermelon. This study aims to determine the cultivation system, farmers' income, cost efficiency, and factors that affect the income of watermelon farming in the sandy land of Paseban Village. This research method was descriptive-analytic with data analysis use analysis of income, cost efficiency, and multiple linear regression. The results showed that 1) The watermelon farming system consists of upstream subsystems, watermelon farming, and downstream subsystems, but the watermelon farming systems are not supporting by supporting institutions. 2) Based on calculations from analysis of income and efficiency, the results of watermelon farming in the sand land are detrimental within an average farmer's income of -Rp671,116.47 and an efficiency level of 0.9709. 3) The factors that affect watermelon farming have fulfilled the classical assumption test with the result that 93.3% of the tested factors affecting farmer's income. The factors that have a significant effect are selling price, labor, and production, while the insignificant factors are fertilizers, pesticides, and land area
