ANALISIS EKONOMI DAN PENGEMBANGAN AGROINDUSTRI SUSU KEDELAI BERBAGAI SKALA USAHA DI WILAYAH KABUPATEN JEMBER
Soy milk agroindustry is one of soy commodity processing with the aim to get added value by processingsoy milk product. This research aimed to determine: (1) the soy raw material stock, (2) the soy milk agroindustry income, (3) the efficiency of soy milk agroindustry production cost, (4) the value added of soy milk agroindustry, and (5) the development prospect of soy milk agroindustry. Research method used is descriptive and analysis methods. The sampling method using purposive sampling method. The result of this study showed that (1) the soy milk agroindustry have a total raw material cost which was bigger than EOQ total cost. (2) The income of soy milk agroindustry for home scale was Rp 15.987,95; Rp167.748,31 for small scale; and Rp 1.909.549,09 for medium scale industry.(3) The soy milk agroindustry production cost were efficient. (4) the value added of soy milk agroindustry in various scale are have been able to give the positive values.(5) the SWOT analysis result of soy milk agroindustry in Jember area showed that the industry were in white area (strengths - opportunities) which showed the industry have a prospect to be developed.Keywords : Soy milk Agroindustry, raw material stock , income, efficiency, Value added, SWO
KARAKTERISTIK PETANI PADI PROVINSI RIAU DENGAN ANALISIS CLUSTER DAN BIPLOT
This research serves the purpose to analyze the characteristics profile of rice farmers using subsidized fertilizer with cluster and biplot analysis. By knowing the cluster characteristics we hope it can simplify in deciding subsidized fertilizer implementation policy in the effort of raising production value and farmer’s income. The sampling method used is purposive sampling where respondents is chosen by the researcher’s consideration which is rice farmer’s that have received subsidized fertilizers taken in seven Regency in Riau Province. Data analysis method used is cluster analysis and biplot analysis. The results of Rice Farmer’s Characteristic Profile Research of Riau Province can be grouped into 3 groups, the first group consists of Rokan Hulu, Kampar and Indragiri Hulu, the second group is Rokan Hikir Regency and the third group are Siak, Kuantan Singingi and Indragiri Hilir. Furthermore Based on Characteristics of implementation of subsidized fertilizers policy, gained by 4 groups that formed, first group, consists of Rokan Hulu, Rokan Hilir, Indragiri Hilir. The second group only consists of Kampar Regency, the third group consists of Indragiri Hulu and Siak, and the fourth group only consists of Kuantan Singingi Regency. Kuantan Singingi Regency is the most succesful in implementing subsidized fertilizers policy of Riau Province, for rice farmers. KEARIFAN LOKAL DALAM PENGELOLAAN SUMBERDAYA ALAM HUTAN DAN EKOSISTEM (SDHAE) PADA MASYARAKAT DESA PENYANGGA TAMAN NASIONAL MERU BETIRI
This research aims to dig the potentials of each areas based on their local wisdom (resources, knowledge, culture and process) in the areas of villagers of buffer villages at Meru Betiri National Park. The research uses qualitative approach and purposive random sampling is used to determine research location. The locations chosen are buffer villages within the area of Meru Betiri National Park. The activity is conducted in all section of Meru Betiri National Park: Area Section I Sorongan (Rajegwesi), Area Section II Sorongan (Rajegwesi), Area Section II Ambulu (Curahnongko) and Area Section III Kalibaru (Kebunrejo). Data collection is conducted through rapid appraisal methods. The methods used in the researchs consisted of: indepth interview, field observation, and FGD (focus discussion group) thus various data collection technique are used (triangulation technique). Data analysis method collected through indepth interview and observation is using interactive data analysis from Miles and Huberman (1992). The conclusion of the research is that local wisdom owned by villagers of buffer villages in terms of local culture is varied. It is especially indicated in their value system of local culture. The local knowledge is relatively good in which there are technological use adjusted with the management of natural result. Local process in terms of gotong royong (mutual cooperation) and discussion still exists; however, it needs to be maintained for the sustainability of SDAHE management at Meru Betiri National Park. KEMITRAAN PT EAST WEST SEED INDONESIA DENGAN PETANI DALAM USAHATANI BENIH WALUH DI DESA TEGALREJO KECAMATAN TEGALSARI KABUPATEN BANYUWANGI
Pumpkin is a horticulture plant that can be used as economic source of income for the people of Indonesia. Pumpkin is a commodity that has a high economic value since the pulp, leaves and seeds can be used as an economic resource. In some areas pumpkin becomes a main source of income. One of the places that develop pumpkin plant is Tegalrejo Tegalsari Banyuwangi in partnership with PT East West Seed Indonesia to produce seeds of pumpkin which aims to improve their income.The study is conducted in Tegalrejo Tegalsari Banyuwangi intentionally (purposive method). Sampling method is using simple random sampling method (simple random sampling) by respondents 36 people. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Methods of analysis is using descriptive analysis, scoring analysis, revenue analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.The results shows that (1) partnerships pattern undertaken by pumpkin seed farmers with PT East West Seed Indonesia is subcontracting partnership with seeing obedience both sides declared a success or a win-win solution. (2) The level of motivation of type LA003 pumpkin seeds farmers in Tegalrejo Tegalsari Banyuwangi in partnership is hight with a score of motivation (83%). (3) The average income per hectare pumpkin seed farm is Rp 16.665 130,56 and the value indicates an advantage for farmers. (4) factors affecting pumpkin seeds farm income are significant at the level of 95% is the cost of fertilizer, the cost of TK, the amount of production, and that is significant at the level of 90% is the cost of fertilizer, the cost of TK, land area, the amount of production and age of farmers, whereas no significant effect is the cost of drugs, long-standing partner, and the level of motivation. PERILAKU EKONOMI RUMAH TANGGA PETANI LAHAN KERING DI KABUPATEN KARANGANYAR
In 2012, the upland area in Karanganyar Districtreached 45.11% of agricultural land. The farmer problems are technical (erosion, soil fertility, water availability) and economic (fluctuation of production, pricing and income). They take off farm acivity in order to increase household income.The main objective of the study is to determine (1) farming cost andincome, (2) the diversity and contribution of off farm activity, (3) household income (4) consumption and investment of upland farm household.Based on altitude and proportion of upland area, the study was carried out in Jatiyoso. Respondent of 60 farmers was drawn randomly from Wonorejo village. The methods is descriptively analysis were applied to explain economic behavior of upland farm households. In average, the cost of upland farm is Rp 4.9120.720 and income Rp 13.716.773 in a year. Contribution of off farm activity (45,92%) more than upland farming (37,47%). Excess income are prioritized for investment to buy land and livestock. Food consumption from production itself reaches15,55 %. Non-food consumption especially to improve human quality in education and health.

HUBUNGAN KARAKTERISTIK WIRAUSAHA DENGAN KOMPETENSI KEWIRAUSAHAAN PETERNAK SAPI PERAH DI KABUPATEN BOGOR
Entrepreneurship has a positive relationship with economic growth in a country since its role in the economic growth which absorbs local resources and creates jobs. Livestock subsector is one of parts of agricultural sector which has good opportunity to be developed because the national market demand of milk product is still high. Bogor Regency is one area in West Java which has dairy cow industry. Nevertheless, dairy farmers in Bogor have not been optimally developed the potential opportunities in dairy farm business through entrepreneurial activities. This study aims to (1) analyse the entrepreneurial characteristics and entrepreneurial competences of dairy farmers, (2) analyse the relationship between entrepreneurial characteristics and entrepreneurial competences. The research objectives were analysed using descriptive qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis with Kendall Tau test. The result shows that the level of entrepreneurial characteristic and entrepreneurial competences of dairy farmers are low. The entrepreneurial characteristics and entrepreneurial competences also has a positive strong adequate relationship. It shows that to increase entrepreneurial competences of dairy farmers, entrepreneurial characteristics are also should bedeveloped. The government role is needed in increasing materials in training for dairy farmers to increase entrepreneurial competences and government policy to set a good milk price is also needed to give a better incentive for dairy farmers. PROSPEK PENGEMBANGAN KOMODITAS KOPI ROBUSTA DI PT. KALIPUTIH KECAMATAN LEDOKOMBO KABUPATEN JEMBER
One of private plantation in Jember is PT. Kaliputih located in Ledokombo that founded since 1966. The Activity conducted by PT. Kaliputih cannot be separated by many problem faced, namely: the weather conditions and uncertain climate, the high fluctuation of the price of coffee, low crop production under normal potency, harvest and post-harvest processing which is less than the maximum. This study aimed (1) to determine the trend of coffee logs production from 2014 to 2024 at PT. Kaliputih Ledokombo Jember, (2) to determine the factors that affect the level of income of ose coffee at PT. Kaliputih Ledokombo Jember, (3) to determine the prospects of development of robusta coffee at PT. Kaliputih Ledokombo Jember. Method of determining the area of research is conducted on purpose (purposive method). The research method used is descriptive, analytic, and correlational. The data collection method in this study using interviews and literature. Data analysis of production trends, multiple linear regression, and SWOT. The results showed that (1) the trend in production period 2014-2024 increased by 5193.28 kg , (2) the factors that significantly affect the earnings of coffee ose at PT. Kaliputih is the amount of production and the selling price, (3) prospects for the development of robusta coffee at PT. Kaliputih is on the position prospective.

STRATEGI PENINGKATAN KETAHANAN PANGAN DI KABUPATEN SITUBONDO
Food endurance is the main priority in the development. Situbondo District is one of horseshoe areas where the food shortages were rarely happening. Thus, it is necessary to improve food endurance in Situbondo District. This study was aimed to find out the external and internal factors influencing the improvement of food endurance in Situbondo District and to investigate the strategies to improve food endurance in Situbondo District. This was observational research study employing descriptive analysis technique, as well as, using SWOT analysis to formulate the strategies to improve food endurance n Situbondo District. The sampling technique was done by purposive sampling. The data were collected both from three key informants and related institutions. Then, the data were proceed and analyzed through three steps which were evaluation of external factor, evaluation of internal factor, and SWOT analysis. The findings showed that: 1) The analysis of external and internal factors was on the quadrant of II with its recommended strategy was diversification strategy (it was located in the right position but it still faced various obstacles coming from external environment), 2) Some f the strategies were improving human resources of governmental apparatus in supporting the technology application of local food process; constructing several integrated food policies together with the local government as the main role in an effort to control the price of main needs, as well as the other conditions influencing the instability of the three sub-systems of food endurance; and embracing the organizations supporting the socialization of the technology of local food development. PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL TERHADAP KEMANDIRIAN GAPOKTAN
This study was conducted to assess the effect of the transformational leadership toward Gapoktan independence. This study is a descriptive research, which is a type of research that aims to describe something. The analysis in this study is done by combining the quantitative approach that is supported by qualitative approach.The results showed that there are significant effect of transformational leadership against the Gapoktan independence. It is based on statistical tests were performed with simple linear regression. The above results confirm the contribution of the transformational leadership in support for Gapoktan independence realization. The implication is the extent to which the leader can actualize values in transformational leadership, then it will have an impact on the realization of Gapoktan independence. KERAGAAN INDUSTRI PANGAN OLAHAN BERBASIS TEPUNG UBI KAYU DI KABUPATEN MALANG DAN TRENGGALEK
The study aims to determine the performance of processed food industry based on cassava flour viewed from its characteristics which cover business orientation, growth process, business development, production process, technology, and efforts to fulfilling the resources; as well as the development strategy. The study was conducted in district of Malang and Trenggalek, were selected intentionally (purposive sampling).The industry based on cassava flavour is determined by Data Based Triangulation. The research sample is determined by Snowball Sampling. The results showed that the processed food industry based on cassava flour which is growing in Malang and Trenggalek is mocaf cracker industry and mocaf sticks. The industry characteristics are: product-oriented, process grows on the basis of excess commodities that are not optimally used, have the capital, has the experience, and have confidence in the ability to take advantage of these commodities; business development is indicated by the growth of the asset; production process is easy and quick; simple technology; and the easy supply of resources. On the basis of the identification of 11 driver factors and 13 inhibiting factors, the development strategy are to optimize the utilization of local producers of cassava flour that involving the government, businesses, local communities, organizations and local institutions to develop the processed food industry based on cassava flour.
