ANALISIS NILAI TAMBAH KELAPA DI KECAMATAN PATILANGGIO KABUPATEN POHUWATO PROVINSI GORONTALO
One of the coconut producing areas in Gorontalo Province is Pohuwato District. Subdistrict Patilanggio is one of subdistrict in Pohuwato District that has a high enough production. Coconut plants are still be the main plant in this area. The purpose of this research is to know coconut productivity and value added obtained by farmers (from the processing of coconuts into copra). Data analysis used is analysis of productivity calculation and value added analysis of coconut with hayami method. The study was conducted in Patilanggio Subdistrict by selecting 3 (three) villages with the most farmers, namely: Manawa Village, Suka Makmur Village, and Dulomo Village. The results obtained, namely: 1) Productivity of coconut in District Patilanggio based on results if data obtained 1.7 tons / ha. 2). The added value obtained from processing coconut into copra is Rp. 1,547,46 / kg with added value ratio obtained for 55,57%. This means if the value of the product by 1 unit increases the added value obtained at 0.5557 units. An added value ratio of more than 50% is said to be high. It means that the processing of coconut into copra has high added value
STRUKTUR PASAR DAN ANALISIS KEUNTUNGAN KOPI ARABICA RAKYAT DI KECAMATAN SUMBER WRINGIN BONDOWOSO
Arabica coffee production in District Sumberwringin 2011 reached 6.08 tonnes with a productivity of 0.17 tonnes / ha. Total production and productivity is the largest number compared with other sub-districts in the regency, This study aims to: (1) find out the factors influencing the income of coffee farmers, (2) Proving the market structure formed at the level of smallholder coffee farmers is oligopsoni. Locations were selected in District Sumberwringin because it is a major production center or people's coffee-producing regency. The sampling technique using snowball sampling. The total number of samples are 30 people arabica coffee grower and 30 people robusta coffee grower. The analysis are linear regression and the concentration ratio (CR).The result in arabica coffee: the cost of drugs and labor costs have a significant effect on income, while the area of ​​land and the cost of fertilizer have no significant effect on income. The result in robusta coffee: land area and labor cost have real effect to income, while fertilizer cost and drug cost have no significant effect to income. By calculating the value of CR found more than 80 percent that the structure of the coffee market in the District Sumberwringin monopsony or oligopsony heavy concentration
FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MENDASARI MASYARAKAT SEKITAR TAMAN NASIONAL MERU BETIRI MENGAMBIL RAFFLESIA Zollingeriana Kds.
Rafflesia zollingeriana Kds. is the only endemic Rafflesia species in Meru Betiri National Park. The threatened status is on endangered. But, the people who resident in around of forest belief this plant have a savour in health as traditional medicine and threatened by theft. The purpose of the research is to knows a). Perceptions of the community around Meru Betiri National Park to Rafflesia zollingeriana Kds. b). Affecting factor the community take Rafflesia zollingeriana Kds. in Meru Betiri National Park area. and c). Actors involved in the activities of the Rafflesia zollingeriana Kds. This research did at Bandealit and Wonosari resort by qualitative method. The results showed that the perception of society is divided into two: economic and social aspects. On the economic aspect, people consider that this plant has a high selling value and can help increase revenue. Based on the social aspect, the daily life of the community around the area is so close from the forest. The main factor that affecting the people around Meru Betiri National Park takes Rafflesia zollingeriana kds. is a factor of economic necessity and social life. Supporting factors is couses the low knowledge of conservation efforts, Low educational, and cultural factors of society who still use traditional medicine as an alternative treatment. ANALISIS DINAMIKA KELOMPOK SENTRA PENYULUHAN KEHUTANAN DAN PEDESAAN MANGGA DELIMA TAMAN NASIONAL KARIMUNJAWA
Comprehensive development is a management process combined with the socio-economic aspects of the community, especially in the buffer zone of the National Park area. The community can play a role in extension activities through Forestry and Rural Extension Center (SPKP) in order to encourage productivity’s enhancement and community’s autonomy through various productive activities undertaken. The research objectives are (1) identify individual characteristics, and (2) analyze the dynamics of SPKP Mangga Delima Karimunjawa National Park group. The research used census method in SPKP Mangga Delima, Kemujan village, Karimunjawa distrcts. The research used census method in SPKP Mangga Delima, Kemujan village, Karimunjawa districts. There were 16 respondents that are members of the group. Data analysis used frequency distribution and description. The findings of individual characteristic are mostly (56,25%) middle adult age (36-50 years old), formal education less than 9 years (62,50%), less good cosmopolitan (56,25%) participate in decision making (87,50%), and join member less than 5 years (62,50%). The findings for the dynamics of the group are most respondents consider the group objectives are good enough (50%) and good (50%), the group structure is good enough (56.25%), the group task function is good (81.25%), the coaching and group development is good enough (81.25%), the group cohesiveness is good (62.5%), the group atmosphere is good (56.25%), the group tension is good enough (50%) and good (50%), the group effectiveness is good enough (50%)
DINAMIKA KELOMPOK DAN TINGKAT ADOPSI PENGELOLAAN TANAMAN TERPADU (PTT) PADI PADA KELOMPOK TANI DI DESA ARJASA KECAMATAN ARJASA KABUPATEN JEMBER
Food crops, especially rice, are the main crops cultivated by most Indonesian farmers. One of the strategies taken by the government to increase rice production in Indonesia is through Integrated Crop Management Field School (ICMFS) program. The success of the development program can be seen from the approach within the group. Farmer groups have a strategic position in realizing the application of integrated cultivation, therefore every farmer has different adoption level in applying ICM. The purpose of this study is to: (1) the dynamics of groups in farmer groups in Arjasa, (2) the adoption of Integrated Crop Management of rice at farmer group at in Arjasa, (3) the relationship between socio-economic factors with the adoption ICM of rice in Arjasa. Determination of research area using Purposive Method. The method used in this research is descriptive and correlation. Sampling method using Purposive Sampling and Proporsinate Random Sampling. Methods of data collection using structured interviews, observation, document. Analyzer used is Likert scale and Rank Spearman correlation. The results showed: (1) the dynamics of farmer groups in Arjasa as a whole is dynamic. (2) the adoption of Integrated Crop Management (ICM) of rice in the farmer group in Arjasa as a whole is high (3) there is a significant correlation between age factor and experience with ICM adoption. DINAMIKA PERKEMBANGAN HARGA KOMODITAS CABAI MERAH (Capsicum annuum L) DI KABUPATEN JEMBER: Dynamic Of Development Red Chili (Capsicum annuum L) Price in Jember Regency
Red chili prices in the market tend fluctuate over time. Development of red chilli in centers production included at Jember Regency continue to be made, but production still fluctuate and have not been able to meet market demand. Condition fluctuation production with uncertainty price needs to corrected immediately. Information of price and production need as solution to cope with fluctuation of red chili price. The research method used analytical descriptive method. Location chosen by purposive method at Jember Regency. The research used secondary time series data 2012 until 2016. Analytical tools used probability analysis and plot, trend analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis with double log model. The results showed that (1) production and prices red chili fluctuate every quarterly. The highest red chili price at farmers and consumers level occurred in the fourth quarter and the lowest in the second quarter. Red chili highest production in fourth quarter and lowest in first quarter. (2) Trend production and prices of red chili on 2017 until 2018 fluctuated and increased. (3) Factors that significantly affect of red chili supply are red chili production in previous month and harvested area

This study aimed to learn about, (1) Supply Chain, (2) Economic Order Quantity; Lead time ordering; Reorder point of soybean at an agroindustrial tempe. The results showed that: (1) Supply chain on agroindustrial tempe in Jember showed a different pattern: (a) The Supplier of soybean - agroindustrial tempe - outlets - consumer (agroindustrial tempe “Makmurâ€, “Rizqyâ€) (b) The Supplier of soybean - agroindustrial tempe - consumer (agroindustrial tempe “Makmurâ€, “Sumber Masâ€, “Pratamaâ€, “Rizqyâ€, and “UD.Rahayuâ€) (2) EOQ (Economic Order Quanttity) on agroindustrial tempe in Jember indicates of non economic result, because the total ordering cost is not equal to the total ordering cost; Lead time on Agroindustry of tempe in Jember is 0,02 day (agroindustrial tempe “Makmurâ€), 0,25 day (agroindustrial tempe “Sumber Masâ€), 0,02 day (agroindustrial tempe “Pratamaâ€), 0,04 day (agroindustrial tempe “Rizqyâ€), and 0,04 day (agroindustrial tempe “UD. AKSES, FUNGSI, DAN POLA PENGGUNAAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI DAN KOMUNIKASI (TIK) OLEH PETANI PADA KAWASAN PERTANIAN KOMERSIAL DI KABUPATEN BANTUL: ACCESS, FUNCTIONS, AND USE PATTERN OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY (ICT) IN COMMERCIAL AREA IN BANTUL REGENCY
Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) has been considered play an important role for supporting the need of new information and innovation for farmers. Extension and communication based ICTs in developing countries can be used for wider scope of activities including information related to various farming operations. This research discusses a new trend of emergence of ICTs in Bantul Regency for supporting daily life activities of farmer including agricultural activities. Research method of study was descriptive method. In general, farmers have been using television and radio with function for getting information, entertaining, and education. However, hand phone and smart phone to some extent have emerged as additional and important alternative media for farmer. The use of internet via smartphone has newly started to be utilized among farmer in Bantul Regency. Information on agriculture which accessed by farmers was still dominated by production aspect and marketing
ANALISIS EFISIENSI PEMASARAN BAGLOG DAN JAMUR TIRAM PUTIH PADA UD AROMA JAMUR DI KABUPATEN LUMAJANG: The Efficiency of Marketing Analysis Baglog and White Oyster Mushrooms
Demand for white oyster mushroom continues to increase because it has a good nutritional content. The increasing mushroom demand positively affects the needs of baglog and white oyster mushroom, causing many producers who work baglog and white oyster mushroom one of them is UD Aroma Jamur. Research conducted at UD Aroma Jamur aims to know: (1) marketing channel of baglog and white oyster mushroom; (2) marketing function of each marketing agency of baglog and white oyster mushroom; (3) the efficiency and marketing margin of baglog and white oyster mushroom. Location of research in UD Aroma Jamur is determined intentionally (Purposive Method). Sampling used is purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The data used are primary and secondary data analyzed by using margin analysis and marketing efficiency. The results of the study showed that: (1) The marketing channel of baglog consist of zero-level channel, one-level, two-level. The white oyster mushroom marketing channel consists of a zero-level, a two-level, three-level, and four-level: (2) marketing functions undertaken by marketing agencies of baglog and white oyster mushroom, is a function of purchasing, sales function, transport function, storage function, market information function, risk function, packaging function, and sorting function: (3) an efficient marketing channel of baglog is a one level channel with marketing margin of Rp. 1,000 / baglog and profit share equal to 87,5% and efficiency value equal to 12,5%. The most efficient white oyster mushroom marketing channel is a two-tier channel with a marketing margin of Rp. 5.250 / kg and a profit share of 94.77% and an efficiency rating of 4.54%
ANALISIS POTENSI WILAYAH BERBASIS KOMODITAS PERTANIAN TANAMAN PANGAN SERTA KONTRIBUSINYA TERHADAP PEREKONOMIAN KABUPATEN BONDOWOSO: THE ANALYSIS OF POTENTIAL REGION BASED ON AGRICULTURAL CROPS AND THEIR CONTRIBUTION TO THE ECONOMIC IN BONDOWOSO
Bondowoso regency is one of the regencies in East Java Province which regional economic growth is relatively unprogressive. The main supporters of Bondowoso Regency's economic growth are agriculture, forestry and fishery sectors. This study aims at 1) to determine the kind of crops in each district in Bondowoso area. 2) to know the potential crops in Bondowoso, 3) To count the crops contribution to the economical sector in Bondowoso 4) To know the economic supporting system in Bondowoso. The method used in this study is analytic. This study also uses the document. The analysis method used is LQ analysis, the strength criteria of LQ,proportion formula, and scalogram analysis. The findings show that ; 1) each district has different comodity result, but the comodity of crops including rice and corn are principally identified in most of Bondowoso area, 2) The comodity such as rice is relatively potential to stand In Bondowoso, 3) the contribution of rice is high, 4) Mostly the districts in Bondowoso area have a good supporting system to stand the potential of crops comodity
