PENGARUH RETURN ON EQUITY DAN DEBT TO EQUITY RATIO TERHADAP RETURN SAHAM
No full textAn investor should consider what things affect the rate of return of the stock before investing. Therefore, this research intends to see whether there is an influence between Return On Equity and Debt to Equity Ratio on the stock return of the sample companies. Purposive Sampling method was used in determining the sample with several criteria and getting 35 samples from the selected Food and Beverages Company. This research takes data from the Indonesian stock exchange. Stock Return is positively influenced by ROE and not influenced by DER, this result is shown from the Partial Test (t test). ROE and DER have a simultaneous effect on Stock Return, this is indicated by the simultaneous test (f test)
Pengaruh Biaya Operasional Terhadap Pendapatan Operasional dan Non Performing Financing Terhadap Return On Assets Pada Bank Umum Syariah
No full textBefore investing, an investor must know what can affect the rate of return on company assets. For this reason, this study intends to see whether there is an effect between Operational Costs on Operating Income and Non-Performing Financing on the Return On Assets of the sample companies. Purposive Sampling method was used in determining the sample with certain criteria so that 40 samples were obtained from selected Islamic Commercial Banks. This study obtained data sources from the Financial Services Authority and the website of each sample bank. ROA is negatively affected by BOPO and positively influenced by NPF, this result is shown from the Partial Test (t test). BOPO and NPF have a simultaneous effect on ROA, this is indicated by the simultaneous test (f test)
Pengaruh Perputaran Kas dan Perputaran Persediaan terhadap Profitabilitas
No full textABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of cash turnover and inventory turnover on profitability. The variables used in this study are cash turnover, inventory turnover and profitability. This research was conducted using quantitative methods with an associative approach.The population in this study is the financial statements of manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sub-sector for the 2017-2020 period as many as 11 companies. In this study, sampling was done with saturated sampling technique. Data collection techniques using secondary data. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that partially cash turnover has a negative and significant effect on profitability with the t test results of -3,082 with a significance value of 0.004, while the inventory turnover variable has a positive and significant effect on profitability with the t test results of 4.137 with a significance value of 0.000. Cash turnover and inventory turnover have a simultaneous effect on profitability with f test results of 9.633 with a significance value of 0.000. So it can be concluded that cash turnover and inventory turnover have an effect of only 32.0% on profitability and the rest is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. No full textLow Back Pain adalah kondisi umum dan sangat melumpuhkan yang mempengaruhi jutaan orang di seluruh dunia. Prevalensi nyeri pinggang semakin meningkat, dan merupakan salah satu penyebab utama kecacatan dan hilangnya produktivitas. Penyebab nyeri pinggang bisa kompleks, dan mungkin melibatkan faktor biomekanik, psikologis, dan sosial yang saling terkait. Sementara mekanisme pasti nyeri punggung bawah belum sepenuhnya dipahami, jelas bahwa pencegahan dan intervensi dini sangat penting untuk mengurangi beban kondisi ini. Abstrak ini memberikan gambaran tentang nyeri punggung bawah, penyebabnya, dan pentingnya intervensi dini dalam mengelola kondisi tersebut. Low back pain merupakan masalah umum di kalangan penduduk Jakarta, dengan tingkat prevalensi yang tinggi di antara orang dewasa berusia 18-65 tahun. Rasa sakit sering disebabkan oleh postur tubuh yang buruk, aktivitas fisik, teknik mengangkat yang tidak tepat, dan faktor gaya hidup lainnya. Perawatan umum untuk nyeri punggung bawah termasuk obat-obatan, terapi fisik, istirahat dan olahraga, namun efektivitas perawatan ini bervariasi dari orang ke orang. Penelitian telah menunjukkan bahwa perubahan gaya hidup, seperti memperbaiki postur tubuh dan melakukan olahraga teratur, dapat secara signifikan mengurangi kejadian dan keparahan nyeri pinggang di Jakarta. Tujuan: Mengajarkan teknik relaksasi nafas dalam pada pasien low back pain dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan perawat dalam melakukan aktivitas mandiri yang bertujuan untuk meredakan nyeri punggung. Metode: Pada penelitian ini, dua orang responden diperiksa secara fisik, diwawancarai, dan diberikan pendidikan kesehatan menggunakan media leaflet dan demonstrasi teknik relaksasi nafas dalam di Jakarta mulai tanggal 11 April 2022 sampai dengan 16 April 2022. Partisipan telah didiagnosis dengan Low Back Pain secara medis. Hasil: Baik Pasien 1 dan 2 mengalami pengurangan ketidaknyamanan. Sebelum intervensi, pasien 1 mendapat skor 7 pada skala, sementara pasien 2 mendapat skor 8. Pasien 1 mendapat skor 5 setelah intervensi, sedangkan pasien 2 mendapat skor 6. Latihan relaksasi yang dilakukan oleh pasien 1 berhasil. napas dalam karena pasien ditopang oleh lumbar girdle, namun pasien 2 kurang berhasil karena pasien tidak mau bekerja sama dan terlalu lamban untuk berlatih teknik relaksasi napas dalam. Kesimpulan: Disarankan agar perawat dapat menginstruksikan dan mendorong pasien dengan nyeri punggung bawah untuk mempraktikkan teknik relaksasi pernapasan dalam, serta mengajarkan pasien nyeri punggung bawah bagaimana menggunakannya secara efektif dan mandiri di rumah. Teknik relaksasi nafas dalam dapat mengurangi nyeri punggung pada pasien nyeri punggung bawah selama tiga hari. Kata Kunci: Low Back Pain, Teknik Relaksasi Nafas Dalam, Nyeri, Stress, Rilek

No full textThe purpose of this study is to find out the effect of Net Profit Margin, Current Ratio and Debt to Equity on Profit Growth in State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) for the 2016-2020 period. The independent variables used in this research are Net Profit Margin, Current Ratio and Debt to Equity and Profit Growth of the dependent variable. The method in this study is a quantitative method with an associative approach. The population in this study were all State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2020 period, totaling 20 companies. The sample in this study used a purposive sampling technique so that there were 7 companies that met the criteria. The data collection technique used is secondary data or secondary sources. The data analysis technique used is quantitative with classical assumption test analysis, multiple regression test, hypothesis testing and determinant coefficient test. The software used for data processing is SPSS 25 software. The results of this study are Net Profit Margin partially has no effect on profit growth, Current Ratio partially does not affect profit growth and debt to equity partially has a negative and significant effect on profit growth. And Net Profit Margin, Current Ratio and Debt to Equity simultaneously have no effect on profit growth in State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange
THE INFLUENCE OF ACTIVITIES AND SOLVENCY ON THE PROFITABILITY OF FOOD AND BEVERAGE COMPANIES LISTED ON THE IDX
Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to determine the impact of activity levels and solvency on food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The study is a quantitative study using secondary data in the form of financial reports of his 2018-2021 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in April 2021. A targeted sampling technique was used to determine the sample for this study. Classical hypothesis testing and multiple linear analysis were used for data analysis. The independent variables used in this study are activity (X1) and ability to pay (X2) and the dependent variable profit (Y). The findings of the study show that while activity level does not have a significant impact on the profitability of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange, solvency levels can have a significant impact on profitability. indicates that On the one hand, the relationship between activity and solvency (collectively) affects the profitability of companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange.
Penerapan Konsep Green Practices dalam Pengembangan Produk Halal yang Berkelanjutan
Get PDFHuman awareness of environmental problems encourages a determination to start changing lifestyles to be more environmentally friendly. This is seen as a business opportunity for some people. Therefore, many entrepreneurs are starting to apply various innovative methods by implementing environmentally friendly practices in their business operations. The aim of this research is how MSME business actors in Sumenep district implement the 3 components of green practice (green action, green food, green donation) in developing halal products (study of food and beverage products in Sumenep district). The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method with data sources obtained through interviews and observations. Data analysis in this study used QSR Nvivo software. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of environmentally friendly practices in developing Halal MSME products in Sumenep district focuses on three main components, namely environmentally friendly actions, environmentally friendly food, and environmentally friendly donations. Where MSME halal products will be said to truly meet the green product principles, when they comply with the criteria of these three components.

Get PDFIncreased studies and research regarding the effectiveness of the biopore system in handling and mitigating floods have been carried out and have shown a positive impact on the effectiveness of the system. This research tries to carry out a bibliometric analysis on the topic of biopores and their relationship to flooding. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method with a bibliographic approach. Data analysis was carried out using Vosviewer on 500 articles related to " biopore". The research results show that overall, research on flood problems and the use of biopore as a treatment solution has important implications in efforts to reduce the impact of flooding and create a more sustainable city. Several studies and research provide an initial picture of the potential effectiveness of biopores in flood management. Although specific data may not yet be available to show that biopores are considered as a potential solution in dealing with flooding problems at the local level
PROGRAM PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT DALAM PENANGANAN STUNTING DI KELURAHAN PANCUR, TAKTAKAN, SERANG BANTEN
Get PDFStunting is one of the strategic problems experienced by people in Banten, especially in the Pancur sub-district, Serang, Banten. The socialization and training activity "Stunting Prevention" is a form of implementation of the Real Work Lecture (KKN) theme in Banten. This activity will be carried out in August – September 2023, located in Pancur Village, Taktakan District, Serang City. The stunting prevention outreach and training program is carried out by adopting the knowledge and importance of drinking milk which explains that food consists of carbohydrates, protein, vitamins, minerals and water. Partners involved in the KKN program include children, teenagers, young people, PKK mothers, Posyandu Group and the surrounding community. Furthermore, activities to socialize parenting patterns and meet the nutritional needs of mothers and children need to be increased. Then, training on washing hands using soap by implementing 7 steps on how to wash hands using soap to kill microorganisms went smoothly. The "Lungs of the World" program by planting fruit trees, such as manga, rambutan and longan as a source of oxygen and useful for public consumption. It is hoped that the KKN program will continue to be implemented by Muhammadiyah Tangerang University as a forum for students to actualize knowledge, insight and gain experience to help overcome problems and interact in society
ANALYSIS OF VILLAGE FUND ALLOCATION MANAGEMENT (ADD) IN LAMUNRE TENGAH VILLAGE, NORTH BELOPA DISTRICT, LUWU REGENCY
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the management of village fund allocation (ADD) in Lamunre Tengah Village, Belopa Utara District, Luwu Regency. This research method uses qualitative descriptive with data collection using interviews and documents/asrips. The stages of village fund allocation management include Planning, Implementation, Administration, Reporting, Accountability, and Supervision. The results of the study indicate that ADD Management in Lamunre Tengah Village, Belopa Utara District, Luwu Regency has followed the technical instructions set out in the regulations. However, the process is still not optimal, at the planning stage Lamunre Tengah Village has not planned village development. So that the implementation of the use of the ADD budget has not been effective. For ADD reporting in Lamunre Tengah Village is not good due to the lack of participation of other employees to assist in preparing reports and supervision from the Village Consultative Body (BPD) is still not effective due to the lack of understanding related to such as direct superiors regarding the performance of the Lamunre Tengah Village government.
