DETERMINANTS OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IN INDOMARET PERMATA TANGERANG CONSUMERS
The purpose of this study is to determine the Influence of Store Atmosphere and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction at Indomaret Permata Tangerang. This study uses a quantitative approach. Sampling was 100 people. Data collection techniques and tools are as questionnaires or questionnaires. Descriptive data analysis techniques are used to find out the picture of respondents' response and data distribution, while inferential statistical analysis is for hypothesis testing. The data management is assisted by Microsoft Excel and SPSS software version 26. The results of the study showed that partially the Store Atmosphere had a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction as shown by a count of 4,395> a table of 1,984 and a significance of 0.000. For the variable of Service Quality partially has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, it is shown with a tcal value of 7,123> ttable 1,984. and a significance of 0.000. Simultaneously, the Store Atmosphere and Service Quality have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, which is shown by the value of Fcal> Ftabel 145.951 > 3.09 and a significance of 0.000. The ability of the variables of Store Atmosphere and Service Quality in explaining Customer Satisfaction was 75.1% as shown by the magnitude of the R square of 0.195 while the remaining 24.9% was influenced by other factors that were not included in the research model
THE INFLUENCE OF INFLUENCER MARKETING, CONTENT QUALITY AND SHOPEE E-COMMERCE ONLINE REVIEWS ON THE PURCHASE DECISION OF THE 3SECOND BRAND
Business people are required to provide better innovation, so that fashion trends always develop. In today's society, people are required to keep up with current developments in the fashion sector so that they are seen as cool and confident in their social circle. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Influencer Marketing, Content Quality and Shopee E-Commerce Online Reviews on Purchasing Decisions at the 3second Brand, Jember Regency. This type of research uses quantitative methods with a sample size of 90 respondents and uses non-probability sampling techniques with purposive sampling techniques, using data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis techniques for this research use instrument testing, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and the coefficient of determination R2. The analysis results obtained show that influencer marketing, product quality and online reviews have a significant influence both partially and simultaneously on purchasing decisions at the 3second Brand in Jember Regency
APPLICATION OF MARKETING MIX AND DIGITAL MARKETING TO SALES
The development of the economy in the current era of globalization is very rapid and has brought major changes to high competition in all aspects of people's lives, especially in the business world that affects the way companies operate, interact, and innovate. This study aims to determine and analyze the application of marketing mix and digital marketing to sales at a souvenir shop typical of Probolinggo, tengiri brand fish crackers. This type of research uses a qualitative method by directly interviewing research respondents, namely shop owners, employees and customers. MENJAGA KEHORMATAN DAN HARGA DIRI PERSPEKTIF PENDIDIKAN ISLAM
ABSTRAKIslam Memandang Pentingnya Manjaga Kehormatan Dan Harga Diri dan menjaganya merupakan yang selalu diusahakan oleh setiap Insan yang beriman. Segala macam cara untuk menjaga kehormatannya, agar tetap pada tingkatan yang sesuai dengan petunjuk Allah. Hal inilah yang menjadi pokok pembahasan untuk meneliti tentang Menjaga Kehormatan Dan Harga Diri Perspektif Pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian library research atau penelitian pustaka untuk memecahkan masalah tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengkaji secara mendalam terhadap data-data kepustakaan, baik yang sekunder maupun yang primer. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode berpikir deskriptif analitis. Harga diri dikenal sebagai muru'ah, yang menekankan pentingnya menjaga harga diri Muslim dan mengumpulkan rasa hormat dari orang lain dengan persepsi diri yang positif cenderung menunjukkan keunggulan moral, menunjukkan kebaikan terhadap Pencipta, orang tua, pendidik, dan teman sebaya. Dalam perspektif pendidikan Islam, harga diri identik dengan 'muru'ah'. Umumnya, 'muru'ah' ditafsirkan sebagai harga diri muslim yang harus dijaga, serta membuat orang lain menghormatinya. Hasil dari penelitian terkait Harga Diri Perspektif Pendidikan Islam adalah: (1) Merangkul cinta diri, (2) Melatih otonomi dalam pengambilan keputusan, (3) Mempraktikkan perhatian penuh, (4) Menahan godaan untuk menyerah dengan mudah. IMPLEMENTASI PERBAIKAN KUALITAS UNTUK MENGURANGI DEFECT AIRCRAFT PAINTING TOUCH-UP DENGAN METODE DMAIC DI INDUSTRI PENERBANGAN
In line with technological advancements and increased consumer expectations, quality has become a key factor in the service industry. PT. XYZ, which operates in the aircraft maintenance field, faces the challenge of reducing defects in the aircraft painting touch-up process. This research aims to reduce these defects using the DMAIC method. The DMAIC phases include define, measure, analyze, improve, and control. In the define phase, it was found that dust defects were the most dominant. Initial measurements showed an average DPMO (defects per million opportunities) of 12,129 and a sigma of 3.773. Analysis using the Ishikawa diagram identified the root causes of the problem, and FMEA helped determine the priority root causes that needed immediate improvement. The main causes of the aircraft paint touch-up defects were material cleaning that left fibers on the surface to be painted, and the spray gun being in an un optimized condition for use. Suggested improvements included procuring the appropriate cleaning materials and implementing a preventive maintenance checklist for the spray gun. The implementation of these improvements showed a reduction in dust defects, with the DPMO dropping to 3,477 and sigma increasing to 4.209. These results demonstrate that the improvements made were effective in reducing defects and enhancing painting quality.Keywords: DPMO, sigma, DMAIC, dust defects, aircraft painting.
Electronic-based Participatory Empowerment Module on the Knowledge and Attitudes of Pregnant Women in the Prevention of Low Birth Weight
Latar Belakang: Angka kejadian BBLR masih tinggi di Indonesia dan menjadi penyebab utama morbiditas dan motalitas. Upaya preventif dan promotif dapat dilakukan melalui pendidikan kesehatan dengan pemberdayaan partisipatif kader dan ibu hamil menggunakan inovasi media edukasi e-modul untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui pemberdayaan partisipatif berbasis elektronik modul terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap ibu hamil dalam pencegahan BBLR. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan pra-eksperimen one group pretest-posttest dilakukan di Wilayah Puskesmas Nanggulan dengan sampel 30 ibu hamil melalui teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen meliputi kuesioner sosio-demografi, pengetahuan, sikap, dan media edukasi berbasis e-modul tentang pencegahan BBLR. Analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas Shapiro-Wilk serta uji Wilcoxon dan uji N-Gain Score untuk analisa bivariat. Hasil: menunjukkan ada pengaruh signifikan pemberdayaan partisipatif berbasis e-modul terhadap pengetahuan (p-value = 0,003) dan sikap (p-value = 0,001) ibu hamil. Melalui uji N-Gain tergolong rendah dengan rerata pengetahuan (0,235<0.3) dan sikap (0,154<0.3). Simpulan: Pemberdayaan partisipatif berbasis e-modul dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap ibu hamil dalam pencegahan BBLR secara statistik, namun efektivitas praktis tergolong rendah sehingga dibutuhkan optimalisasi media dan strategi pendampingan lanjutan. The Effect Of Green Accounting And Corporate Social Responsibility On Financial Performance
Financial Performance is an analysis conducted to see the extent to which a company has run its business using financial implementation rules properly and correctly (Fahmi, 2014). There are several variables that can affect Financial Performance, which are focused on in this study are Green Accounting (GA) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). GA is an accounting practice that considers the environmental impact of business activities. This includes measuring the costs and benefits associated with the use of natural resources and waste produced. GA can have a significant impact on a company's financial performance. The next variable is CSR. CSR has the potential to provide a significant positive impact on a company's financial performance. Although there are initial costs to be borne, long-term benefits, such as increased reputation, customer loyalty, and access to capital, can result in better financial performance. The purpose of the study was to test and provide empirical evidence of the influence of independent variables, namely Green Accounting as measured by Proper Performance Rating and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as measured by LN Charitable Donations on the dependent variable, namely Financial Performance as measured by Return On Asset (ROA). This study will further use multiple regression analysis which begins with descriptive statistical testing, classical assumption testing and hypothesis testing. ANALISIS SENTIMEN APLIKASI BISA EKSPOR PADA ULASAN PENGGUNA DI GOOGLE PLAY DENGAN NAÏVE BAYES
Bisa Ekspor didirikan pada Juli 2020 oleh Julio sebagai platform edukasi untuk ekspor, yang dibentuk dengan tujuan untuk mendukung perekonomian Indonesia, membantu memajukan sektor pertanian, serta memperkenalkan produk Indonesia ke pasar internasional. Aplikasi Bisa Ekspor di Google Play merupakan platform yang memudahkan usernya untuk belajar tentang ekspor hingga menjadi eksportir sejati. Analisis sentimen adalah proses untuk menilai apakah suatu teks mengandung sentimen positif atau negatif. Dalam penelitian ini, analisis sentimen dilakukan menggunakan algoritma Naïve Bayes. Tujuannya adalah untuk menganalisis sentimen user aplikasi Bisa Ekspor di Playstore dengan mengumpulkan data menggunakan teknik web scrapping. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 3385 data teks yang diambil antara Desember 2020 hingga November 2024, sebagian besar user memberikan pendapat positif. Dari hasil klasifikasi, 1197 teks atau 56,97% dikategorikan sebagai sentimen positif, sementara 904 teks atau 43,03% diklasifikasikan sebagai sentimen negatif. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun banyak pendapat positif, ada juga sejumlah user yang memberikan pendapat negatif terhadap aplikasi Bisa Ekspor. Berdasarkan klasifikasi menggunakan metode Naïve Bayes, diperoleh akurasi sebesar 85,80%, precision 81,42%, dan recall 92,76%
The Effectiveness of Using the Think-Pair-Share Strategy in Teaching Arabic Writing Skills
This research aims to explore the results of using the Think-Pair-Share strategy in teaching writing skills and to examine its effectiveness.The researcher used the quantitative method with a type of quasi-experimental design using the nonequivalent control group design. The sample was taken from classes 10-8 and 10-10, each consisting of 33 students. Class 10-10 was the experimental group using the Think-Pair-Share strategy, while class 10-8 served as the control group. The strategy was applied in writing instruction by presenting material through a projector and a workbook. Students understood the texts and vocabulary, then the teacher demonstrated how to arrange words into sentences and paragraphs before giving exercises. After that, the teacher provided questions based on the taught examples. Then, students answered individually (Think), discussed with a partner (Pair), and presented their answers in front of the class (Share).The results of this study proved that the Think-Pair-Share strategy was effective in teaching writing skills. This was evident from the increase in the post-test average score of the experimental group (77.66), which was higher than the control group's average score (58.81). Moreover, the Independent Sample T-Test results showed that the sig (2-tailed) value was 0.01, which was smaller than 0.05, meaning that the null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected, and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted. The N-Gain test result for the experimental group was 0.55, which, according to the N-Gain effectiveness standard, indicates a moderate level of effectiveness. Keywords: Effectiveness, Teaching Writing Skills, Think-Pair-Share. مستخلص البحثهدف هذا البحث إلى الكشف عن نتائج استخدام إستراتيجية فكر-زاوج-شارك في تعليم مهارة الكتابة، وكشف فعالية استخدامها. استخدمت الباحثة في هذا البحث المنهج الكمي مع نوع البحث ذو التصميم شبه التجريبي باستخدام تصميم مجموعة التحكم غير المكافئة (Nonequivalent Control Group Design). أخذت العينة من الصف العاشر - 8 والصف العاشر - 10. حيث تكوّن كل منهما من 33 طالبًا، عمل الصف العاشر - 10 كفئة تجريبية باستخدام إستراتيجية فكر-زوج-شارك، والصف العاشر –8 كصف تحكم. طبقت الباحثة الإستراتيجية فكر-زاوج-شارك في تعليم الكتابة من خلال تقديم المادة عبر جهاز العرض والكتاب الإرشادي. فهم التلاميذ النصوص والمفردات، ثم عرض المعلم طريقة ترتيب الكلمات في جمل وفقرات قبل أن أعطى التمارين. بعد ذلك، قدم المعلم أسئلة تستند إلى الأمثلة التي درّست من قبل. ثم أجاب التلاميذ على الأسئلة بشكل فردي (فكر)، ثم ناقشوها مع شريك (ناقش)، وأخيرًا قدموا الإجابات أمام الصف (شارك) .أثبتت نتائج هذا البحث أن إستراتيحية فكر-زاوج-شارك في تعليم مهارة الكتابة كانت فعالة. ظهر ذلك من خلال زيادة متوسط درجة الاختبار البعدي للمجموعة التجريبية 77،6٦ والتي فاقت متوسط درجة الإختبار البعدي للمجموعة الضابطة 58،81. علاوة على ذلك أظهرت نتائج اختبار-ت مستقل (Independent Sample T-Test) أن قيمة sig (۲ ذيل) 0،01 مما دلّ على أنها كانت أصغر من0،05 بحيث الفرضية الصفرية (Ho) مرفوضة، والفرضية البديلة (Ha) مقبولة. كانت نتيجة اختبار "N-Gain "المجموعة التجريبية هي ٠،55 وفقا إلى معيار فعالية "N-Gain" هذه نتيجة على نسبة متوسطة. الكلمات المفتاحية: فعالية، تعليم مهارة الكتابة، فكر-زاوج-شارك
The Implementation of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) Model Supported by Digital Media in Teaching Speaking Skills at the State Islamic Senior High School 1 Klaten
This study aims to explore the implementation of Project-Based Learning (PjBL) using digital media in teaching maharah kalam (speaking skills) at MAN 1 Klaten. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects include Arabic language teachers and students. The findings show that using digital media such as YouTube, Kahoot, Quizizz, and digital books can optimize the five main components of PjBL: fundamental questions, collaboration, product development, assessment, and reflection. The integration of digital media enhances students' creativity, collaboration, and understanding in oral communication. Additionally, digital technology provides extra motivation for students to actively participate and confidently use the Arabic language. This study concludes that digital media-based PjBL is an innovative and effective approach to language learning in the modern era.
