Kepentingan Terbaik Anak dalam Pengaturan Hukum Dispensasi Perkawinan
The state is constitutionally obligated to ensure the fulfillment of child protection rights as an integral part of human rights. One such regulatory mechanism pertains to the legal framework governing marital agreements, known as marriage dispensation. This legal document is used to deal with specific situations that are considered to be in the best interests of the child. Article 7, paragraph (2) of Law No. 16/2019 on Marriage says that marriage dispensation may be granted in cases of extreme urgency. However, the legal text does not clearly explain what "very urgent reasons" are. The objective of this study is to analyze the concept of the best interests of the child within the framework of the regulation of marriage dispensation in Indonesia. The results of this study will probably be used as a reference when the Marriage Law is changed in the future. The research method juridical normative within statute and conceptual approach. The results explain that there is a lack of clear legal guidelines regarding marriage dispensation, leading to different interpretations and contributing to the high number of marriage dispensation applications in Indonesia. The main reason people use these apps is emotional, and it has to do with love. This condition has the potential to circumvent the fundamental principle of child protection and undermine the legal objectives that are intended to be achieved. The recommendation in this article is that the Marriage Law should clearly define "very urgent reasons" for obtaining marriage dispensation in the future. This affirmation is needed to make sure that the law is clear, fair, and benefits children while protecting them. The main idea of this research is that the rules in the Marriage Law should be changed to match the ideas of protecting children and the idea that the child's best interests should be considered, as stated in international agreements like the Convention on the Rights of the Child, which has been ratified by Indonesia
Pengungkapan Rahasia Bank (Bank Secrecy) Terhadap Pelaku Tindak Pidana Perbankan
The banking sector is a crucial tool for driving the Indonesian economy, maintaining balance, progress, and unity within the national economy. Naturally, the banking sector requires regulations and elements that play a crucial role in optimal economic operation. Indonesia, a country governed by the rule of law, naturally has regulations regarding banking in its implementation. Banks, as financial service institutions, are expected to maintain the trust of the public who invest their funds in them, as stipulated in banking law. The principle of bank secrecy requires banks to maintain the confidentiality of their deposits and to help protect the interests of individual customers as a guarantee for the public who will place their trust in the bank and can entrust their funds to it. The strong commitment of banks to maintaining bank secrecy as financial service providers, coupled with the development and advancement of science and technology, has given rise to a problem where banks are often used as venues for criminal acts. In the process of resolving banking crimes, many parties, such as banks, play a significant role in assisting in resolving the problem. However, in practice, the process of resolving the problem remains incomplete due to a legal vacuum in disclosing bank secrecy to perpetrators of banking crimes. Referring to the research results, Singapore is included in the category of countries with a fairly high level of bank secrecy and has special banking regulations to help resolve banking crimes specifically, making it a comparison in this research analysis
Antecedents of Improving Service Performance Innovation in Food and Beverage Start Up Businesses
Service innovation is currently a challenge for every business, including start-up food and beverage businesses in Yogyakarta. This study aims to test the importance of service performance innovation by considering positive Thriving at work behavior as a mediator, with antecedents of Leader Member Exchange (LMX) and co-worker support. The approach used in the study is a quantitative approach. The study was conducted by taking a Food and beverage startup business, a Cafe service in the Yogyakarta area. Using Path Analysis and Sobel test, the results show the influence of LMX on Thriving at work, the influence of co-worker support on thriving at work, and the influence of co-worker support on service performance innovation. The results of this study provide implications for the importance of building a model for improving business service performance innovation through positive thriving at work behavior and organizational processes, namely leader member exchange and co-worker support, especially in the context of the food and beverage business
Determinants of Household Energy Poverty Status in Eastern Indonesia: A Multinomial Logistic Regression Analysis
Energy poverty is a complex, multidimensional issue that can hinder sustainable development in many developing nations, including Indonesia. Although the national electrification ratio has improved, gaps in energy access remain, particularly in eastern regions with limited infrastructure. Most prior studies have focused on national trends or developed areas, often relying on single indicators, leaving little detailed analysis for eastern provinces using multidimensional measures and severity levels. This study examines factors influencing household energy poverty in Papua Pegunungan, Papua Tengah, Papua Selatan, and Nusa Tenggara Timur. Data come from the March 2024 Susenas survey, covering 22,989 households. Energy poverty is classified into three levels, and multinomial logistic regression is applied to assess how household characteristics affect the probability of belonging to each level. Findings show that housing size, settlement type (rural/urban), household head’s age, and non-food spending significantly affect energy poverty status. In contrast, education, household size, and household head’s sex have no significant effect. These results point to the need for policies that expand equitable energy infrastructure, improve housing conditions, and ensure affordable, adequate energy access across eastern Indonesia
ALKYLATING AGENT TREATMENT IN CHILDREN WITH STEROID-RESISTANT NEPHROTIC SYNDROME IN WEST JAVA
Objective: to evaluate SRNS therapy in children. Steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome (SRNS) is one of the most common causes of chronic kidney disease in children. Kidney Disease Initiative for Global Outcome (KDIGO) no longer recommends an alkylating agent (AA) as the treatment protocol for SRNS, still in some developing countries, such as Indonesia, there are some limitations in obtaining immunosuppressive agents other than AA. Method: Data were collected from the medical records of SRNS children with SRNS aged between 1 and 18 years from January 2016 to December 2021. The data included time to remission, adverse effects, and relapse-free period after receiving AA treatment based on the lesion type. Results: Among the 369 patients enrolled from January 2016 to December 2018, 244 patients (66.12%) had remission with AA, and 125 patients experienced persistent proteinuria. Most of them had remission during the fifth to seventh cycles of intravenous AA (after 6 – 8 months). None of the patients experienced severe adverse effects of AA. Only a small proportion of patients had chronic kidney disease (CKD) stage II–V during follow-up. Conclusions: AA is still effective in treating SRNS in children, with only a few and less harmful adverse effect
THE EFFECT OF ANIMATION VIDEO-BASED HEALTH EDUCATION ON ADOLESCENTS' KNOWLEDGE ABOUT HIV/AIDS
The prevalence of HIV/AIDS in the world has reached 38.4 million, including adolescents and adults. During adolescence, to grow and develop with good health, teenagers need information, including health education, to strengthen their understanding of health problems such as HIV/AIDS. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of animated video-based health education on adolescents' knowledge about HIV/AIDS. The research design uses a pre-experimental design with one group pretest posttest. The population is all teenage students at MAN 2 Ciamis school, totaling 644 respondents. This sampling method uses Non Probability Sampling Purposive Sampling with a sample size of 87 respondents. The sampling technique uses the Slovin formula and measuring instruments in the form of questionnaires whose validity has been tested. The statistical test used is the Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test. The results of the research before being given animated video-based health education showed that 38 respondents (43.7%) were in the poor category, but after being given animated video-based health education, 73 respondents increased to the good category. respondents (83.9%), based on the Wilcoxon Sign Rank statistical test, it showed a significant p-value = 0.000 < 0.05. UNDERSTANDING THE BEHAVIOR OF PONOROGO COMMUNITY IN RECEIVING COVID-19 VACCINATION: A HEALTH BELIEF MODEL PERSPECTIVE
Community behavior in accepting the COVID-19 vaccination still contains a lot of controversy. Negative news causes differences in the community's perception and response to behavior. This study aims to analyze the perception and behavior of the community in receiving the COVID-19 vaccination with the health model theory approach. The design of this study is cross-sectional, with the population of the Banaran Village, Pulung District, Ponorogo Regency, a total of 2,220 people. The number of respondents in this study was 100 people chosen by purposive sampling techniques. Research instruments using a questionnaire. In addition, data were analyzed using the Chi-Squared test. The results showed the relationship between the perception and behavior of the people receiving the COVID-19 vaccination, with a value of 0,000 <0.05. Increasing public perception and behaviors, the importance of COVID-19 vaccination can be applied using the theory of health belief models. The role of health workers is vital in educating the public about the significance of COVID-19 vaccination in suppressing transmission, severity, to death from COVID-19
Penggunaan Media Papan Flanel dan Kartu Kata pada Kemampuan Membaca Anak Usia Dini
This study aims to explore the use of flannel board media and word cards in developing early childhood reading skills at IT HASMI Kindergarten, Tamansari District, Bogor. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, which focuses on direct observation of the learning process. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation studies, and analyzed with a descriptive approach. The results showed that the use of flannel board and word card media has a positive impact in increasing children's learning engagement and enthusiasm. This media allows children to learn interactively, so they are more active in asking, answering and solving problems. In addition, flannelboard and word card media help children recognize letters, syllables and words in a fun way, thus improving their reading skills. Despite some shortcomings, such as the limited capacity of the flannel board and the risk of damage to the word cards, this study found that both media can be used effectively in learning to read. Teachers at HASMI Kindergarten plan the use of these media carefully, considering the material being taught and the activities that support children's active participation. The study concludes that the use of flannel board and word card media not only improves children's reading skills, but also creates a fun and interactive learning atmosphere. Thus, this study makes an important contribution in the development of effective learning methods for early childhood, as well as being a reference for educators in designing more interesting and useful learning activities.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penggunaan media papan flanel dan kartu kata dalam mengembangkan kemampuan membaca anak usia dini di TKIT HASMI Kecamatan Tamansari Bogor. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, yang berfokus pada pengamatan langsung terhadap proses pembelajaran. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi, serta dianalisis dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media papan flanel dan kartu kata memiliki dampak positif dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan dan semangat belajar anak. Media ini memungkinkan anak untuk belajar secara interaktif, sehingga mereka lebih aktif dalam bertanya, menjawab, dan memecahkan masalah. Selain itu, media papan flanel dan kartu kata membantu anak mengenali huruf, suku kata, dan kata dengan cara yang menyenangkan, sehingga meningkatkan kemampuan membaca mereka. Meskipun terdapat beberapa kekurangan, seperti keterbatasan kapasitas papan flanel dan risiko kerusakan kartu kata, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kedua media tersebut dapat digunakan secara efektif dalam pembelajaran membaca. Guru-guru di TKIT HASMI merencanakan penggunaan media ini dengan cermat, mempertimbangkan materi yang diajarkan dan aktivitas yang mendukung partisipasi aktif anak. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media papan flanel dan kartu kata tidak hanya meningkatkan kemampuan membaca anak, tetapi juga menciptakan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan dan interaktif. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam pengembangan metode pembelajaran yang efektif untuk anak usia dini, serta menjadi referensi bagi pendidik dalam merancang kegiatan pembelajaran yang lebih menarik dan bermanfaa
Pengaruh penggunaan Gadget terhadap minat belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran PPKn d SMP Negeri 1 Karang Baru Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang
Pada zaman modern saat ini, banyak sekolah yang memperbolehkan siswanya membawa gadget ke sekolah. Hal ini dilakukan untuk memudahkan pengajar dan siswa dalam mencari dan memperoleh informasi tentang materi dan bahan ajar yang berkaitan dengan setiap mata pelajaran.Gadget merupakan Perangkat elektronik buatan manusia yang hadir dengan beragam aplikasi yang memungkinkan pengguna membaca berita, mengobrol, mengakses informasi, dan terhubung. Di SMP Negeri 1 Karang Baru tepatnya di Gampong Bundar, Kecamatan Karang Baru, Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang, sudah mulai mengizinkan siswanya untuk menggunakan Gadget dalam proses pembalajaran di sekolah. Hal ini memudahkan siswa dalam proses belajarnya tetapi tidak menutup kemungkinan bahwa gadget juga dapat menghambat siswa untuk belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan “ untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh penggunaan gadget terhadap minat belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran PPKn di SMP Negeri 1 Karang Baru Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang.†Di dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah jumlah populasi siswa kelas 8 yang kemudian dihitung menggunakan rumus slovin sehingga sampel berjumlah 66 sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan penyebaran kuisioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan gadget berpengaruh terhadap minat belajar peserta didik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai besaran angka koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,145 sehingga minat belajar dipengaruhi oleh gadget sebesar 14,5%, dimana pengaruhnya adalah dengan bantuan gadget pembelajaran PPKn menjadi lebih interaktif dan menarik. Penggunaan gadget dalam pembelajaran memungkinkan siswa untuk mengeksplorasi topik-topik PPKn yang lebih luas dan mendalam sesuai dengan minat peserta didik
Teaching The Qur'an to Converts with An Islamic Education Approach: A Case Study at the Mualaf Center Yogyakarta
Teaching the Qur'an is an essential part of Muslims in enhancing their understanding and practice of Islamic values, especially for converts who have recently embraced Islam. It serves as a fundamental foundation in deepening the teachings of Islam and building spiritual attachment. This study examines the teaching of the Qur'an for converts using an Islamic education approach. Qur'anic teaching is of great importance and needs to be conducted to form a Muslim who is fully committed to their faith and has a basic understanding of Islamic teachings. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method to gain a deep understanding of the phenomenon being studied and comprehensively explore individuals' perspectives and experiences. The research was conducted at the Mualaf Center in Yogyakarta. In this study, the researcher conducted observations and interviews with teachers and converts at the Mualaf Center Yogyakarta. Based on the research findings, it was found that the teaching of the Qur'an at the Mualaf Center Yogyakarta focuses not only on aspects of memorization and recitation of the Qur'an but also on contextual understanding and the application of Islamic educational values in everyday life. The implementation of Qur'anic teaching with an Islamic education approach at the Mualaf Center Yogyakarta is carried out through teaching Islamic educational values such as aqidah (faith), ibadah (worship), akhlak (morality), and the Qur'an, using a unique book as a guide for the converts to understand the fundamentals of Islamic teachings, routine studies every weekend, muroja'ah and Qur'an reading activities, tadabur (reflection) or the instilling of Qur'anic values by the teachers, free tattoo removal program, and social activities as part of da'wah (Islamic preaching) to instill Islamic values and so on
