    Karangasem Regency has a beach length of 71 Km with several conditions of coastal sedimentary material. In recent years the beach in Karangasem has experienced erosion and setback of coastline, one of which is Jasri Beach. Handling for this coastal segment has been carried out several times by Karangasem Regency, but still has construction failure. This condition certainly causes 2 consequences because, among other things, the type and dimensions of the building are not in accordance with the characteristics of the study area, the handling concept presented is not in accordance with the requirements.     Material waste berpengaruh terhadap profit pada proyek peningkatan jalan sehingga mendorong melakukan analisa risiko dimana sebelumnya dilakukan identifikasi risiko. Analisa risiko dilakukan dengan melakukan risk assessment (penilaian risiko). Penilaian risiko dilakukan dengan menilai risiko pada lembar kerja pertama, lembar kerja kedua, lembar kerja ketiga yang merupakan lembar kerja kedua belah pihak. Lembar kerja pertama yakni kontraktor, lembar kerja kedua yakni owner dan lembar kerja kedua belah pihak adalah gabungan dari pihak kontraktor dan pihak owner Penelitian dilakukan pada 107 paket peningkatan jalan dari total kontrak konstruksi dalam 3 tahun anggaran yakni tahun 2014 hingga tahun 2016 pada provinsi Kalimantan Timur dan Kalimantan Utara. Lembar kerja pertama tidak memiliki risiko penyebab pada semua material waste. Lembar kerja kedua pihak menyatakan bahwa semua material waste memiliki risiko penyebab yang bervariasi dan dalam jumlah penyebab yang cukup banyak yang dapat dilihat pada Combined Risk Rating.Combined Risk Rating yang terbesar dan terbanyak terdapat pada waste material timbunan pilihan dengan 10 risiko penyebab, terbanyak kedua pada waste material agregat B dengan 4 risiko penyebab, dan paling sedikit pada Semen dengan 3 risiko penyebab. Risiko penyebab terbanyak yang dimiliki oleh semua material waste adalah penekanan waktu dan penekanan biay

    ABSTRACT The school shuttle is expected to reduce the use of private vehicles by parents that cause congestion around the school, and help parents who have difficulty arranging time to deliver their children, because their work schedules are often not in accordance with the time to deliver pick up the child the existence of this shuttle can meet the interests of the government as the policy holder (regulator), manager as operational implementer (operators) and the community especially parents of students as service users (users), it is necessary to do further tariff analysis to get rates that are in line with Vehicle Operating Costs. In this study secondary data obtained from the transport business manager by filling blank forms in the form of a list of direct and indirect costs of the vehicle. Then the analysis for tariff calculation based on vehicle operating costs: the basic tariff is IDR.28,815/Pnp and a rate of 15% profit is IDR.33,137/Pnp. Keywords: transportation, tariff, vehicle operating costs ABSTRAK Angkutan antar jemput sekolah diharapkan dapat mengurangi penggunaan kendaraan pribadi oleh para orang tua siswa yang menyebabkan kemacetan di sekitar sekolah, serta membantu para orang tua siswa yang mengalami kesulitan mengatur waktu untuk mengantar jemput anaknya, karena jadwal kerjanya yang sering tidak sesuai dengan waktu untuk mengantar jemput anak. Keberadaan angkutan antar jemput ini dapat memenuhi kepentingan antara pemerintah sebagai pemegang kebijakan (regulator), pengelola sebagai pelaksana operasional (operator) dan masyarakat khususnya orang tua siswa sebagai pengguna jasa (user), maka perlu dilakukan analisis tarif lebih lanjut untuk mendapatkan tarif yang sesuai dengan Biaya Operasional Kendaraan. Pada penelitian ini data sekunder didapat dari pengelola usaha angkutan dengan pengisian blangko berupa daftar isian biaya-biaya langsung dan biaya-biaya tak langsung kendaraan. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisis data untuk perhitungan tarif berdasarkan Biaya Operasional Kendaraan, yaitu: tarif pokok didapatkan sebesar Rp.28,815/Pnp dan tarif dengan keuntungan (margin) 15% didapatkan sebesar Rp.33,137/Pnp.     Rapid exploitation of land in Bali, especially in the Kuta area due to the development of tourism, makes it difficult to obtain land and the price is expensive, so that the available land should be maximally used. The impact of maximum land use is the influence on the structure of the building to be built. The building structure component which affected is the foundation. Due to the very tight density of the building, it is necessary to consider the shallow foundation design that was widely used in the Kuta area to avoid structural failure, so that the designed buildings could stand safely. If the foundation receives an eccentric load, it will be very dangerous for the building if it does not fit between the load received and the size of the foundation being made. This would be disastrous in case of a construction failure due to a design error, so it was desirable to do research on the design of the shallow foundation with an eccentric load on the buildings located in the Kuta tourist area to obtain an adequate shallow foundation design based on the soil data and structural load will be built. To analyze the bearing capacity of the soil and the design of the foundation, it is necessary to provide data from land investigation in the field. Land investigation in the field was conducted with CPT. Based on CPT results obtained hard layer soil at a depth of 2 - 2.2 m. The shallow foundation was planned at a depth of 1.6 meters and the foot size of 1.5 m x 1.5 m with minimum allowable bearing capacity (qa) was 20,99 t/m2. The result of analysis of 2-storey building structure resulted axial load (P) was 25750.88 kg, moment about the X axis (Mx) was 2529.70 kg m and moment about the Y axis (My) was 2929.65 kg m. The dimensions of the footing are 1.5 m x 1.5 m and the thickness (t) was 580 mm. Minimum pressure on foundation (q min) was 6.238 t/m2 and the maximum pressure on foundation (q max) was 17.583 t/m2. For bending reinforcement was used 19 mm diameter reinforcing steel with a distance of 150 mm

    Road between Southwest Sumba-Sumba Southwestern is a country road the connects the two districts. Based on the results of the research (Alfian Dawa, 2013) in Sumba Barat-Sumba Barat Daya road segment there are 16 road segments identified as accident-prone areas. From the results of the analysis of the most vulnerable areas of accidents occur is in the segment 1 or at kilometer 4-5 as the cause has a cusum value is the highest cusum value of all cusum values at each stationation or kilometer. Thus, the authors conducted a follow-up study to further analyze 16 accident-prone areas in West Sumba-Southwest Sumba district to find out what factors caused accidents in accident-prone areas on the West Sumba-Southwest Sumba road. Having known the factors causing the occurrence of new traffic accidents can provide a solution to the number of accidents can be minimized. From the analysis of factors causing traffic accidents in 16 accident-prone areas on the West Sumba-West Sumba road segment are human factors, vehicle factors, and road and environmental factors. The most common cause of traffic accidents in 16 crash-prone areas on the West Sumba-Southwest Sumba road segment from 2011 to 2015 covering road users/human factors of 326 occurrences, in the last 5 years. While the factors of the vehicle as much as 385 incidents, as well as road and environmental factors also triggered traffic accidents because there are road marks/signs, and street lighting on 16 areas prone to accidents on West Sumba-West Sumba road

    Gaps Infrastructure financing in Indonesia must be sought out, one of which is to improve the performance of PPP projects to be bankable / economically viable / investment-worthy so that investors / private companies are willing / interested in investing in infrastructure projects. with Malaysia which now has more than 3000 km of toll roads. The incentive system is implemented in developed countries to improve the performance of feasibility and anticipate risks in toll road KPS projects that have long-term contract / concession time. Burris, Baker, Geiselbrecht (2014). The government needs to make a breakthrough to provide space utilization incentives as a form of controlling the use of space where investors and the public can participate by working together to increase toll revenues. The intended use of space is the management of the area around the toll road with a certain amount of area and the allocation of the management plan that has the maximum economic impact so that investors can obtain other income that can be included in the toll revenue cash flow. This study uses the AHP method with digital analysis with Expert Choice to produce the following analysis: the highest criteria for incentive for space utilization activities.     The existing building consisting of 3 floors if 3 floors is added will result in the existing structure not being able to withstand the workload due to the addition of the 3 floors so that the structure is needed. Structural reinforcement that is easily applied to reinforced concrete structures, one of which is FRP (fiber reinforcement polymer) which has a tensile strength of 7-10 higher than the tensile strength of reinforcing steel. In the office structure of the evening subdistrict after the addition of 3 floors there were several structural components that were not strong enough to withstand the added burden of B1 and B1A Beams on the pedestal which were 26 stems and 49 stems. The structure of the K1 column due to the addition of the floor also experiences an inadequacy in holding the load as much as 45 stems. Beams B1, B1A, and Column K1 performed structural reinforcement with FRP (fiber reinforcement polymer) with the following dimensions: Beams B1 and B1A reinforced with FRP tensile strength of 3400 MPa, FRP thickness of 1 mm, FRP width of 100 mm and FRP number the one used is 1 layer. The K1 column was strengthened with FRP tensile strength of 2100 MPa, FRP thickness of 0.5 mm, FRP width of 100 mm and the number of FRP used was 1 coil

To maximize implementation planning then an analysis is carried out method, manufacture of Standard Operational Procedure (SOP), estimated project duration, resource requirements planning, resource scheduling and cost planning so that an achievement schedule can be used project guidelines.     Penyediaan air baku merupakan kebutuhan yang sangat penting bagi kehidupan umat manusia, karena sangat menunjang kesehatan dan hal ini diharapkan pemerintah dalam pembangunan nasional. Sebagian masyarakat yang belum terlayani terutama masyarakat di dataran tinggi masih sangat memerlukan bantuan untuk pemenuhan air baku salah satunya yaitu di desa Ban, dusun Belong. Oleh karena itu, direncanakan penampung air baku pada saat musim kemarau. Sumber air tampungan diambil dari sungai Tegalantang. Sungai tersebut bersifat intermitten, dialiri air pada saat musim hujan saja. Pada sungai Tegalantang akan dibangun bendung untuk meninggikan muka air sungai lalu mengaliri airnya ke embung. Berdasarkan hasil analisa diperoleh tinggi bendung 4 m, lebar bendung 23,04 m, dan rencana anggaran biaya Rp 2,219,600,000.00

    The cash flow Model of investment projects in the field of housing is attractive to be observed, thus several most rational alternative can be selected. Conditions in the border area of Denpasar city has not found any research on investment risk analysis in the field of housing. Therefore, this research is very important to implement so that it can give consideration to the investor in investing. The objective of this research is to determine the project cash flow model on the housing investment in border area of Denpasar City. Data collection process begins with survey data in the office of REI (Real Estate Indonesia) Bali branch and developers of housing projects in border area of Denpasar City. Data collection using questionnaire and developer as the respondents. The analysis was carried out on two investment models namely model 1 (100% loan capital) and model 2 (30% own capital and 70% loan capital), while the investment valuation control uses NPV and BCR with the risk analysis using the @risk program. The analysis shows that Model 1 does not meet the investment criteria because the value of NPV 1, so it is eligible to be chosen. The results of the risk analysis with the @risk program for model 2 has a probability of NPV > 0 is 76.4% and the probability of BCR > 1 is 77.1%. This means that the cash flow model has the greatest opportunity to obtain greater profits. Model aliran kas proyek investasi di bidang perumahan menarik untuk diamati, sehingga beberapa alternatif investasi yang paling rasional dapat dipilih. Untuk kondisi di daerah perbatasan Kota Denpasar belum ditemukan adanya kajian tentang analisis risiko investasi dalam bidang perumahan. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini sangat penting untuk dilaksanakan sehingga dapat memberikan pertimbangan kepada investor dalam berinvestasi. Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui model aliran kas proyek pada investasi perumahan di daerah perbatasan Kota Denpasar. Proses pengumpulan data diawali dengan survey data di kantor REI (Real Estate Indonesia) cabang Bali dan beberapa pengembang proyek perumahan di daerah perbatasan Kota Denpasar. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dan pengembang sebagai respondennya. Analisis dilakukan terhadap dua model investasi yaitu model 1 (100% modal pinjaman) dan model 2 (30% modal sendiri dan 70% modal pinjaman), sedangkan kontrol penilaian investasi menggunakan NPV dan BCR dengan analisis risikonya menggunakan program @risk. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa model 1 tidak memenuhi kriteria investasi, karena nilai NPV 0 dan BCR > 1, sehingga layak untuk dipilih. Hasil analisis risiko dengan program @risk untuk model 2 memiliki nilai probabilitas NPV > 0 sebesar 76.4% dan probabilitas BCR > 1 sebesar 77.1%. Hal ini berarti bahwa aliran kas model tersebut memiliki peluang paling besar untuk memperoleh keuntungan yang lebih besar
