    Tiga Faktor Dominan Penyebab Kegagalan Toilet Training pada Anak Usia 4-6 Tahun

    Toilet training in children is an attempt to train children to be able to control in conduct urinating or defecating. There are many factors that might could affect toilet training  in children aged 4-6 years. This study aims to determine the main factors that affect the failure of toilet training in children aged 4-6 years. This research is a descriptive explorative study, with the population are all parents / trustee who have children aged 4-6 years and which stayed or recorded at RW(citizens association) 05 Pujiharjo Village Tirtoyudo Subdistrict Malang Regency a number of 55 respondents, data collection using interviews method. Result of the research showed that the biggest factor that affect the failure of toilet training was the mistake in teaching toilet training by 94,5%, inappropriate parenting  by 91%, unprepared emotional chidren by 61,8%. The result might happen because the way or uncorrect method of toilet training, resulting in children less understand the importance of urinating and defecating in the bathroom, how to do it and do not follow the stages consistenly, so that the child fails in doing toilet training. The research suggestion for health care at Pujiharto Village to provide counseling to parents about toilet training

    Folat acid is needed in forming 1/3 corpuscle. It causes pregnant woman who suffers from lacking of folat acid commonly followed by anemia. Folat acid is a vitamine that more needed by pregnant woman. The purpose of this research is to find out if there is effect of natural folat acid counseling to the rising of hemoglobin in trimester I and II pregnant women. The research design of this study is pre-experimental that uses one shoot case approach. The population of this research are 20 responden of trimester I and II pregnant women in BPM Sumidjah of Slorok, using total sampling technique. The instrument of this research is SOP sheet, the observation sheet of the rising of hemoglobin after the counseling. After that, it is analyzed using wilcoxon.The result is served in a table from. The rising of hemoglobin is about 70% in which 25% of pregnant women medium anemia has 95% rising of with light category.There was a significant increase in hemoglobin levels in pregnant women. The effect of the nutrition of natural folat acid the rising of hemoglobin that can prevent the risk of maternal and fetal death due to anemia

    Food borne disease (FBD) is a disease through consumption of contaminated food. The problem is that, school children are vulnerable to FBD because of household food contamination. This indicates the family as a food handler hygiene mainly the mother who prepare the food needed to be improved. Most common FBD is diarrhea, one of the danger is that the child’s body fluids are expelled out through the stool this can cause dehydration or even death. Family plays very important role in the handling of FBD first before being taken to the health service. This can be known through family studies approach CFAM (Calgary Family assessment model). The design of this study was descriptive eksplorative with a sample of 35 respondents; the 4th graders and their parents (17 persons) and 5th graders and their parents (18) in Jatirejoyoso Kepanjen Elemetary School through purposive sampling technique. The data taken were demographic and CFAM consists of the structural assessment components, development as well as family function. The family in first handling of food borne disease largely was not routine (71.4%). Ways of solving the problems mostly by the head of the family (74.3%). Responsible care for sick children mostly (57.2%) by only one parent (father / mother). Follow up during sick mostly made an effort (curative) as much as 85.7%. Family belief the majority (80%) considered that the first treatment at home was not needed because it could be taken directly to the health service. Health workers are expected to provide guidance for families through health volunteers on first handling practices of FBD. While schools are expected to perform optimization of UKS (School Health Unit) program to provide health education about the prevention and first treatment of FBD toward the school community

    Chronic complications of diabetes mellitus was the most common autonomic neuropathy resulted in sexual dysfunction. The aim of research was to described the sexual dysfunction in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus at Poli Penyakit Dalam Mardi Waluyo Hospital Blitar. The research method used descriptive design. The population in this study were patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who visited in poli penyakit dalam in Mardi Waluyo Hospital Blitar in April as many as 856 people, and a sample of 86 people were taken using purposive sampling technique. Collecting data used the FSFI questionnaire for womens and IIEF for mens. These results indicate that the majority of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus sexual dysfunction. In patients 75% of women experience sexual dysfunction. At 74% of men with erectile dysfunction, 88% experienced orgasm dysfunction, 85% experienced sexual desire dysfunction, 86% experienced a satisfying sexual dysfunction, 89% overall satisfaction dysfunction. The suggestion in this research was expected FSFI and IIEF questionnaire could be used as a tool to monitor the presence of sexual dysfunction in Blitar

    Breast milk is an emulsion of fat in the protein solution, laktosa, and inorganic salts secreted by the mamary glands of the mother. The oxytocin hormone is a hormone that affects of lactation process. Oxytocin is up to the alveoli of the mammry  myoepithelial cell contraction causes surrounding the mammary alveoli and lactiferous ducts. Back massage on cervical 5-6 until the bottom of the shoulder blade stimulate endorphins and oxytocin secretion  and improves blood circulation breast area. The purpose of research to determine the effect of back massage on milk production an mothers post partum in cempaka’s room Ngudi Waluyo Wlingi Hospital November 2014. Design Quasi Experimental research with the design of the Control Group Pre-Test Post-Test Design with Non Random data retrieval with Consecutive Sampling (1 week) with total 24 population and total sample 20 respondents. Analysis data with two different Test Mean (T Test) Independent by using  Paired Sample Test with H1 is accepted when the value of p < 0,05 and Independent Sample Test H1 is accepted when the value of p < 0,05. And research result Paired Sample Test the showed significant values (p) of 0,000 smaller than alpha 0,05. And there is influence of back massage on milk production before and after treatment. From the reserch result suggested all post partum mothers to do a back massage

    Neurosa a psychic reaction with typical anxiety where clients are in fear that unconsciously displayed in various forms of behavior. Anxiety can leads physical imbalance such as increased blood pressure, insomnia, muscle tension and palpitations. Muscle tension and sleep difficulties are often experienced anxiety response. Some psychotherapy can be given to clients of anxiety one of which is progressive muscle relaxation therapy. The  aims of this study was to determine the effect of progressive muscle relaxation therapy to decrease anxiety and improve the quality of sleep in patients neurosa in Health Center Area Kepanjen Kidul Blitar. Research design was quasy experimental Pre-Post Test With Control Group with purposive sampling. Number of samples 26 respondents were divided into control and treatment groups. Collecting data using questionnaires that have tested the validity and reliability. Results of analysis of anxiety and sleep quality was obtained p <0.05 in the treatment group and control before and after treatment, the difference in scores of anxiety and sleep quality of patients neurosa between the treatment group and the control group after a given intervention p <0.05. There is no correlation between the anxiety with the quality of sleep with p> 0.05. Therapy progressive muscle relaxation and deep breathing therapy can be used to reduce anxiety and improve sleep quality in patients neurosa

    The process of aging is a process of gradual disappearance of the network’s ability to improve. Depression is one of the most common disorders in the elderly who need handling holistic and balanced in the physical, mental and social. The research aim was to indentify the grade of depression elderly people in Blitar society service of elderly people at Tulungagung. The research design used descriptive research. The population of this research was all of elderly at Blitar society service of elderly people at Tulungagung. The sampel size was 45 elderly (21 men elderly and 24 women elderly) with porposive sampling. The research held on 21 febuary 2014 at Blitar society service of elderly people at Tulungagung. In this research, data was preserved in descriptive analysis with fequency table and radian diagram by percentage and narration. From the research result got the elderly had no depression amount 17,8%, the next elderly with light depression amount 22,2%, the next elderly with medium depression amount 22,2% and elderly with heavy depression amount 37,8%. From the results of researches are expected to managers elderly people in Blitar society service of elderly people at Tulungagung. improve services for the prevention of cases of depression in the elderly

    Elderly experience physical changes, mental changes, psychosocial changes that would affect the elderly healthy lifestyle. The Method used descriptive design. The population in this research were the elderly who were registered in the territory UPTD Posyandu Health Sukorejo Blitar City in 1493 as the elderly, and the samples taken were 94 elderly Using quota sampling technique. The data was collected by interview based on a questionnaire. The data collection was conducted on 18 May until 18 June 2014. The results showed that the Healthy Lifestyle in the posyandu of elderly in region UPTD Healt Sukorejo Blitar City was good 72.3% (68 elderly). According to the Indonesia Republic healthy Deepartement (1997) in Udayana Psychology of journal (2013), defines a healthy lifestyle attempt to implement good practice in creating a healthy lifestyle and avoid bad habits that can affect health. Researchers found elderly efforts in maintaining the health status most of the elderly was optimal, it indicates that the elderly realize the importance of creating a healthy lifestyle

    HIV/AIDS (Human Immunodeficiency Virus / Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome) has long been an issue along with the continued attention of various circles around the world, especially the health sector. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of the relationship with the health workers in health centers stigma on people living with HIV Talun Blitar regency. This study used a cross-sectional study design with a population of 36 respondents that all the research sample. Collecting data using questionnaires. Analysis of data using statistical test Pearson and Spearman rho correlation with p ï‚£ 0.05. There is no relationship between education and stigma on people living with HIV, with a value of p = 0.367 in Spearman rho correlation test. There is a relationship between long working with the stigma on people living with HIV, with p = 0.046 in correlatioan Pearson test. There is a relationship between knowledge of HIV/AIDS stigma on people living with HIV, with p = 0.035 in correlatioan Pearson test. Need more attention from policy makers at government level for programs of prevention of transmission of HIV/AIDS among health workers, by providing a uniform and continuous training to all health workers

    Pengaruh Pendidikan Kesehatan terhadap kemampuan Perawatan Payudara pada Ibu Hamil Trimester III

    Good treatment of breast after both during pregnancy and maternity,will keep the form of breast and will also affect the breastmilk. Method: The design was pre experimental. The population in this research were 20 pregnant woman trimester III in the Polindes Village Kecamatan Kanigoro Kabupaten Blitar. Samples in this research were 15 pregnant women trimester III in the polindes village brass Kecamatan Kanigoro Kabupaten Blitar. the sampling technique used purposive sampling. The research were Conducted on 4–7 April 2015 in polindes village Kuningan Kecamatan Kanigoro Kabupaten Blitar. This statiscal test used wilcoxon rank test using SPSS for window. Result: The result showed that 80% of respondents were not enough to do breast care in before the treatment and 80% of respondents can do breast care after the treatment. Based on wilcoxon statistical test, the value was 0,000. This showed that there was an effect of education and health care of the mother breast ability in polindes desa Kuningan kecamatan kanigoro Kabupaten Blitar. Discussion: It was suggested for pregnant women on third trimester will be able to perform breast care with the correct methods and techniques, since breast care is very important for the preparation breastfeeding at birth
