Pengaruh Pendidikan Kesehatan tentang Stimulasi Perkembangan Anak Usia 0-3 Tahun terhadap Pengetahuan dan Sikap Orang Tua
Full text linkIntroduction: Human development is the perfect growing of functioning tool that can be passed through the body to grow, mature, and learn. The first 3 years is the important step towards an adult in a child's life. Parents must provide appropriate stimulation to the child's age, therefore parents should have a good knowledge and attitude. The purpose of this study is to analyzed stimulatory effect of health education on the development of children aged 0-3 years knowledge and attitudes towards parents. Method: Research design was one group pre - test and post-test design.Research sample was 35 parets at Posyandu Matahari, Plosorejo Village, Blitar District of Kademangan at May 7th to 14th, 2012, its choosed with purposive sampling. The data was collected using questionnaire. Analysis using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test with significance α = 0.005. Results: The result showed enough knowledge on pre-test (67,7) and post-test was good (83.5), while the attitude on the pre-test was good (70.1) and post-test was excellent (86.5) with the level of significance p = 0.001 on knowledge and attitudes. Discussion: Knowledge and attitudes of the respondents affected increased to better health education. The role of the nurse as an educator in the health service needs to be improved in order to improve knowledge and attitudes
Pengaruh Program Parenting terhadap Pengetahuan dan Sikap Orang Tua dalam Pemenuhan Kebutuhan dasar Anak Usia Dini
Full text linkParenting Program is a program that allows the alignment between sustainability and education conducted in educational institutions and is done at home. The purpose of research was to analyze the effect of parenting program toward knowledge and attitude of parent for giving fundamental  needs of children in early age. Method: Research was pre-post test Design. The population and sample was one of the parents PAUD Sabana Blitar that lead to inclusion criteria as many as 43 respondents with a purposive sampling technique. Data was analyzed by descriptive and inferential using the Wilcoxon signed rank test and McNemar test with SPSS 17 for window, the level of significance (p ≤ 0.05). Result: The result of research got the value of P = 0.000 (Wilcoxon signed rank test), which means there was  effect of Parenting program toward parent’s knowledge, and P = 0.016 (McNemar Test) which means that there was effect of Parenting Program for parent’s attitude. Discussion: Parenting Program is perceived very beneficial by parents as a complement of parenting in PAUD and at home, it is necessary to proceed more intensive and varied

Full text linkNeonatal care at hospital involved many invasive procedures. The invasive procedures caused pain in neonates. The role of nurse is minimize the discomfort and pain for them. Negative effect when we let the pain in long time, there are immediately effect, short term effect and long term effect. 5Ss technique is useful to make baby comfortable and soothing neonates.The purpose of this study was to analyze the application of 5Ss technique to the pain and duration of crying neonates post blood sampling procedures. Method: Research design was experimental research with Quasi- Experimental design post test only with control group. The sample consisted of 50 neonates, 25 nonates in control group and 25 neonates in the experimental group, with inclusion criteria: aterm neonates, normal apgar score. Sampling was done by purposive sampling. The data was analyze by T-test. Result: The results showed that 5ss technique had effect to pain with p=0,000 and duration of crying, with p=0,011. The research recommended for calming crying neonates and reduce pain after invasive procedures and it is expected the results of this study can be considered for standart operating procedures for calming neonates
Gambaran Pemenuhan Kebutuhan Spiritual pada Lanjut Usia
Full text linkWith the growing elderly person, they will decline, especially in the physical abilities that can lead to a reducyion in the role of spiritual. The purpose of the research is to describe the spiritual needs of elderly with Immobility in UPT PSLU Blitar in Tulungagung. Method: The research design was description design. The population in this research is all elderly in UPT PSLU Blitar in Tulungagung as many as 80 people and great samples taken is as many as 29 people using total sampling technique. Data was collected by questionnaire. Result : The results of this research show that 55% elderly have a good spiritual, 14% quite, and 31% elderly have a less spiritual. Elderly are a vulnerable group of physical and mental deterioration caused various problems one spiritual. Discussion : Recommendations from the study are expected need for discipline in the religious guidance, especially in the elderly with immobility in UPT PSLU Blitar in Tulungagung
