The research design used correlation analytic research design with observational method with case control approach. The independent variables consisted of parental height characteristics and maternal nutritional status during pregnancy based on UAC, and the dependent variable was stunting incidence. The population was 2266 respondents of under-five children aged 24-59 months. The sampling technique used quota sampling consisted 96 respondents. The instrument used height measurement tool, the Mother's Child Health book and the Public Health Center Weigh Activity Report, 2011. This research was conducted from 22 July to 22 August 2019 in three selected villages namely Sumberurip, Sumberwindu and Semare villages. Data analysis used chi-square test α (0.05). The results showed that almost all mothers and fathers had normal height characteristics, almost all respondents had the nutritional status of the mother during normal pregnancy. Analysis of height, circumference of the mother, and nutritional status of the mother during pregnancy based on Upper Arm Circumference (UAC) was obtained Ï value = 0.036; 0,000 and 0,000 <α 0,05. It meant that there was a correlation between parental height characteristics and maternal nutritional status during pregnancy based on Upper Arm Circumference (UAC) with the incidence of stunting in children aged 24-59 months in the Berbek Public Health Center Nganjuk Regency Parental height and nutritional status of the mother during normal pregnancy, it will have the opportunity to have a child with good growth

Based on the results of previous studies, most women have insufficient knowledge about vaginal discharge and menstrual pain. Health education is an effort to overcome these problems. The purpose of this study was to determine reproductive health care habits, history of menstrual pain and vaginal discharge, differences in knowledge about reproductive health, especially vaginal discharge and menstrual pain before and after health education was given. This study was a quasi-experimental design with one group pre test-post test. The sample was 27 women in Setan Hamlet, Maguwoharjo, Depok, Sleman who were selected by purposive sampling. The instrument used a questionnaire. The data analysis used paired sample t-test. The results showed that 66.7% had carried out routine genetalia care, 29.6% routinely used feminine cleansing soap, 25.9% experienced menstrual pain, vaginal discharge as much as 37%. The mean knowledge before health education was 48.70 (SD 23.59), while the mean knowledge after health education was 87.59 (SD 6.84). There is a difference between knowledge about reproductive health before and after health education is given (p-value = 0.000). The conclusion is that health education increases knowledge about reproductive health

Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a chronic disease, and specific treatments are needed in order to control blood glucose. In addition to pharmacological therapy, non-pharmacology therapy also takes an important role to control blood glucose levels and should be done regularly. Brisk walking is one example of physical activity which included in non-pharmacology therapy and can improve body expenditure. This activity can help DM patient to control their blood glucose level within the normal range. The physical activity of Brisk Walking, which is one type of exercise that can maintain blood sugar levels within the normal range, especially in people with Diabetes Mellitus. This study aimed to determine the effect of Brisk Walking on the blood glucose level of DM patients at Tamalenrea Health Center Makassar City. This study adopted a quasy experiment and a one-group pre-post test design. A total of 16 respondents were selected purposively based on the determined criteria. Data analysis of the difference of blood sugar level between the treatment and control was carried out by using the Spearman correlation test with SPSS version of 21. The difference was significant with the value of p < 0.05. The results showed that the physical activity of Brisk Walking could control blood sugar levels. Statistical analysis showed that the average blood sugar content was significantly lower in patients practicing Brisk Walking (blood sugar level <200 mg/dl)(176.06%) than the control (blood sugar level > 200 mg/dl) (218.81%). So it can be concluded that by doing physical activity Brisk Walking can control blood glucose levels

Breast cancer is a type of cancer that starts in the breast tissue and spreads throughout the body. Every year more than 185,000 women are diagnosed with breast cancer. This incidence is increasing in developed countries (Kemenkes RI, 2015). In Indonesia, a high rate of breast cancer, especially in Kediri, makes breast cancer the number one position of cancer in women, followed by cervical cancer. Based on research by Harrianto et al. at Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital in the Journal of Public Health 8 (2) (2013) 121-126, breast cancer risk factors include a family history of breast cancer patients (15.79%), early menarche (8.77%), nullipara (7.02 %), and long-term use of pills containing estrogen (42.11%). In addition, there are also incidences of breast cancer, namely late menopause, history of breastfeeding, and obesity. From the description above, the purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the risk factors for breast cancer based on a case-control analysis in women at Gambiran Hospital, Kediri. This study uses data collection sheets and field studies, then processed for hypothesis testing so that the objectives of this research can be carried out. This study indicates a significant relationship between the risk factors for a breast cancer history with a p-value of 0.0000 OR 9.837. For women who have families with cancer should be aware of the onset of breast cancer. If they have reached puberty, it is recommended for early detection (screening test) through breast self-examination (BSE), IVA method, and mammography testing

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a medical condition characterized by an inability to concentrate, hyperactivity, and impulsiveness. Children with ADHD tend to be careless, irritable, difficult to gather, difficult to carry out orders so it is important to treat this condition as early as possible. The purpose of this study was to analyze studies according to computer program-based cognitive rehabilitation interventions to improve the cognitive abilities of children with ADHD on empirical studies in the last five years. Journals or articles were obtained by searching in databases indexed by Scopus, PubMed, Science Direct, Garuda Portal using adequate keywords. The quality assessment of the study used inclusion and exclusion criteria. The framework used to conduct the review was PICOS and the inclusion criteria used English and Indonesian journals from 2015 to 2020. The data analysis and tabulation were carried out in articles or journals. Title, abstract, full text, and methodology were assessed to determine the eligibility of the article or journal. Researchers found 15 journals that match the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and passed the study selection and quality assessment. 7 journals discuss about training-based intervention programs and 8 journals discussed the game or game-based intervention programs. The 15 journals obtained came from four continents, Asia, America, Australia, and Europe. Computer-based intervention significantly improved the cognitive abilities of children with ADHD such as concentration skills, working memory, and academic learning outcomes. Modifications need to be made, among others, to facilitate parents who can not afford compatible facilities and infrastructure. In Indonesia, the modifications that are possibly made are the daily training program compared to video games

In fulfillment of family nutrition required a good knowledge about balanced nutrition. This study was an observational study with case control study design, The sampling technique used purposive sampling so that the respondents obtained were 30 toddlers at 4 posyandu. Analysis of the data used for bivariate frequency distribution, while multivariate logistic regression. Result: Obtained a significant relationship with the incidence of stunting, namely the mother's education level (Ï: 0.03; 0.621), family economy (Ï: 0.03; OR: 0.158), mother's height (Ï: 0.01: OR: 12.045), while the sex of children under five did not have a significant relationship with the incidence of stunting, namely Ï: 0.11> α0.05. The incidence of stunting in children aged 1-2 years is influenced by the mother’s education, height of parents especially mother’s, and family economic status.
